Why Surah Kahf says You’ll Find Guidance in a Cave? | Sufi Meditation Center

Summary points of the lecture :

• Entering the Holy Month of Safar, the month in which Allah (AJ) inspires those whom believe that, ‘Run from shaitan (satan). Run to the cave of Allah’s (AJ) rahmah and mercy.’
• The cave it represents the reality of “A’uzu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem” (I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the rejected one). Where is that? You have to seek refuge in those whom Allah (AJ) has already granted a refuge.
• So, then what Prophet ﷺ described, ‘You’ll be with whom you love. Our ticket to the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is muhabbat (love).
• So then I do all my practices and I make a special emphasis on the salawat. Salawat an Nabi ﷺ – it builds that love. ‘Remember me, I remember you.’ As soon as you make one salawat, the presence of Prophet’s ﷺ soul comes to send ten salawats upon you to take away every difficulty, every sadness, every mushkilat (difficulties), every knot in our life is resolved by this love.
• This reality is for the broken hearted, the people whom everything is fantastic for them, they don’t think about these things. This example is shown in the family system by Allah (AJ).
• Realities of Haqqiqatul Tawajju (Reality of Focusing) wa Tawassul (intercession). If you’re not looking at the face and whom you’re talking to, your prayer is blind.
• The realities of Guidance within the cave.
• Be careful not to step in life where it will break the your A’uzu (seek refuge)
• When your love becomes ignited – you want to be around Muhammadiyoon. When a whole bunch of ‘ashiqeen (lovers) are gathering then whom must be present? Prophet ﷺ must be present at all the associations.
