I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the rejected one
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

﴾وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ إِذ ظَّلَمُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ جَاءُوكَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُ‌وا اللَّـهَ وَاسْتَغْفَرَ‌ لَهُمُ الرَّ‌سُولُ لَوَجَدُوا اللَّـهَ تَوَّابًا رَّ‌حِيمًا ﴿٦٤

4:64 – “Wa law annahum idh zhalamoo anfusahum jaooka fastaghfaro Allaha wastaghfara lahumur Rasolu lawajado Allaha tawwaban raheema.”
(Surat An-Nisa)

“And if, when they had wronged themselves, they had but come to you and asked forgiveness of Allah, and asked forgiveness of the messenger, they would have found Allah Forgiving, Merciful.” (The Women, 4:64)

Alhamdulillahhir Rabbil Alameen wa Salatu wa Salaam Ashrafil Mursaleen Sayyidina wa Mawlana Muhammad ul Mustafa ﷺ Madad Ya Sayyidi Ya Rasul ul Kareem, unzur halana wa ishfalana wa abidona bi madadakum wa nazarakum. Madad Ya Sayyidi Ya Sultanul Awliya Mawlana Shaykh Abdullahil Faiz ad Daghestani, madad ya Sultanul awliya Muhammad Nazim Haqqani. Alhamdulillahhir Rabbil Alameen.

We Are Wrongdoers and Oppressors to Ourselves

Alhamdulillah, from their teaching that to admit to myself I’m nothing ana abdukal ‘ajeez, wa dayeef, wa miskin, wa zhalim, wa jahl. If not for the Rahmah of Allah (AJ), I cease to exist. That everything in our life is to continuously tell ourselves that we’re nothing, I’m jahl, I’m jahl (ignorant), I’m zalim (oppressor). “La ilaha illa anta Subhanaka, innee kuntu minazh zhalimeen.”

﴾لَّا إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ ﴿٨٧ …

21:87 – “… la ilaha illa anta Subhanaka, innee kuntu minazh zhalimeen.” (Surat Al-Anbiya)

“…“There is no god/diety except You;  Glory to you:  Indeed I have been of the wrongdoers/Oppressor to Myself!” (The Prophets, 21:87)

That if we don’t go through that door, every difficulty comes into our life. That the teaching for us, this is from the haqaiq (reality) of nabiyeen (prophets). That this is what they were coming on Earth to teach people ‘La ilaha illa anta Subhanaka, innee kuntu minazh zhalimeen.’There is nothing except Allah’s greatness, and verily, I am an oppressor to myself. I’m oppressing myself in everything I do, in every action that I do, and that I pray Allah (AJ) to forgive me, and to provide an opening from that oppression.

Our Ego Doesn’t Want Us to Seek Forgiveness

If we don’t know, this is why they come to tazkiya (purification), to tarbiya (discipline), to teach us. If we don’t know that we’re zalim, it never occurs to us to ask forgiveness and the door is shut. Because when you come to say, maybe I should say astaghfirullah, the nafs (ego) come says, you’re a great one. You’re good, why you have to make istighfar, astaghfirullah, why say astaghfirullah? Then you know close all the door of barakah (blessings), all the rahmah (mercy) of Allah (AJ), everything stops. Because the nafs is taking over thinking it’s great, it’s great, listening to the whispers of shaytan.

So, all prophets alayhi salatu salaam came to teach, no, no, admit, ‘there is nothing but Allah’s greatness, and verily, I am an oppressor to myself.’ ana abdukal ‘ajeez, I’m weak. Dayeef, I have no ability. I have poverty, I have absolutely nothing unless Allah (AJ) give to me. If Allah (AJ) give to me, alhamdulillah. So, then they come and begin to teach, be nothing, be nothing. Continuously take a path in which you turn yourself off, turn yourself off, that you’re nothing. That, Ya Rabbi, I’m nothing. I’m nothing if not for Your Rahmah (mercy) to come to me.

