I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the rejected one
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
To Be Rich is to Be Granted Allah’s (AJ) Gift of Love
When difficulty comes in too much, they’re continuously crying unto Allah (AJ) that what have they done wrong? The difficulty is overwhelming them. We pray that Allah (AJ) take all difficulty away and that He grant us this immense muhabbat and love for the Divinely Presence.
No matter what you pray for in life of money and property or possessions, the only gift that counts is a gift of love. If Allah (AJ) grant a gift of love within the heart that Prophet ﷺ describe, ‘That servant is the richest of Allah’s (AJ) servants.’
For if Allah (AJ) should give anything other than love, it has no value in Divinely Presence. It’s not something that you can take even towards eternity. You can’t take your positions, you can’t take money, you can’t take anything into Allah’s (AJ) presence. But what we can take is this muhabbat and love. That Allah (AJ), if He grant us and be from ahbab (lovers of Prophet ﷺ), everything around will be loving the servant. Everything.
Maqamul Ihsan – Worship as if You See Allah (AJ)
That’s this hadith for Maqamul Ihsan (Station of Moral Excellence) when Sayyidina Jibreel (as) came to Prophet ﷺ. It’s a long hadith to explain what is Islam, what is Iman (faith), what is Maqamul Ihsan. It’s to worship Allah (AJ) as if you’re seeing Allah (AJ). Worshipness, not pray! But every worshipness to see Allah (AJ). And if you don’t see Allah (AJ), to know that Allah’s (AJ) seeing you. Which is even a deeper reality that everything they’re doing is for Allah (AJ).
“An Ta’bud Allaha, Ka annaka tarahu, fa in lam takun tarahu fa innahu yarak.”
“It (Ihsan – Station of Moral Excellence) is to serve/worship Allah as though you behold [See] Him; and if you don’t behold [See] him, (know that) He surely sees you.” Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
If You Seek the Love of Allah (AJ), Follow Prophet ﷺ
That when Allah (AJ) orders them, ‘If you love Me, follow Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. I will love you.’
3:31 – “Qul in kuntum tuhibbon Allaha fattabi’oni, yuhbibkumullahu wa yaghfir lakum dhunobakum wallahu Ghaforur Raheem.” (Surat Ali-Imran)
“Say, [O Muhammad], If you should love Allah, then follow me, [so] Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.” (Family of Imran, 3:31)
This was the greatest command, the easiest command that Your most beloved servant “sam’ina wa ata’na,” our mission is to love Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ more than we love ourselves.
(Surat Al-Baqarah)
“…We hear, and we obey: (We seek) Thy forgiveness, our Lord, and to Thee is the end of all journeys.” (The Cow, 2:285)
That door opened every ishq (love). Because Allah (AJ) says, ‘I’ll love you’ – Ghafoor ur Raheem (The All Forgiving, The Most Merciful). No doubt you have sins and you are in a continuous state of sinning on this earth.
Jumadal Thani is the Month of the Moon, Al-Qamar (9×6=54)
This is the month of qamar (moon), this is the 54. The six is for Wadood (The Most Loving) through the power of 9 because this is a path of the sultans (kings). The 54 is the full moon and the qamar. This means that in this month Allah (AJ) dressing through difficulties and completing lights upon the souls so that to give them their gifts in Rajab, Sha’ban and Ramadan.
Where Rajab is, Allah (AJ) describe, ‘I give without any means and no reason why and no angel and no Prophet (as) has to see it. There’s no cause and effect. I give from whatever I want to give.’ So, the full moon month is in which Allah (AJ) preparing us to be from these ‘ashiqeen (lovers) because these teachers of ours are all of the great ‘ashiqeen.
See Allah’s (AJ) Divine Light in Everything
That to see that love of Allah (AJ) in everything, everything of its beatific reality. Then Allah (AJ) will begin to make everything to love the servant. Not only they saw because the first stage of that maqam (station) was to see that there’s a Divine in everything. So, who am I to disrespect it? To say something about it? Give me the best of character to respect it.
Allah’s (AJ) Divine Light is Rabbil Mumineen wa Rabbil Kafireen (Lord of the Believers and Unbelievers). It’s His creation. His light is inside that creation. Every animal, every creature, every creation, every inanimate object, it has atoms and Allah’s (AJ) Izzah and Might.
