I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the rejected one
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
﴾أَطِيعُواللَّه وَأَطِيعُوٱلرَّسُولَ وَأُوْلِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ… ﴿٥٩…
4:59 – “…Atiullaha wa atiur Rasula wa Ulil amre minkum…” (Surat An-Nisa)
“… Obey Allah, Obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you…” (The Women, 4:59)
Ya Rabbi as I reminder always for myself, ana abdukal ‘ajeez, wa dayeef, wa miskin, wa zhalim, wa jahl and by the grace of Allah (AJ) still in existence.
Allah (AJ) Brought the Seal of Prophecy in the Month of Rabi’ul Awwal
Always a reminder only for myself, that when we talk, it’s talking to myself, that in this holy month of Rabi’ul Awwal, the month of Milad un Nabi ﷺ (celebration of the birthday of Prophet ﷺ), the month in which Allah (AJ) going to bring to life through the zuhoor and the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ his ancient deen, ancient religion of Islam. And bring into this dunya (material world), Allah’s (AJ) ancient kitab (book) ‘wal Qur’anil Majeed.’
﴾ق ۚ وَالْقُرْآنِ الْمَجِيدِ ﴿١
50:1 – “Qaf, wal Qur’anil Majeed.” (Surat Qaf)
“Qaf. By the honored Qur’an.” (The Letter Qaf, 50:1)
That Allah (AJ) going to bring Khatamun Nubuwwah, the Seal of Prophecy with the arrival of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. So many, so many realities in this month is opening that all the Milads in the world and all the praising in the world won’t be enough to show Allah (AJ) our gratefulness, of how much Allah (AJ) gave to humanity to jinns (unseen beings), to all creation, an immense reality.
Qur’an is a Dialogue Between Allah (AJ) & Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ
Alhamdulillah Allah (AJ) guided us to the hands of awliyaullah (saints), that their understanding of what Allah (AJ) has expanded in their heart of realities, that, not only school, but is beyond Ph.D. level. That when Allah (AJ) in Holy Qur’an, a reminder that, if you read Qur’an as if Allah (AJ) talking to you, it’s a different understanding. It’s between you and Allah (AJ). The way of ma’rifah (Gnosticism) is that you don’t exist. It’s the you that’s making the problem. So, ahlul ma’rifah, ahlul tazkiyah, the people of purification, they say Ya Rabbi I don’t exist, I don’t want to exist, I want to be nothing, to be nothing, to be nothing. Then they teach, then if you’re reading Qur’an and you’re a student of being nothing, take yourself out. Ya Rabbi this is a dialogue between Allah (AJ) and his beloved servant, Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. So, Holy Qur’an is a dialogue between Allah (AJ) and his beloved servant, Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
Certain Ayat of Qur’an Are Keystones for Ma’rifah
“Qul ini kuntum tuhibbon Allah, fattabi’oni, yuhbibkumullah.” Three, 3rd Surah, verse 31. There are, there are ayatual Qur’an al Majeed al Kareem (the honored generous verses of Holy Qur’an) that are keystones for the way of ma’rifah, and you’ll see all awliyaullah, from beginning to the day of judgment, will keep talking about specific ayahs (verses) of Holy Qur’an, because they’re key into opening the heart of the believer.
﴾قُلْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُحِبُّوْنَ اللَّـهَ فَاتَّبِعُوْنِيْ يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللَّـهُ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوْبَكُمْ ۗ وَاللَّـهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ ﴿٣١
3:31 – “Qul in kuntum tuhibbon Allaha fattabi’oni, yuhbibkumullahu wa yaghfir lakum dhunobakum wallahu Ghaforur Raheem.” (Surat Ali-Imran)
“Say, [O Muhammad], “If you should love Allah, then follow me, [so] Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.” (Family of Imran, 3:31)
Nothing Can Hold the Qul of Allah (AJ), Except Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ
“Qul in kuntum tuhibbon Allah,” and they come and teach that as soon as qul (say), qul appears, every other creation is moved out of the way. Qul, nobody can hold qul. Qaf of Qur’anil Majeed.