﴾لَّا إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ ﴿٨٧ …

21:87 – “… la ilaha illa anta Subhanaka, innee kuntu minazh zhalimeen.” (Surat Al-Anbiya)

Allah (AJ) Orders: When an Oppressor to Yourself, Seek the Door of Mercy

Then what Allah (AJ) gave for order? Because people want to know, how certain people are so close to Allah (AJ), close to Prophet ﷺ? Awliyaullah come into our lives, and I’m not an awliya, I’m a donkey. My shaykhs are awliyaullah (saints), and they teach – you want to come, and come on our path, come to the nearness of Allah (AJ), the nearness of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ? Admit you’re zalim (oppressor). So, we took a life in which we continuously say, Ya Rabbi, I’m a zalim, I’m an oppressor to myself, I’m the worst one. Please guide me Ya Rabbi. Tawbah, Ya Rabbi. Astaghfirullah al Azeem, and Allah (AJ) guide you to the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. When they’re ‘zhalamoo’, when they understood their oppressor to themself, this is a door. If we don’t see the door, you’re blind from it.

Jaooka: Ask Allah’s (AJ) Istighfar in the Presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ

And Allah (AJ) giving in holy Qur’an, I think Surat an-Nisa, verse 46, I’m not hafiz. ‘When they’re oppressors to themself, Jaooka.’

4:64 – “Wa law annahum idh zhalamoo anfusahum jaooka fastaghfaro Allaha wastaghfara lahumur Rasolu lawajado Allaha tawwaban raheema.” (Surat An-Nisa)

They have to come, Jaooka. Come to the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, and ask Allah’s Istighfar, in the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. When they’re oppressors to themself, they come to the presence, Allah (AJ) giving a door. Don’t ask istighfar from me alone. This is a, a secret door. When they’re oppressors to themself, and they understood themself is the problem. Come to the door, Jaooka. Come to the door of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and ask Allah’s Istighfar. Wastaghfirrukum Rasul, Astaghfirullah, Allah (AJ) saying, in the presence of Prophet ﷺ, ask My Istighfar. Don’t ask by yourself. Don’t just keep saying, all I need is Allah (AJ), Allah (AJ) saying in the Qur’an, if you truly think you’re oppressor to yourself, Jaooka. Come to his presence and ask my istighfar in the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Then, ask the forgiveness of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. This is our aqidah is built on this belief.

If we don’t know that we’re oppressing to ourself, it’s a different door. A door in which shaytan is playing we’re the best, we’re the best. He didn’t bow down. He wasn’t, he wasn’t taslim, he wasn’t submitting.

﴾وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ أَبَىٰ وَاسْتَكْبَرَ وَكَانَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ ﴿٣٤

2:34 – “Wa idh qulna lilmalayikati osjudo li Adama fasajado illa ibleesa aba wastakbara wa kana minal kafireen.” (Surat Al-Baqarah)

“And [mention] when We said to the angels, ‘Bow Down/make prostration to Adam’; so they prostrated, except for Iblis. He refused and was arrogant and became of the disbelievers/who reject faith.” (The Cow, 2:34)

Repent For Not Achieving the Greatness Prophet Muhammad ﷺ Gave Us

This door of Islam is based on taslim, come down, submit. As soon as you come down and submit, Jaooka. Allah (AJ) say come to the door of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Ask My Forgiveness in the presence of Prophet ﷺ. Then ask the forgiveness of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and you’ll find Me to be merciful and forgive everything. It’s a plaque for our home, for our head, for our life. That I have to go to the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, ask Allah’s (AJ) istighfar. Then ask Allah (AJ), then say, then ask the istighfar of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. It means you also owe a forgiveness to Prophet ﷺ of what greatness he gave to us, and we didn’t achieve. What barakah (blessings) and rahmah (mercy) he gave to us alayhis salatu salaam, and we didn’t achieve? So, when that’s the aqeedah (belief system), that my aqeedah is to, to reach to that reality, to reach Allah’s istighfar, to be in the presence of Prophet ﷺ.

