Guaranteed Way To Erase Very Big Sins
From the Realities of Mawlana (Q) as taught by Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi
A’udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem
Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem
I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the rejected one
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Atiullaha wa atiur Rasula wa Ulil amre minkum.
(Surat An-Nisa)
“O You who have believed, Obey Allah, Obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you…” (The Women, 4:59)
Copy the Exemplars of Faith & Heroes of Islam
And always a reminder for myself, ana abdukal ‘ajeez, wa dayeef, wa miskin, wa zhalim, wa jahl, and but for the Grace of Allah (AJ) that we are still in existence. Alhamdulillah, that this is the gate of maghfirah and forgiveness. This is the beginning of our year and start it with good actions, good character, good akhlaaq, love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, love of Ahlul Bayt an-Nabi ﷺ (holy family of Prophet ﷺ), love of the holy companions and that to remember their lives is our faith. They set the example through their deeds and good actions of how they conducted themselves. They are the exemplars of faith and the heroes of Islam in which we emulate and copy their way, copy their character to reach Divine satisfaction.
Communicate With the Shaykh to Build Your Relationship
And communicate with us, email with us. As soon as you open and email and [email protected], you build a relationship with the shaykh. If that’s the guide that you want, that’s a guide towards that reality. You begin to open that relationship and the familiarity so that it’s not something so distant and that you feel distant from it. It becomes very close, this understanding and this relationship. That you contact, ask the questions that you have. Remember the questions are not to question the teaching, but to get understanding and open the heart.
And in reality, that when you study these subjects, study these websites, the books, the articles, everything that you’re studying and there so many different subjects. Whether you’re going to study the energy, the meditation, the huroof (Arabic alphabets), the realities of the heart, the realities of Surat Yaseen and the heart of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, reality of the Hajj (pilgrimage); all of these realities and teachings to open a reality within the heart. And once you start to study them and made that connection, then you come to the zikr and to these associations into these talks and wait for your answer.
The Shaykh Will Answer Concerns Within Your Heart
That this intention that we put within our heart – if it’s something that’s necessary for our spirituality, then it sends an isharat (sign); it sends a signal like a radio signal from heavens. And then the Shaykh begins to talk on these subjects and they answer the question. So, don’t be waiting to, ‘I want an answer, I want an answer.’ You become so busy and preoccupied trying to get an answer but you didn’t really even hear the answer coming. Or you’re so busy trying to ask a question that you didn’t really hear the answer that came in the talk and that’s the miracle of tariqah (spiritual path).
That you build the relationship, you put the concern within your heart and like a heavenly radio, it begins to answer everyone’s heart. So, everyone is hearing what they need to hear and those whom are always in a state of tafakkur, contemplation, they pick up the signals that they need. Because the seeker of the way is continuously seeking and seeking God’s secret in everything that I made a connection. I’m of service whether I serve through my actions, my deeds, through what Allah (AJ) has given to me. And so I’m a part of this reality and then every time I have a concern within my heart and it’s something that’s necessary for my spirituality, most likely that signal will be coming. And through that divinely channel it begins to answer that in the talks.
Awliyaullah Teach You a Way to Reach Certainty
This gate of forgiveness, this opening of Surat al-Tawbah, this opening of Muharram and somebody emailed today about a crime. A horrible crime that was committed that they went to jail for that crime. And they’ve tried their best by listening to making their maghfirah, to asking for forgiveness, asking people that they harmed and that were involved in that harming for forgiveness. Then asked, ‘Can you guarantee me that Allah (AJ) will forgive me?’ An interesting question.
And A’udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem. That to guarantee that Allah (AJ) grant you a forgiveness is not possible. That we’re not in this to speak beyond our ability or beyond our authority. But awliyaullah (saints) have a hikmah and a wisdom, that they’ll teach you a way and a system in which to reach to certainty. And if you are just asking Allah (AJ) for the crime that you did, the actions that you did and asking, ‘Ya Rabbi, forgive me, forgive me, forgive me.’ Alhamdulillah, this is beautiful.
But they come and they teach you that from every Hadith (traditions of Prophet ﷺ) and ayatul kareem (verse of Holy Qur’an) when they say, ‘You don’t talk about Qur’an, you don’t talk about Hadith, this guy just pulls this stuff out of nowhere.’ And that’s not fair because they’re not listening. These teachings are all the secret and secret and secret behind Holy Qur’an. The ayah (verse) that you read is very, is furqan. These are the ayahs of right and wrong. The ayahs that they teach from their heart and transmitting through their servants and those whom are muqaddam on their footsteps – they’re the deep secrets behind these Holy Qur’an and Holy Hadith of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
You’ll Be With Whom You Love
And on this night of forgiveness and all of us think of all the wrong we did, all the people who did wrong and all the people whom suffering through the wrongs that were done to them, then they ask that remember that Prophet ﷺ described, ‘You’ll be with whom you love.’