﴾ق ۚ وَالْقُرْآنِ الْمَجِيدِ ﴿ ١
50:1 – “Qaf, wal Qur’anil Majeed.” (Surat Qaf)
“Qaf. By the honored Qur’an.” (The Letter Qaf, 50:1)
Izzatullah, the reality of all quwwah and power is moving in that qaf. It comes to the lam and the lam is a L, for those who reading in English, which stands for the Lisanul Haq (Tongue of Truth). So, what makes it to be a Divinely Speech is the qul. So Qaf, Qaf wal Qur’an al Majeed comes upon that lam, and they teach us that nothing, nothing can hold that reality. There is not an angel and there is not a Prophet that can contain that because Allah (AJ) says, ‘If we reveal our Qur’an to the mountain, it will be khashiya, dust,’ but we reveal it to the heart of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and firm.
﴾لَوْ أَنزَلْنَا هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنَ عَلَىٰ جَبَلٍ لَّرَأَيْتَهُ خَاشِعًا مُّتَصَدِّعًا مِّنْ خَشْيَةِ اللَّهِ وَتِلْكَ الْأَمْثَالُ نَضْرِبُهَا لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ ﴿٢١
59:21 – “Law anzalna hadha alQurana ‘ala jabalin laraaytahu, khashi’an mutasaddi’an min khashyatillahi, wa tilkal amthalu nadribuha linnasi la’allahum yatafakkaroon.” (Surat Al-Hashr)
“Had We sent down this Qur’an on a mountain, verily, you would have seen it obliterated to dust (from its power) And these examples We present to the people that perhaps they will Contemplate…” (The Exile, 59:21)
Description of Amr and Irada of Allah (AJ) in the Heart of Sayyidina YaSeen ﷺ
That the reality of Prophet ﷺ is created to carry that reality. As soon as the qul appears in Holy Qur’an, then the understanding in the heart that this is a secret that Allah (AJ) is bestowing upon Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. And it’s a directive or how to say, it’s a command from Allah (AJ) at a very supreme station because now coming from highest realities of Izzatullah, where the commands are coming. From that reality that qul comes to Prophet ﷺ, Prophet ﷺ becomes the qul of Allah (AJ). So, when Allah (AJ) in Surat YaSeen describes, my amr and my irada, it’s in that heart of Prophet ﷺ. Why is it found in Surat YaSeen?
﴾إِنَّمَا أَمْرُهُ إِذَا أَرَادَ شَيْئًا أَن يَقُولَ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ ﴿٨٢
36:82 – “Innama AmruHu idha Arada shay an, an yaqola lahu kun faya koon.” (Surat YaSeen)
“His command is when He intends a thing, He says to it, “Be,” and it is!” (YaSeen, 36:82)
That the amr means that the will of Allah (AJ) is – we’re talking about the light and malakut (heavenly realm) – the soul of Prophet ﷺ. That, ‘I was a messenger before Adam (as) and his clay and water.’ The light of Prophet ﷺ is an ancient Messenger in heavens, in malakut. And then when Allah’s (AJ) Will is moving in the qalb (heart) of that light, the will that wants to be known becomes amr, becomes an order. The will that’s not known and not been spoken, is an irada inside the heart of Prophet ﷺ.
قَالَ رَسُولَ اللَّه صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: “كُنْتُ نَبِيًّا وَآدَمُ بَيْنَ الْمَاءِ وَالطِّينِ
Qala Rasulullahi (saws) “Kuntu Nabiyan wa Adama baynal Maa e wat Teen.”
“I was a Prophet and Adam was between water and clay.” Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
Allah (AJ) Orders the Whole Creation to Follow Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, Not Just Muslims
As soon as Qul comes, it’s a command, Qul ini kuntum tuhibbon Allah, at malakut; that qul is for every creation that coming into existence. When you read their English, it’s incorrect. And anytime you read a translation, its that person’s tafsir (interpretation). They took the oceans of Arabic and reduced them to certain words in their language that they could think they understood. So, when you read the English, it says, “Say, O Muhammad to mankind,” how they limited that reality?
﴾قُلْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُحِبُّوْنَ اللَّـهَ فَاتَّبِعُوْنِيْ يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللَّـهُ … ﴿٣١
3:31 – “Qul in kuntum tuhibbon Allaha fattabi’oni, yuhbibkumullahu…” (Surat Ali-Imran)
Say (O Muhammad ﷺ to mankind): “If you (really) love Allah then follow me, Allah will love you and forgive you of your sins. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”
That “Qul in kuntum tuhibbun Allah” is a mandate from the highest reality, that in every moment and in every second, that as my creation is coming into existence, if this creation is created from love, Allah’s (AJ) now giving the dictate of what that love should be. It’s not something small. It’s not Allah (AJ) just said, if you are follower of Islam, you should love Prophet ﷺ, Allah’s (AJ) words are ancient. We’re talking from all the way of malakut, when it began, when it ends, we have no understanding, but the dictate from malakut is saying, “Qul in kuntum tuhibbon Allah,“ tell them, who? Ancient Rasulallah ﷺ.
Allah’s (AJ) Mandate for Creation – If You Want Divine’s Love, Follow Prophet ﷺ
Tell all my creation as its coming into existence, if they want my love. This creation I have making is from love, if they want my love. Now it puts a condition upon creation that don’t assume, whether from a flower, from a drop of rain, from insan (mankind), from jinn, from aliens we have no understanding about, life on Moon, life on the Sun, everything! Everything in Allah’s (AJ) creation is giving a dictate, a mandate, and an order – if you want my love, if you want my love, fattabioni, fattabioni. If you want my love, follow Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Follow Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and you will be yuhbibkumullah. So, it’s not about me and you, it’s about everything in creation. They want us in the way ma’rifah to go beyond the box and the limited mind, and think from the world of light, an ancient word from Allah (AJ), these our mandates in paradise. Any creation that going to come into existence, it has to be with Divinely Love.
Follow Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ by Praising Upon Him
And Allah (AJ) gives the condition of Divinely Love, fattabioni, follow. And all that creation when it comes into existence, Ya Rabbi, how do we follow your command, “InnAllahi wa malayikatahu yusalluna ‘alan Nabi ﷺ.“ That ‘verily myself,’ it’s enough Allah (AJ) to say that, I, Allah (AJ) praying and praising upon the reality of Prophet ﷺ. Allah (AJ) threw in as a bonus, malaika (angels), because they are the workers of this creation.
﴾إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَمَلَائِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا صَلُّوا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيماً ﴿٥٦
33:56 – “InnAllaha wa malayikatahu yusalluna ‘alan Nabiyi yaa ayyuhal ladhina aamanu sallu ‘alayhi wa sallimu taslima.” (Surat Al-Ahzab)
“Allah and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet [Muhammad (ﷺ)]: O you that believe! Send your blessings upon him, and salute him with all respect.” (The Combined Forces, 33:56)
Every Atom is Following the Command of Allah (AJ) – Fattabioni
This is like a science class, you’ve got to follow step by step. So the command, if you want my love, fattabioni. Say every flower that comes and every rain that drops, every atom that comes into existence, whatever Allah (AJ) brings into existence, it has to be based on muhabbat and love. Its wujud (existence) and its reality – we said before in the teaching of the nucleus – the energy in the nucleus has to be a love so strong, that all your electrons are spinning. The nucleus, its love has to be so strong that all the electrons are spinning because of that love. If there is no attraction to the center there is no spin, the electrons are not moving. Everything is then from love. And those electrons are following the mandate of Allah (AJ), fattabioni. They say we heard, samina wa atana. Ya Rabbi we heard your command and we’re following Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
﴾سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَاِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيْرُ ﴿٢٨٥
2:285 – “Sam’ina wa ata’na, ghufranaka Rabbana wa ilaykal masir.” (Surat Al-Baqarah)
“…We hear, and we obey: (We seek) Thy forgiveness, our Lord, and to Thee is the end of all journeys.” (The Cow, 2:285)
Everything Has An Angel and Every Angel Has a Specific Durood & Praising
So, every petal and every shakh (branch) that comes out, is under the command of Allah (AJ), to pray and praise upon Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. And that’s why when you read these naats (praises), and these sheyrs (poems), and these poetry, and these nasheeds (song of praise), they’re very deep reality. That, when the flower is coming into existence, it knows its ma’rifah. Me and you, we’re jahil (ignorant) because Allah (AJ) gave us a nafs (ego) and that nafs is blocking us from every reality. That nafs says no, you’re important, you’re the important one, and blocks you from reality. The plant doesn’t have a nafs. The grass doesn’t have a nafs. The raindrop doesn’t have a nafs. It’s under complete submission to Allah (AJ). As soon as that flower is coming out, it has an angel attached to it; that’s why Allah (AJ) says “InnAllahi wa malayikatahu” (Qur’an, 33:56). That angel is attached to it and the angels only know how to praise and make durood sharif (praising on Prophet Muhammad ﷺ).