Mawlids, Mehfils, Duroods, Zikrs are Keys to Prophet’s ﷺ Door

How to reach the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ? They come with the keys. If we don’t know that, then they keep saying, why you have to have mehfil? Why you have to have Mawlid? Why you have to make durood sharif? Why you have to show ihtiram (respect) and stand for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ? Why? Why? Because Allah (AJ) ordered, Jaooka, and ask the istighfar of Prophet ﷺ. So, then how awliyaullah (saints) come into our lives and say, how you want the forgiveness of Prophet ﷺ, make durood sharif. As soon as you make one salawat (praising) on Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, ruhaniyat an Nabi ﷺ (Prophet Muhammad’s ﷺ spirituality) must be present with you, to give you ten salawat back.

عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم -: ” مَنْ صَلَّى عَلَيَّ صَلَاةً وَاحِدَةً، صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ عَشْرَ صَلَوَاتٍ، وَحُطَّتْ عَنْهُ عَشْرُ خَطِيئَاتٍ، وَرُفِعَتْ لَهُ عَشْرُ دَرَجَاتٍ “

Qala Rasulullah (saws): “Man Salla `alaiya Salatan wahidatan, Sallallahu `alayhi `ashra Salawatin, wa Huttat `anhu `ashru khaTeatin, wa ruf`at lahu `ashru darajatin.”

Prophet Muhammad (saws) said: “Whoever sends blessings [Praises] upon me, God will shower His blessings upon him ten times, and will erase ten of his sins, and elevate [raise] his [spiritual] station ten times.” [Hadith recorded by Nasa’i]

As soon as you make durood sharif, ruhaniyat of Prophet ﷺ, all holy hadith, all accepted hadith (traditions of Prophet ﷺ), that mention me once, Allah (AJ) send my soul, my light. My light can be everywhere. Shaytan’s light is everywhere. Shaytan’s power, … ‘Izzatullah, ‘izzat ar Rasul wa ‘izzat al mu’minin.’ (Quran 68:8) He has a less power, he’s taking from their power of awliyaullah, he takes from the power of Prophet ﷺ. Whatever Allah gave to shaytan, Allah (AJ) gave billion times more ar-Rahman.

﴾وَلِلَّهِ الْعِزَّةُ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلَكِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٨

63:8 – “…Wa Lillahil ‘izzatu wa li Rasooli hi wa lil Mumineena wa lakinnal munafiqeena la y’alamoon..”(Surat Al-Munafiqoon)

“…And to Allah belongs [all] honor, and to His messenger, and to the believers, but the hypocrites do not know.” (The Hypocrites, 63:8)

Make Durood Sharif and Ask Prophet ﷺ to Ask For Our Forgiveness

This means what power Prophet ﷺ has, that when, when you’re going to that presence, you make durood sharif, ruhaniyat an Nabi ﷺ is present. At that time, Ya Sayiddi Ya Rasul ul Kareem Ya Habib ul Azim, please ask Allah (AJ) for my forgiveness. I’m coming to your door, with my love. I’m nothing, dress me from your love. Praise and pray upon Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Make durood sharif, Allahumma salli ‘ala Sayyidina Muhammad wa ala aali Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Immediately presence of Prophet ﷺ is there, giving you back ten salaams.

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ، وَعَلَى آلِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَ سَلِّمْ

Allahumma salli ‘ala Sayyidina Muhammadin wa ‘ala aali Sayyidina Muhammadin wa Sallim.

O Allah! Send Peace and blessings upon our master Prophet Muhammad and upon the Family of our master Prophet Muhammad (Peace be Upon him)Seek the Attention of Prophet Muhammad

Prophet Muhammad ﷺ Intercedes and Pray For Us

And the greatest of intercession of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. This means now you have the attention of Prophet ﷺ from this ayatul Qur’an, ‘Jaooka’. (Quran 4:64 ) Now you have the attention of Prophet ﷺ because you’re making durood sharif and making salawat a lot. Now Prophet ﷺ taking your case to Allah (AJ). Prophet ﷺ taking your case to Allah (AJ) because it’s from order of Qur’an.

