أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ ٱلْرَّجِيمِ
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

A’uzu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem
Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem

I seek refuge in Allah (AJ) from the accursed Satan
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

Alhamdulillahi Rabbil ‘aalameen, was salaatu was salaamu ‘alaa Ashrafil Mursaleen, Sayyidina wa Mawlana Muhammadul Mustafa ﷺ. Madad ya Sayyidi ya Rasulul Kareem, Ya Habibul ‘Azeem, unzur halana wa ishfa’lana, ‘abidona bi madadikum wa nazarekum.

Atiullah wa atiur Rasul wa Ulil amre minkum. Always a reminder for myself, ana abdukal ‘ajeez, wa dayeef, wa miskin, wa zhalim, wa jahl, and but for the grace of Allah (AJ) that we’re still in existence.

أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنكُم… ﴿٥٩﴾‏ …

4:59 – “…Atiullaha wa atiur Rasula wa Ulil amre minkum…” (Surat an-Nisa)

“…Obey Allah, obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you…” (The Women, 4:59)

Birth of Sayyidatina Fatima Zahra (as) and Passing of Sayyidina Abu Bakr as Siddiq (as) Prepare Us for Rajab

Alhamdulillah in this blessed weekend the holy birth of Sayyidatina Fatima tul Zahra (as) – the beloved daughter of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Alhamdulillah from awliyaullah (saints) teaching a secret of creation Allah (AJ) has put within her holy soul. The ‘ilm and knowledges within her reality that have an immense blessings, immense reality and light. The holy passing of Sayyidina Abu Bakr as Siddiq (as) – Siddiq al-Mutlaq (absolute truthful), the trustworthy servant whom Allah (AJ) has granted that title – in deeds and in actions. The supreme in trustworthiness and the love for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. How Allah (AJ) packs the holy month with these immense realities and immense blessings.

We ask to be nothing and to take a path of nothingness, and that Allah’s (AJ) rahmah and mercy to dress us. A month and a nation in which Allah (AJ) gives them the realities of Sayyidatina Fatima tul Zahra (as), from the realities of Sayyidina Abu Bakr as Siddiq (as). That a dress of light, a dress of immense blessings, and prepare our soul for the entry into Allah’s (AJ) holy month, the holy month of Rajab. InshaAllah coming in next week, next Thursday, Friday. Soon as Madina announces, then alhamdulillah.

Blessings of Laylatul Raghaib (Night of Desire)

The first Thursday night is Laylatul Raghaib which is the passing of the holy light from Sayyidina Abdullah (as) – the father of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ to the holy womb of Hazrat Sayyidina Amina (as) – the holy mother of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. The passing of that light and the realities of immense blessings and mercy that Allah (AJ) was going to bring upon this earth and brought upon this earth. That is a night of immense blessings in which we ask Allah (AJ) to grant us for the sake of that light. That mercy that You brought and the immense realities that Allah (AJ) has given to our hearts. Now we understand how much more these blessings are, how much more important these nights are.

Why Allah (AJ) Said ‘Rajab is My Month’

That Allah (AJ) grant us in the holy month of Rajab Darul ‘Ajab (Abode of Wonder), a month in which Allah (AJ) called this month His month, in which to give His creation special gifts and realities. These are gifts that come to the nation of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, these are the Muhammadiyoon haqqaiq and realities. Because from the Hadith of ‘You’ll be with whom you love.’

.”عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: … فَقَالَ (رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ): ” أَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ

[اَلْمَصْدَرْ: مُسْلِمْ:. ٧٥٢٠ ]

‘An Anasin (ra): … Faqala (Rasulullahi) ﷺ: “Anta ma’a man ahbabta.”

Narrated Anas ibn Malik (ra) that …the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: “You will be with whom you love.” [Source: Muslim 7520]

That when Allah (AJ) gave the nation to love Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, as a result of following the Muhammadan way and following this reality, we all entered into Islam. As a result of following the teachings, following the directions, following the advice and the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, Allah (AJ) granted for us that, ‘Rajab will be My month.’ Allah (AJ) owns every month but for the nation of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, this is about Allah’s (AJ) gift to the nation. Because who will know about Rajab? None other than the people of the nation of Islam who believe in “La ilaha illAllah Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ.”

