Who is on Haqq – Truth?
Who is on Haqq – Truth?
From the Realities of Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani (ق) as taught by Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi.
Audhu Billahi min ash Shaitanir Rajeem
Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem
I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the rejected one
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
“Ateeullah wa atee ar rasul wa ulul amrin minkum.”“O You who have believed, Obey Allah, Obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you…” (Quran 4:59) Alhamdulillah (praise be to Allah), always a reminder for myself, ana abdukul ajeez wa da’if wa miskin wa zhalim wa jahl; and by the Grace of Allah (AJ), that I’m still in existence. We took a path in which to be nothing. Unfortunately, we don’t know how to praise people, we’re not as polite as Mawlana Shaykh Nomani, that he gives very nice and beautiful titles [shaykh laughs]. If my shaykh was here he say, ‘You’re a donkey, you’re a donkey.’ So we don’t know how to praise people so forgive us but he’s an amazing character, amazing scholar, the qibla for the whole community. So we in English these words, inshaAllah Allah (AJ) bless our associations, and we are nothing. He is very generous with his description. If my shaykh was here, he would have thrown other descriptions.

Everybody Claims to be the Haqq (Truth)
We took a path of being nothing; this world is eager to make us into something. As much as we can reach to be nothing, as much as Allah (AJ) will open his doors of Rahmah. InshaAllah a reminder from what we talked about before is that from their knowledges of haqqa’iq (realities). You have to be patient with something that you may not be familiar with. You have to be familiar or patient with something; maybe you are not familiar with. The style in which we teach is from the realities of malakut (heavenly realm) and the world of light, not so much from the world of form. Alhamdulillah, there are other scholars and students that can handle that.
In one such understanding, everybody is competing to describe that they are on haqq (truth); and it’s important in our life. Everybody says they are on the haqq, their aqidah (belief) is the haqq, their way is the haqq, their firqa their group, their sect is on the haqq. Awliyaullah (saints) come into our lives and bring from the heart of Sayyidina Muhammadﷺ, which is all holy Qur’an and holy hadith.
Holy Quran is a dialogue between Allah and Sayyidina Muhammad (saws)
When Allah (AJ) says; “Qul ja al haqq. Qul ja al haqq wa zahaq al batil. Inna batil zahuqa.” “Say, Truth has come, and falsehood has perished. Indeed falsehood, by its nature, is ever perishing.”
17:81 – “Wa qul jaa alhaqqu wa zahaqal baatil, innal batila kana zahoqa.” (Surat Al-Isra)
“And say, Truth has come, and falsehood has perished. Indeed falsehood, [by its nature], is ever perishing/bound to perish.” (The Night Journey, 17:81)
The Qul, Allah (AJ) is speaking to someone. You have to be patient, because if we don’t understand that holy Qur’an from when they’re teaching is not about me and you. To say, ‘Oh I want to see what myself, what Allah’s thinking about me.’ I took a path to be nothing. When I’m nothing, awliya come into our life and begin to teach that this holy Qur’an is a dialogue between Allah (AJ) and Sayyiduna Muhammadﷺ, qadim, ancient, beyond the understanding of what we understand of time because it’s not from the earth. When it began, we don’t know; when it ends, we have no idea. Malakut and light has no time. Allah (AJ) has no time. Time is earth, sun and moon. In malakut there’s no time. So it’s ancient. Allah (AJ)’s ancient Word is coming on to the Haqq of Allah (AJ). Qul, so means there’s now two: Qul, the One speaking, and the one being spoken to.
Only Haqq (Truth) of Allah (AJ) in Creation is Sayyidina Muhammad (saws)
Allah (aj) says, “Say, when the haqq comes.” Awliya come and say that this is Allah (AJ)’s Divinely Speech to janab al haqq, (Esquire/Mr Haq) to the presence of Sayyiduna Muhammadﷺ. “Qul ja al haqq wa zahaq al batil,” that, ‘When your truth and I’m creating your nur (light) as My most perfected truth,’ what you’re going to describe as truth? Everything else is a, is a drop of truth, mainly falsehood. Only truth of Allah (AJ) in this ocean of creation is Sayyiduna Muhammadﷺ.
So Allah (AJ) is dressing Al Haqq, that, ‘You, the perfected one, the truthful one. You are the light of all lights; you are ‘the light of every secret and every secret is from your light’- ‘nur al anwar wa sirrat al asrar’. That that light that Allah (AJ) is going to create creation from – because everything is from what, either La ilaha illa-Llah or Muhammadun RasulAllahﷺ. There’s no third. Creation can not be from La ilaha illa-Llah, no sharik, there’s no partner with Allah (AJ). Allah’s a Qudra, a Power. We are like a computer- to understand Allah (AJ) plugs us in, gives us power. But Allah (AJ) is not something that can be described by creation.