4:64 – “Wa law annahum idh zhalamoo anfusahum jaooka fastaghfaro Allaha wastaghfara lahumur Rasolu lawajado Allaha tawwaban raheema.” (Surat An-Nisa)

That ‘Ya Rabbi they came into my presence. They made durood sharif and they have lots of mushkilat, lots of difficulty. Ya Rabbi, let me to dissolve it and take it away. Let that to be taken away. Let the sicknesses to be taken away. Let the poverty to be taken away. Grant them their Islam, grant them their Iman (faith), grant them Maqamul Ihsan (Station of Moral Excellence).’ It’s from who? When Allah (AJ) says ‘Jaooka’, come, come into the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. If you understood that key, everything in your life will be Mehfil e Nabi ﷺ. Why?

Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ Will Be Present at Events Held in His Honour

If tonight, the people who organized this mehfil and did everything for the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, there’s no money. Nobody is paying $5000 for us to come here. They do this out of love. They put their parjam (banner) out of love. They put their food out of love. They put the flyers out of love. You don’t think you got the attention of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ? You do one bad action and shaytan is right there with you. If you make just a thought of a good action, ruhaniyat of Nabi ﷺ must be with you. So, who’s in the mehfil? As soon as you come, because Khuluq al-‘Azheem. Allah (AJ) describing him as Khuluq al-‘Azheem (Magnificent Character). That you made an intention for My habib (beloved) to have a birthday tonight for him, a birthday party, Jashne Nabi Muhammad ﷺ. You don’t think Prophet ﷺ is sitting here and waiting for everybody to come into the room? It’s not Khuluq al-‘Azheem ?

﴾وَإِنَّكَ لَعَلَىٰ خُلُقٍ عَظِيمٍ ﴿٤

68:4 – “Wa innaka la’ala khuluqin ‘azheem.” (Surat Al-Qalam)

“Truly, You (O Muhammad!) are of a magnificent character.” (The Pen, 68:4)

It’s not the best of adab (manners)? What kind of adab? That if you’re going to have a party for me and I don’t show up? Prophet ﷺ said, I never refused an invitation, whether he was rich, whether he was poor. If he gave the invitation, Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ came. He is Hayyu al Qayyum (the Ever-Living, the Sustainer). That Prophet’s ﷺ adab never changes. If you’re going to have a celebration for me, my soul will be there because I have the best of manners. Could you imagine, have a party for me and I don’t show up? And you put food, you put everything. And you feel embarrassed in front of your family that the guest didn’t come. How is it possible? If you believe 100% true, so, then tonight, who was here tonight? Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. [Hds]

Go to the Presence of Prophet ﷺ in Majlis Zikr

You want to spend thousands of dollars to go to Madina, and think that in Madina, I’ll find my faith. That Madina is everywhere that you love Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, it’s not one place. If you love and put a jashn (celebration) and a mehfil of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, is not the ruhaniyat (Divine lights) of Prophet ﷺ there? Because ayatul Qur’an, Qur’an, is not a created book, and not stories of old. It’s outside of belief if you say that. It’s a book that’s alive. So, when Allah (AJ) saying Jaooka, go to the presence, we must have the direction. Where is the presence Ya Rabbi? I’m a zalim (oppressor), I’m a zalim to myself. Where am I going to find the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ? Says every jashn and every mehfil, and every circle of zikr, the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ must be there.

Angels Make Circles Around the Circle of Zikr Up to the ‘Arsh

Even the hadith of the circle of zikr, they gave the hadith that the malaika (angels) are circumambulating the circle of zikr, all the way to Arsh ar Rahman.

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيْ اللهُ عَنْهُ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَي اللُه عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلِّمْ، قَالَ: إِنَّ لِلَّهِ مَلَائِكَةً سَيَّارَةً فُضُلًا يَتَتَبَّعُونَ مَجَالِسَ الذِّكْرِ. فَإِذَا وَجَدُوْا مَجْلِسًا فِيهِ ذِكْرٌ، قَعَدُوْا مَعَهُمْ وَحَفَّ بَعْضُهُمْ بَعْضًا بِأَجْنِحَتِهِمْ، حَتَّى يَمْلَئُوْا مَا بَيْنَهُمْ وَبَيْنَ السَّمَاءِ الدُّنْيَا.
(أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمْ)

‘An Abi Huraira (as) ‘anhu, ‘an Nabi (saws) qal: “Inna Lillahi malayikatan sayyaratan fudulan yatatabba’ona majalisaz Zikre, fa iza wajadu majlisan fihi zikrun, qa’adu ma’ahum wa haffa ba’duhum ba’dan bi ajnihatihim, hatta yamlao ma baynahum wa baynas samayid dunya.”

