Struggle Through Your Difficulties and Upgrade to High Octane Mode
From the Realities of Mawlana (Q) as taught by Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi
A’uzu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem
Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem
I seek refuge in Allah (AJ) from the accursed Satan
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
Alhamdulillahi Rabbil ‘aalameen, was salaatu was salaamu ‘alaa Ashrafil Mursaleen, Sayyidina wa Mawlana Muhammadul Mustafa ﷺ.
Always a reminder for myself, that can you turn the light and the echo off, inshaAllah, on my mic, inshaAllah. Ana abdukal ‘ajeez, wa dayeef, wa miskin, wa zhalim, wa jahl, and but for the grace of Allah (AJ) that we’re still in existence.
4:59 – “…Atiullaha wa atiur Rasula wa Ulil amre minkum…” (Surat an-Nisa)
“…Obey Allah, obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you…” (The Women, 4:59)
Ramadan (9×9): 81st Ismullah, Al Muntaqim; 81st Ismur Rasul, Zu Fadl
A reminder always for myself, inshaAllah, that this is the holy month of Ramadan. This reality of 9 and 81 and 81st name of Allah (AJ), Al Muntaqim (The Avenger) and 81st name of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ by Dalail al-Khayrat, Zu Fadl (The Possessor of Grace). That by every grace and emanation is a key in which Allah (AJ) will avenge. This power of 9, the power of Ramadan is under the secret of the 81st month, the number 81, Surah 81, Takwir (The Overthrowing). The 81st name of Allah (AJ), Al Muntaqim, that to avenge his servant from what shaitan has put upon them.
By means of Ramadan, Allah (AJ) to wash and to destroy all badness and all the damage that shaitan putting upon insan (mankind) and Allah (AJ) wanting to keep the soul to be beautific and purified and pure. This is an immense rahmah (mercy) and ni’mat (blessing). Our left hand has 8 and 1 that Allah (AJ) inscribed upon us this coding. That this Zu Fadl, this blessing Prophet ﷺ want to bestow upon the servant that Al Muntaqim everything has to be destroyed.
We are Asked to Simply Sit and Fast During Ramadan
It means that everything wrong, Allah (AJ) must avenge us to take away the difficulties that shaitan has put upon us. Ramadan is then a gift for the nation to be dressed by these realities, blessed by these realities. Everything that Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ achieved on Lailatul Isra wal Mi’raj in Rajab that he wants like a comet, he’s shooting into the Divinely Presence. His whole nation, like stars flowing behind. He wants to dress them from that reality, bless them from that reality and the only way to achieve that reality is to do nothing. This is a sign for our humility.
It’s not your zakat (charity) that will get it. It’s not your salah (daily prayer) that will get it. It’s not anything that you do will get it. Actually, Allah (AJ) ask us, ‘Don’t do anything. Sit and fast. Abstain. Just sit and fast. I will bless you with it. I will dress you with it. I will forgive you everything.’ Only by means of your fasting can you achieve this rahmah and mercy from Allah (AJ). That Allah (AJ) describe, ‘I will give you a gift that no angel knows, no prophet knows.’ No one knows what Allah (AJ) would bestow of these lights and these ranks to the souls.
More From the Unseen Benefits Us Than the Seen
By virtue of this fast, by virtue of the mi’raj (ascension) of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ that is in a continuous mi’raj to Divinely Presence. We pray that Allah (AJ) dress us and bless us from those realities. That we talked about the realities of seeing and opening the heart. We talked about Sayyidina Khidr (as) is not a seen guide but an unseen guide. How to develop a heart in which to see that reality?
That there’s more from the unseen that benefit us than from the seen. Our life is to take benefit from malakut (heavenly realm). The malakut can’t be seen with the physical eyes. All these lights and all these knowledges that Allah (AJ) want to bestow upon us is from the world of light. How then to open our heart into that reality? We talked from the levels of the heart, “Qalb al mu’min baitullah”.
“Qalb al mu’min baytur rabb.”
“The heart of the believer is the House of the Lord.” Hadith Qudsi
Your Heart is the Headquarters for Your Lataif, Subtle Energy Points
When they teach about the levels of the heart, it’s not what they call lataif (subtle energy points) only. What they talk about the centers of energy and the points of energy, we are an energy being. 360 satellite dishes upon insan (mankind) taking energy and coordinates and every type of tajjali that Allah (AJ) want to send. The headquarters for that coordinates is the qalb, is the heart. These lataif and subtle energy points is for opening the heart which is what? The house of Allah (AJ); Qalb al mu’min baitullah.
