A’uzu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem
Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem

I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

Alhamdulillahi Rabbil ‘aalameen, was salaatu was salaamu ‘alaa Ashrafil Mursaleen, Sayyidina wa Mawlana Muhammadul Mustafa ﷺ. Madad ya Sayyidi ya Rasulul Kareem, Ya Habibul ‘Azeem, unzur halana wa ishfa’lana, ‘abidona bi madadikum wa nazarekum.

Atiullah wa atiur Rasul wa Ulil amre minkum. Always a reminder for myself, ana abdukal ‘ajeez, wa dayeef, wa miskin, wa zhalim, wa jahl, and but for the grace of Allah (AJ) that we’re still in existence. 

أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنكُم… ﴿٥٩﴾‏ …

4:59 – “…Atiullaha wa atiur Rasula wa Ulil amre minkum…” (Surat an-Nisa)

“…Obey Allah, obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you…” (The Women, 4:59)

Sifat Al-Muntaqim Burns Our Badness, Sayyidina Zu Fadl ﷺ Brings Divine Grace

Alhamdulillah, these are the days of immense rahmah and mercy and that Allah (AJ) to dress us and bless us from sifat al-Muntaqim (The Avenger) to encompass and to protect us. The name of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, Sayyidina Zu Fadl ﷺ (Possessor of Divinely Grace), that every grace and emanation to rejuvenate us as Allah (AJ) is protecting and burning away all the badness. Then the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ comes to bring divine grace and lights upon ourself. Alhamdulillah, Allah (AJ) created insan (mankind). “Wa laqad karramna Bani Adam.” 

﴾وَلَقَدْ كَرَّ‌مْنَا بَنِي آدَمَ…﴿٧٠

17:70 – “Wa laqad karramna bani adama…” (Surat Al-Isra)

“And We have certainly honored the children of Adam…” (The Night Journey, 17:70)

That ‘We have honoured this creation of Adam and Eve,’ an honour in which they don’t know themselves. One who knows himself will know his Lord and know what his Lord is bestowing upon him.

قَال رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ:” مَنْ عَرَفَ نَفْسَهْ فَقَدْ عَرَفَ رَبَّهُ”

Qala Rasulullahi ﷺ: “Man ‘arafa nafsahu faqad ‘arafa Rabbahu” 

The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: “Who knows himself, knows his Lord.” 

Shaitan Prevents Us From Discovering Our True Honoured Selves

Shaitan’s (satan) whole interest is that they never find themselves. For if they should find themselves, they become a threat to shaitan. That’s why he feeds them the worst of food to destroy them. He gives them the worst of sustenance to destroy them. [He] Gives them the worst of to drink to destroy them, gives us the worst of amal (actions) to destroy them so that they never find themselves.

They’ll be oceans and millions of miles away from the reality of themselves. At the same time, they will never find the reality of their Lord and what Allah (AJ) has bestowed. “Wa laqad karramna Bani Adam,” for Allah (AJ), the Creator of all creation, known and unknown to us to say that, ‘I have honoured your creation.’ It has a mind-boggling depth to it. That no matter what awliya (saints) speak and what they teach their students to speak of, it could never be understood.

Numeric Understanding is an Angelic Reality

When Allah (AJ) is creating insan (mankind) with an immense symmetry. We said that your right hand has been coded by 1 and 18 so you see a line 1 and a upside down V (Shaykh traces the lines on his right palm). Allah (AJ) coded your hand with 18 because Allah (AJ) describes throughout Qur’an, ‘Everything is perfectly numbered.’

﴾وَأَحَاطَ بِمَا لَدَيْهِمْ وَأَحْصَىٰ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ عَدَدًا ﴿٢٨…

72:28 – “…wa ahata bima ladayhim wa ahsa kulla shay in ‘adada.” (Surat Al-Jinn)

“… and He has encompassed whatever is with them and has enumerated all things in number.” (The Jinn, 72:28)

Numeric understanding is of an angelic reality. The kalam (words) has its reality, but the kalam has its ability to have errors. So, Allah (AJ) created programmers to understand that in divine programming, as they’re elevating towards divinely presence, the numeric code is much more powerful, much more clear. That coding that Allah (AJ) has put upon our hand because of the hand and the representation of our creation is through the hand.

Right Hand Is Coded With 18 Symbolizing Al-Fattah (The Opener)

That we greet, it’s the ambassador of our being to everything that we’re going to touch or be introduced to. Allah (AJ) has coded these hands. The right hand is 18 and in this understanding of coding, you go to the 18^th name of Allah (AJ) – Ismul husna in which Allah (AJ) has infinite names, but these for this creation through the manifestation of Holy Qur’an upon this ‘ard, upon this Earth, He gave us from these 99 of His infinite Names, its secrets and its realities for our existence upon this planet.

