أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ ٱلْرَّجِيمِ
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

A’uzu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem
Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem

I seek refuge in Allah (AJ) from the accursed Satan
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

Alhamdulillahi Rabbil ‘aalameen, was salaatu was salaamu ‘alaa Ashrafil Mursaleen, Sayyidina wa Mawlana Muhammadul Mustafa ﷺ. Madad ya Sayyidi ya Rasulul Kareem, Ya Habibul ‘Azeem, unzur halana wa ishfa’lana, ‘abidona bi madadikum wa nazarekum.

Atiullah wa atiur Rasul wa Ulil amre minkum. Always a reminder for myself, ana abdukal ‘ajeez, wa dayeef, wa miskin, wa zhalim, wa jahl, and but for the grace of Allah (AJ) that we’re still in existence.

أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنكُم… ﴿٥٩﴾‏ …

4:59 – “…Atiullaha wa atiur Rasula wa Ulil amre minkum…” (Surat an-Nisa)

“…Obey Allah, obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you…” (The Women, 4:59)

Perfect the Inner to Reach the Perfected

I’m accepting to be Muslimeen means from Ummat e Muhammad ﷺ (nation of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ) and then I want the reality of where this “La ilaha illAllah Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ (There is no deity but Allah (AJ) and Muhammad ﷺ is the Messenger of Allah (AJ))” is meeting. So means then for us if we understand that reality, everything then is in the movement of that reality. Then the understanding of the building of an iron is directing us towards how to achieve an inner perfection to be with the outer perfection. If we’re asking to accompany perfected souls, perfected beings they’re going to teach us how to perfect our inner reality. If you do not perfect the inner reality, there is no way you can be with perfected beings from the outer reality.

Victory Begins Within

If you cannot win the fight inside, there’s no way that you can win the fight outside. We cannot be with victorious people if we are not victorious ourself. It means then everything that Prophet ﷺ was bringing and teaching for us, they’re going to begin to inspire that seek refuge. Go to the cave, have the best of akhlaaq and character. Know that you’re going to be tested and all that you want from that cave is, ‘Ya Rabbi zidni ‘Ilm e Laduni wa hikmati bis Saliheen (Divinely Knowledge and Wisdom of the Righteous).’ All I’m asking from You Ya Rabbi is heavenly knowledge and the wisdom of saliheen (righteous). Because Divinely knowledge without wisdom you’ll be like a crazy majnun (insane) on the street, nobody will understand that. That these knowledges have to be poured within the heart and Allah (AJ) give a wisdom and a scale in which to understand it and how to use it.

So means then everything for us is based on the Divinely realities. We’re not interested in the pyramids, we’re not interested in Fir’auns (pharaohs). We’re not interested in all the dunya (material world) people. The dunya version of their understanding and what this community understood and what that community understood. We didn’t believe anybody understood anything other than Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. The only one who understands the reality of Allah (AJ) and what Allah (AJ) wants is Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. So then our whole focus is to seek the presence of Prophet ﷺ by accompanying the Ulul Amr (saints). That, “Atiullah atiur Rasul wa Ulil amre minkum” (Holy Qur’an, 4:59). The Ulul Amr are holding the hand of Prophet ﷺ and they are the custodian of that reality.

The Spiritual Reality of Iron

So then they begin to that a big symbol in warfare was iron. Allah (AJ) described that, ‘We made iron soft for the hand of Sayyidina Dawood (as).’

(١٠) وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا دَاوُودَ مِنَّا فَضْلًا ۖ يَا جِبَالُ أَوِّبِي مَعَهُ وَالطَّيْرَ ۖ وَأَلَنَّا لَهُ الْحَدِيد

34:10 – “Wa laqad aatainaa Daawooda minnaa fadlany yaa jibaalu awwibee ma’ahoo wattaira wa alannaa lahul hadeed” (Surat Saba)

“And We certainly gave David from Us bounty. [We said], “O mountains, repeat [Our] praises with him, and the birds [as well].” And We made pliable for him iron.” (Sheba, 34:10)

That he was able with his hand to make coats of metal for war. That Sayyidina Zulqarnain (as) was able to mold iron and to make a wall. They’re directing us to the reality of… in Arabic hadid (iron)? Iron, hadid is a symbol of Sayyidina Mahdi (as). That’s why in the old testament it describes – the one coming holding an iron rod. It means the hadid and the symbol of iron is a symbol of heavenly strength that is needed in dunya but cannot be found. The dunya doesn’t make it. Iron within our existence comes from the heavens. Iron is such a powerful force that Allah (AJ) is directing our attention that one – is to seek the character of iron to magnify yourself. Perfect the iron within yourself and the understanding and the importance of iron within your life.