This is a reality that is taught about the reality of the house of Allah (AJ); not about your heart and how to open your heart. But when they’re teaching this reality, these servants are teaching you about the house of Allah (AJ). That this first door of the house, they call the qalb and that’s the importance of your heart. Why this qaf-laam-ba is a heart? So, when they say lataif al-qalb, think in the world of malakut, not in reference to you because this door, you were not supposed to be in it.
We are Oppressors to Ourselves With Hearts That are Just a Drop in Deep, Heavenly Oceans
This way, it’s not about, ‘I’m going to read Qur’an to see what Allah wants for me.’ The door was “la ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minaz zalimin”. Glory be to Allah (AJ), I’m an oppressor to myself.
21:87 – “…La ilaha illa anta Subhanaka, innee kuntu minazh zhalimeen.” (Surat Al-Anbiya)
“…There is no god/deity except You; Glory to you: Indeed I have been of the wrongdoers/Oppressor to Myself!” (The Prophets, 21:87)
Allah (AJ) Wants Us to Understand Our Qalb
I don’t exist in this story. This was about Allah’s (AJ) secret to Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. When I negated myself, then every subsequent reality is going to be of something unimaginable. So, when they say the lataif (subtle energy points) of the qalb (heart), why qalb and what does Allah (AJ)
want us to understand from many deep oceans of what Allah (AJ) wants? This is just a drop.
I’m sure awliyaullah (saints) have much higher understanding. We’re nobody. But from what they taught us – what Allah (AJ) wants an understanding from the qalb because there’s no flesh in heaven called the qalb. But this Qaf wal Quran al-Majeed.
50:1 – “Qaf, wal Quranil Majeed.” (Surat Qaf)
“Qaf. By the honored Qur’an.” (The Letter Qaf, 50:1)
The Arsh Holds the Symbol of Authority That Never Perishes, Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ
This laam is representing Lisan al-Haqq (Tongue of Truth). There is a soul and there’s a reality that has been created to speak for Allah (AJ). So, in the book, in our book, Allah (AJ) is eternally unknown. There’s no place that you go where Allah (AJ) sits upon a throne. There’s no throne that can hold Allah (AJ). Anything that would hold would claim it to be stronger than that presence. So, the throne is for who? Zeenat al-Arsh. What we’re saying in our salawats? You are the beauty and you are what beautifies that reality and what that reality represents of the Holy Face, Wajh hil Kareem.
Ma ajmalaka, teri surat Ma ah’sanaka teri seerat
Ma akmalaka teri ‘azmat Teri zaat may gum hai Khudayee
Your Face is the perfection of beauty; Your personality is the perfection of manners
Your Magnificence is the absolute perfection; Lordship is lost in Your essence
Everything Perishes But the Holy Face (Holy Qur’an, 28:88)
The arsh (throne) of Allah (AJ) is symbolic of an authority and the symbol of authority never perishes. If the authority perishes, the kingdom would have perished and shaitan would have overtaken. Allah (AJ) says, “Everything perishes but My Holy Face.”
28:88 – “…kullu shayin halikun illa wajha hu lahul hukmu wa ilayhi turja’oon.” (Surat Al-Qasas)
“…Everything (that exists) will perish except His holy Face. To Him belongs the Command, and to Him you will be returned.” (The Stories, 28:88)
The Divinely Throne Carries Seven Essences of the Holy Face
So, then you understand that the arsh (throne) of Allah (AJ) is the Holy Face. It doesn’t perish. It has two legs, two legs, four. It has two armchair, five, six and has the seat is seven. These are seven points and realities, right? The chair has four legs and if it’s three-legged chair, it would fall over. Everything from Allah (AJ) has to be perfect. So, it means it has two points and two points. It has two armrests in which that king has his authority and has the seat in which he sits and Allah (AJ) sits upon his heart.
It means that that Face that never perishes, the authority that never perishes. If everything going to collapse, all of creation will collapse including all malaika (angels), all Bait al-Mamur, all the heavens and Earth will collapse, but the Holy Face will never collapse. That which is eternal, the authority. That authority close down and shut down, then what would that be?
Holy Qur’an Brings the Dead to Life
So, it means that this qalb (heart) that Allah (AJ) want, why that lataif and this house of Allah (AJ) starts with a qalb? Because the qalb for Allah (AJ) is different than your heart. The qalb for Allah (AJ) is a power and an izzah (might) from qaf to understand that this Qaf wal Quran al-Majeed, which everything is encompassed within Holy Qur’an.