﴾إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَمَلَائِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا صَلُّوا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيماً ﴿٥٦
33:56 – “InnAllaha wa malayikatahu yusalluna ‘alan Nabiyi yaa ayyuhal ladhina aamanu sallu ‘alayhi wa sallimu taslima.” (Surat Al-Ahzab)
“Allah and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet [Muhammad (ﷺ)]: O you that believe! Send your blessings upon him, and salute him with all respect.” (The Combined Forces, 33:56)
So, every angel that comes into existence has a durood and a salawat (praises upon Prophet Muhammad ﷺ) only for itself. And a new angel has a different durood sharif, no two are repeating. There is no recycling for Allah (AJ). Azamatullah (Allah’s Might and Magnificence); when one wants to understand the greatness of Allah (AJ), it’s in the complexity of these creation, not in simplicity. It’s the complexity, Ya Rabbi to baffle the mind and the heart, that you make a new angel for every creation, for every drop of rain. Yes! And each angel different from the other angel because everything has its unique identity, nothing is duplicated. When that drop of rain comes, it has its own angel. It has its own salawat, it has its own color and manifestation.
Every Flower Has a Different Fragrance Based on its Praise
And every flower that manifests has an angel that bringing it to manifest, and that flower has its own salawat. And based on its salawat, it’s making the fragrance and the beauty and the fragrance of that flower. I think we have that in our naat, ‘That the roses praise you, and its fragrances are coming.’
پھولوں نے تیری خوشبو چُرا لی
سارے نبی تیرے در کے سوالی
Poolo ne Teri, Khushbu chura li
Saare Nabi tere dar ke sawali
All flowers have stolen your fragrance,
All prophets are at your door seeking help
These are all these naats, these awliyaullah understood these ma’rifah and they want to convey the ma’rifah through the nasheeds because if you sing it, you’re saying it. It’s like a classroom. In poor days the classroom had no books. So, everybody just keep saying it, saying it, saying it, until you memorized it. Same reality, these were oral transmissions, oral traditions, that as soon as you praise on these naats and these nasheeds, and these salawats, they’re all haqqaiqs (realities). Every flower is getting its unique fragrance from its praise that Allah (AJ) gave it to praise upon Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ from tabioni. And as a result of fulfilling Allah’s (AJ) command, yuhbibkumullah, Allah’s (AJ) love upon his creation.
We Worship Allah (AJ) But Our Light Comes From Nur Muhammad ﷺ
And describes that Prophet’s ﷺ light like the Sun, that illuminates, its rays dress everything and give it its realities, and give it its blessings. It means deep realities that are coming from the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and all worshipness for Allah (AJ) only. This has to do with its reality, the way of reality we said, in the video came out today, on Saturday, insan, where am I from? You find your mother, that will tell you where you’re from. If you can’t find your mother, you’ll make your whole life to find who your mother was. That’s not a worshipness, worship for Allah (AJ). Now, go deeper and say Ya Rabbi, I found my mom, but I want to know really where my soul came from. Worshipness is always Allah (AJ), but this is in the way of, ‘Who knows himself, will know his Rabb (Lord),’ will know all that governs him.
مَنْ عَرَفَ نَفْسَهْ فَقَدْ عَرَفَ رَبَّهُ
“Man ‘arafa nafsahu faqad ‘arafa Rabbahu”
“Who knows himself, knows his Lord.” Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
And that your light comes from the light of Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ as if all creation from Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ. So, everything that Allah going to bring into existence is given an angel to be an authority over it and given its unique salawat. Based on that salawat, no two are the same. It has its appearance from that durood, it has its fragrance from that durood, everything about it is based on that durood sharif . If they follow Allah’s (AJ) command, yuhbibkumullah, Allah’s (AJ) love be upon them.