Forging the Soul with Heavenly Strength

So then as soon as you begin to reflect iron, iron, iron, everybody has iron within their body. Because remember you don’t reach the perfection outside until you perfect inside. So then every cell of the body has an iron that makes that blood to be red. How to perfect the iron inside our body? How the iron within our body is the one holding the energy! How that, that blood cell that has iron within it, if it’s dirty the entire body will be dirty! Because if that iron it has bacteria or rusted then no good energy can stay open that. Actually begins to poison and sicken the body. What we say that staph aureus or what’s the sicknesses that come from dirty iron? Staph infection, from the dirtiness of the iron.

So then when we begin to contemplate. They’re teaching us that you have iron within yourself and the iron within creation is responsible for its guidance. So then the birds have iron, the iron within their body gives them an energy. Based on the frequency of the earth they’re able to pick up like a radar of where they should be relevant to the earth. The whales have iron within their body. They’re picking up their co-ordinance on Allah’s (AJ) GPS based on that co-ordinance, based on the iron they know where to travel. Allah (AJ) say, ‘You have iron within yourself. Perfect the iron within yourself, cleanse the iron within yourself.’ If that iron is cleansed and perfect then this iron and the flow of iron would begin to understand the kingdom in which Allah (AJ) gave to us.

Cleaning the Cave Inside

That as soon as you’re breathing in energy and breathing in Nafas ur Rahmah (the Breath of Mercy) Allah’s (AJ) ‘Izzah, Allah’s (AJ) Might and Force that He’s giving the energy for life, you’re breathing it in. As soon as that energy comes within the chest, means it’s touching the blood cells within the lungs. From the lungs immediately shoot it into the heart. If these cells and this iron is dirty, is sending dirty iron into the heart. Then if the heart is not purified, the heart is not like the cave that you’re seeking. It means if I’m asking to be in a heavenly cave then Allah (AJ) saying then, ‘What about your own cave?’

So means the in, within the in, the reality of within you that you are trying to move towards them, perfect your cave! Perfect your presence! It means that when we begin to take out all the idols, all the falseness within our heart that the heart is beating the zikrullah (remembrance of Allah (AJ)) and love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Then that blood and that iron comes into the heart and the heart stamp that cell with zikr. If that cell has been purified and polished with zikrullah, with salawat (praises upon Prophet Muhammad ﷺ) on Prophet ﷺ, constant zikr, constant zikr, constant istighfar (seeking forgiveness), constant Durood Sharif (praising on Prophet Muhammad ﷺ), it’s a polishing. It takes the rust off of the exact iron within the body.

Inner Warfare Against Negativity

If that iron is shiny and the heart is beating with zikrullah, as soon as we breathe, this iron comes into the heart, Allah (AJ) stamps it. That metal, that iron within the body is stamped with a qudra (power). That qudra now moves back into the body and begins to populate to all the essential organs. So means then now the lataif (subtle energy points) and the nazma (energy field) of the body is becoming fully energized because now the cells are working. The iron is working, the iron is polished and Allah (AJ) in Surat Al-Hadid is describing, ‘It is mighty in warfare.’

(٢٥) وَأَنزَلْنَا الْحَدِيدَ فِيهِ بَأْسٌ شَدِيدٌ وَمَنَافِعُ لِلنَّاسِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ اللَّـهُ مَن يَنصُرُهُ وَرُسُلَهُ بِالْغَيْبِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ قَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ…

57:25 – “…Wa anzalnal hadeeda feehi baasun shadeedun wa manaafi’u linnaasi wa liya’lam Allahu man yansuruhu wa Rusulahu bilghaib; innAllaha Qawiyun ‘Aziz.” (Surat Al-Hadid)

“…And We sent down iron, in which is (material for) great military might as well as many benefits for mankind, and so that Allah may test/make evident who will support him and His messengers from the unseen world. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might.” (The Iron, 57:25)

Allah (AJ) say, ‘How you’re going to win the victory outside when you can’t win the victory inside?’ Perfect your inner victory so that your entire being is moving with this energy, moving with this qudra. That, that cell when it’s stamped with zikrullah, wherever it moves on the body it is in jihad (struggle). Every force and every negativity coming towards it, it’s going into battle until the whole body is in a state of battle. A battle against every negativity.

The Inner War is for The Throne of Divine – Our Heart

Then they begin to teach your body is like a kingdom. Allah (AJ) said, ‘How are you possibly going to study My kingdom when you don’t know your kingdom?’ That again is the process of humility. That we are trying to understand Allah’s (AJ) kingdom; dig here, research there and Allah (AJ) say, ‘You don’t know your own kingdom. That your throne, My throne is upon your heart.’