The 18^th Name of Allah (AJ), Al-Fattah (The Opener), The One Whom Opens insan (mankind), Who opens every reality, opens for every door that’s closed, opens the heavens for every dress and every beatific reality that He want to bestow upon the servant. That’s why then this teachings, its symmetry to where we are now in Ramadan.

18 Signifies Surah Al-Kahf, the 18th Chapter of Holy Qur’an

When we go back into this teaching of shams al-arifeen (sun of knowers), 18 and the importance of 18 was in Surat al-Kahf, was in the 2^nd of the month. The 2^nd of the lunar month that that 2 times the reality of 9 opened up the reality of the cave. The first lunar month was Muharram and stepping into the reality. Then in 18, Allah (AJ) opened Surat al-Kahf and to be from Ashab ul Kahf (Companions of the Cave). That’s why only the Ashab ul Kahf can truly understand the lights that Allah (AJ) is entering and dressing upon the servants in the lights, in the month of…in Ramadan because of symmetry of the cave to the realities of Ramadan.

So, then in the cave when they were teaching that this 18 and the ocean and the reality of this power. That Allah’s (AJ) sifat al-Fattah, “The Opener” is opening. Then the 18^th name from Dalail ul-Khairat (Book of Prophetic praisings) of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, “Nabiur Rahmah” (The Prophet of Mercy). That’s why in their coding and all their haqqaiqs, it’s not just the philosophy. They say one way and it doesn’t make sense, anything else.

Hidden Knowledge Transcends Conventional Understanding

From every direction, the haqaiq (reality) validates and is a daleel (proof) for itself. When somebody says, ‘Where is the hadith on this?’ This is like a narrow-minded person. These are knowledges and uloom that Sayyidina Abu Huraira (ra) described that, ‘Prophet ﷺ poured two types of knowledge into me. One knowledge was like a common people; knowledge that I give you. Those hadith and these are the hadith that we’ll formulate your usool (Islamic principles) and just a drop towards its understandings and haqaiqs and realities but this is for the nation in general.’ He described that, ‘I have one level of knowledge that Prophet ﷺ poured into my heart; that if I tell the companions, they will cut my head.’

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ حَفِظْتُ مِنْ رَسُولِ أَللَّهِ صَلَّى أَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وِعَاءَيْنِ، فَأَمَّا أَحَدُهُمَا فَبَثَثْتُهُ، وَأَمَّا الآخَرُ فَلَوْ بَثَثْتُهُ قُطِعَ هَذَا الْبُلْعُومُ‏. صَحِيحُ البُخَارِي-١٢٠

‘An Abi Hurairah (ra): Qala hafidtu min Rasuli Allahi ﷺ wi’a’ayni, fa amma ahaduhuma fabasastuhu, wa amma al akharu falaw basastuhu quti’a haza al bul’uom. [Sahih al Bukhari 120]

Narrated Abu Hurairah (ra): I have memorized two kinds of knowledge from Allah’s Messenger (pbuh). I have propagated one of them to you and if I propagated the second, then my pharynx (throat) would be cut (i.e. killed). [Sahih al Bukhari 120]

So, that’s your daleel. That these are not the knowledges that they teach you when you’re learning in school: alif, ba, ta and all the kindergarten. These are the uloom and knowledges – “Ilm al-laduni wa hikmati bis Saliheen” (Heavenly Knowledges and Wisdom of the Righteous).

Allah (AJ) Gave Hidden Knowledges to the Gatekeepers of Reality

When Allah (AJ), throughout Qur’an, you should be on the first few juz’s (chapters) of Qur’an in which Allah (AJ) is continuously making reference to Ulul al Baab (Gatekeepers of the Reality). That, ‘We gave this knowledge, none know it but Ulul al Baab.’ Why? Because ‘I am the city of knowledge and Ali baabahu.’