Be Thankful for the Beauty of This World
And they try to reach a state in which their love is that, ‘Ya Rabbi, I’m trying my best to love everything.’ Then Allah (AJ) begin to open that, ‘My love is looking at you and approaching you and dressing you.’ When they smell the fragrance of the flower they understood Allah (AJ) is sending that fragrance, ‘I want you to sense this beatific fragrance. My love is a gift and everything around Me, I’m gifting it to you. Do you smell its fragrance? Do you see its beauty? Do you find its pleasure and its happiness?’
Through all the torments of this world, there’s still beatific gifts from Allah (AJ). And those are the ones that Allah (AJ) open for our hearts to cherish and to see Allah (AJ) in everything and its sweetness to dress us and to bless us. And then that servant is a shukr (gratitude), is shukr and thankful to Allah (AJ) and Allah (AJ) said, ‘Thank Me and I give you more, no problem.’
14:7 – “…La in shakartum la azeedanakum…” (Surat Ibrahim)
“…If you are grateful and thank Me, I will give you more (favours)…” (Abraham, 14:7)
The Divine’s Greatest Gift is the Love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ
We pray that Allah (AJ) open these stations in which to see Allah’s (AJ) immense love in everything. And it’s coming back to dress us and bless us and remind us that this material world was not your target. It was not the sign of victory that I grant you a specific car and a certain amount of paycheck. The greatest gift and My greatest love is if I bring you into My Divinely Presence. If I destined for your life to sit at the love of the lovers of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, this is an immense gift.
We pray that Allah (AJ) open our hearts to remember that always. That, ‘Ya Rabbi, You have given me immense gifts of muhabbat and love and that whatever You have given to me ya Rabbi, You are Ghani and the rich and that You give and never take away, ya Rabbi. Grant us from that love and don’t take away, ya Rabbi. What You granted of knowledge, grant more and more and don’t take away ya Rabbi, not based on my character.’
Allah (AJ) Doesn’t Take Away What He Gives
Allah’s (AJ) not like humans where we do something He doesn’t like, do something He likes, He takes something away. What Allah (AJ) grants, He grants. And as we ask from Allah (AJ), ‘Ya Rabbi what You gave, don’t take away but give me more.’ What You granted of rizq and sustenance and health and good character, ya Rabbi don’t take that away but grant us more. And put us more and more in the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. And let these buzurgan-e-deen, the big, big ones of this deen (religion), ya Rabbi, let them to safeguard us, watch us. Ana faqir billahi tala, that ya Rabbi, I am the first to admit to myself I’m an oppressor to myself. Ask for Allah’s (AJ) rahmah and mercy, that Allah’s (AJ) rahmah and mercy to dress us and take away difficulties, inshaAllah, ya Rabbi in Your oceans of rahmah and mercy.
Surah Qamar Showers the Servant With Waters of Mercy
Ayah 10 and 11 – that is the secret of najat (salvation) in this month, inshaAllah, that Allah (AJ) grant us this najat. You go to the app (Muhammadan Way App), open up the month and the reality of Jumadal Thani, the sixth month, the sixth of love and Wadood and in the way of love this reality of the 9 and the power of these awliyaullah (saints). Then it becomes Surat al-Qamar and the reality of Surat al-Qamar is the dress that Allah’s (AJ) dressing upon awliyaullah in this holy month. That, this is a curriculum and a course into the heart of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
And the servant when he realized he’s overcome, that the testing is too much, difficulty is just too immense around and there’s no way to move through it. And that he pleads out to Allah (AJ) and pleads and begs, ‘Ya Rabbi, I am overcome. Please send a help,’ and Allah’s (AJ) “Fa fatahna abwaba al sama bi ma in munhamirin.” We opened upon our servant the heavens, the gates of the heavens opened and we showered down with water.
54:10-11 – “Fada Aa rabba hu annee Maghloobun Faintasir. (10) Fa fatahna abwaba al sama bi ma in munhamirin. (11) (Surat Al-Qamar)
“Then he called on his Lord: ‘I am one Overpowered/overcome: Please then help (me)! (10) So We opened the gates of heaven, with water pouring forth. (11)” (The Moon, 54:10-11)
For Sayyidina Nuh (as) the Flood was an Ocean of Rahmah
That water, for the people of Sayyidina Nuh (as) who were attacking, was an ‘aazab (punishment) but for Sayyidina Nuh (as) it was a najat. And for ruhaniyat (spirituality) is Allah (AJ) saying, ‘I’m not going to let shaitan (satan) to destroy you and to destroy everything around you. I will open the heavens with My rahmah (mercy) and the oceans of rahmah and ma’rifah (Gnosticism) to dress upon your soul.’ ”Fa fatahna abwaba al sama bi ma in munhamirin” (Holy Qur’an, 54:10-11).