لَا إِلَهَ إلاَّ اللهُ مُحَمَّدٌا رَسُولْ الله ﷺ

“La ilaha illallahu Muhammadun Rasulallah”

“There is no deity but Allah, Prophet Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.”

Rajab is the Opening of Divine Heart

100 years ago when their love was true and their belief was true. Without the advent of the dajjal (man of deceit) system of Wahabi teachings and the deviant khawarij (ones who left the community) and different thoughts that take people away from the true Islam. The true Islam has always had its love for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Then these traditional scholars taught the people, taught the masses of the importance of Rajab. So it means that Rajab is a gift to the nation of Prophet ﷺ, in which Allah (AJ) then declares that, ‘This is My month.’ This has to do with the opening of the Divinely heart, the opening of the reality of Allah (AJ) describing, ‘I am a hidden treasure and I want to be known,’ wanting to be known.

قَال رَسُولَ اللَّه ﷺ، قَالْ اللَّه عَزَ وَجَلْ: ” كُنْت كَنْزاً مخفيا فَأَحْبَبْت أَنْ أُعْرَفَ؛ فَخَلَقْت خَلْقاً فَعَرَّفْتهمْ بِي فَعَرَفُونِي.” [حَدِيثْ اَلْقُدْسِي – بِحَارْ اَلْأنْوَارْ، اَلْعَلَامَةْ اَلْمَجْلِسِيْ، جُزْء ٨٤، صَفْحَة ١٩٩]

Qala Rasulallahi ﷺ, Qala Allah (AJ): “Kuntu kanzan makhfiyya, fa ahbabtu an a’rafa, fa khalaqtu khalqan, fa ‘arraftahum bi fa ‘arafonee.” [Hadith al Qudsi – Behar al Anwar, Al ‘Alama al Majlisi, Juz’ 84, Safha 199]

The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, that Allah (AJ) said: “I was a hidden Treasure then I desired to be known, so I created a creation to which I made Myself known; then they knew Me.” [Holy Hadith – Bihar al Anwar, by Al ‘Alama al Majlisi, Volume 84, Page 199]

So means this is the reality, the essence of Rajab. When Allah (AJ) is describing, ‘This is My month,’ it is for the ‘arifeen (Gnostics), and ‘ashiqeen (lovers) that why Allah (AJ) is calling Rajab His holy month and His month when Allah (AJ) owns everything? But Allah (AJ) granting us an opportunity that, ‘If you think and open your heart and in tafakkur and in your contemplation, I have placed a secret in this reality. I placed a secret upon this path to the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.’ “Subhana man huwal Khaliq anNur”.

سُبْحَانَ مَنْ هُوَ الْخَالِقَ النُّورْ

Subhana man huwal Khaliq anNur
(Glory to Him who is the Creator, the Light).

The Birth of Nuqt (Dot)

That when Prophet ﷺ, on the seventh hijab (veil), when Allah (AJ) is eternally dressing with Allah’s (AJ) zikr (Divine remembrance) upon the soul of Prophet ﷺ. The seven hijab, the seventh reality, the seventh lunar month. Because we celebrate these months towards the reality of the veils in which Allah (AJ) is continuously dressing the reality and the soul of Prophet ﷺ. That seventh veil or pardeh or hijab that people want to call, Allah (AJ): “Subhana man huwal Khaliq anNur” – ‘Glory be to the One whom created light.’ What nur (light) Allah (AJ) is talking about? It is the nur of Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ.

So means this is the birth of a Divinely heart in which Allah (AJ) is nowhere to be found. “La ilaha illAllah” is not somewhere to be found. As a result, Allah (AJ) brings a Divinely qalb (heart) into existence like the bud of a flower all of a sudden appears. That existence itself will contain all of creation and there is nothing outside of that reality other than “La ilaha illAllah,” nothing to even be thought of. Everything exists within that nuqt of coming into existence. From the immensity of that reality, Allah (AJ) is granting us Rajab and as a result of that nuqt coming into existence, ‘I’m a hidden treasure wanting to be known.’