قَال رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ “أَنَا مَدِيْنَةُ الْعِلْمٍ وعَلِيٌّ بَابُهَا”

Qala RasulAllah ﷺ, “Ana madinatul ‘ilmin wa ‘Aliyyun baabuha.” (Hasan, At Tirmidhi)

The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: “I am the city of knowledge and ‘Ali (as) is its door/gatekeeper.” Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) [Sound hadith by Imam Tirmidhi in al-Awsat]  

That Prophet ﷺ described, ‘There is an uloom. There’s a knowledge that not from your dunya (material world), not from your kindergarten, not from the common place.’ But within the heart of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is a knowledge that is an evergreen fountain, continuously flowing and gave us that if you want to reach to it, that Sayyidina Ali (as) is the gate. So, when Allah (AJ) is describing, ‘None know it but Ulul al Baab, the people of the door, the people of the door, the people the door.’ “Ulul ma qaaiman bil qist”

 ۚشَهِدَ اللَّـهُ أَنَّهُ لَا إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ وَأُولُو الْعِلْمِ قَائِمًا بِالْقِسْطِ

3:18 – “Shahidallahu annahu la ilaha illa Hu wal mala’ikatu wa ulul ‘ilmi qaaiman bil qist…” (Surat Al-Imran)

“Allah bears witness that there is no god but He, and the angels and men of knowledge, upholding justice…” (Family of Imran, 3:18)

Above Every Knower There is a Greater Knower (Holy Qur’an, 12:76)

“Ahle tafakkur” (People of Contemplation), all of these categories Allah (AJ) is describing from His rijalullah (men of God) and His ibadullah (Servants of Allah) which are even higher than rijalullah because Allah (AJ) dress them with ancient uloom, ancient knowledges. When Allah (AJ) saying, ‘Wa laqad karamna Bani Adam,’ (Holy Qu’ran, 17:70) the karamat and the ocean of Kawthar and grace and eminence, that dress upon them is nothing that can be understood. Their can be no limitation placed upon it because above every knower, Allah (AJ) described, there’s another knower.

﴾نَرْ‌فَعُ دَرَ‌جَاتٍ مَّن نَّشَاءُ ۗ وَفَوْقَ كُلِّ ذِي عِلْمٍ عَلِيمٌ ﴿٧٦

12:76 – “…Narfa’u darajatin man nashao, Wa fawqa kulli dhee ‘ilmin ‘aleem.” (Surat Yusuf) 

“… We raise in degrees whom We will, and Above every knower there is a greater knower.” (Joseph, 12:76) 

So, once one thinks he knows and reached a reality, Allah (AJ) is warning that, ‘There are many more that you did not even reach to and I dressed from other servants that reality and that uloom.’ So, this way is not the way of the head. This is not the way where you try to verify through the three hadith that you’ve memorized and say, ‘Where is this? Where is this?’ They said to teach you and someone like you, like that. They would have to walk with all the hadith books on their back just to keep proving to people but this not a way of proving.

You Can’t Be Patient With What You Don’t Know (Holy Qur’an, 18:67-68)

That’s why Surat al-Kahf is the entry way. Our right hand, right hand is the entry way to this uloom. Then Allah (AJ) says, ‘You don’t have to talk and tell them.’ Allah (AJ) says, ‘I will tell them the adab (discipline). Tell the students: read Surat al-Kahf and the dialogue between Sayyidina Khidr (as) and Nabi Musa (as).’ That this uloom and these knowledges, no matter how high you think you are – what Sayyidina Khidr (as) was saying, ‘You’re not going to have patience to accompany because what you know of a little bit towards this oceans of reality, you are not going to have patience to go into it.’

﴾قَالَ إِنَّكَ لَن تَسْتَطِيعَ مَعِيَ صَبْرً‌ا ﴿٦٧﴾ وَكَيْفَ تَصْبِرُ‌ عَلَىٰ مَا لَمْ تُحِطْ بِهِ خُبْرً‌ا ﴿٦٨

18:67-68 – “Qala innaka lan tastatee’a ma’iya sabra. (67) Wa kayfa tasbiru ‘ala ma lam tuhit bihi khubra. (68)” (Surat Al-Kahf)

“(The Other) said, Verily you will not be able to have patience with me! (67) And how can you have patience for what you do not encompass in knowledge? (68)” (The Cave, 18:67-68)

Empty Yourself To Be Filled With Divine Light and Knowledge

Because from what little you think you know will be a lock and a block upon your head. That, ‘This doesn’t make sense. It doesn’t make sense.’ They say, ‘No, of course it doesn’t make sense because you’re supposed to make zikr (Divine remembrance) of “La ilaha illAllah”. ‘La’ – to your head, ‘ilaha’ – to your right, ‘illAllah’ – into the heart, ‘illAllah, illAllah’ until your head is negated. That the energy you’re sending into your head is that, ‘Ya Rabbi, I know nothing. Take away my head and empty it. Empty it with Your divine light that I know nothing. Ana abdukal ajeezu daifu miskeen wa zalim wa jahl and make me to be an empty cup’ because the qamar and the moon is empty. It’s devoid of anything of itself.