Qala Rasulullah (saws): “Almar o, ma’a man ahab.”
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: “One is with those whom he loves.”
It’s Holy Hadith that, ‘You will be with whom you love.’ Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Saddiq (as), Allah’s (AJ) definite peace and blessings be about them was so excited by that, got up and circumambulated thanking Allah (AJ). It was a big and tremendous key of all realities. These are the secret and building blocks of the turuq (spiritual paths). When they come and teach you, ‘Just this hadith is an answer for that question of forgiveness.’
Spend Your Life Building the Love for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ
This means that if you spend your life building the love for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ – you know how much time you spent building the love for your spouse, for your children, for your job, for your career, for your position; all that time you spent on it, do you think you spent the equivalent in building the love for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ? Did you spend the equivalent? Did you give the equivalent? Did you do the equivalent? If we spend our life on building this love with Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, tahzim an-Nabi ﷺ, at every opportunity to do what we can to spread the magnificent status of the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. That if you like these talks, share them. If you can’t talk like this talk, it’s like an orchestra.
The Shaykh, his gift was from Allah (AJ) to speak. I don’t sing and I don’t recite. Somebody else’s gift is to recite beatifically. Somebody else’s gift is to type. Somebody else’s gift is to work and they make a lot of money working. It’s an orchestra. The Shaykh brings everybody’s talents and abilities together for one direction. And that’s the direction to praise and raise the magnificent status on Earth of the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. We’re not raising it but to disseminate that reality that we are Muhammadiyun, that we are the people whom love Allah (AJ) and Allah (AJ) told us, ‘Qul in kuntum tuhibbon Allaha fattabi’oni, yuhbibkumUllahu’
3:31 – “Qul in kuntum tuhibbon Allaha fattabi’oni, yuhbibkumullahu wa yaghfir lakum dhunobakum wallahu Ghaforur Raheem.” (Surat Ali-Imran)
“Say, [O Muhammad], “If you should love Allah, then follow me, [so] Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.” (Family of Imran, 3:31)
Follow Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ to Gain Allah’s (AJ) Love!
Our life is fattabi’oni, that we’re now trying to follow and get the attention of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ so that to gain what? Allah’s (AJ) love! And then if we spend our time in salawats (praises on Prophet Muhammad ﷺ), spend our time spreading these knowledges, spreading these pages, spreading these books, these articles, giving from Allah (AJ) has given to us, we’re a group.
And we become not just one, we become a collective group. All the people who are putting this broadcast together, all the people putting this internet together, all the people supporting for its cameras, for its resources, for its abilities, who are behind the scenes making websites and apps and all sorts of applications. The people who come to the Center to clean it, to provide for it, to bring food for it so that all those people can sit there and do those things. And for all the people online whom watching, supporting and giving words of encouragement, it’s an orchestra. It’s a collective group of people coming together, bringing their love together and then showing their love for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. And when you do all these actions that the shaykhs are teaching, you begin to have an immense love for Prophet ﷺ.
Love is a Gift of Faith From Allah (AJ)
And they remind you that when you feel love, that is the greatest gift of faith. Love is not from you. Love is not something that you can put into your heart. Nobody can force you to love something or someone. Love has to come as a gift from Allah (AJ) and that is the gift of faith. You cannot say, ‘I have faith but I don’t have love.’ It means then you’re lying to yourself and you misunderstood what faith is. When Allah (AJ) loves you, He grants love in your heart. Love in your heart for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is deposited by Allah (AJ) by the good deeds, the salawats, the actions, tahzim. That going around and doing the most I can do to get the attention of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. As soon as that nazar (gaze) falls upon our being, Allah (AJ) grants a love and a light begins to enter into the heart.
Then the understanding of that hadith is immense because when you start to do these actions, don’t worry about the crime you committed, the actions that you’ve done. You’ve asked Allah (AJ) for forgiveness. You tried to make your repentance. You go around and asking people’s forgiveness for what I’ve done wrong. And, ‘Ya Rabbi I don’t want to do again.’ But for these great sins and these great difficulties the key and the secret that you can be given a guarantee is to love Prophet ﷺ. If you find that a love has entered into your heart, then you understand this Hadith is that Prophet ﷺ says, ‘You’ll be with whom you love.’
Qala Rasulullah (saws): “Almar o, ma’a man ahab.”
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: “One is with those whom he loves.”
