A’uzu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem
Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem
I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
Alhamdulillahi Rabbil ‘aalameen, was salaatu was salaamu ‘alaa Ashrafil Mursaleen, Sayyidina wa Mawlana Muhammadul Mustafa ﷺ. Madad ya Sayyidi ya Rasulul Kareem, Ya Habibul ‘Azeem, unzur halana wa ishfa’lana, ‘abidona bi madadikum wa nazarekum.
Atiullah wa atiur Rasul wa Ulil amre minkum. Always a reminder for myself, ana abdukal ‘ajeez, wa dayeef, wa miskin, wa zhalim, wa jahl, and but for the grace of Allah (AJ) that we’re still in existence.
أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنكُم… ﴿٥٩﴾ …
4:59 – “…Atiullaha wa atiur Rasula wa Ulil amre minkum…” (Surat an-Nisa)
“…Obey Allah, obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you…” (The Women, 4:59)

What do we have from our SMC community? MashaAllah very active; putting out lots of articles. Whoever can learn how to do the Apps for the reels, the animes, for graphics, AI graphics. MashaAllah all these technologies that people are able to use and to propagate the teachings, inshaAllah.
Question 1: Sayyidi, are we allowed to recite the Hizbul Wiqayah that was shared on your Instagram story recently, to recite it daily?
Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi: Yes, inshaAllah. Anything that we put out, anything on the app [Muhammadan Way App] are to be recited. That’s why they put it out, inshaAllah.
Question 2: Sayyidi why do people easily start doing harmful things when life gets difficult, i.e. starting to smoke, drink, and all kinds of façade? If or if not doing it, but feeling to do something bad and harmful? How to protect ourselves to stay on the right way?
Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi: Yeah, when the overwhelming tide of shayateen (devils) are everywhere, that’s a sign. When you see, Allah (AJ) sends the signs upon the horizon and upon mankind.
(٥٣) …سَنُرِيهِمْ آيَاتِنَا فِي الْآفَاقِ وَفِي أَنفُسِهِمْ حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ أَنَّهُ الْحَقُّ ۗ
41:53 – “Sanureehim ayatina fil afaqi wa fee anfusihim hatta yatabayyana lahum annahu alhaqqu…” (Surat Al-Fussilat)
“We will show them Our signs in the horizons and within themselves until it becomes clear to them that it is the truth…” (Explained in Detail, 41:53)
When you see on the horizon horrific events, do you think it is limited to only them, or these shaitans (satans) must be attacking everyone? Just those are the ones you see. But means that the gates of difficulty are very wide and open. As a result, shayateen and ifrit (powerful demon) and their energy affect all of these different categories of spiritual beings that become negative. The overwhelming influence of negativity begins to affect the world of men – the human world. Because overwhelming tide of energy around when it is negative, they eat negative, they talk negative, they think negative, they act negative.
The only protection through this negativity is then the salawats (praises upon Prophet Muhammad ﷺ). That’s why get the meditation book [A Timeless Reality], get the energy book [In Pursuit of Angelic Power] and begin to be a student of the way. So that you are practicing this curriculum, understanding this curriculum, and how to bring an energy, how to connect with the shaykhs. Because the oceans of difficulty now encompass everywhere. The lifeline through these difficulties is the connection of the servant to the shaykhs and to the heart of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. They become an oasis through these oceans of difficulty. InshaAllah Allah (AJ) inspire people to do their practices and listen to the guidance, inshaAllah.
Question 3: Please forgive our flawed adab (manners) and ignorance. We felt ourselves being overtaken by negative energies. Alhamdulillah, by the barakah (blessing) of tariqah (spiritual path), we were able to quickly give sadaqah (charity) through the Fatima Zahra Charity site [MuslimCharity.com]. As soon as the intention was given and as soon as the button was pressed, we immediately felt the difference. Thank you for teaching us the miracles of sadaqah. We are forever in your debt.
Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi: Walaykum as salaam. Allah (AJ) bless you. Alhamdulillah, good deeds, good actions, and good results – this is the whole of Islam. This is the truth of Allah (AJ), the truth of the heavens, and the blessings and the immense blessings of the nazar (gaze) of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
That when you give in charity, especially to those whom have this immense love of Prophet ﷺ. Then your heart is assured that everything you do in that way, because these are the lovers; this is how they teach and talk and speak and act and walk. Then you know that the nazar of Prophet ﷺ is upon that. Everything that you do in that way, you gain immediate nazar of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. This becomes then the immense power, immense blessings, and immense protection in days of difficulty, inshaAllah. Tested and proven! We’re this way for 35 years through many, many difficulties, many, many sort of attacks. Alhamdulillah, Allah (AJ) has everybody protected and standing.
Question 4: We had a question regarding the hand position during meditation. When I put my thumb and index during meditation, I sometimes feel a sense of fear and have to stop. When I part my fingers, this fear goes away. Why does this happen, and how can I fight through it?
Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi: Yeah, the presence of your energy.
When in the tafakkur (contemplation), when you put the light from your index finger upon the identity of the thumb, you’re activating your energy from the greater energy that’s available to you. You’re summonsing your energy more than what you need on a daily basis of walking and talking. As a result of that energy that comes, the focus upon the heart, this presence of energy is very strong and very majestic. If there are energies that are around you that are being aggravated, then those energies could be pushing the person not to connect. Because they want to control the servant. When the servant enacts a practice that activates an energy, then no doubt those that are around the servant are being agitated.
Same with ta’weez (prayer for protection), same with wearing sunnah (traditions of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ), same with putting your ring, same with breathing. Then as soon as you make your tafakkur and begin to activate your energies, things that are around are going to become agitated. So to overcome that, then again concentrating on the presence of the shaykh and asking yourself what is it that you fear, and to face your fears. Nobody is going to die from meditation, but even then, say to yourself that, ‘Alhamdulillah, I’m on this path to die, and I’m preparing for my death, and at any moment death comes to me. So, alhamdulillah, what could be better? Close my eyes and I’m gone.’
But Allah (AJ) is not going to make it that easy, and people don’t leave this world like that. Pain and death is, death can be very painful and difficult and long, so it doesn’t come so easy. These are just the fears that shaitan puts within the servant, and that’s when you know the presence of shaitan is there. That they can’t think like that, they can’t imagine that, and then they have the fear of everything in meditation because shaitan is too close. But imagine if the angels were near you and the soul was coming out, the presence of the shaykhs were present, they wouldn’t have this fear. They would encourage you, ‘Come! What is there to worry about? Go back to Allah (AJ). What are you frightened from?’ InshaAllah.
Question 5: Is the cleaning of the heart through the sound of praise like ultrasonic waves cleaning used in jewelry cleaning?
Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi: Yeah, however you like to think of it: jewelry cleaning, washing fruit, dishwasher, clothing washer.
That any type of zikr (Divine remembrance) is washing. The buildup of bad character requires a washing. Now through the physical scrubbing or through a sonic scrubbing in which the sound can come and begin to emanate upon something. So these are very important. Sound and understanding of sound is very important. The effects that it has upon the body, the effect that it has upon the fetus, the effect that it has upon everything; sound is an immense energy. If it directed upon things, it can affect, affect. So whether if it is been using as a sound to clean something, they can use a sound to kill something. They can use the sound to attract itself or attach itself to something negative like a cancerous cell. So yes, sound is an immense weapon. Allah (AJ) describes in Surat Al-YaSeen four times, “Sayhatan wahidatan” – ‘It was but one shout, and everything was destroyed.’ Then Allah (AJ) says, ‘It was but one shout, and we gathered them back.’