So, it’s a continuous process of: we don’t empty the cup. How Allah (AJ) will fill the cup and that’s from every state. In every state that they learn, they’re astonished on how much they don’t know. Every uloom shows them the immensity of a knowledge that they don’t know as if Allah (AJ) shows them only the tip of the iceberg, but yet an entire city below the iceberg is existing. So, it’s never that they reach a knowledge and say, ‘Oh, I understood everything.’ They understood that they’re absolutely nothing. When Allah (AJ) show them a nuqt, a dot in a reality, its vastness is still immensely great that can never be understood.

Nabiur Rahmah ﷺ Dresses Those With Light Emanating From Their Right Hand

So, ‘Wa laqad karramna Bani Adam,’ then who can understand? The people of the right hand. When Allah (AJ) say, ‘We will raise them on the day of judgement and a light. You’ll know these people because a light will emanate from their right hand.’

﴾يَوْمَ تَرَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ يَسْعَىٰ نُورُهُم بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَبِأَيْمَانِهِم … ﴿١٢

57:12 – “Yawma taral mumineena wal muminati yas’a nooruhum bayna aydeehim wa bi aymanihim …” (Surat Al-Hadid)

“On the Day you (Muhammad (pbuh) see the believing men and believing women, their light proceeding/shining before them and on their right hands…” (The Iron, 57:12)

Why? Because Al-Fattah is dressing them. Nabiur Rahmah is dressing them and from their hand is a light coming out from divinely presence on the day of judgement. When all the lights, all the gifts and all the punishments are being bestowed, Allah (AJ) describe, ‘These people, you’ll know them by the hand, the light that emanates from their hand.’

Blessed is the Hand That Holds Allah’s (AJ) Dominion (Holy Qur’an, 67:1)

That’s why when their hand is in a motion up, there’s a light and reality that coming and dressing everything from what Allah (AJ) has dressed upon them. So, that’s why Allah (AJ) says, “Subhanal ladhee biyadihi Mulk”

﴾تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ الْمُلْكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ﴿١

67:1 – “Tabarakal ladhee biyadihil mulku wa huwa ‘ala kulli shay in qadeer.” (Surat Al-Mulk)                 

“Blessed is He in Whose hands is Dominion/kingdom; and He has Power over all things.” (The Sovereignty, 67:1)

“Tabarakal ladhee biyadihi mulk.” “Tabarak,” when Allah (AJ) saying – we are not saying, people not saying, Prophet ﷺ is not saying – Allah (AJ) is saying, ‘Blessed be the hand that holds My Dominion. Blessed – Tabarakal ladhee biyadihi mulk – Blessed be the hand that holds My dominion.’

Allah’s (AJ) Hand is Over the Hand of Those Who Give Bayah (Holy Qur’an, 48:10)

So, it means when Allah (AJ) is giving these lights and giving this reality, He says, ‘My Sifat (Attribute) will dress your hand that what I have encoded upon you. I’m going to open Al-Fattah so that My Dominion and My Kingdom begin to dress upon you.’ That your yad (hand) that becomes the reality of the bay’ah (pledge of allegiance) that they took at the beginning when Allah (AJ) “YadAllah.”

When Allah (AJ) accepting their initiation, accepts their bayat, dresses them from sincerity, the haqaiq of the bayat. When Allah (AJ) going to say, ‘YadAllah,’ say that, ‘My Hand upon your hand’ it’s not something small. What that means, ‘YadAllah just okay, YadAllah.’ No, Allah (AJ) saying that, ‘My Power, My Authority will be dressing your hand.’ Your hand is from a dress from Allah’s (AJ) Divinely Lights.

﴾إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُبَايِعُونَكَ إِنَّمَا يُبَايِعُونَ اللَّـهَ يَدُ اللَّـهِ فَوْقَ أَيْدِيهِمْ ۚ  ﴿١٠

48:10 – “Innal ladheena yubayi’oonaka innama yubayi’on Allaha yadullahi fawqa aydeehim, …” (Surat Al-Fath)

“Indeed, those who give Bayah (pledge allegiance) to you, [O Muhammad] – they are actually giving Bayah (pledge allegiance) to Allah. The hand of Allah is over their hands…” (The Victory, 48:10)

Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is the Full Reflection and Authority of Allah (AJ) 

He’s going to dress with that sifat al-Fattah (The Opener) and your hand is going to be a hand in which opens these realities and Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ comes in then to define. Because who’s the most of YadAllah? Every haqaiq (reality) it takes, its to the highest point is Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Will you ever see Allah’s (AJ) Hand? No, no, no sharik (partner). No, no, no shibl, no shek. There is nothing even like you can describe.