Rajab is the Month of Seclusion

Then awliyaullah inspired to seclude themselves. Students of awliya are inspired to engage in special diets for those whom can. They would engage in a lentil diet in which they abstain from all other foods but lentil, some dates, and tea. No animal products, no mixing of other foods with the lentils. Say, ‘Can I have a salad with my lentil?’ It is just lentil diet. As a result, it was a way in which to take the animalistic character that is a continuous feasting and enjoying and living to eat instead of eating to live. As a result, they would enter into these fasts, enter into these seclusions.

Revelation of Hidden Treasure Through Nuqt

Prophet ﷺ was describing in holy Hadith the immensity of fasting in the month of Rajab, the immensity of blessings in the holy month of Rajab. That Allah (AJ) brought Laylatul Raghaib in Rajab. That, ‘I’m a hidden treasure wanting to be known.’ If all other creation because this is the physical world. If all other creation were Prophets (as) and exemplars of the faith and examples of Allah’s (AJ) Divinely Presence, now coming with the presence and the hudur of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ was the perfection of representation of Allah’s (AJ) Divinely Presence. You save the best for last. As a result, that was the physicality and the physical arrival of Prophet ﷺ. But more importantly, the reality and the haqqaiq of if the physicality coming to this earth, the spirituality and the immensity of Allah (AJ) being a hidden treasure wanting to be known.

Awliyaullah are from the people of malakut (heavenly realm) and the world of light. Why they celebrate – is the reality of the world of light. That, ‘Ya Rabbi that Rajab was a time in which You were a hidden treasure wanting to be known. When You brought this nuqt into existence and all its realities and all its blessings. Everything that we do of charity and good deeds and good actions, that grant us from the reality of that nuqt. Grant us from the reality of that You wanted to be known.’ Allah (AJ) will only and always be known by the immensity of love that created. That, that nuqt is the very glue of every atom that it keeps together.

Nuqt Carries the Waw of Wadood (The Most Loving)

We described this immense reality of waw, the immense reality of Wadood. That Allah (AJ) is the glue that holds every atom together. Every billions of atom, every billions of creation, every billions of planets, everything held together with the waw of Wadood, and that ‘I am a hidden treasure wanting to be known. I’m going to create this nuqt, and the only purpose of this nuqt was to carry My waw. To carry this creation in which I created it out of Divinely love.’

Entering the Reality of Nuqt through Seclusion and Good Deeds

As a result, that’s the month that everyone secludes themself for love. ‘Ya Rabbi for the love of Your Divinely Presence, that we ask to seclude ourselves from dunya (material world). Seclude ourselves from every preoccupation and every difficulty around us, and we enter into our salawats (praises upon Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)), our zikrs, our prayers, our ‘ibadah, our worshipness, our charity.’ It means it is a month in which to do good. As much as we work, then we work, come back, and try to isolate and keep with our presence, keep with our meditation, keep with our tafakkur (contemplation) to be dressed by the immensity of these lights.

Those whom fast the month of Rajab and different days and different days of the week, these are immensely blessed days and nights in which to fast. To have specific diets, to do their worshipness, their practices, their muraqabah (spiritual connection), their khidmat (service). Everything is multiplied immensely by the haqqaiq of Rajab and the immensity of light. So that Allah (AJ) to dress us from the origin of that nuqt. That, ‘Ya Rabbi as You wanted it to be known, grant us to enter into that reality of the nuqt. Grant us to enter into the reality and the immensity of that nuqt.’

Sha’ban – Manifestation of The Muhammadan heart

Then the month after Rajab is the holy month of Sha’ban. Sha’ban, Prophet ﷺ described that, ‘Sha’ban is my month.’ Why? Because now the nuqt will be known. So that nuqt is Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ , and the holy month of Sha’ban is now the Muhammadan heart from the Divinely heart. Like they say a seed that was planted. By the time we arrive into the haqqaiq and the realities of the holy month of Sha’ban, from within the Divinely soil now a little seedling is appearing.

It means now the haqqaiq and the reality and the appearance of Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ. From that light, Allah (AJ) created all of malakut. Thousands of Allah’s (AJ) years before anything to do with the physical realm, the world of malakut was created from the light of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. All the angels were created with Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ. All the thrones, all the throne itself, the ‘Arsh (The Divine Throne), the Kursi, the chair, all of Baytul Ma’mur, all of Lauh Mahfuz (Preserved Tablets). Everything that we know of paradises and streams and realities, all of it created with the Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ, the Muhammadan light. That’s the celebration of the holy month of Sha’ban. That, ‘Ya Rabbi what You granted of immensities of this reality.’