Everything is Created from one Soul of Nur Muhammad (saws) in Haqq (Truth)
So then the creation of Muhammadun RasulAllahﷺ, not the form, the ruh (soul), the light; we, khalaq, “Khalaq al insan min nafs al wahid.” ‘I created all this creation from one nafs, from one soul, from one light.’
39:6 – “Khalaqakum min nafsin wahidatin thumma ja’ala minha zawjaha…” (Surat Az-Zumar)
“He created you (all) from one soul: then created, of like nature, his mate…” (The Troops, 39:6)
Means that Nur al Muhammadiﷺ is the haqq of Allah (AJ), and everything is created in truth. For awliyaullah, when Allah (AJ) begins to describe, ‘I created everything in truth,’ people come and say, ‘What is, what is Allah (AJ)’s truth that He’s talking about?’ Awliya know exactly; Allah (AJ) is giving a description that, ‘I created everything with the light of Sayyiduna Muhammadﷺ.’ And as much as it’s in that light, it’s truth because he represents the pure and true.
39:5 – “Khalaqas samawati wal arda bil Haqqi, …” (Surat Az-Zumur)
“He created the heavens and earth in Haq (truth)…” (The Companies, 39:5)
Nothing Carries Holy Quran except Janab e Haqq (saws)
Prophet (saws) has “khuluq ul ‘azhim” ‘Magnificant character” (Quran 68:4). He is “wa ‘alamnahu bi shadid al quwwa” “Taught by intense divinely Power” (Quran 53:5) Means, ‘The power I’m giving to you, “‘alam al Qur’an – Taught the Quran’, badan (after) “khalaq al insan – created Human being” (Quran 55:2-3). What I’m giving to you of nazar (gaze) and My Divinely Speech and the Qul “Qaf ق , wal Qur’an al Majid” (Quran 50:1), that Allah (AJ)’s Qul because the huroof (letters) gives you the secret of the Qur’an, not from the world of form, but from malakut.
50:1 – “Qaf, wal Quranil Majeed.” (Surat Qaf)
“Qaf. By the honored Qur’an.” (The Letter Qaf, 50:1)
When Allah (AJ) want to make something, every ingredients he puts has a secret. ‘When I give you the kalam (word) of Qul, it has My Qaf, Qur’an al Majid. It has My Qudra and My Power.’ The Laam- lisan al haq Allah (AJ)’s Speech is a Qudra on lisan al haqq, coming to Al Haqq (tongue of truth). Nothing can carry that Qul; nothing can carry Qur’an. Allah (AJ) says, ‘If I put Qur’an on a jabal (mountain), it will be dust.’ Nothing carries Qur’an except janab al haqq, Sayyiduna Muhammadﷺ.
59:21 – “Law anzalna hadha alQurana ‘ala jabalin laraaytahu, khashi’an mutasaddi’an min khashyatillahi…” (Surat Al-Hashr)
“Had We sent down this Qur’an on a mountain, verily, you would have seen it obliterated to dust (from its power)…” (The Exile, 59:21)
Everything that Moves Away from Jenab e Haqq (saws), becomes False
Everything is created in a haqq (truth) (Quran 39:5); every reality is a haqq. As much as they move away from Sayyiduna Muhammadﷺ, it becomes batil. It becomes false. Everything that moves away from the haqq and from the light of Sayyiduna Muhammadﷺ becomes what? – becomes batil. Allah (AJ) says, ‘It’s false. If they move from your light and from your reality, they have a false appearance, because they’re moving away from your light.’ They appear; but it’s false, zahuqan ‘Your light will shatter all its falsehood.’
So means this mulk (earthly realm) is the, is the mulk of falsehood. Everything is falsely appearing; and Allah (AJ) describes, ‘This entire mulk is a illusion; has truth and false mixed in it.’ If away from the haqq of Sayyiduna Muhammadﷺ, it’s false, and Allah (AJ) says, ‘Don’t worry, zahuqan,’ and it’s going to fail and perish.