Ya Rabbi, that we’re coming to You. That, we are overcome by difficulties and the difficulties that are opening upon this earth; the sicknesses, viruses, every type of ‘aazab Allah (AJ) is going to be throwing upon the earth. Ya Rabbi, and we’re overcome by them. That, shower us from Your water, shower us from Your waters of rahmah and mercy and to wash away these difficulties and to bless our soul that You’ll be pleased with us, ya Rabbi. InshaAllah, ayatal kareem (the generous verse of Holy Qur’an) and then we’ll start Surat-al-Qamar.
Reciter Recites : “A’udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem, Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem. Fada Aa rabba hu annee Maghloobun Faintasir. Fa fatahna abwaba al sama bi ma in munhamirin.”
اَعُوْذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيْم. بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْم
“A’udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem.”
“I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the rejected one In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.”
54:10-11 – “Fada Aa rabba hu annee Maghloobun Faintasir. (10) Fa fatahna abwaba al sama bi ma in munhamirin. (11) (Surat Al- Qamar)
“Then he called on his Lord: ‘I am one Overpowered/overcome: Please then help (me)! (10) So We opened the gates of heaven, with water pouring forth. (11)” (The Moon, 54:10-11)
Ameen, ya Rabbil Alameen.
Admit to Your Weakness and Ask for Protection
InshaAllah, by the power of Holy Qur’an and by the heart of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, Allah (AJ) accept from us. Ya Rabbi, from our Ahbab an Nabi ﷺ (lovers of Prophet ﷺ) and Your faqir (poor) and weak servants, “Ana abdukal ‘ajeez, dayeefu, miskin, wa zhalim, wa jahl. Bi Huramati Muhammad al-Mustafa.” And ya Rabbi, all our ahbab, all our lovers, all those who are watching, wherever they are in difficulty, protect us ya Rabbi.
Adrikni ya Rabbi, Ya Allah, Ya Rasulul Kareem (The Most Generous Prophet ﷺ), Ya Habib al-Azeem from their viruses and this sickness and this ‘aazab that You’re putting onto earth, ya Rabbi. Protect us and grant us a najat, ya Rabbi. Encase us with Your Divinely Breath from Your Nafas ur Rahmah (the Breath of Mercy), that Your Breath is to breathe into us, ya Rabbi. Save us from every difficulty and ‘aazab and grant us Your rida and satisfaction. “Illahi anta maqsodi, wa Ridaka Matlob.”
“Illahi anta maqsodi, wa Ridaka Matlobi.”
“My God, You are my aim, and Your Satisfaction is what I seek.”
There is No Sainthood Without Imam Ali (as)
Keep us under the intercession and nazar (gaze) of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, under the nazar of Ahlul Bayt (Holy family of Prophet ﷺ), Ya Asadullah al-Ghalib (Victorious Lion of Allah (AJ)), bi madadakum wa nazarakum. That there is no hand that can relieve us if the hand of Imam Ali (as) is not upon us. There’s no wilayat and no sainthood without the hand of Sayyidina Ali (as), that his nazar and his hand be upon us. That his ferocious reality to be encompassing us and safeguarding us.
Keep us with the lovers of Ahlul Bayt (as), ya Rabbi. Keep us with the lovers of Ashab an Nabi ﷺ fid-dunya wa fil-ard. That all Your awliyaullah, that their nazar be upon us and that their blessings be upon us from Budala, Nujaab, Nuqaab, Awtad wal Akhyaar, ya Ghawthun agithna. That Your nazar be upon us and that You grant us a najat and a safety. Although we walk through this valley of death, that we don’t fear, ya Rabbi, that You are with us.
Subhana rabbika rabbal ‘izzati ‘amma yasifoon, wa salaamun ‘alal mursaleen, walhamdulillahi rabbil ‘aalameen. Bi hurmati Muhammad al-Mustafa wa bi siri Surat al-Fatiha.