Mawlid an Nabi ﷺ is a Celebration of Prophet’s ﷺ Life & Our Existence
It means then these associations are the associations of haqqaiq and reality. They’re trying to take insan towards an immense reality. That with these lights and is the reality of yourself. We said before Mawlid an Nabi ﷺ is not only the celebration of Prophet’s ﷺ life, it’s the celebration of your life and your existence. You have no existence on this Earth if Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ was not created. Where Allah (AJ) make your soul from? From Allah? Then you become sharik with Allah (AJ)? No partner with Allah (AJ)! You don’t go back to Allah (AJ). Allah (AJ) is Allah (AJ). It’s like the computer thinking, he, he’s with you. I am, I am, I am with Zeshan. Say no! I unplug you and I have nothing to do with you. You’re a device, you’re something I’ve made with my hands. You’re not from the Creator, the Creator is completely out of that ocean of reality. This is the ocean of creation, and in that ocean of creation how to identify the self that it’s following everything, it’s following that command.
Rabi’ul Awwal – The Reality of Number 3 and the Ocean of Creation
So, then imagine the immensity of Milad an Nabi ﷺ. That all creation is thanking Allah (AJ) for its existence on that day, that month! There is no time for Allah (AJ), this is a hijab (veils) in which insan, which creation is moving through these veils. When it hits the 3rd month (Rabi’ul Awwal), this is the reality of the soul. We said 1 for Divinely Presence. 2 is the Ocean of Power that mimics the 1. 3 is all of creation, the Adamic reality. 1 is the Ahad, the 2 is the reflection of that 1, Wahid (The Unique One), and 3, we are all coming from that. So, the secret of 3 is the Ocean of Creation. So, in this Rabi’ul Awwal, as soon as that hijab opens, everything is praising upon this reality. That Ya Rabbi, praising Allah (AJ) that you gave us an existence through the existence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
Allah (AJ) Sustains the Divinely Powers Bestowed Upon Prophet ﷺ
And how Prophet ﷺ in his ma’rifah is moving towards Divinely Presence, and realizing that everything from that light. And Prophet’s ﷺ reply to Allah (AJ) – Ya Rabbi, nobody can praise you like you can praise yourself. Nobody can praise you, like you praise yourself.
(عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بن مَسعُود رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ “… لَيْسَ أَحَدٌ أَحَبَّ إِلَيْهِ الْمَدْحُ مِنَ اللهِ، مِنْ أَجْلِ ذَلِكَ مَدَحَ نَفْسَهُ” (روى البُخَاري 4634، ومُسْلِم 2760
‘An Abdullah ibn Mas’od (ra) qala: qala Rasulullahi (saws): “Laysa ahadun ahabba ilyhil madhu minallahi, min ajli zalika madaha nafsahu, …” [Rawa al Bukhari (4634) wa Muslim (2760)]
‘Abdullah ibn Mas‘od (ra) said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: “There is no one to whom praise is more dear than Allah (AJ), and because of that He praised Himself…” [Narrated by Al-Bukhari (4631) and Muslim (2760)]
It means that once Prophet ﷺ on Isra wal Mi’raj (Night Journey and Ascension) is being dressed by all the realities, carrying all the realities. That who can sustain that? That’s not something insan can sustain, only Allah (AJ) can sustain this Divinely Heavenly Power. That Prophet ﷺ is giving for us to understand; this is a Divinely Power that only Allah (AJ) can keep that power going, and that’s why when the Sahabi (Holy Companions of Prophet ﷺ) asked, ‘Ya Sayyidi Ya Rasulallah ﷺ, how to make salawat upon you?’ Say “Allahumma salli ‘ala Sayyidina Muhammad wa ala aali Muhammad ﷺ.” It means even our durood sharif is a zikr of Allah (AJ) first, Allah humma salli ala Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. It means that entire reality is a praise upon Allah (AJ) and a durood upon Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. And that’s why it keeps the kalima and the reality of La ilaha illAllah Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ.
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ، وَعَلَى آلِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَ سَلِّمْ
“Allahumma salli ‘ala Sayyidina Muhammadin wa ‘ala aali Sayyidina Muhammadin wa Sallim.”
“O Allah! Send Peace and blessings upon our master Prophet Muhammad and upon the Family of our master Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).”
