Alhamdulillahi Rabbil ‘aalameen, was salaatu was salaamu ‘alaa Ashrafil Mursaleen, Sayyidina wa Mawlana Muhammadul Mustafa ﷺ.
Always a reminder for myself, ana abdukal ‘ajeez, wa dayeef, wa miskin, wa zhalim, wa jahl, and but for the grace of Allah (AJ) that we’re still in existence.
4:59 – “…Atiullaha wa atiur Rasula wa Ulil amre minkum…” (Surat an-Nisa)
“…Obey Allah, obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you…” (The Women, 4:59)
Question 1: Sayyidi, what is the difference between hediah (gift) and charity?
Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi: Hediah and charity, alhamdulillah, that we described before. People are confused that the voluntary worship and the Hadith we talked of Hadith al Qudsi (Holy Hadith).
There is fard (obligatory) in which Allah (AJ) said, ‘My servants, they did their fard, but now they did extraordinary worshipness,’ means which was a sign of love.
‘An Abi Hurairah (ra) qala, Qala Rasulullahi ﷺ : InnAllaha ta’ala qala: “ Wa maa taqarrubi ilayya ‘abdi be shayin ahubba ilayya memma iftaradhtu ‘alayhi. Wa la yazaalu ‘abdi yataqarrabu ilayya binnawafile hatta uhebbahu, fa iza ahbabtuhu kunta Sam’ahul lazi yasma’u behi, wa Basarahul lazi yubsiru behi, wa Yadahul lati yabteshu beha, wa Rejlahul lati yamshi beha. Wa la in sa alani la a’teyannahu, …” [Hadith al Qudsi, Sahih al Bukhari, Raqam: 6502)
Narrated by Abu Hurairah (ra) that: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said that: Allah the Almighty said: “… My servant does not draw near to Me with anything more loved by Me than the religious duties I have obligated upon him. My servant continues to draw near to Me with voluntary acts of worship so that I shall love him. When I love him, I am his hearing with which he hears, his seeing with which he sees, his hand with which he strikes, and his foot with which he walks. Were he to ask (something) of Me, I would surely give it to him, …” [Holy Hadith, Authentic by al-Bukhari, # 6502]
So charity is fard; It is not something to the shaykh. So, sadaqah, charity, zakah, it is not for the shaykh. The shaykh will pray that, alhamdulillah, you gave charity mashAllah. But Allah (AJ) commanded you to do that. So, those are the obligations of every servant, as well as our own obligation to Allah (AJ). It is that we all have to give charity. A portion of our zakah (charity), a portion of sadaqah (charity) daily, and the contributions to wells, to programs, to food – this is our obligation.
Hediah is a gift of love. Hediah is like going to your father and giving him a gift and say, ‘I love you, and I love all the things that you do for me. I want to show my appreciation for you.’ It is a way to build the relationship with the shaykh. Shaykhs don’t take charity, so it is not like you give zakah and we eat the zakah. So, the person who wants to build the relationship with the shaykh is like their father. They give a gift, and Allah (AJ) builds a bond of this love between the servant because it is an action of love.
So, that comes from the Hadith in which these servants, they did everything that was fard for them, but they approached the Divine through their extraordinary worshipness. Because they don’t have to do that. They don’t have to do it at all. They don’t have to do this, they don’t have to do that. But these are the servants whom they did what Allah (AJ) mandated for them, but they take every step possible to build this relationship of love and nearness and appreciation. Because they’re asking for the nazar (gaze), at the same time they’re doing things to gain that nazar. It builds a bond between the relationship of the shaykhs with the students, inshaAllah.
Question 2: Sayyidi, in last talk you mentioned there is a trace of Fir’aunic magic in recent times. Are these Fir’aunic magics that cause difficulties we face in our lives?
Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi: Yes, everything, these are the Fir’aunic bloodlines running everything. They have not left. It means they went from the pyramid to the square.
So means the Fir’aunic system that runs the Earth and the Fir’aunic bloodlines that run the Earth. The Heavenly system is the battle against that. So, their shaitans, their devils, their magic is prevalent upon this Earth. So, same system has is always running on this Earth. That’s why, you know, the certain bloodlines that rule, they always rule, and nobody enters into their system. Because they have control over the bloodline.