But what you can see is the hand of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ which is the full reflection and authority of the hand of Allah (AJ). That when that hand comes and take the hand of those servants, takes them on a path to realities. If they reach to their reality, to their sincerity, to their ahad and their covenant – now what happens? Allah (AJ) is activating their hand so the people of the right hand, they’re the only people who can understand these haqaiqs that they’re talking about in Ramadan. The people of the right hand are the ones whom Allah (AJ) describes them on Yawmul Mahshar (Day of Judgement) that their hands will be illuminated and light, light flowing from them (Holy Qur’an, 57:12). What type of astonishing view is that for the people of Yawmul Mahshar and judgement day when they see divinely heavenly lights emanating from the servants of Allah (AJ)?

Wudu Activates Divine Codes and a Flow of Mercy

So, it means that Fattah, that rahmah (mercy) is dressing them and blessing them. That then becomes the heat and the energy that is giving to them. These are the people of the cave. So, all these haqaiqs, they’re pulled together. This [referring to the right hand] is a kaafi (Sufficient). In healing your right hand is light, is kafi.

When Allah (AJ) want to open the servant and open the realities, they have heated hands because Allah’s (AJ) lights and emanation is dressing upon them. When they’re making wudu (ablution) and they’re washing…why Allah (AJ) making people to wash? The system in which Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ brought is to activate every reality.

Divine Servants are More Powerful Than Angels and Jinn

As soon as they’re washing and they’re moving the rahmah (mercy) and then moving this rahmah, every code is being opened upon their reality. So, it means “Wa laqad karramna” (Holy Qur’an, 17:70) is not something can be understood. So, when these servants “Ulul al Baab”, “ulul ma qaaiman bil qist”, (Holy Qur’an, 3:18) “ahle tafakkur,” they’re coded beings.

They are more powerful than the jinn (unseen beings). They are more powerful than malaika (angels), that the malaika (angels) and the jinn all are under their service. When Allah (AJ) say, ‘Wa laqad karramna Bani Adam,’ did not say karramna for malaika. They are servants of Allah (AJ) that are programmed at a degree in which Allah (AJ) gave to them. They don’t do ghunah. They don’t do bad. They serve Allah (AJ).

Sifat Al-Fattah Opens What is Blocked or Locked for You

So, it means this honour in which Allah (AJ) giving this creation is something that cannot be understood, cannot be limited in its understanding. So, this (Shaykh holds up his right hand) are the people of the cave. This Fattah and an opening is always upon their hand. Everything that they put their hand onto sifat al-Fattah begin to open it. Whatever is blocked and locked with Allah’s (AJ) Will and Divinely qudra (power) begin to open. That’s why Allah (AJ) said, ‘Tabarakal ladhee bayidihi mulk.’

﴾تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ الْمُلْكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ﴿١

67:1 – “Tabarakal ladhee biyadihil mulku wa huwa ‘ala kulli shay in qadeer.” (Surat Al-Mulk)                 

“Blessed is He in Whose hands is Dominion/kingdom; and He has Power over all things.” (The Sovereignty, 67:1)

When their hand gets involved in your life, the tabarak and the blessing is coming. This is like a science class that they giving you, not they don’t just say something. They’re giving you like a chemical formula of how it’s happening, right? They don’t say, ‘Make wudu (ablution) because its good for you.’ They giving you the formula. So, when their hand gets involved in a situation, Allah (AJ) says, ‘It’s a tabarak.’ The Holy Qur’an is dressing them.

Get Out of Your Own Way So Allah (AJ) and Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ Take Over

Then awliya (saints) coming out and to describe to you how Allah’s (AJ) dressing them. Allah (AJ) has activated His sifat al-Fattah. Their hands are openers. What is closed – when their hand gets involved, opens; not by them, nothing. They became abdukal ajeezu daifu miskeen wa zalim wa jahl. They vanished and Allah (AJ) appears through them. They vanish and Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ appears through them. They vanish and awliyaullah appear through them.

As much as you make in your life to be nothing, get yourself out of the way and Allah (AJ) will take over the servant. When Allah’s (AJ) giving His Allah, YadAllah – ‘My Hand is on you,’ not your hand is involved, His hand is involved. Allah (AJ) giving His Divine Name that, ‘My Hand, YadAllah, is involved.’

Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is the Key That Opens Everything

So, Al-Fattah comes and Rasul ur Rahmah ﷺ (The Messenger of Mercy) because it’s a lock and a key. When they studied and they learned the relationship, learned that they could be given something by Allah (AJ), that Prophet ﷺ is not involved in it? Absolutely not. We are the people of “La ilaha illAllah Muhammadun Rasulullah ﷺ” and tamama (finished) Qur’an.

لَا إِلَهَ إلاَّ اللَّهُ مُحَمَّدٌا رَسُولْ اللَّهُ ﷺ

“La ilaha illallahu Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ.” 

“There is no deity but Allah, Prophet Muhammad is the messenger of Allah (pbuh).” 

All the Qur’an is a proof of it, “Atiullah wa atiur Rasul.”

﴾أَطِيعُواللَّه وَأَطِيعُوٱلرَّسُولَ وَأُوْلِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ… ﴿٥٩…

4:59 – “…Atiullaha wa atiur Rasula wa Ulil amre minkum…” (Surat An-Nisa)

“… Obey Allah, Obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you…” (The Women, 4:59)

So, when Allah (AJ) want to open Al-Fattah, the key is Rasul ar-Rahmah ﷺ. That’s why his name also is Nabi Miftah ur Rahmah ﷺ, the key of rahmah (mercy). So, it means that that right hand when Allah’s (AJ) Fattah is on it, Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is the guardian of that hand that it only opens for rahmah. They don’t open haram (forbidden). They don’t hurt with their hand. A one who’s a Muslim, it means that he’s…people are safe with his tongue and with his hand.

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ: ‏ “‏ اَلْمُسْلِمُ مَنْ سَلِمَ اَلنَّاسُ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُ مَنْ أَمِنَهُ النَّاسُ عَلَى دِمَائِهِمْ وَأَمْوَالِهِمْ ‏”‏‏.‏

‘An Abi Hurairah (ra), ‘an Rasullillahi ﷺ qala: “Al Muslimu man salema annaasu min lesanehi wa yadehi wal Muminu man amenahun naasu ‘ala demayehim wa amwalehim.”

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (ra) that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, “The Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hand the people are safe, and the believer is the one from whom the people’s lives and wealth are safe.”

Run to the Cave of Safety, the Heart Of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ!

You see now what people call themself and they attack everybody with their mouth. They attack people with their hands. That this sifat (attribute), its guardian is Rasul ar-Rahmah ﷺ. So, that whatever Allah’s (AJ) opening through their hand, Prophet ﷺ is its guardian and caretaker. That you open what is from Allah’s (AJ) rahmah (mercy), what is from Allah’s (AJ) halal (permissible), what is from Allah’s (AJ) kingdom. So, it means the “Tabarakal ladhee biyadihi mulk” (Holy Qur’an, 67:1) 

This immense blessing is dressing upon that hand. That’s why they have to be from Ashab ul Kahf (People of the Cave). They have to teach the people, ‘Come into this cave. Run from this satanic kingdom. Come to the heart of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and don’t ever leave that cave.’ Don’t go out of the cave and say, ‘Now I’m going to go back into that dunya (material world).’ That dunya, everything outside of that cave is the kingdom of shaitan. They are no two caves and that’s why Allah (AJ) described, ‘I created no man with two hearts.’ There is not another. There is only but one cave.

﴾مَّا جَعَلَ اللَّـهُ لِرَجُلٍ مِّن قَلْبَيْنِ فِي جَوْفِهِ ۚ … ﴿٤

33:4 – “Ma ja’ala Allahu lirajulin min Qalbayni fee jawfihi…” (Surat Al-Ahzab)

“Allah has not made for a man two hearts in his interior…” (The Combined Forces, 33:4)

Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is Wahid From the Ahad of Allah (AJ)

The Allah (AJ) is Ahad (One) and Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is Wahid (Unique One). There is the uniqueness of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ that there is nothing like Prophet ﷺ. The Ahad is the uniqueness of Allah (AJ). Wahid is like Ahad with a waw because he’s ﷺ the love of Ahad. Allah (AJ) made the unique station and reality of La ilaha illAllah – Ahadiya, Muhammadur Rasulullah ﷺ – Wahidiya. The Wahid-ness and the oneness – uniqueness is only for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and reflection. That becomes Al-Fattah and Rasul ar-Rahmah ﷺ, Fattah e-Rahmah (Opener to Mercy).