50:1 – “Qaf, wal Quranil Majeed.” (Surat Qaf)
“Qaf. By the honored Qur’an.” (The Letter Qaf, 50:1)
You can’t look outside of Holy Qur’an for anything. Allah (AJ) says in this reality, everything is contained within it. It brings the dead to life and take life out of the dead. It has everything in it. So, Qaf is that ultimate authority and power. All of its realities and Allah (AJ) give it to because this is qalb: give this Qaf, He gave it a laam. He gave it a tongue in which to communicate the desire of the Qaf. This is a ‘Qul’. The reality of what is ‘Qul’ mean.
Only Prophet ﷺ Can Carry the Holy Speech of Allah (AJ)
When Allah (AJ) want the Qaf to be known, how it’s going to be known? He gives it a lisan (tongue). Your soul is created to talk for the Qaf because Izzah and Might of Allah (AJ) is in there. That I created your laam, your lisan (tongue) to speak for me and if My speech hits a mountain, it will be dust but your qalb (heart) is firm. It means nothing can contain that reality except the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. So, this qaf-laam is a power and might moving to the ba.
59:21 – “Law anzalna hadha alQurana ‘ala jabalin laraaytahu, khashi’an mutasaddi’an min khashyatillahi…” (Surat Al-Hashr)
“Had We sent down this Qur’an on a mountain, verily, you would have seen it obliterated to dust (from its power)…” (The Exile, 59:21)
All of Holy Qur’an is Contained in the Ba Where the Caretaker is Imam Ali (as)
All of Qur’an in Fatiha, in 7 verses. 7 times you recite Surat al-Fatiha is power of Holy Qur’an being unleashed upon it. All of Surah Fatiha in Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, now like a laser. All of Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem in the ba.
So, then qalb (heart) and this lataif al-qalb is this Izzah and Might of Allah (AJ), directed to this ba. This ba coming and describing, ‘I am the entire city of all realities,’ but Imam Ali (as), Babahu. He’s the caretaker of the ba. Go through that door with love and respect and ihteram and good character where if he’s pleased with your character, this door of ba will open.
Qala RasulAllah ﷺ, “Ana madinatul ‘ilmin wa ‘Aliyyun baabuha.” (Hasan, At Tirmidhi)
The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: “I am the city of knowledge and ‘Ali (as) is its door/gatekeeper.” [Authentic by Imam Tirmidhi in al-Awsat]
You Cannot Enter the City of Knowledge Without Accepting La Ilaha IllAllah Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ
What unfolds of ba is the reality of Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem. The entire unfolding of Holy Qur’an and everything from samawati wal ard (heavens and Earth) is made from it, is manifesting from it. Its power and its source is qaf. So, it’s directing into that ba. This ba has gatekeepers and their gates is their loyalty is to La Ilaha illAllah Muhammadun Rasulullah ﷺ.
“La ilaha illallahu Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ.”
“There is no deity but Allah, Prophet Muhammad is the messenger of Allah (pbuh).”
Your Qalb is an Immense Ocean
There’s no way into this city without accepting their saif (sword). Why? Zulfiqar, there’s no way into this without accepting La ilaha illAllah Muhammadun Rasulullah ﷺ. They take the bad character, enter into the city and these are Ulil Baab and the caretakers of the baab. So, when Allah (AJ) asking for the qalb and lataif of the qalb, the understanding of the qalb is an immense ocean.
It’s not only my physical heart, but what Allah (AJ) saying, ‘Take a path of light and knowledges.’ That understand these haqaiqs of the world of light. That Allah (AJ) want to dress so when He begin to teach the servant from this lataif al qalb and I don’t think there’s many things that you can find on this subject. You have to be clever to find something on this subject. If you find it, it’s about the house of Allah (AJ).
Sayyidina Jibreel (as) Brought Knowledges to Sayyidina Adam (as)
If you study it and make your connection, it should be an entry way into the house of Allah (AJ), the eternal house of Allah (AJ); not only the imitated house on this Earth, but the real house and the eternal house within the world of light. So, then they ask all the realities of knowledge is from that qalb (heart) so that reality of qalb is continuously flowing to the servant. So, who’s related to the qalb? Sayyidina Jibreel (as) because he brings knowledges. Who was the prophet related to the qalb? Sayyidina Adam (as), “Wa laqad karramna bani adam…” , “Wa allama Asma kullaha.”