As well as the bloodline for the heavens has to do with the bloodline of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and the Muhammadan way and the Muhammadan haqqaiqs (realities). So, these are the systems upon this Earth that the Heavenly system, based on the reality of Prophet ﷺ, combating against the Fir’aunic system and putting down what Fir’aunic shaitans are trying to continuously govern the Earth. So, yes, this is very much the system upon this Earth and has always been, inshaAllah.
Question 3: Sayyidi, can you please expand on the binary code between Ahmad ﷺ and Ahad (The One and Only) which is created by the frequency of sound of Prophet’s ﷺ du’a (supplication) and recitation?
Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi: Woah, that’s a big one. InshaAllah, in Ramadan, they give more time for that, inshaAllah. The ability of the reality of Prophet ﷺ to shatter, and that for the Day of Judgment, Prophet’s ﷺ recitations will shatter everything false. Then Prophet ﷺ will recite again and bring everything back in its purity. Why Surat Al-YaSeen has the four “sayhatan wahidatan” – it was but one shout and they were destroyed, it was but one shout and they were brought back.
36:29 – “In kanat illa sayhatan wahidatan fa idha hum khamidoon.” (Surat YaSeen)
“It was not but one shout, and immediately they were extinguished/destroyed.” (YaSeen, 36:29
36:53 – “In kanat illa sayhatan wahidatan fa idha hum jamee’un ladayna muhdaroon.” (Surat YaSeen)
“It will be no more than a single Blast/Shout, when at once, they will all be brought up before Us!” (YaSeen, 36:53)
So means then this is the shout of who? Because if Allah (AJ) shout, creation vanishes. So Allah (AJ) say: ‘If My sound comes, the whole of creation will vanish.’ So, whose sound, whose recitation comes? This has to do with the reality and the immense reality and vibrations of Prophet ﷺ. That the one whom is mahi Zonub (eraser of sins), muhyil qulub (reviver of hearts). In which the reality of Prophet ﷺ, for us to understand, their weapons and devices will come out on which sound shatters everything.
So, if we think now Prophet ﷺ is that device, and imagine bacterias and sins and falsehood, and that Prophet ﷺ begins to emit a sound, that sound decimates everything false. Because now they have these devices where we described before, they can see a cancer cell or a sickness. They begin to emit a sound on it, like ultrasound, a sound device, and as soon as that sound hits, these waves of sound hits, you see it disintegrate. That’s just a small sample of a much larger haqqaiq in which the sound and the frequency of Prophet ﷺ is the ayatul Qur’an (verse of Holy Qur’an) now comes to life, in which “Qul jaa alhaqq.”
17:81 – “Wa qul jaa alhaqqu wa zahaqal baatil, innal batila kana zahoqa.” (Surat Al-Isra)
“And say, Truth has come, and falsehood has perished. Indeed falsehood, [by its nature], is ever perishing/bound to perish.” (The Night Journey, 17:81)
That when the Haqq (truth) of Allah (AJ) begin to send out the frequency of Haqq, what is all the falsehood? It is not going to stand up. Allah (AJ) describes “zahooqan,” it is like a dust in the presence of this vibration that comes out. So, on Yawmul Mahshar (Judgment Day) when every falsehood is going to be raised to be judged, Prophet ﷺ, with the iznillah – with the permission of Allah (AJ), begins to release frequencies. In which everything will be shattered and brought to dust. Only its truth will be brought back up in the form and the reality in which Allah (AJ) wants it to be present. This has an immense reality with Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and the reality of the meem.
Because the difference between Ahad and Ahmad is the meem of Muhammad ﷺ. Anyone reaching, wanting to reach to that reality, then has to enter into the reality of Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ. You have to enter the meem if you’re trying to draw near to that reality. The meem is the key for everything, inshaAllah.
The Ramadan also, the issues in Ramadan, it is important to go over that with Ramadan starting. The system of tarawih (night prayer in Ramadan) is 20 rak’ahs (cycles of prayer). The system of Qur’an is not necessary to finish the Qur’an in the 20 rak’ahs – that was an innovation for Arabs. Because the Qur’an for them in Arabic is like poetry, they hear it, is beatific. They could sit for two hours crying through every verse and understanding it, no problem. But for the lands in which the people are ‘ajam (non Arab), then they’re to separate their prayers.