Be Under the Intercession of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ
So, then if you love Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and Prophet’s ﷺ guarantee from his Holy hadith is that, ‘You’ll be with me if you love me’ and your love is with your actions and your deeds, not your love by your mouth. Not people who call themself ‘holy’ by their mouth but are their actions and their deeds, are they of that reality? Then no doubt you’re with Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. And if you’re with Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, do you think that he’s not interceding for you? Whatever that you’ve done of wrong in this life, it’s 100% guaranteed that you’re under the intercession of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. And that’s our key. That’s our guarantee that you can take that to the bank.
Allah’s (AJ) Mercy Outweighs His Wrath
That when you spend your life in the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and you did it with your deeds and with your actions. And everyday you’re making your salawats, your practices and whatever you can do and you begin to feel that love within your heart – no doubt you’re asking, ‘Sayyidi, Ya Rasulul Kareem, Ya Habibul Azeem unzur halana wa ishfalana, that intercede for me. My actions are weak. My deeds are contaminated.’ That no doubt, Prophet ﷺ comes with muhabbat and love. I’ve asked Allah (AJ) for far greater than this. Then reminds that Allah (AJ) said, ‘My mercy outdoes my wrath.’
‘An Abi Hurairah (ra), Qala Rasul Allahi (saws) “Lamma qaday Allahul Khalqa Kataba fi kitabehi, Fahuwa ‘indahu fawqa al’arshi inna Rahmati ghalbat ghadabi.”
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH), said, “When Allah decreed the creation, he wrote in his Book with him on his Throne: My mercy prevails over my wrath.” Sahih Bukhari 3022, Sahih Muslim 2751
Meaning what? Allah’s (AJ) mercy is Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
21:107 – “Wa maa arsalnaka illa Rahmatal lil’alameen.” (Surat Al-Anbiya)
“And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad (pbuh)], except as a mercy to the worlds/creation.” (The Prophets, 21:107)
Our Guarantee in Life is to Love Whom Allah (AJ) Loves
He’s teaching us, Allah (AJ) is teaching us that, ‘In the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, it far outweighs any anger I would have.’ If Prophet ﷺ is willing to stand with you, to pray over you, to intercede for you, Allah (AJ) says, ‘There’s no ghadab. There’s no anger in that presence.’
8:33 – “Wa maa kaanal laahu liyu’az zibahum wa anta feehim; wa maa kaanal laahu mu’az zibahum wa hum yastaghfiroon” (Surat Al-Anfal)
“And Allah would not punish them and (while) you (Muhammad ﷺ ) are amongst them, and Allah (AJ) would not punish them (while) they seek forgiveness.” (The Spoils of War, 8:33)
But if no one is going to stand with you and you just want to stand before your Lord asking forgiveness, Allah (AJ) ask, ‘Where are your people? Where’s Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ? Did you not believe?’ And that’s scary. To think that you’re going to go before Allah’s (AJ) Presence by yourself. So, our whole life and our whole guarantee in life is to love whom Allah (AJ) loves.
Prophet ﷺ is a Witness, Bearer of Glad Tidings and a Warner
Our love for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ that Shahidan Mubashiran wa nadheeran.
(46)” (Surat Al-Ahzab)
“O Prophet, indeed We have sent you as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner. (45) And one who invites to Allah, by His permission, and an illuminating lamp.” (The Combined Forces, 33:45-46)
That he ‘Shahidan’ – Qur’an describes the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is Shahidan. That he’s ﷺ a witness over his people. Qur’an is not old stories. Qur’an is now and eternal. And Allah (AJ) even higher that this reality is from the malakut (heavenly realm). Allah (AJ) doesn’t care about this earth. Shahidan means the soul of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is ever-witnessing over all souls. Mubashiran is that every goodness and every light is emanating from the reality of that soul, dressing everything around it. Wa nadheeran, that if you are being dressed by this love and dressed by this light, no doubt that light begins to intercede and tells you that, ‘Don’t do this bad and do this good. Don’t do this bad and do this good.’ And begins to correct our khuluq, our character, correct all of our badness and evilness within us and make it to be something pleasing and loving for Allah (AJ) to dress us and to bless us.
InshaAllah, Allah (AJ) dress us, bless us and guide us with this love and give such a firmness of faith. That your faith becomes so firm because you know how much you put love into it. You know how much you put time into it, how much you put your resources into it, how much you put every effort into it. Only you know how much you did and when you did whatever you could do, you have a sense of tranquility within your heart that, ‘Ya Rabbi I’m trying. Make tomorrow to be a better day. Give me more himmah (strength), more ability to do more, inshaAllah.’
Subhana rabbika rabbal ‘izzati ‘amma yasifoon, wa salaamun ‘alal mursaleen, walhamdulillahi rabbil ‘aalameen. Bi hurmati Muhammad al-Mustafa wa bi siri Surat al-Fatiha.