17:70 – “Wa laqad karramna bani adama…” (Surat Al-Isra)
“And We have certainly honored the children of Adam…” (The Night Journey, 17:70)
2:31 – “Wa ‘allama Adamal Asma a kullaha…” (Surat Al-Baqarah)
“And He taught Adam the names of all things…” (The Cow, 2:31)
Don’t Let Doubt Overtake You When Learning Heavenly Knowledges
Anything related to knowledge is in that lataif. Sayyidina Uthman Ghani (as), Jami’al Quran al-Majid, was bringing the knowledges and realities of Holy Qur’an so everything related to knowledges is at that Lataif of Qalb because it’s dressed from the understanding of knowledges. When the servant is understanding that lataif, understanding that energy, understanding that reality, making the connection with these awliyaullah, making their connection – tafakkur, murqabah and asking, ‘Ya Rabbi, dress me from these lights, bless me from these lights. I’m taking a path of knowledges.’
You have to enter so deep into that knowledge and not have doubt. You can’t be somebody keep coming and thinking, ‘Is this shirk? Is this…?” Ridiculous questions. You’re asking shaykhs about shirk (polytheism). That question alone is threw you outside. You just failed your course. You think a shaykh would come and teach you of shirk? What kind of character are you? It means you have so much doubt, it has overtaken you.
Be a Fish Drinking From the Ocean, Not a Rock That Sinks to the Bottom
This way is walking on water. This way is a perfected reality that is taught from the khawas (elite) of Allah’s (AJ) creation; not the common, but from the elite of Allah (AJ) created souls. They are teaching from those realities to reach to people whom Allah (AJ) has destined to enter into that home. So, they took a life in being from the qalb (heart). They are the people of the qalb. They are the people of seeking knowledges. It’s not just I focused on yellow and I’m now ready for the next.
They took a life of seeking knowledges and they have such a thirst and hunger. They don’t stop reading the shaykh’s materials. They don’t stop watching the videos. They don’t stop trying to learn and learn and learn because Mawlana Shaykh (Q) described, ‘Don’t be like a rock in the water, rock in the water – just ‘oohh,’ goes all the way to the bottom. Be a fish where it thinks at every moment, I’m going to drink this entire ocean.’ It means they are in a continuous state of studying the reality, studying and reading that reality, making their tafakkur, making their contemplation. That, ‘Ya Rabbi, dress me from this ocean of qalb. Dress me from this ocean of knowledges.’
Your Shaykh Facilitates Your Connection to the Heavens
So, that all these, when I make the connection with the shaykh, he’s the cable man. He facilitates your connection to the heavens. If you made a good connection and the cable is connected, every personality from that reality should be able to come and begin to teach.
Sayyidina Jibreel (as) will teach of the reality of his light. Sayyidina Uthman Ghani (as), Jami’al Quran al Majid, will teach from the reality of Holy Qur’an of what gift Allah (AJ) has given to him to compile the Holy Qur’an. Every personality and every light in that reality will come to convey its reality because all of them want to convey these blessings.
Red of the Sir Represents the Struggle
They’re not keeping it for themself like an inheritance that they don’t want to give. But they don’t see anyone ready to take that reality. From the
qalb, it goes to the sir. The sir is a red light and signifies struggle under the authority of Sayyidina Nuh (as), Sayyidina Mikhail (as), Sayyidina Umar Farooq (as) and now everything that has to do with faith. Because red is for struggle. Red is for the fight, the Jihad al-Akbar; not the fighting of people because Prophet ﷺ describe the greatest fight is against ourselves.
“An Jabiru (as) qala, ‘qadema ‘ala Rasulullahi ﷺ qawmun ghazatun. Faqalan Nabiyu ﷺ : “Qademtum khaira maqdamin min jihadil Asghar ilal Jihadil Akbar.”
Qeela “wa ma al Jihadil Akbar?” Qala ﷺ : “Mujahidatul ‘abdi hawahu.” [ Bayhaqi fi Kitab Az Zuhdil Kabir 373]
Jabir (as) narrated: ‘Some warriors came to the Holy Prophet. The Prophet (Muhammad) (pbuh) said to them, “Welcome back from the minor Jihad/Struggle to the greater Struggle.” It was asked, ‘What is the greater struggle Oh Prophet of Allah (Pbuh)?”