The Left Hand Carries 81, Made of a Fiery Nature That Burns Negativity

When they enter into the cave, they’re coming, coming, coming, coming all the way to Ramadan which is the perfect symmetry. So, what we have in Ramadan is 81. Your left hand is stamped 81. 8 [Shaykh traces the 8 on his left hand], 1 [traces 1]. 8 and 1, 81 is what? Al-Muntaqim (The Avenger). The 81^st Name of Allah (AJ): Al-Muntaqim. So, by Ramadan, their left hand which is of a fiery heated nature…same for healing. Shaafi (Healer) is a burning. The left hand is a heated fiery element. So, when Muntaqim is dressing their hand because these sincere servants, Allah (AJ) give a fire in their left hand that this sifat al-Muntaqim is dressing them and pushing away all the devils. Devils are scared of the light that emanate from them so that this Muntaqim is dressing them.

This is the symmetry of the right hand and left hand. That when this Muntaqim is coming, it burns away everything that Allah (AJ) is displeased with. So, when their left hand is moving, it’s burning away everything that Allah (AJ) is displeased with. Again, the rahmah of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is right there to guardian that reality. Sayyidina Dhul Fadl ﷺ, that Allah’s (AJ) grace. See how Allah’s (AJ) immense that with this Muntaqim and fire that coming, Prophet ﷺ is again safeguarding that. That your fire is not to harm creation, but your fire comes and harms all shayateen (devils). It frees Allah’s (AJ) creation and free the souls from whatever hardship shaitan has put upon them. What’s a fire to shaitan is a divinely grace for the creation of Allah (AJ).

Beware of Hizbul Shaitan Using the Holy Qur’an Against Us

So, when they describe these fires that are coming from them, these are fires that burn shayateen (devils) and everything that bad and forbidden. But at the same time, it put the believer into a state of ecstasy. When they release these fires in the zikr (Divine remembrance), when they release the fire within the homes of people who are watching the zikr, these fires are a big problem for shaitan.

So, no doubt. I heard somebody got free Qur’ans from a website and then that Qur’an, people actually called them and said, ‘Oh, can we do dawah (religious propagation) to you?’ They said, ‘I’m busy watching zikr.’ They say, ‘Oh no, I don’t think you should watch zikr.’ What kind of shaitan is that that they’re using the Qur’an and propagating and giving Qur’an as a mean to do dawah for shaitan? So, you shouldn’t, you shouldn’t mention Allah (AJ)? So, why did you give the kitab (book) of Allah (AJ)? This hizbul shaitan (party of satan) and they have every trickery and every way to try to reach people. That fire [Shaykh raises his left hand] burns shayateen and put the believers in a state of ecstasy because Zu Fadl ﷺ is safeguarding that energy, that it burned just the right thing.

Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is the Peace and Coolness of Divinely Fire

Allah’s (AJ) divinely grace and emanation through the character, the reality and the soul of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ again dispersing. From rahmah (mercy) to Zu Fadl ﷺ that Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is always is the “salaamun,” is the peace and the coolness of divinely fire. “Qulna ya Naaru, kuni Bardan wa Salaaman. Qulna ya Naaru, kuni Bardan wa Salaaman”.

﴾قُلْنَا يَا نَارُ كُونِي بَرْدًا وَسَلَامًا عَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ﴿٦٩

21:69 – “Qulna ya naaru, kunee Bardan wa Salaman ‘ala Ibrahim.” (Surat Al-Anbiya)

“We said, O fire, be cool and Peaceful upon Abraham.” (The Prophets, 21:69)

We taught before in other months Allah’s (AJ) izzah and might is fire. Fire, that nothing can contain it, an immense power. For us to understand is you imagine going into a power plant, a huge power plant and say, ‘I’m going to go right now into the center and hold the wires.’ Nobody’s capable of something like that. Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is. He takes the immensity of Allah’s (AJ) qudra (power) and this is the reason of His creation. “Qulna ya Naaru” – ‘Say to the fire’, what? “kuni Bardan wa Salaman” – ‘Be cool and peaceful.’

Nothing Can Hold Allah’s (AJ) Emanations Except Prophet ﷺ (Holy Qur’an, 59:21)

So, the reality of Prophet ﷺ is that reality that makes Allah’s (AJ) sifat to be cool and peaceful so that it can be sent upon creation. Because if Allah (AJ) was to send directly, then ‘kashiya’ – everything comes to dust. Said, ‘If I reveal My Qur’an, if I reveal My Holy Speech to the mountain, your highest mountain, it will be dust. But we reveal it to the heart of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and stands firm.’