Show Appreciation to Allah (AJ) by Praising Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ
It means immense when Mawlid is not something small. Mawlid is not something somebody says we have ikhtelaf, we have differences. No! You’re outside of your understanding of realities. You’re not reaching to the reality that Allah (AJ) had wanted for you. That Allah (AJ) read Surat Ar Rahman, for anyone who doesn’t understand the greatness of Milad an Nabi ﷺ, read Surat Ar Rahman, where Allah (AJ) becomes angered, that tukazziban, that how many of my favors you’re denying. You deny when I give you a anjeer (fig), hehe. Wow! If Allah is going to be angry at me for the grapes, I was naashukr (ungrateful). I didn’t give Allah (AJ) shukr (gratitude) for the grapes, for haveech, for grass, for sabza, for the water.
﴾فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ نَضَّاخَتَانِ ﴿٦٦﴾ فِيهِمَا فَاكِهَةٌ وَنَخْلٌ وَرُمَّانٌ ﴿٦٨﴾ فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٦٩
55:66, 68-69 – “Feehimaa ‘aynaani nad daakhataan (66) Feehimaa faakihatunw wa nakhlunw wa rummaan (68) Fabi ayyi aalaaa’i Rabbikumaa tukazzibaan. (69)” (Surat Ar-Rahman)
“In both of them will be two Springs pouring forth water in continuous abundance. (66) In both of them are fruit and date-palm trees and pomegranates. (68) So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? (69)” (The Beneficient, 55:66, 68-69)
For everything Allah (AJ) says tukazziban. And if you kazzab (liar), what’s kazziban if you say it enough to somebody, you become kazzab. It become like a curse upon the person, that you’re a liar, you’re a liar, you are a liar! And the person will be dressed with that lie. How Allah (AJ) giving that as an understanding for us is to praise and to thank Me. Thank Me for everything I give to you, and especially thank Me for that which I gave is dearest to me, dearest to the Divinely Presence is Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. How then you’re going to thank Allah (AJ) for that reality, is that everyday doing a Milad. Everyday making salawats upon Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ to show Allah (AJ) our thankfulness, our appreciation, for all that Allah (AJ) bestowed upon us. And if we praise, and praise, and praise enough, Allah (AJ) will begin to open your entire wujud, and your entire being is from this light and from this reality. And you’re actually beginning to open your own reality within yourself.
Where Did Your Soul Come From?
If you don’t know where you came from, you don’t know where you’re going. This is the month in which awliyaullah want us to know, where did you come from? As you seek out your mother, and respect your mother because you come from your mother, and your paradise under the feet of your mother.
عَنْ أَنَسَ بِنْ مَالِكُ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ سَلَّمَ: “الجَنَّةُ تَحْتَ أَقْدَامِ الأُمَّهَاتِ
‘An Anas bin Maliku (ra), Qala Rasulullahi ﷺ “Al Jannatu tahta aqdamil ummahati.” [Sunan bin Maja]
Narrated by Annas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: “Paradise is under the feet of the mothers.” [bin Maja]
Imagine where you came from? The soul in which is the soul that carries everything, like a drop you came into existence. Imagine when you find that destination, what Allah (AJ), if paradise under your mother’s foot, what’s under the foot of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ? Who’s better? Who’s greater? Oh, there’s all mothers on this side, so yeah, hehe. It’s not even comparable. So, imagine what is under the foot of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. And all of that teaches and dresses, and blesses us.
Be Careful Whom You Learn From – The Vessel that Delivers Knowledge is Important
And in ending with this, this way, and this way of ma’rifah ask for us to safeguard our heart. Safeguard your heart. Safeguard your eyes. Safeguard your ears. That the uloom, the knowledges of awliyaullah, they’re knowledge in which to illuminate the soul and uplift the soul in its darajahs (stations). As soon as someone hears from that reality, at night time, it’ll be asking Allah (AJ), when the nafs is out of the way; Ya Rabbi, I heard this reality, this haqqaiq, and I want to be dressed from it – Allah (AJ) says swim in that ocean.