They pray 20 rak’ahs, they don’t shorten it to eight. Because they got tired of eight hours and 4-hour sessions. They only have to recite a few verses, two verses in each rak’ah, and they were to sit and read Qur’an. Not listen to the recitation of Qur’an that you don’t understand. It defeated the purpose of Ramadan being the month to meditate upon the Holy Qur’an. That’s what we say, even you know, the devils like that. The devil likes a long tarawih with two hours of Quranic recitation, one – the people will never know what the Qur’an said. Because they did that for 10 years, and you say, ‘What was this surah (chapter)?’ They say, ‘What surah?’ They never heard it in their language. For them it was just a marathon to sit and be patient and not check your phone.
So this was a system in which, and also by the first week or so, everybody ran out and did eight rak’ahs and went home. But the goal was to accomplish 20 rak’ahs because there is a sawab (reward) and a blessing in those 20 rak’ahs. Then doing your witr, not to cut it short because the power of Ramadan is coming in the tarawih. So when you do the 20 rak’ahs, you’re being dressed with the power of Ramadan every night.
Then when you sit throughout the day reciting your juz’ (section) of Qur’an in your language. Reading it and understanding slowly the word for word of what’s being recited as if Allah (AJ) is now opening this conversation of the Qur’an to the heart of the servant. This is the importance, and this is why all our shaykhs in that region, this is how they commemorate and celebrate the holy month of Ramadan. In other areas, if they’re Arab, again that’s for them, that’s alhamdulillah. But for ‘ajam who don’t understand the Qur’an, then it is much, much better to pray your 20 rak’ahs with shorter verses. So your tarawih is about 30 minutes, 40 minutes. That your meditation on Qur’an can be all day long. You can read your juz’ nice and slow and thorough so that you understand, inshaAllah, the realities and the secret of every surah and ayah (verse) opening within the heart and soul, inshaAllah.
Because now my kids go to MSA, they hear the same thing. ‘Oh, we have to do the 20 rak’ahs.’ They come home and ask me, ‘Are we doing 20 rak’ah like that?’ I said, ‘No, absolutely not. That’s a big innovation.’ They make it like that so that the kids run away and think it is too hard and they cut their rak’ahs down to eight and escape. So be careful with these MSAs and these youth groups on the campuses. Very, very sort of what somewhat may seem innocent but very indoctrinated with Wahabi ideology. Those are the topics that not to be sort of overlooked where they indoctrinate with their belief system.
They even came back on one conversation talking about the family of Prophet ﷺ and Abu Talib (as), ‘Did he believe at the last minute, did he do like this and do like that.’ I said, ‘These are very forbidden subjects. That you just focus on yourself and focus on your belief and hope that you enter the grave with pure belief. Always believe that Prophet ﷺ is a grand intercessor, will intercede for everything. Leave the affairs of the family of Prophet ﷺ to the Prophet ﷺ, not for you.’ That any of the kids who think it is good to get involved in every subject. There are subjects, if you get into, will burn you and stay away from those subjects. Think of ourselves, our grave, and our accomplishments, not the accomplishments of loved ones and great, great ones. You don’t have to get into their family and their affairs. We have to only worry about our family and our affairs, inshaAllah. Always a reminder for ourselves.
Question 4: From 114 faces of the Holy Qur’an and Qur’an being all composed in Al-Fatiha, can we say the Surat Fatiha is the face of the entire Qur’an?
Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi: You can say whatever you like, but there are 114 faces and Surah YaSeen is the heart of that reality. The heart of YaSeen is Surah Fatiha. So, it has an immense reality. This is the way that Prophet ﷺ presented that reality, and best to keep it at that. Not to make a new term out of something.