﴾لَوْ أَنزَلْنَا هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنَ عَلَىٰ جَبَلٍ لَّرَأَيْتَهُ خَاشِعًا مُّتَصَدِّعًا مِّنْ خَشْيَةِ اللَّهِ …﴿٢١

59:21 – “Law anzalna hadha alQurana ‘ala jabalin laraaytahu, khashi’an mutasaddi’an min khashyatillahi…” (Surat Al-Hashr)

“Had We sent down this Qur’an on a mountain, verily, you would have seen it obliterated to dust (from its power)…” (The Exile, 59:21)

The Holy Qur’an is the Uncreated Speech of Allah (AJ) 

This is the reality in which Allah (AJ) dressed and blessed the soul of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. If we don’t understand these in the holy month of Ramadan, it means this is where Manzil ul Qur’an (where the Holy Qur’an emanates).

When Allah (AJ) is giving that, ‘This Qur’an is My Izzah and Might. It’s My Divinely Speech that is not even created.’ Allah (AJ) can’t be created. Nothing from Allah (AJ) is created. That which is not created is flowing through the soul of His creation. Manzil ul Qur’an is the eternal house in which Allah’s (AJ) speech is emanating throughout the universes at all time. The immensity, immensity of these realities that can’t be understood.

You Must Be From Ashab ul Kahf for Rasul ar-Rahmah ﷺ and Al-Fattah to Open

So, when Allah (AJ) want to ignite that servant, they have to be from Ashab ul Kahf (People of the Cave), that Allah (AJ) opened Al-Fattah, open Rasul ar-Rahmah ﷺ. That’s why the criteria for this from an Ashab ul Kahf was what? Nabi Musa (as) wanted to meet one of them. He (AJ) said, ‘Yeah, they attained a rahmah and then we taught them ‘ilm e laduni (Divinely Knowledge).’ They attained a rahmah (mercy).

﴾فَوَجَدَا عَبْدًا مِّنْ عِبَادِنَا آتَيْنَاهُ رَ‌حْمَةً مِّنْ عِندِنَا وَعَلَّمْنَاهُ مِن لَّدُنَّا عِلْمًا ﴿٦٥

18:65 – “Fawajada ‘abdan min ‘ibadinaa ataynahu rahmatan min ‘indina wa ‘allamnahu mil ladunna ‘ilma.” (Surat Al-Kahf)

“So they found one of Our servant from among Our servants, on whom We had bestowed Mercy from Ourselves and whom We had taught [unseen/heavenly] knowledge from Our own Presence…” (The Cave, 18:65)

People of the Cave are Always Dressed With Sifat Al-Muntaqim

Because these are from the people of the cave. That they attain the reality of Prophet ﷺ, Rasul ar-Rahmah is dressing them so they have that rahmah, that mercy, that good character. They don’t go to school first and then hope to find rahmah (mercy) because then they become hard and critical of everyone. These servants whom Nabi Musa (as) was searching for, Allah (AJ) said, ‘No, they attained a rahmah.’ Why? Because they’re from the cave [Shaykh raises his right hand]. We just gave the formula for that.

As a result, Allah (AJ) by Ramadan [Shaykh raises his left hand] is then opening up for them Al-Muntaqim so that they are dressed with sifat al-Muntaqim, always on their hand. That devils are always being burned by their presence, by their hand, by every movement and gesture that they’re doing. As a result, Sayyidina Zu Fadl ﷺ – every grace and emanation is flowing from that reality.

We Don’t Understand the Majestic Reality With Which Allah (AJ) has Graced Upon Us

We pray that Allah (AJ) dress us and bless us with more and more understanding of “Wa laqad karramna Bani Adam.”

﴾وَلَقَدْ كَرَّ‌مْنَا بَنِي آدَمَ…﴿٧٠

17:70 – “Wa laqad karramna bani adama…” (Surat Al-Isra)

“And We have certainly honored the children of Adam…” (The Night Journey, 17:70)

What is this honour and grace that Allah (AJ) has put upon this creation and how to reach towards our majestic reality, our majestic purpose upon this Earth? Imagine with all that they teach of the immensity of this creation and how insan (mankind) is acting and keeping themselves. How it’s a disgrace to the heavenly kingdom when the angels are looking and astonished, ‘Look what Allah (AJ) gave to you people. Why are you doing these things?’

Then they come and say, ‘They don’t know because they didn’t reach to it. They don’t have any understanding what Allah (AJ) has dressed upon them, what Allah (AJ) gave them of blessings and potential.’ But turuqs (spiritual paths) know and their job is to take people to that reality, inshaAllah. We pray that Allah (AJ) grant more and more of its understanding.

Subhana rabbika rabbal ‘izzati ‘amma yasifoon, wa salaamun ‘alal mursaleen, walhamdulillahi rabbil ‘aalameen. Bi hurmati Muhammad al-Mustafa ﷺ wa bi siri Surat al-Fatiha.