The Prophet (pbuh) replied: “it is the servant’s fight/struggle against his own Ego/worldly desires.” [Bayhaqi in book of ‘The Great Asceticism 373]
Build Your Ship of Faith to Help You Through Struggles
So, it means Sayyidina Mikhail (as) comes and teaches that: I am the angel of warfare and I’m the angel of sustenance. That how is struggle related to sustenance. That when I come and the madad of my support is to declare war on your shaitans. Are you willing to fight them? They can’t fight if you’re not fighting. If you accept your bad character, accept your anger, accept all of these bad characteristics, they stand back, say, ‘This person is not interested in fighting against their badness.’ Don’t expect somebody else to fight a fight that you’re not willing to do.
So, they say, ‘Are you ready? Are you at a station in which you’re about to take your struggle with your sword and begin to struggle against your bad characteristics?’ Sayyidina Nuh (as) begins to come and teaches that this struggle that Allah (AJ) has us in life is to build your ship. Your ship is your faith. So, if anyone is not struggling because a lot of emails coming in after we told to communicate with Yahya. Everybody talking about their struggles, but they’re quick to trying to get rid of them and not be patiently working through them because it’s not about just getting rid of the problem, but living with the problem.
Every Struggle and Difficulty Builds Your Faith
It’s about how to live with the difficulty that Allah (AJ) gives to us, how to do the zikr, how to do the tafakkur, how to do the contemplation to live a life to be patient. Struggle. Every struggle and every difficulty is building my faith. If I take it from A to Z in a second, I didn’t achieve faith. I just got rid of a problem and that was not what Allah (AJ) wanted. Some people come and ‘Shaykh, I have a problem. I have a problem. It didn’t go away.’ It wasn’t supposed to go away. You were supposed to achieve an understanding, but you’re so preoccupied with getting rid of the problem, you’re not understanding the real solution.
It wasn’t about Sayyidina Nuh (as), keep asking, “When’s the rain coming? When’s the rain coming? When’s the rain coming? When’s the rain asking?” He became impatient and asked for his people to be killed; not the character of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Because he became impatient with his people and said, ‘They’ll never believe, ya Rabbi. Forget it. Drown them’ and Allah (AJ) began the flood.
Do You Turn to Allah (AJ) When Things are Good and Bad?
It wasn’t about trying to force Allah (AJ) to bring the rain, but you build your faith and you build your ship and people come to bother you and you build your ship. People come to insult you and you build your ship. People come to ridicule you and mock you because Allah (AJ) wants to see: do you love Me when everyone is happy with you? Or do you love Me when everyone is bothering you? Do you love Me when everything is difficult or when everything is good? If everything is good, so what? Everybody loves Allah (AJ) at that time.
It’s when things become bad. It’s when things become difficult and when everything becomes sour around us in life and say, “Ya Rabbi, Wa ufawwidu amri ilAllah, innAllaha basirun bil ‘ibad, Ya Rabbi.
“Wa ufawwidu amri ilAllah, innAllaha basirun bil ‘ibad.”
“I entrust my affair unto Allah. Truly, Allah is aware of His servant
Allah (AJ) Sends Relief When You Struggle With a Sincere Heart
You see every condition of me and I’m overwhelmed. You see my condition and Sayyidina Nuh said, ‘I’m overwhelmed, ya Rabbi.’ Shaitan has thrown so much unto me. I’m overwhelmed, wa Fatah abwabas samaa and at that time, Allah (AJ) accepted that you are overwhelmed. I open the gates of the heaven and I pour the water upon them.
54:10-11 – “Fada Aa rabba hu annee Maghloobun Faintasir. (10) Fa fatahna abwaba al sama bi ma in munhamirin. (11) (Surat Al- Qamar)
“Then he called on his Lord: ‘I am one Overpowered/overcome: Please then help (me)! (10) So We opened the gates of heaven, with water pouring forth. (11)” (The Moon, 54:10-11)
You Cannot Win Your Fight Without Allah’s (AJ) Help
Everyday, when we ask, ‘Ya Rabbi, I’m becoming overwhelmed in difficulties and everything that been thrown upon me. Open just a water upon me. Don’t need anyone to be in difficulty. Just shower me with Your rahmah and your mercy, ya Rab. Give me strength to keep enduring’ and this is the sir. This red light of the sir is to struggle.
This red light of the sir is to understand that I’m not to accept my bad character. I’m not to say I have a right to be bad with you. I have a right to allow my bad character to come out, but I took a path in which ya Rabbi, I want to win against this. It’s like you against 700,000. It’s not a fight that you can win until, Iza jaa’a nasrul-laahi walfath.