(٢٩) إِن كَانَتْ إِلَّا صَيْحَةً وَاحِدَةً فَإِذَا هُمْ خَامِدُونَ
36:29 – “In kanat illa sayhatan wahidatan fa idha hum khamidoon.” (Surat YaSeen)
“It was not but one shout, and immediately they were extinguished/destroyed.” (YaSeen, 36:29)
(٥٣) إِن كَانَتْ إِلَّا صَيْحَةً وَاحِدَةً فَإِذَا هُمْ جَمِيعٌ لَّدَيْنَا مُحْضَرُونَ
36:53 – “In kanatillasayhatanwahidatan fa idha hum jamee’unladaynamuhdaroon.” (Surat YaSeen)
“It will be no more than a single Blast/Shout, when at once, they will all be brought up before Us!” (YaSeen, 36:53)

So it means that the sound is immensely powerful and that that would be used in the last days, and the last day religions are based on sound. The Injeel (Gospel) is a spoken book from Sayyidina Isa (as). Qur’an, Qur’an al-Majeed (the Glorious Qur’an) is a recited book because these are the realities towards the heavens that do with the world of sound before the world of form. Sound is the source of the world of form. So as we go back to our source, it is going to be based on sound. Anybody wants a deeper understanding – the world of form and then the world of malakut (heavenly realm) is the world of sound.
Anybody who wants a higher reality in the world of light, do you do in things in the world of form or you would do things in the world of sound? Because the world of form is for form, but the actions that have the most power are going to be based on the actions of sound, which is from the world of light. So when we do our zikr, when we do our recitations, when we do the tafakkur, what is happening? You’re increasing the sound. This is from the world of light. So, when you lose your form, you go back to the world of light. So if you spent your time building your light reality, well then you should have achieved a very high light station. If you build your form reality, you should have a very low light station because the world of form went into the grave.
So then choose the actions that build the light and the energy. Light, it only is a result of a frequency. So the more beatific light is based on a very beatific frequency, and we have this in all these other talks. So if you do for form, you get the form, and it goes in the grave, and the game is over for you. If you do what you do for the world of light and energy and sound, you should have achieved very high paradise realities, inshaAllah. That’s why the salawat, the zikr, the majlis (association) of zikr, the recitations, the tafakkur, and meditations, inshaAllah. The world of form is merely an entry. So you do your charity so that you can sit in the associations of light. But the form is the form, and it goes to the form. So the things that we do from the world of form gain us an entry to the associations of light. But then when we’re in the associations of light, the zikr, the breathing, the tafakkur is what elevates the frequency to be very powerful spiritual beings, inshaAllah, whom they carry their spiritual reality through all of eternity, inshaAllah.
Question 6: If we feel our nafs (ego) is getting into our worship but it isn’t very clear or apparent, should we ignore it and continue, or should we stop doing what it likes?
Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi: InshaAllah, if you feel that sensitive, then continue with your ‘ibadah (worship) and don’t let your nafs to enter into it.
It means if you’re praying in front of people, your nafs is involved. So pray by yourself long, and in front of people pray fast. So when you do your zikr, do it by yourself. The nafs rarely enters into your ‘ibadah when you’re alone. Only time it really enters into your actions is when you’re in front of people. Because you feel in your heart that, ‘They must be impressed by what I’m doing and how long I’m doing it and who am I doing it in front of, and…’ So these are the actions that are generally caused in front of people.
But very few people could feel their nafs is entering into their praying when they’re all alone praying late at night by themselves. So these are the situations that call for Naqshbandiya to not focus their ‘ibadah in front of people. When we have the prayer in jama’ah (congregation), it is not that slow. Because we’re not trying to attract attention that we are people who pray long in front of other people. This is the reasoning so that the nafs of people don’t start to overwhelm the association. If their nafs comes and they begin to recite 20 minutes in what could have been done in 3 minutes, then it is just now the nafs is going to torture everybody in the audience. This is the reasoning why if we want to pray long and do extraordinary things, it has to be in private and by ourselves with only Allah (AJ) as our witness, inshaAllah.
Question 7: Sayyidi how do we let go of pain and forgive, and forgive ourselves?
Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi: Follow the tariqah, make istighfar (seeking forgiveness) and make your salawats.
Forgive those who bothered you, and that pray Allah (AJ) forgives those whom you’ve bothered. ‘My Lord,’ every night ask, ‘I forgive all those who came against me. I pray that anyone whom I’ve come against, that I’m forgiven.’ So, as we want for ourself, we should want for our brothers. So continuously asking ourselves every night that, ‘Ya Rabbi, forgive all those who came against me and forgive me for all those whom I may have harmed,’ and then making our salawats and istighfars, inshaAllah. Anything from last week’s talks? Nothing. All these subjects and people not remembering these subjects? InshaAllah.