Immensity of Nisf e Sha’ban (Mid Sha’ban)

As a result when we enter into Sha’ban and our practices in Sha’ban and all our opportunities Allah (AJ) gives to us in Sha’ban. As a result Laylatul Nisf e Sha’ban (The Night of Mid Sha’ban). The 15th of Sha’ban is a spiritual new year because of the reality that it represents. It is the manifestation of Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ. From Allah (AJ) wanting to be known to the month of Sha’ban Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ will be the means in which Allah (AJ) will be known. The means in which Allah (AJ) will be known by “Khuluqal ‘azheem.” That, ‘You are of a magnificent character.’

وَإِنَّكَ لَعَلَىٰ خُلُقٍ عَظِيمٍ ﴿٤﴾

68:4 – “Wa innaka la’ala khuluqin ‘azheem.” (Surat Al-Qalam)

“Truly, You (O Muhammad!) are of a magnificent character.” (The Pen, 68:4)

That Allah (AJ) wants to be known by the best of His creation, and all this creation exists within the reality of the light of Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ. Laylatul Nisf e Bara’ah (Night of Salvation), Nisf e Sha’ban is the immensity of those lights to celebrate what Allah (AJ) is going to write every year on the celebration of the existence of that light. We pray our Salatul Khair (Prayer of Benefits) and 100 rak’ahs (cycles of prayer) that Allah (AJ) include us in these haqqaiq. For what we know Ya Rabbi, dress us from the haqqaiq and the reality of what awliyaullah have poured into our hearts of understandings. Now that we know that reality, dress us from that reality. Let us to partake in its goodness and its blessings and to take away anything that is of no goodness for us, our families, and our communities. To write that off of our account and to exchange it with goodness and rewards and ‘ajer that will increase us in our worshipness and satisfaction from Allah (AJ) and Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ.

Ramadan – Manifestation of The Adamic Heart

As a result of all those dressing and all those blessings, the holy month of Ramadan comes. Ramadan is the manifestation in which Prophet ﷺ taught that, ‘I am created from Allah’s (AJ) secret, and all of creation is created from Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ’.

قَالَ رَسُولَ اللَّه ﷺ: ” أَنَا مِنَ اللَّهِ، وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ مِنِّي ” (حديث مرفوع)

Qala Rasulullahi ﷺ:“Anna minAllahi, wal muminoona minni” [Hadith Marfo’]

The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said:” I am from Allah, and the believers are from me.”

Ramadan is then the manifestation of all creation, and it is a celebration of that manifestation. The only way to achieve its realities and to achieve its spiritual dress is the holy fasting of Ramadan. So that they can be dressed by Holy Qur’an which is coming from the heart of Prophet ﷺ. They can be dressed with the secret of why they have been manifested. The secret of why Allah (AJ) created this creation with love, with waw, and compassion. As a result, the only way the nation can achieve the true dress of Ramadan is by fasting for Allah (AJ) and the immensity of siyam and fasting.

It is By Allah’s (AJ) Will That the Muhammadan Nation Observes Fasting

The only nation that kept the fast that Allah (AJ) has asked of them because it is the only nation Allah (AJ) wanted to bless with the secrets of the fasting of Ramadan. That you don’t fast because you want to fast; you fast because Allah (AJ) allows you to fast. All nations have dropped their fasting because Allah (AJ) is not allowing them to fast. This is the nation in which is immensely loved and blessed by Allah (AJ). As a result of His love for you, you’re able to fast; you’re able to achieve what Allah (AJ) wants us to achieve because Allah (AJ) wants it to happen. If Allah (AJ) doesn’t want it to happen, there’s no way to achieve anything. We pray that Allah (AJ) keep us under the immensity of rahmah and mercy and under the immensity and mercy, the shade of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. For the sake of that love Allah’s (AJ) rahmah reaches to us. For the sake of that love, Allah’s (AJ) rahmah saves our children, our loved ones, and our community.

Subhana rabbika rabbal ‘izzati ‘amma yasifoon, wa salaamun ‘alal mursaleen, walhamdulillahi rabbil ‘aalameen. Bi hurmati Muhammad al-Mustafa ﷺ wa bi siri Surat al-Fatiha.