110:1 – “Idha jaa a Nasrullahi wal Fath.” (Surat An-Nasr)
“When there comes the Divine Support of Allah and the Victory.” (The Divine Support, 110:1)
Our Life is About the Struggle, Victory Belongs to Allah (AJ)
Until you fighting, fighting, fighting, fighting until Allah (AJ) give a cue to the angels, ‘Enter in. Enter into this one’s battle because they’re sincere.’ As soon as this support from Allah (AJ) begin to enter in, every difficulty will begin to go down. Then again, difficulty comes in life, but our life was about the struggle. Victory is only for Allah (AJ). We are not to be concerned with the victory. Our life is only about the struggle. How good you struggle, this is where your reward. When they want to begin to give that reward, then these lights begin to enter into the heart.
Those whom struggle in that reality, they become Mahdiyun. Sayyidina Mahdi (as) represents that red light. That’s why they describe his turban as a red turban and he has a white skin, sort of reddish freckly, what’s it called? Constitution? Like a skin (a voice from the audience), complexion. That the turban, red, and he represents strong warfare because the Mahdiyun, they are the Muhammadan Hadi. That they represent the Muhammadan reality and guidance. That they strong, strong against themselves and bad character; not that they’re perfect, but they’re continuously struggling against bad character, continuously striving to reach towards that reality until in these days, Sayyidina Mahdi (as) begins to support them spiritually.
Awliya are All Supported By the Sword of Sayyidina Mahdi (as)
That he must support them and be their pushtadab (support), be behind them to keep them going for shaitan is fighting everywhere. If not for the spiritual sword of Sayyidina Mahdi (as), not one of these awliya (saints) could open their mouth. None of them have that power to do anything against the amount of shaitans. It’s the sword of Sayyidina Mahdi (as) that is behind them that even give them the ability to talk. They’re in the middle of oceans of shaitan. Had it been anything else, the minute they would have open their mouth, shaitan would have ravage and rip them to pieces by night. You see people, satanic attacks, everywhere. You think they could survive like that?
It’s the sword of Sayyidina Mahdi (as) that keeps them alive. This is the sir and the light and the energy that dressing upon the heart. We pray that in the big struggle in life is always Ramadan. That when the believer enters into Ramadan, that, ‘Oh! It’s going to be a hard month. It’s going to be difficult.’ Then Allah’s (AJ) rahmah (mercy) make it to be beatific. Allah’s (AJ) maghfirah (forgiveness) make it to be blessed and light in which begin to take away all these difficulties.
Your Soul Becomes Noble and Beatific When You Struggle Against Your Bad Character
This month has a tremendous reality of annihilating everything so that the sir can be opened on the believer. It means that when they make their tafakkur (contemplation) and asking: Ya Rabbi, dress me from these lights. Dress me from the light of Sayyidina Mikhail (as). That I’m nothing and I’m no one. I see nothing. Ya Sayyidina Mikhail (as), for the sake of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, dress me and bless me.
As much as we struggle in the way and get that madad and get that support. Every struggle and bad character, Allah (AJ) begin to change the dress upon the soul. When they’re struggling against their bad character, their soul is becoming beatific and noble. As it becomes beatific and noble, Allah’s (AJ) command for Sayyidina Mikhail (as) begins to change for the sustenance of that servant’s soul.
Change the Sustenance Upon Your Soul and Upgrade to High-Octane Mode
When He begins to change the sustenance, you’re no longer unleaded fuel. You’re high octane. Your practices have found acceptance with Allah (AJ). You are of a high-octane nature. Allah (AJ) has ordered us to give a different sustenance upon your soul, right? Old car you made may have certain type of gas, but something from heavens requires completely different fuel.
As a result, Sayyidina Mikhail’s (as) orders are then, ‘Change the sustenance upon your soul.’ That sustenance and the reality that coming upon their soul changes, no doubt. Everything in their physical world changes because of the sustenance from paradise is reaching upon their soul. Everything from their dunya (material world) will begin to change. Why? Because of the paradise reality that dressing them upon this Earth. We pray that Allah (AJ) dress us and bless us with these understandings and realities.
Subhana rabbika rabbal ‘izzati ‘amma yasifoon, wa salaamun ‘alal mursaleen, walhamdulillahi rabbil ‘aalameen. Bi hurmati Muhammad al-Mustafa ﷺ wa bi siri Surat al-Fatiha.