“Abu Hurairah narrates from Prophet Muhammad (saws) that `there is a group of angels who patrol the earth seeking gatherings of Zikr (divine remembrance). When they find the gathering of zikr they call out to each other and form a circle around this gathering, with their wings ascending one above another, creating layers until the space between the earth and the first heaven is filled.” ‏[Sahih Muslim]

If Prophet ﷺ is Present, Allah (AJ) and Angels Will Definitely Be Present

If malaika (angels) are somewhere, they don’t go anywhere without Allah’s (AJ) presence. Allah’s (AJ) light must be present, malaika must be present. If Allah (AJ) is present, malaika are present, Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ must be present. If Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is not going to go, he says, no, I’m not going to go. Is Allah (AJ) and his angels coming? Allah (AJ) said, no, I’m with ‘Nabiyeen, Siddiqeen, Shuhada hi wa Saaliheen’, and this is the best of company.

﴾وَمَن يُطِعِ اللّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ مَعَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمَ اللّهُ عَلَيْهِم مِّنَ النَّبِيِّينَ وَالصِّدِّيقِينَ وَالشُّهَدَاء وَالصَّالِحِينَ وَحَسُنَ أُولَـئِكَ رَفِيقًا ﴿٦٩

4:69 – “Wa man yuti’ Allaha war Rasola faolayeka ma’al ladheena an’ama Allahu ‘alayhim minan Nabiyeena, was Siddiqeena, wash Shuhadai, was Saliheena wa hasuna olayeka rafeeqan.” (Surat An-Nisa)

“And whoever obeys Allah and the Messenger (pbuh) are in the company of those on whom Allah has bestowed His Favours/Blessings – of the prophets, the sincere Truthful, the witnesses (who testify), and the Righteous, and excellent are those as companions.” (The Women, 4:69)

So, it means that when ruhaniyat of Prophet ﷺ comes, who is there? All the siddiqeen (truthful), all the sahaba (companions). Prophet ﷺ doesn’t go alone. If you invite me, you say okay, you go by yourself and go. Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ comes along? It means nabiyeen (prophets), if Prophet ﷺ takes the invitation, they’re mentioning my name, they’re having a jashn and mehfil for me. All the siddiqeen, their arwah (souls) must be present. Nabiyeen, siddiqeen, all shuhada (witnesses) which means whose hearts are open. Their reality is open. All saliheen (pious), and Allah (AJ) with all of them.

Beware of Shaitan Keeping Us From Heavenly Gatherings

And that’s why the majlis of mehfil and zikr (remembrance) are so powerful, so blessed. You think when the ruhaniyat and the light of Prophet ﷺ is sitting in an association, is there anybody who can come through the door and not be clean? Immediately they make a intention, and every shaytan in their house is blocking them. Don’t go tonight. Don’t go tonight. The car’s not working. You can’t do this. You have work. Why? Because he doesn’t want his slave to be released, and to come into the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. All the work he did on him and destroyed him, is going to be destroyed in one instant. When they enter the Jashne Milad.

All this naat that we were reciting, ‘your light is the light of the universe.’ Can you go into the presence of the light of the Universe and have any, any badness upon you? You be washed and cleaned. You be shining, beyond imagination. Now you have the attention of Prophet ﷺ.