So, the heart of Surah YaSeen is Surah Fatiha. All of Qur’an is in Surah Fatiha, in the seven verses. Seven verses, seven holy openings on the Holy Face. So, what do you think about that? Seven holy openings and the seven holy openings of upon the surah (face) from Wajhi hil Karim (The Holy Face of The Most Generous). So, everything we described go back to the tafsir (interpretation) on Surah Fatiha. We have a tafsir on Surah Fatiha. Each verse of Surah Fatiha is the fountain head of all the verses of Qur’an. “Alhamdulillahi rabbil ‘aalameen” is a fountain for every verse that has to do with hamd and praising upon Allah (AJ).
1:1-2 – “Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem. Alhamdu lillaahi Rabbil ‘aalameen” (Surat Al-Fatiha)
“In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds” (The Opener, 1:1-2)
So the Divinely Face with seven openings, then these are the realities flowing from that Face, inshaAllah.
Question 5: Sayyidi, what is the best time to read the Du’a Ayatul Kursi (the Verse of The Throne) by Mawlana Shaykh (Q)?
Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi: Anytime you feel that you have a difficulty. Between ‘Asr (afternoon prayer) and Maghrib (evening prayer) if you recite it often then between ‘Asr and Maghrib. Before the shifting of the night and the night watch and the difficulties of nighttime. But anytime somebody feels there is a difficulty and they want to sort of increase their energy. They feel that there is an energy attack then alhamdulillah.
Ayatul Kursi and Du’a Ayatul Kursi is there now with a greater understanding of that it represents the sultanate (kingdom) and the khadim and the servants of The Throne of the Divine. So alhamdulillah asking by the permission and the ‘Izzah (Might) of Allah (AJ) and the ‘izzah of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ wa ‘izzatul mumineen (honour of the believers). Because there all that power is in there. ‘Izzatullah (Allah’s (AJ) Might and Magnificence) is the power of the throne. ‘Izzatur Rasul (honour of the messenger) is the sultanate of the throne and ‘izzatul mumineen whom carry out the orders of the throne. So, these powers are all located in Ayatul Kursi. Asking by their ‘izzah, their might, that to reach to our needs and reach to our difficulties. To provide and encompass us and embrace us with a protection. A light for ourselves, our loved ones, and community, inshaAllah.
Question 6: Sayyidi, what is the reality of water, meem, alif, and the Throne of Allah (AJ) upon it?
Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi: Meem, alif. I think we talked about the meem and alif. That the reality of water, and that Allah (AJ), ‘My Throne is upon the water.’ It means they’re directing us not to water only, that to envision the throne upon an ocean somewhere. But the reality of Allah (AJ) wanted us to look at the huroof (Arabic letters).
That when Allah (AJ) is describing, ‘My ‘Izzah is upon mai,’ meem and alif. Or Ummi – alif, meem. The one whom is not taught by anyone but taught by Allah (AJ). Meem, alif – mai represents “La ilaha illAllah Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ.”
11:7 – “Wa huwal ladhee khalaqas samawati wal arda fee sittati ayyamin, wa kana ‘arshuhu ‘alal maa ye liyabluwakum ayyukum ahsanu ‘amalan,…” (Surat Hud)
“And it is He who created the heavens and the earth in six days – and His Throne had been upon water – that He might test you as to which of you is best in deed…” (Hud, 11:7)
It means the ‘Izzah and might of Allah (AJ) resides there. That’s why we said, “Laa hawla wa la quwwata illa billah ‘Aliyyil ‘Azheem.”
“And there is no Support/strength, nor power except by Allah, The Sublimely Exalted, The Magnificent.”
The only way for hawla (support) and quwwah (power) – for help and power to reach the servant, because all power is coming from Allah (AJ), help has to come from Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. So when the servant has their hand on the hand of Prophet ﷺ, no doubt the power of Allah (AJ) is flowing. But ask yourself the reverse: will Allah’s (AJ) power flow to you if the hand of Prophet ﷺ is not there? No, because why would that happen? ‘Oh Ya Rabbi please help me, help me, send Your qudra (power) to me.’ For some reason you think Allah (AJ) Hand is going to reach to you, and that Prophet ﷺ was not happy and says, ‘No, no, I don’t want to put my hand there.’ Why, why would the two act differently?
So Allah (AJ) is looking to the hand of Prophet ﷺ before Allah’s (AJ) Might and power comes. So, it doesn’t work that way. Common sense would tell you that if Prophet ﷺ is not wanting to put his hand on somebody, which is pretty bad. Because maybe their character is bad, their akhlaaq (character) and their mannerisms toward him ﷺ is bad. So means the Muhammadan hand is not there. If the Muhammadan hand is not there, what Allah (AJ) want to do with that hand? So that’s why the whole of Qur’an is describing that, “Innal ladheena yubayi’oonaka yubayi’on Allah.”
48:10 – “Innal ladheena yubayi’oonaka innama yubayi’on Allaha yadullahi fawqa aydeehim, …” (Surat Al-Fath)
“Indeed, those who give Bayah (pledge allegiance) to you, [O Muhammad] – they are actually giving Bayah (pledge allegiance) to Allah. The hand of Allah is over their hands…” (The Victory, 48:10)
So means the hand of Prophet ﷺ has to be there, then Allah’s (AJ) Hand is upon that hand. If the hand of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is not upon the servant, then the Divine hand of power is not coming. That’s why we said in the last days becomes very clear they’re not using the Divine hand. They have no access to the Divine hand, they use the hands of shaitan for power. But the world has to wait. When the Divine hand begins to come into this Earth, then people should be astir, punished, but Allah’s (AJ) hand comes with anger onto this Earth.
So people don’t have access to that hand unless the hand of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is with them. That’s why we said Islam is not real anymore because nobody does bay’ah (pledge of allegiance). How can you be in Islam without a bay’ah? Nobody does that anymore because 99% that have their other mazhabs (schools of thought), they don’t believe in the bay’ah. But without the bay’ah, there is no Islam. That their covenant and their ‘ahd with Allah (AJ) is not something they’re trying to accomplish. So without the bay’ah, then the Islam is fake. That becomes the difficulty of this nation. That’s why you look at them, they don’t seem to be very successful in their heavenly acclamations and requests. They left the hand. InshaAllah.
Question 7: Sayyidi, can we please understand deeper about what you meant by when you said the secret lies within the huroof which brings its reality into dunya (material world)? How can we understand how things come into reality with the huroof?
Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi: I don’t understand that. It means the words that we know in dunya is not the word for akhirah (hereafter) because we’re talking about a material world. We gave the example with a qalb, when you say ‘heart.’ For you it means the center of your existence, right? If your heart stops, you’re dead. Your brain stops, they take you to hospital, make you like vegetable cucumber. But heart is pumping your existence. But there is no heart in the heavens.
So then, what is the qalb (heart) in the heavens? Because people are trying to use their material understanding to understand heavenly understandings. That’s why the knowledge of the huroof begins to expand towards heavenly understandings. Oh, so we say ‘qalb’ because the huroof is based on Arabic, so you don’t do the ilm e huroof (knowledge of letters) off of English. That’s why the funny people when they try to do English huroof is ridiculous. They translate their books based off English, then they say, ‘Based on the English it means this.’ This language is not a language from the heavens, so this is not going to open any understanding.
The Arabic is a heavenly language, so when you translate it with the huroof it gives you back into the malakut (heavenly realm). So qalb is qaf, laam, ba. So right there the huroofs will begin to describe for us a heavenly reality of what qalb means. So the qalb in the heavens has something to do with,
-
- The qaf which is the Qur’an and power.
- There is a laam means then there must be a tongue that speaks about this power and represents this power.
- This tongue then speaks to the ba, what we call the Bahrul Qudra – the ocean of the qudra of the qaf.
So, when this “Qul” is speaking to this ba, it is an immense power of ocean, ocean of power. From that ocean of power everything begins to emanate, right? Because from the ba comes the Qur’an; “Bismi.” Then comes the Fatiha, then comes all 114 surahs of Qur’an. That’s why that qalb is in the heart of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and what we call Manzil ul Qur’an (where the Holy Qur’an emanates). The house in which where the Qur’an’s power of that qaf is coming out, inshaAllah.
Subhana rabbika rabbal ‘izzati ‘amma yasifoon, wa salaamun ‘alal mursaleen, walhamdulillahi rabbil ‘aalameen. Bi hurmati Muhammad al-Mustafa ﷺ wa bi siri Surat al-Fatiha.
