In the name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

Have We not expanded for you your chest?
And lifted from you your burden
Which weighed down your back?
And exalted for you your Remembrance?
So indeed, with hardship comes ease;
Indeed, with every hardship comes ease!
Hence, when you are relieved [from your earthly burden], continue to strive,
And unto your Lord turn all of your attention!

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ
وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ
ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ
وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ
فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا
إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا
فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَٱنصَبْ
وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرْغَب
