Be Conscious of your Breath and Protect your Heart

I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the rejected one
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

Madad Ya Sayiddi Ya Sultanul Awliya Mawlana Shaykh Abdullahil Faiz ad Daghestani (Q), Madad Ya Sayyidi Ya Sultanul Awliya Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Nazim Haqqani (Q), unzur halana wa ishfalana, abidunu bi madadakum wa nazarakum. InshaAllah, we will do the chanting of the Khatm Khwajagan (Zikr of the Masters of the Naqshbandi Way).

The Sufi Reality of Inner Purification

A reminder always for myself that the internal energy is what will give us an external protection. That, these chantings and these practices, and this Sufi reality, and there are many different understandings. But we are here to teach about the Sufi reality, the way of tazkiyah, the way of purification of the self, and the way that all the prophets laid down a foundation. And the last Prophet, Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, gave all its oceans of realities for the perfection of our humanity.

That in a time in which so much difficulty exists all around us, and we are energy beings and we are spiritual beings sent for a physical experience to return back into the heavens. That there is an experience that Allah (AJ) wants for us and He sent us upon this earth. That we are spiritual beings with a two-way ticket going back.

Signs on the Outside are Mirror Realities of Our Inside

Tariqah (spiritual path) comes, Sufism comes to teach that the inner core must be powerful. If there is a weakness in the inner core, the external will be under complete obliteration. So, Allah (AJ), the Divinely Presence, teaches that, ‘I show you My signs upon the horizon and then I will show you within yourself.’

﴾سَنُرِيهِمْ آيَاتِنَا فِي الْآفَاقِ وَفِي أَنفُسِهِمْ حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ أَنَّهُ الْحَقُّ ۗ أَوَلَمْ يَكْفِ بِرَبِّكَ أَنَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ ﴿٥٣

41:53 – “Sanureehim Aayaatinaa fil aafaaqi wa feee anfusihim hattaa yatabaiyana lahum annahul haqq; awa lam yakfi bi Rabbika annahoo ‘alaa kulli shai-in Shaheed” (Surat Al-Fussilat)

“Soon will We show them our Signs in the (furthest) regions (of the earth), and in their own souls, until it becomes manifest to them that this is the Truth. Is it not enough that your Lord is witness over all things?” (Explained in Detail, 41:53)

Inside the self is more difficult for some people. They don’t want to reflect inward. They don’t want to take the time to understand what they are, who they are, what God has created them for, and what abilities God has given to them. So then He gives as a mercy: look to the outside. You will see outside is a mirror of your reality. So, the most important for us on the outside is the Earth, the moon and the sun. These are tremendous realities for who we are, and what God wants from us. We say ‘God’ because there are many people here from different faiths. Then they say, ‘Oh, are you talking about Allah (AJ) as someone else?’ No, Allah (AJ) is the Creator, the Creator of the entire universe Who Created this universe and Created ourselves.

The Molten Iron Core of the Earth Creates an Energy Field

The Earth, spiritual masters, come to teach that this Earth – because we don’t want to know about ourselves yet – this earth has a core. Where they found out it’s an iron, molten iron core that is super hot. This iron inside the earth is controlling the energy of the Earth.

So, the iron inside the Earth controls the energy and the protection and forcefield of the Earth. The iron within it gives its guidance, gives many different realities of this iron core, this heated core of the Earth. So much so, that they found that there is seven layers of atmosphere that protect us. From whatever is going to be coming towards this Earth, of radiation, of difficulties, whatever is out there in Allah’s (AJ) creation, and God’s Creation, this Earth is protected. So, they found that this iron core creates an energy field. This energy field like a field of radiation that go all around and nothing penetrates this Van Allen Belt. It is a tremendous force-field.

Allah (AJ) Also Gave an Iron Core to Human Beings

And spiritual masters come to teach that Allah (AJ) said, ‘I show you on the horizon and I show you upon yourself.

﴾سَنُرِ‌يهِمْ آيَاتِنَا فِي الْآفَاقِ وَفِي أَنفُسِهِمْ حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ أَنَّهُ الْحَقُّ ۗ … ﴿٥٣ 

 41:53 – “Sanureehim ayatina fil afaqi wa fee anfusihim hatta yatabayyana lahum annahu alhaqqu…” (Surat Al-Fussilat) 

 “We will show them Our signs in the horizons and within themselves until it becomes clear to them that it is the truth…” (Explained in Detail, 41:53) 

You are as powerful and created with the same reality.’ That your iron core, the reality within your being, if it’s lit and purified, you produce an energy. This energy field what they call the nazma (energy field), what they call qudra (power), whatever they want to call these energy fields, it is an energy. That if the core is energized, the reality is energized the way God had intended for us to live and to act and behave, it produces an energy.

Human Beings Are Powerful & Influence the Energy of Others

This energy field can become so powerful; not only it protects you, but you can move that energy out, and it can affect hundreds of people, thousands of people, millions of people, depending upon the power, Izzatullah (Allah’s (AJ) Might and Magnificence), which can never be understood. What Allah (AJ) wants to give to His servant, it can’t be limited. And no one can say, ‘No, God can’t give that.’ He can give whatever He wants. “Wa laqad karramna banee adam.” ‘I have honoured this creation of Adam (as) and Eve (as).’ They are more honorable than this earth. They’re more powerful than this earth. They’re more powerful than this phone, and this cellular phone, and these technologies.

﴾وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِي آدَمَ وَحَمَلْنَاهُمْ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ وَرَزَقْنَاهُم مِّنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَفَضَّلْنَاهُمْ عَلَىٰ كَثِيرٍ مِّمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا تَفْضِيلًا ﴿٧٠

17:70 – “Wa laqad karramna banee adama, wa hamalna hum filbarri wal bahri wa razaqnahum minat tayyibati wa faddalnahum ‘ala katheerin mimman khalaqna tafdeela. (Surat Al-Isra)

“And We have certainly honored the children of Adam and carried them on the land and sea and provided good and pure sustenance and bestow upon them favours, and preferred them over much of what We have created, with [definite] preference.” (The Night Journey, 17:70)

Understand Your Physiology to Know Your Lord

So, then they come to teach our own physiology. We’ll talk in a way…because if we talk with Islamic terms, they say, ‘Oh, immediately, I will negate it. This guy is too religious.’ So, easy to talk in your scientific terms. When we understand the physiology of the self, as soon as we take a life in which we want to meditate,  and Prophet ﷺ taught us, ‘Who knows himself will know his Lord.’ As soon as you begin to take a path in which to know yourself, you get the teaching that this being of ours is based on its breath.  

مَنْ عَرَفَ نَفْسَهْ فَقَدْ عَرَفَ رَبَّهُ

“Man ‘arafa nafsahu faqad ‘arafa Rabbahu”

“Who knows himself, knows his Lord.” Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)

Importance of the Purity of the Breath and the Heart

The first power that is coming into this body is going to be based on the purity of the breath. As soon as you breathe, you breathe in an energy. That energy comes into the lungs. This is the spiritual physiology of our being. You breathe, the energy comes into the lungs. The purity of that breath, the lungs will now deposit the blood, energizes the blood, stamps the blood and sends that blood into the heart. 

Now it depends on the purity of the heart. Because now this power is coming, every life is based on a breath. Whatever we’ve planned of life is of no importance if God doesn’t give you the next breath. They say you get 24,000 breaths in one day. So, means we have 24,000 gifts of life in one day. So, then the concept of chanting and praising the Divine was to first praise Him and thank Him. It is not a Him, it’s not a Her, the Divinely Reality for this breath that we’ve been given. That this life force that you have given to me, Alhamdulillah wa Shukrulillah, all praise be to You, and all thankfulness be to You.

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَالشُّكْرُ لِلَّهِ

“Alhamdulillah wa shukrulillah”

“All praise is (due) to Allah (AJ) and all thanks be to Allah (AJ)”

The Tree of Life is Within You

The power of my being is based on understanding that breath. When I see that that energy is going to come into my being, I am going to sanctify my breath. So, then they found out, you know, the Bodhi Tree (sacred tree), the ‘Tree of Life’, that many spiritual paths show you, that tree is right inside of you. It’s called your bronchial tree. Your lungs. Allah (AJ) is showing, ‘Whatever you have out there is existing within you.’ (Holy Qu’ran, 41:53) If you open your inner reality, Allah (AJ) will show you all of His Heavenly Kingdom. But if you cannot manage your own reality, how Allah (AJ) going to show you the rest of His reality? So, you have this tree of life, Sidratul Muntaha (Lote-Tree of the Farthest Boundary). You have the lote tree. You have the Bodhi Tree. You have the ‘Tree of Certainty’ and reality within your being.

﴾عِندَ سِدْرَةِ الْمُنتَهَىٰ ﴿١٤

53:14 – “Inda sidratel Muntaha.” (Surat An-Najm) 

“At the Lote Tree of the Utmost Boundary.” (The Star, 53:14)

We Are in a War Against the Devil 

So, then they came and they saw that your whole life is then on the breath. Sanctify that breath. Purify that breath. Try to keep all things that would contaminate and destroy the being away from the breath. Because all that the evilness wants is to destroy you and to hit the heart. Then you begin to understand these movies of kingdoms and warfare.

There is a war against you. There is a war against me and it’s the devil. It’s all bad desires. It comes and says that, ‘Why would I allow you to become knighted by God? Why would I allow you to become someone empowered by the Divinely Presence?’ His whole being is to attack your kingdom.

Satan Contaminates the Lungs to Reach the Heart

So to hit the heart, very difficult. That’s like a full-on bullseye attack. He is going to weaken the kingdom before he can make his attack. So, then they come to teach that this power that I am trying to bring is going to be based on how clean this breath is. When he wants to contaminate every breath I am bringing, to destroy my lungs, to contaminate my blood and to kill the heart. So, he didn’t have to hit your heart directly. Because that’s a full frontal attack is very difficult. Shaitan’s (satan) scared of the power that emanates from the heart because God’s presence, God’s lights are upon that servant.

So, he says, ‘I can take their heart out by what they are going to breathe.’ They say the second-hand smoke, more dangerous than the first-hand. Means these contaminants will enter into the mouth to destroy the lungs and that’s all that shaitan wanted. That is all the bad character, bad evil, bad ego wants – destroy that breath of the servant. If that breath is destroyed, the lungs will be destroyed. If the lung is destroyed, the heart will be completely contaminated. Because what’s nurturing that heart will be contaminants and then destroy.

Illuminate Your Lungs With Nafas ur Rahmah 

So, once they sanctified and understood the purity of their breath to bring their breath in, to bring their breath with a praise, to understand that it comes into their tree of life, then it illuminates their chest like a tree of life. Every reality begins to come and that is why we call Nafas ur Rahmah, the breath of the Most Merciful. Because God’s rahmah and mercy is based on how clean we keep that breath.

When we appreciate and understand the greatness of that breath, a tremendous mercy begins to dress the servant. The lungs become illuminated with light. Later, they find that all the blood cells that are being made by the lungs are being washed and cleansed. These blood cells now move into the heart.

Sufism is Based on the Nine Subtle Points of Energy

So, Sufism is not based on the endocrine system. So, other spiritual paths, they’re based on nine points that run the spine. Tariqah and Sufism is based on the nine points that run the chest. There are 40 sets of nine. The most important nine are the nine that run across your chest because this is the Divinely Kingdom. That is why Prophet ﷺ taught, ‘If there is one part of you good, all of you is good. If one part of you bad, all of you bad.’ What is the purpose of fixing everything if you have a rotten heart? So, they say, ‘Leave all that. Focus only on the chest. Focus only on the heart, the purification of the heart.’ 

“أَلا وَإِنَّ فِى الْجَسَدِ مُضْغَةً إِذَا صَلَحَتْ صَلَحَ الْجَسَدُ كُلُّهُ، وَإِذَا فَسَدَتْ فَسَدَ الْجَسَدُ كُلُّهُ، أَلا وَهِى الْقَلْبُ “

“Ala wa inna fil Jasadi mudghatan idha salahat salahal jasadu kulluho, wa idha fasadat fasadal jasadu kulluho, ala wa heyal Qalb.”

“There is a piece of flesh in the body, if it becomes good (reformed) the whole body becomes good but if it gets spoiled the whole body gets spoiled and that is the heart.” Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) [Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 52]

Purify the House of Allah (AJ), the Heart of the Believer

If I am understanding that my breath is going to come with power, that breath is going to be purified. It is actually going to be purifying the blood. That blood, it’s deposited into the heart.  Now, if the heart is going to be the ‘house’ in which this force is coming, my job is to purify my heart. And that’s why Prophet ﷺ described, “Qalb al mu’min baytullah.”

قَلْبَ الْمُؤْمِنْ بَيْتُ الرَّبْ

“Qalb al mu’min baytur rabb.”

“The heart of the believer is the House of the Lord.” Hadith Qudsi

Qalb al mu’min, the heart of the believer, is the House of God. So in other religions: Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done. On Earth as it is in Heavens. The Kingdom of Allah (AJ) has to come to the heart of the believer. But God’s Kingdom doesn’t come to a dirty heart, a heart that is being thrown in with contamination. 

“…Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done. On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.” – The Lord’s Prayer

So, what Allah (AJ) describes? And many people read Holy Qur’an and they think that Allah (AJ) is talking only about the Ka’bah. Any reference to the Ka’bah is a reference to the heart of the believer. That, ‘Take My House, purify My House, wash My House and circumambulate My House.’

﴾أَن طَهِّرَا بَيْتِيَ لِلطَّائِفِينَ وَالْعَاكِفِينَ وَالرُّكَّعِ السُّجُودِ ﴿١٢٥…

2:125 – “…An Tahhir baytee liTayifeena, wal ‘Aakifeena, wa ruka’is sujood.” (Surat Al-Baqarah)

“…Purify/Sanctify My House for those who perform Tawaf (circumambulation) and those who seclude themselves for devotion, and bow and prostrate [in prayer].” (The Cow, 2;125)

The Kingdom of God is Within Our Hearts

Allah’s (AJ) most important House is not the one made from stones. Allah’s (AJ) most important house is the one He made with His Hands, and He blew His nafas into your being. The most precious to Allah (AJ) is not from stones. The most precious to Allah (AJ) is what He made of insan (human being), ‘I made your being and I blew My Spirit into your being.’ This is the House of Allah (AJ), this is the House of God, this is the Kingdom of God.

﴾فَإِذَا سَوَّيْتُهُ وَنَفَخْتُ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِى فَقَعُواْ لَهُ سَـجِدِينَ ﴿٢٩

15:29 – “Fa idha sawwaytuhu wa nafakhtu feehi min Rohee faqa’o lahu sajideen.” (Surat Al-Hijr)

“So when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My [created] soul/spirit, then fall down to him in prostration.” (The Rocky Tract, 15:29)

Purify the Iron in Your Blood with Divine Remembrance 

So, begins to teach: purify that heart, sanctify and clean that heart. Then they understood that this blood that coming into the heart, what actually makes the blood to be red? The iron, the iron, the iron within your body. What gives the hemoglobin? What gives the blood its redness? What gives the blood its spiritual importance? It’s that every cell of blood has a little cell of iron on it. It is the iron within the blood that is going to be purified. If that iron is purified, it becomes a perfected satellite dish. So, the zikr (Divine remembrance), “Dhikrillahi tatma’innul Qulob.”

﴾الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُم بِذِكْرِ اللَّـهِ ۗ أَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللَّـهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ ﴿٢٨

13:28 – “Alladheena amano wa tatma’innu Qulobu hum bidhikrillahi, ala bi dhikrillahi tatma’innul Qulob.” (Surat Ar-Ra’d)

“Those who believe, and whose hearts find satisfaction in the remembrance of Allah. For without doubt in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find satisfaction.” (The Thunder, 13:28)

“That verily the praising of Allah (AJ) brings a sanctity and purity to the heart” because they begin to teach when I am going to set my house of God, is my heart, I am going to sanctify my heart, purify my heart. I am understanding that this breath that comes in, there is an energy everywhere from Divinely Presence.

The Power of Hu at the Atomic Level

In an atomic and molecular subatomic level, there is a secret of what we call ‘Hu‘. There is a secret of a Divine Power that powers all the atoms that are making us all to appear. That power, when you breathe with a Divine consciousness, brings a light and an energy.

If that blood cell is washed and clean and put zikr upon it, praise upon it, the praising of the Divinely Presence upon it, and the heart is purified and clean, the heart actually stamps the iron. Once the heart stamps the iron, it sends that iron throughout the body. It sends that purified blood throughout the body. So, means if that heart is clean, the heart is purified. The heart understands that this iron has to be washed and cleaned.

Hijama Removes Dirty Blood From Your Body

That is why we have also in our spiritual training, hijama (cupping). Hijama is the way of pulling blood from your body. So, they do cupping (Shaykh indicates upper back area) in eastern culture. The menses of the female takes a lot of the difficulty away but men, they don’t lose blood and as a result of the collection of blood, the bad and dirty elements of the blood are actually stored upon your shoulder blades.

So, now they found in office buildings – what they called dirty buildings – the air would circulate up and down the building, up and down. Everybody who smoked on the 30th floor, everybody on the first floor also smoked with them because the air just circulated, circulated, circulated. This is the body. All the contaminants of the body is moving, moving and the body begins to store all the dirty iron around the shoulders.

So, then Prophet ﷺ brought for us make a hijama, make a cupping upon your shoulders to take all the dirtiness, all the filth that been gathering on that body to be purified and to be cleansed. So, they understood that their body has to be clean. When they understand that their body has to be cleaned, their blood, specifically their blood has to be cleaned. Then they begin to understand that this blood of mine, the importance of this blood is going to be the cleanliness of the iron and I am going to clean that blood.

Wash Your Heart With Zikrullah!

And so how do you clean your heart? That’s why external scholars, all they talk about is wudu (ablution). External scholars, they only talk about external issues. Internal and external scholar teaches you that, ‘Okay, you learned how to wash your body. Now more important, how you wash your heart?’ The body is clean, who cares? What’s more important is the devil that’s inside. The badness that is inside has to be washed.

﴾So, then there is a washing for the heart – zikrullah (Divine remembrance). The praising upon the Divinely Presence is the washing of the heart. When they praise upon the Divine, it illuminates the heart. It creates an energy within the heart.

Negative Energies are Removed with Praising

Where Allah (AJ) says, ‘The truth and falsehood, they never come together.’

﴾وَ قُلْ جَآءَالْحَقُّ وَزَهَقَ الْبَطِلُ، إِنَّ الْبَطِلَ كَانَ زَهُوقًا ﴿٨١

17:81 – “Wa qul jaa alhaqqu wa zahaqal baatil, innal batila kana zahoqa.” (Surat Al-Isra)

“And say, Truth has come, and falsehood has perished. Indeed falsehood, [by its nature], is ever perishing/bound to perish.” (The Night Journey, 17:81)

If the heart is operating from falsehood, from bad desires, bad energies – as soon as you praise the Divinely Presence, it’s either going to be truth or false. The two, they don’t sit together and hang out. As soon as they begin to praise in the heart, the power of negativity and the energies of negativity, they vanish and they flee. Shaitan (satan) is not going to sit in the proximity of praising the Divinely Presence. And that is why he pushes people, ‘Don’t praise. Don’t open your lips. Don’t mention anybody. Praise me. Come here, let’s go do bad things.’

Clean Your Heart Through Praising Instead of Surgery

So, the heart is a tremendous vehicle of realities. Forget about what the religious practices, what sect or what division. These are all from shaitan to make divisions. But the core reality is that you have a heart and that heart should be a house of God and that heart should be praising the Divinely Presence. If it praises the Divinely Presence, it creates a light that burns away evilness. That light will be stamped upon the blood and the iron.

And then when we come to the blood because now we want to do the wudu inside: I am going to praise the Divinely Presence to clean my heart. I am going to make salawats (praises) on Prophet ﷺ to clean my heart. Even at home, just making some chanting as a cleaning for the heart. Why do you want to wait for heart surgery? Open up your chest, crack all your bones, put some medicine in there, give you some medicines from your mouth when it is very simple and very inexpensive. Buy a tasbih (prayer beads) and sit there and do, “Allah (AJ), Allah (AJ), Allah (AJ), Allah (AJ).” Much more affordable. Why wait to somebody cracked everything and find everything is dirty and disgusting? Prophet ﷺ gave us that solution, the solution and that reality – how to wash. 

We Cannot Mention God’s Name Without His Permission

As soon as we begin to focus on this energy, that I am going to purify my heart. I am going to make my heart the house of God. I am going to make within that house. And that is why Allah (AJ) says – we don’t allow Our Name to be mentioned in their homes. Allah (AJ) has to give a permission for His Name to be mentioned, Surat an Nur. ‘We allow Our Name to be mentioned.’

﴾فِي بُيُوتٍ أَذِنَ اللَّـهُ أَن تُرْفَعَ وَيُذْكَرَ فِيهَا اسْمُهُ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُ فِيهَا بِالْغُدُوِّ وَالْآصَالِ ﴿٣٦

24:36 – “Fee buyotin adhina Allahu an turfa’a wa yudhkara feeha ismuhu yusabbihu lahu feeha bilghuduwwi wal asal.” (Surat An-Noor)

“(Lit is such a Light) in houses, which Allah has permitted to be raised to honour; and that His name be mentioned therein: In them He is glorified in the mornings and in the evenings, (again and again).” (The Light, 24:36)

The greatest house of God is my heart. So I’m praying, ‘Please allow Your Name to be mentioned in my heart.’ It’s not my cleverness if I don’t mention God. It’s because He didn’t allow me to mention Him. So, I humbled myself, ‘I am nothing, I am nothing. Purify myself. Clean me, my Lord, I’m nothing. Take away this dirtiness. Take away this badness and allow Your Name to be mentioned within my heart.’

Satan Moves Through the Blood

Then they begin to understand that this blood is of tremendous importance. Then what Prophet ﷺ warned? That shaitan runs in your blood.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: [“إنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يَجْرِي مِنْ ابْنِ آدَمَ مَجْرَى الدَّمِ” ] صَحِيحْ اَلْبُخَارِيْ، صَحِيحْ مُسْلِمْ وَ مُتَّفَقُ عَلَيْهِ

Qala Rasulullahi (Saws): “innash shaitana yajri min ibni Adama (as) majra addami.” [Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim wa Muttafaqu ‘alyhi]

The prophet of Allah (pbuh) said: ” Satan moves/flows in sons of Adam (pbuh) through the blood”.

Shaitan is moving in the blood and that is why when they understood the reality of their heart, they have to purify their heart. They have to purify their blood. Now they are going to do chanting for the heart and now they are going to focus on their blood.

Quality of Your Blood Depends on What You Eat & Drink

How am I going to focus on my blood? The quality of my blood is what I am going to eat and drink. If I want to make wudu of myself and my blood, what do I eat and drink? Any contaminant within the food and the drink is directly affecting my blood. That’s why drinks are forbidden because if you take a little bit of forbiddenness in a beautiful glass of water, just a drop, one drop will contaminate the whole water. That’s why. Because Allah (AJ) says, ‘I want My House to be purified. I want My House to have power. I want My house to be all My Kingdom within your heart.’ (Holy Qur’an, 15:29)

The Devil Doesn’t Hide or Lie to God

But this blood that is coming in is all contaminated. And contaminated with what? You know that the devil operates in the open because he is scared of the court of God. He doesn’t hide anything. So, when they come back and say, ‘He fooled me,’ he says, ‘No, I didn’t fool him. I told him it was spirits. I told him he is putting spirits into his mouth.’

And for those of us who know what jinn (unseen beings) are, there is also a drink called gin. [Laughter] So, you don’t have to guess. There is not much guessing involved. So, he is scared of God’s court of law. He is not going to lie. He’s not going to say, ‘I fooled them.’ He is going to say, ‘I openly told them. I told them. They chose to contaminate their blood so that their blood would be destroyed, their heart would be destroyed and that Your Presence would never enter into their heart.’

Pray Upon Your Water and Drink Lots of It

So, then the importance of the blood is what I drink? I am going to drink a lot of water. Every time I drink water, I am going to pray upon the water and that is a separate talk of the power of water is an angelic reality. Whatever you pray upon water, the angels in the water say, ‘Ameen, ameen.’ It’s all angels. ‘My Throne was upon the water. They drink a lot of water. They pray upon water and that water sanctifies and purifies their blood.’

﴾وَهُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ وَكَانَ عَرْشُهُ عَلَى الْمَاءِ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلًا ۗ ﴿٧

11:7 – “Wa huwal ladhee khalaqas samawati wal arda fee sittati ayyamin, wa kana ‘arshuhu ‘alal maa ye liyabluwakum ayyukum ahsanu ‘amalan,…” (Surat Hud)

“And it is He who created the heavens and the earth in six days – and His Throne had been upon water – that He might test you as to which of you is best in deed…” (Hud, 11:7)

Remove Negativity in Your Food By Praying Upon It

They pray upon their food that if there is any badness in this food, any evilness in this food, any bad intention put into the food because their whole life becomes energy beings. They are not extreme, they are just not stupid. They are not extreme, they are just not stupid. It is different.

When you are an energy person, you see what God wants you to see. You see what is moving in that food. You see the energy of what people put into that food. You know when somebody makes food – if they are not showered, they are not washed, they are angry, they are distraught, they are violent. Whatever their characteristics are, they put into the food while they are making it for you. They putting all their grief, all their misery, all their anger because they’re energy beings. They are dumping and depositing all their energy and it becomes like a surprise package for you. You take a bite and you thought this was just going to be a burrito, but it was loaded; loaded that you will be sick for days because people don’t understand anymore, they are energy beings. They don’t know what they are putting in into everything and what people are receiving as a gift from people.

So, then you pray upon your food because you can’t go and clean everything. That, ‘My Lord, I am nothing. I am no one. I am just praying that sanctify and purify whatever I am about to eat and in Your Name, I am asking that take away any difficulty and send it to be filled with Rahmanir Raheem (The Most Beneficent, The Most Merciful).’ And we make our dua (supplication), we make our prayers upon it. So, then what we eat and drink begins to purify the blood. As soon as we begin to purify the blood, everything is moving. Then we are beginning to understand how that evilness is trying to come and how it’s trying to conquer the body.

Saints Operate From their Soul

We pray that God gives us more and more strength and this reality is just an introduction to show that they understand energy. They understand how to purify energy and that if we reach a level of purification, we are not operating from our physicality anymore. If you reach towards this reality, they operate from their soul. They reverse the contract. Those whom are encaged by their body, they can only operate from the limitations of their physicality because nothing is opening. But do you think that if they open the heart and the Kingdom of God came onto their heart, that they are operating from their body.

Awliya Can See, Hear, and Move Through Their Soul

They are operating from their soul in which the holy Hadith, Hadith Qudsi, that, ‘You came to me with voluntary worship after you did all your obligations, I became the eyes in which you see, the ears in which you hear, the breath in which you breathe.’

عَنْ أَبِيِ هُرَيْرَةِ رَضِّيَّ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ‏،‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ‏:‏‏‏ إِنَّ اللهَ تَعَالَىٰ قَالَ‏:‏” …‏وَمَا تَقَرُّبِ إِلَيَّ عَبْدِيِ بِشَيْءٍ أَحُبَّ إِلَيَّ مِمَّا اِفْتَرَضْتُ عَلَيْهِ. وَلَا يَزَالُ عَبْدِي يَتَقَرَّبُ إلَيَّ بِالنَّوَافِلِ حَتَّى أُحِبَّهُ، فَإِذَا أَحْبَبْتُهُ كُنْتَ سَمْعَهُ الَّذِي يَسْمَعُ بِهِ، وَبَصَرَهُ الَّذِي يُبْصِرُ بِهِ، … “[اَلمَصْدَرْ: صَحِيحْ الْبُخَارِيُّ – رقم:6502]

‘An Abi Hurairah (ra) qala, Qala Rasulullahi ﷺ : InnAllaha ta’ala qala: “Wa maa taqarrubi ilayya ‘abdi be shayin ahubba ilayya memma iftaradhtu ‘alayhi. Wa la yazaalu ‘abdi yataqarrabu ilayya binnawafile hatta uhebbahu, fa iza ahbabtuhu kunta Sam’ahul lazi yasma’u behi, wa Basarahul lazi yubsiru behi…” (Hadith Qudsi, Sahih al Bukhari, Raqam: 6502)

Narrated by Abu Hurairah (ra) that: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said that: Allah the Almighty said: “… My servant does not draw near to Me with anything more loved by Me than the religious duties I have obligated upon him. My servant continues to draw near to Me with voluntary acts of worship so that I shall love him. When I love him, I am his hearing with which he hears, his seeing with which he sees…” [Holy Hadith, Sahih by al-Bukhari, 6502]

Allah (AJ) is saying, ‘I am going to give you eyes to see from your soul. You will see with My power with your soul. You will hear with My power with your soul.’ Each to their limit. But what the soul can see, the soul can see inside your soul, the soul can be sent millions of miles away, thousands of miles away.  Their soul has an ability to be in the Heavens within an instant. You don’t think they can reach you 2000 miles away? The soul moves at the speed of thought, even faster. They think about where they want to be with Prophet ﷺ and with the blink of an eye their soul is present with Prophet ﷺ . Was that harder or to reach to you at home? They operate from their soul. They can see with their soul, they hear with their soul. They breathe with Nafas ur Rahma, from Allah’s (AJ) qudra.

Lordly Souls Move Under Allah’s (AJ) Command

Allah (AJ) says, ‘I will be the hands in which you touch’ which means Allah’s (AJ) qudra is upon their hands. ‘I will be the feet with which you walk’ which means their qadam (foot) is under Allah’s Izzah (Might). If you are under Allah’s (AJ) qadam, can someone tell you not to enter somewhere? Let’s see if they have the ability to stop Allah’s (AJ) qadam. If Allah (AJ) gives you the order to move, you move. Your feet are under Allah’s (AJ) command.

The Will of Lordly Souls Matches the Will of Allah (AJ)

Their hands are under Allah’s (AJ) command, their eyes, their ears are under Allah’s (AJ) command so much so you become Rabbaniyoon (Lordly Souls);

عَنْ أَبِيِ هُرَيْرَةِ رَضِّيَّ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ‏،‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ‏:‏‏‏ إِنَّ اللهَ تَعَالَىٰ قَالَ‏:‏” …‏وَمَا تَقَرُّبِ إِلَيَّ عَبْدِيِ بِشَيْءٍ أَحُبَّ إِلَيَّ مِمَّا اِفْتَرَضْتُ عَلَيْهِ. وَلَا يَزَالُ عَبْدِي يَتَقَرَّبُ إلَيَّ بِالنَّوَافِلِ حَتَّى أُحِبَّهُ، فَإِذَا أَحْبَبْتُهُ كُنْتَ سَمْعَهُ الَّذِي يَسْمَعُ بِهِ، وَبَصَرَهُ الَّذِي يُبْصِرُ بِهِ، وَيَدَهُ الَّتِي يَبْطِشُ بِهَا، وَرِجْلَهُ الَّتِي يَمْشِي بِهَا. وَلَئِنْ سَأَلَنِي لَأُعْطِيَنَّهُ، … “[اَلمَصْدَرْ: صَحِيحْ الْبُخَارِيُّ – رقم:6502]

Narrated by Abu Hurairah (ra) that: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said that: Allah the Almighty said: “... Were he to ask (something) of Me, I would surely give it to him, …” [Holy Hadith, Sahih by al-Bukhari, 6502]

You become of a lordly nature, and I give you power, kun faya koon, because their will matches the will of Prophet ﷺ.That will matches the will which means as soon as they make a prayer, Allah’s (AJ) Will is already on the prayer and is already been accepted, because they are operating from Allah (AJ)’s Will. If they didn’t have Allah (AJ)’s Will they wouldn’t have been that level of person. When they operate from Allah’s (AJ) Will, it was already Allah’s (AJ) Will to grant that. And immediately they make a dua and everything can be resolved if Allah’s (AJ) wants it to be resolved.

Putting Time Towards Allah (AJ) Will Last for All of Eternity

So, it means this Kingdom is of a tremendous reality. It is not something small to think: should I do it or should I not do it? When they understood its reality, they left everything to achieve that. Because what you achieved of that reality, will go with you to the grave and all of eternity. But what you get from Las Vegas, it doesn’t last for anything except hardship and difficulty, because Las Vegas says: what goes there stays there. [Laughter] Again, shaitan (satan) gives his disclaimer. It is going to stay there. It is not going to last for your eternity.

The time in which you put towards Allah (AJ) – He is teaching, ‘If you put time towards Me and My Reality, it lasts you for all of eternity.’ So, then that is why we said that we are not extreme, but we are not stupid. If you want that which is temporary, go get it. You want that which is eternal, I think that would be a more wiser and calculated choice.