قَال رَسُولَ اللَّه ﷺ، قَالْ اللَّه عَزَ وَجَلْ: ” قَلْبَ الْمُؤْمِنْ بَيْتُ الرَّب.” [حَدِيثْ اَلْقُدْسِي]

Qala Rasulallahi ﷺ, Qala Allah (AJ): “ “Qalb al mu’min baytur rabb.” [Hadith al Qudsi]

The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, that Allah (AJ) said: “The heart of the believer is the House of the Lord.” (Holy Hadith)

So the heart is the throne. Where every attack is going to come unto the body? It means shaitan (satan) is not going to attack from the heart. He’s not coming directly for the throne. He’s going to come from your two lower entry points. If they’re not washed and they’re not clean, shaitan is entering in. As soon as shaitan is, energy is coming in, he’s coming now for where? Your liver and your kidneys. Because his force, and Prophet ﷺ gave that, ‘Shaitan moves through your blood.’

عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يَجْرِي مِنْ الْإِنْسَانِ مَجْرَى اَلدَّمِ.” [المَصْدَرْ: صَحِيِحْ مُسْلِمْ ٢١٧٤]

‘An Anasin Qala Rasulallahi ﷺ: “Innash Shaitana yajri minal Insani majra addami.” [Sahih Muslim 2174]

Narrated by ‘An Anas (ra) that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, “Satan circulates/flows through the human being as blood circulates/flow in the body.” [Authentic by Muslim 2174]

Know Yourself to Know God

So means that once we take the battle serious and I say, ‘Ya Rabbi let my cave, let my throne to be purified and those who are pure to occupy my heart.’ Then Allah (AJ) saying then, ‘If you want to know My kingdom, you have to conquer your own kingdom.’ Because king with king. You can’t be jahil (ignorant) asking to go into Allah’s (AJ) kingdom. So then they begin to know, ‘Who knows himself, will know his Lord.’

قَال رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ:” مَنْ عَرَفَ نَفْسَهْ فَقَدْ عَرَفَ رَبَّهُ”

Qala Rasulullahi ﷺ: “Man ‘arafa nafsahu faqad ‘arafa Rabbahu”

The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: “Who knows himself, knows his Lord.”

So means you begin to study yourself that’s the opening of Surat Al-Kahf. That how to open myself, how to understand my reality. That Your kingdom is here [heart] and we’re asking Allah’s (AJ) light and the presence of Prophet ﷺ to be on the heart. Then begin to understand yourself.

How to Shield Yourself from Negativity?

Importance of Wudu (Ablution)

The importance of your wudu, how it washes away all negativity, how energy is always trying to enter from the lower. It means they come through the dirt, they come through the dirtiness. That’s why every movie has a message within it and Allah (AJ) is showing that every time they rob a bank, they come from the sewer. They go through the sewer pipes where everything is dirty and they go into the vault. It’s a big understanding. That Allah (AJ) saying that every dirtiness, every shayateen (devils) is going to come from there. They’re going to try to get into your blood system.

Importance of Food

So what you eat and drink will determine their strength because they’re trying to get into your blood. They’re trying to overtake your blood, they’re trying to knock out your kidneys and knock out your liver. So what do people do? They drink, they smoke. All of that why? So that the satanic energy can become stronger within the blood. There’s a full-fledged battle. Every zikr and every breath is bringing this energy. As this energy is moving, every shayateen is trying to enter. They’re trying to go for the heart. So then they’re trying to get you to eat and drink incorrectly. So that they can enter into the blood system, they can enter into the body.

Protecting Our Energy by Following Holy Sunnah (Traditions of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ)

They begin to move for the kidneys, they begin to move for the liver. Kidney and liver it’s like a shield for your palace. If they can enter and to close that means they close the filtering of the body. By penetrating and closing the filtering of the body, they have a free attack all the way up into the heart. They begin to attack the heart, attack the heart. So means everything in this way is to then understand that, Ya Rabbi I’m preparing myself for my internal battle. The sunnah of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, the shar’iah (Divine law) of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, all of that is for the preparation and the readiness.

Reaching The Ocean of Qudra to Win the Inner Battle

Then as soon as we sit and meditate and contemplate each of these understandings within the holy surahs (chapter) begin to teach us. That you have to build that wall, you have to sanctify your iron, you have to seek the reality of the two rivers. That no other knowledge is important for you other than “La ilaha illAllah Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ.” It is this source of all qudra. It is the source of all power. Alhamdulillah that Naqshbandiya tul Aliya (The Most Distinguished Naqshbandi Order), it specializes from that level of knowledge up. That’s why their zikr, “Allah Hu, Allah Hu, Allah Hu, Haqq.” It means that their reality and where Allah (AJ) has dressed them of realities is to start from that level and move deeper into the oceans of reality. From each surah that can pull its understanding and the benefit for our movement into that ocean, into that understanding.

Subhana rabbika rabbal ‘izzati ‘amma yasifoon, wa salaamun ‘alal mursaleen, walhamdulillahi rabbil ‘aalameen. Bi hurmati Muhammad al-Mustafa ﷺ wa bi siri Surat al-Fatiha.