In these days there are so many who talk, and it, they talk maybe pleasing to people, and they remind its not the talk that’s important, but the vessel in which its being delivered. Everybody may come to you and say they have a water, but if this cup is poisoned, or this cup is dirty, or this cup is filthy, whatever you put into your mouth will make you sick. So not that everybody who speaks is going to illuminate, Oh MashaAllah Shaykh, this one he talks like this, this one talk like this, this one talk like that. The schools of tariqah (spiritual paths) come to teach adab, teach manners, teach good characteristics, that cleans the cup. When the person has been taught to have respect, to talk politely, not to backbite, not to cheat, not to steal, not to spread gossip and rumors, and definitely not to curse and scream. There are people now leading big demonstrations all over the world, screaming, yelling, shouting like a barking dog. This is not connection with Prophet ﷺ. Doesn’t matter what is in that cup, if that cup is dirty everybody will be poisoned by it.
The Ones Yelling Are Spreading Poison, Not Knowledge
So don’t, these are the last days with great fitna (confusion) is coming, great dajjals (men of deceit) are coming, and they come to take people into ‘azaab (punishment). They come like a Pied-Piper to take the mass of people into their jahannam (hellfire), into their burning, into their difficulty. They’re not coming to save people. That’s why they train the school of adab. That they have to talk nice, they have to be polite. If you ever attend and find that their talking incorrectly, they’re spreading rumors, they’re lying, they’re gossiping, and they begin even to curse, and then say awful things. How can a scholar speak like that from his mouth? If you’re supposed to be fragrancing your mouth and your heart with the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, how you can contaminate with those?
And that’s the warning, that all of this uloom and all these teaching, but also the finity of adab, the finity of good manners, good characteristics. When you look and see that there is not good manners, and the characteristic is incorrect, means doesn’t matter what’s being said, you’re going to be poisoned. Run, run, run from one whose character is not good, manners are not good, yelling and screaming is not good. It’s a poison coming, that’s how the angels fell. How the angels fell? When Allah (AJ) tested them, and they said, ‘Ya Rabbi, why you making a khalifa (deputy)? This khalifa going to make a lot of blood.’
﴾وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلاَئِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً قَالُواْ أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَن يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الدِّمَاء وَنَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَ قَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لاَ تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٣٠
2:30 – “Wa idh qala rabbuka lil Malayikati innee ja’ilun fil ardi khaleefatan, qaloo ataj’alu feeha man yufsidu feeha wa yasfikud dima a wa nahnu nusabbihu bihamdika wa nuqaddisu laka, Qala innee a’lamu ma la ta’lamon.” (Surat Al-Baqarah)
“And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, “Indeed, I will make upon the earth a Deputy/Representative.” They [angels] said, “Will You place upon it one who causes corruption/mischief therein and shed blood, while we praise and glorify You?” Allah said, “Indeed, I know that which you do not know.” (The Cow, 2:30)
Can an angel possibly ever talk back to Allah (AJ)? How did they fall? Because their teacher was shaitan (satan). Shaitan was teaching, Azazil was teaching them and their knowledges were growing and they were following. And Allah (AJ) knows that they’re following shaitan, let me now expose it before it goes too far. But the teacher that you follow, he not only conveys a knowledge but he conveys his characteristics on what he’s been trained.
Take a Way of Tazkiyah (Purification), Not Taqiyah
I said many times, that it’s a reminder, if you go to a store, and everybody in the store is rude, I give you 100% the manager is worst. Go in a store and see what the heck are these people from, like a prison. Go ask for the manager, he’s worst, he is from where they got it from. These taqiyah and the people who are practicing taqiyah, it’s called the way of deceit in the western world. Their concept is let’s train one person to have good manners and go out to society and tell them that we’re good people. The rest are rotten back in their center. No! The way of tazkiyah and not taqiyah, taqiyah is to fool people. They have these groups now, they, they’re training one ambassador to be polite and sit him down and teach him manners and say now you go out and tell people, we’re good, we’re Muslims, we’re good. If that anybody should enter into their centers, they be surprised, that they’re crazy, they’re not good.
Tazkiyah, is make all your people good and anyone is welcome to the center, is to step into here and talk to anybody here and see if they have bad manners. It’s tazkiyah, not taqiyah, we’re not trying to cheat and deceive. With tazkiyah, they train all your people to be a reflection from you. If the teacher is good, the manners are good, the students will be good, their character will be good. The uloom and the knowledges that come from them, should have a power and a light. We pray that Allah (AJ) keep our feet on their feet of awliyaullah, keep our tongue on the tongue of awliyaullah, keep our eyes and our ears on the eyes and the ears of awliyaullah, their nazar (gaze) be upon us.