نور والا آیا ہے , نور لے کر آیا ہے
سارے عالم میں یہ دیکھو، کیسا نور چھایا ہے
اصلا ة وسلام و علیکَ یا رسول الله

Noor wala aya hay, Noor lay kar aya hay
Sare alam may yea dekho, Kaisa noor chaya hay
As Sallatu Was Salamu ‘Alayka Ya RasulAllah

The Owner of the Light (Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)) has arrived,
He has brought light with him,
Look how he has spread light in the entire universe
Peace and Blessings upon you, O Messenger of Allah (AJ)

Our whole lives are these jashn (celebration). All the rizq (sustenance) and money, and everything you’re doing is a distraction. At least come and get your cleaning, and your blessings, and your audience with Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. What could be more beautiful than that? No $12,000 ticket. It’s very simple, you got in your car, got in your bus, and you came. The light of Prophet ﷺ must be there. That light and that blessing must be there. Now, imagine having a BIG mehfil. Who’s there? They’re not coming? If you invite, they’re not coming and embarrass you in front of your family? Prophet ﷺ is there. All the companions are there. All that light there. We have to leave our light of dunya (material world), and go back to the malakut (heavenly realm).

Love of Prophet ﷺ Always Lifts Us Up When We Fall

That think from our soul, that Ya Rabbi, in these associations, why is shaytan is so much against it? Shaytan doesn’t stop you from going to Las Vegas. Shaytan doesn’t stop you from having carnivals and naked events, he encourages that. Only thing shaytan stops is Milad an Nabi ﷺ (celebration of Prophet’s ﷺ birth). Everybody has to have an opinion. They don’t have opinions about Las Vegas – everything is okay. But shaytan knows, when the servant going to be dressed by blessings, is going to go to the presence of the holiest of souls, block it, block it, block it. And that’s why awliyaullah come into our life that shaytan has no hand on them. That the majlis (association) must take place, ruhaniyat (Divine lights) of Prophet ﷺ will occur, and anybody who comes into that association will be dressed by lights and blessings that can’t be imagined.

What light, that when you come into the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, can you ever leave it? You think he will leave you or he continuously will dress you from his lights alayhis salatu salaam? Continuously bless you, continuously have nazar (gaze) over you, that every time you fall and go the wrong direction, the love of Prophet ﷺ will lift you back up and bring you back into that presence, so that you be a good servant to Allah (AJ). And that’s what Allah (AJ) said, ‘Ask my Istighfar, Jaooka, in the presence of Prophet ﷺ. If he asks Me, it’s forgiven. And ask the forgiveness of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, because you don’t know what ‘Rahmatal lil ‘aalameen’. What gift I gave you, you don’t know it.’

﴾وَمَا أَرْ‌سَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَ‌حْمَةً لِّلْعَالَمِينَ ﴿١٠٧

21:107 – “Wa maa arsalnaka illa Rahmatan lil’alameen.” (Surat Al-Anbiya)

“And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad (pbuh)], except as a mercy to the worlds/creation.” (The Prophets, 21:107)

We Must Show Gratitude For Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, the Best of Creation

We said in Surat ar-Rahman, the imam was reciting Surat ar-Rahman, Allah (AJ) said thank me for pomegranate. Thank me for teen (figs). Thank me for grass.

﴾فِيهِمَا فَاكِهَةٌ وَنَخْلٌ وَرُمَّانٌ ﴿٦٨﴾ فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٦٩

55:68-69 – ” Feehimaa faakihatunw wa nakhlunw wa rummaan (68) Fabi ayyi aalaaa’i Rabbikumaa tukazzibaan. (69)” (Surat Ar-Rahman)

“In both of them are fruit and palm trees and pomegranates. (68) So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? (69)” (The Beneficient, 55:68-69)

What about thanking Allah (AJ) for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ? The jashn, Jashne Milad, is a big thanking of Allah (AJ). That Ya Rabbi, you gave us the best of creation, the most praised of creation. If you want to be thanked for pomegranate, what’s the comparison to thank Allah (AJ) for the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ? So, our whole life is to reach to these realities.

We pray that Allah (AJ) open these blessings for us, open the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ more and more within our heart. And that the whole city, in this naat that we were reciting, this light Ya RasulAllah, is not only from my family, my house, but it will light the entire city with the light of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.

Subhana rabbika rabbal ‘izzati ‘amma yasifoon, wa salaamun ‘alal mursaleen, walhamdulillahi rabbil ‘aalameen. Bi hurmati Muhammad al-Mustafa wa bi sirri surat al-Fatiha.