That’s why everybody’s body perishes in the ground, except awliyaullah (saints). How many in your country, they dug up the graves, the bodies of awliya, and they don’t perish? Their body is not from falsehood; it’s filled with the love of Sayyiduna Muhammadﷺ. Just recently, they were burying, they put a picture, they’re burying somebody and the shaykh is holding the hand. Means that’s a secondary issue; but the main issue is that this mulk is all a falsehood and that’s why Allah (AJ) destroys everything on this mulk. Everything has its qiyamah, everything is going to die on this earth, except the haqq of Allah (AJ). Means that truth is always truthful. So means the falsehood is the physicality.
55:26-27 – “Kullu man ‘alayha fani. (26) Wa yabqa wajhu Rabbika dhol jalali wal ikram. (27)” (Surah Ar-Rahman)
“All that is on earth will perish: (26) And there will remain (for ever) the Face of your Lord, Owner of Majesty, Bounty and Honor.” (The Beneficent, 55:26-27)
Haqq is for Hayyu Qayyum – Ever-Living, Self-Subsisting/providing
So when we establish that the haqq is Sayyiduna Muhammadﷺ, awliyaullah come into our life. Now they want to give you more so that anywhere you look you’ll find this truth. It’s not something they’re making up, that this haqq is made by ha and qaf- haqq. So Allah (AJ) want us to understand, ‘When you want to understand when I’m saying haqq, what is it made from?’
Awliya (saints) who know the huroof and ‘ilm al huroof, they know that that Ha is Bahr al Hayat. That everything of this haqq, is from Bahr al Hayat, the ocean of eternity; ’cause the false perishes. The false dies; the truth is eternal. So Allah (AJ) give a hayat to it; it’s ever-living, the “Qaf; wa; Qur’an al Majid,” (Quran 50:1), give them to be qayyumm, qayyum. So the haqq, they are hayyu al qayyum.
Haqq is the Description of the Soul of Sayyidina Muhammad (s)
حق = ح + ق
ح= حي ق= قيوم
Haqq (truth) = Ha + Qaaf
Ha = Hay (Ever-living) Qaaf = Qayyum (self-subsisting)
So Allah (AJ) give a hayat to it; it’s ever-living, the “Qaf; wa; Qur’an al Majid,” give them to be qayyumm, qayyum. So the haqq, they are hayyu al qayyum. Haqq is hayy and qayyum, is a description of the light. That light which the soul of Sayyiduna Muhammadﷺ and Allah (AJ) gave everything from that light. So your soul is given a drop from that light and put onto you. Your soul is hayyu al qayyum, hayyu al qayyum, ever-living and nobody feeds your soul. Nobody can starve your soul. Allah (AJ) is the power of that soul.
Everyone has Truth and Falsehood in them –
Truth is their Soul and Falsehood is their Nafs (Ego)
So everybody has a haqq within them, and everybody has a falsehood within them. Your nafs, your ego, is from jahannam. Your nafs is from jahannam, is from the abode of fire, and your nafs only knows jahannam. It doesn’t know anything from paradise, wants nothing from paradise; and as soon as he comes into this dunya, the nafs begins to grow around two years old. He starts to get his power.
The piece is exactly like where is came from. So your haqq is from paradise; haqq never make sharik. Haqq never makes partner with Allah (AJ), is haqq. Allah (AJ) describes, “Qul ja al haqq wa zahaq al batil,””Say the truth has come and the falsehood perishes” (Quran 17:81) the two, they don’t come together. The falsehood that trying to attach itself to you is false. Your haqq is always haqq; your soul is always haqq. Your soul makes no partner with Allah (AJ). Your nafs makes the partner with Allah (AJ), your nafs, which is from jahannam.
Nafs (Ego) makes partner wish Shaitan (Devil)
Everybody has a reserved seat in jahannam because Allah (AJ) put the nafs in them. So they have a destiny now; you have an ego within you from hell. So now you have a seat reserved in hell fire. If you go nafsani in life and you follow your nafs (ego) and you follow the waswas (wispering) of the nafs, he is from jahannam. As soon as he comes into dunya, he finds his partner, his sharik. His best friend is who? Shaytan (devil)- who he becomes partner with is shaytan. Immediately the nafs identifies shaytan by two years old; you see them screaming, yelling, they call the naughty two. Shaytan already teaching him and shaytan is qadim (ancient), he never dies; and shayatin (devils), they don’t die. There are jinn that can be killed; shayatin never, until Allah (AJ) finishes this dunya. So this shayatin, they know every trick: they partner with that nafs and begin to teach every type of trick.
Only Nurul Haqq can Destroy the Falsehood and Ego (Nafs)
The only thing that can destroy this nafs is haqq, is haqq of Allah (AJ), only thing. Nothing destroys this nafs, nothing puts the nafs down except the haqq of Allah (AJ) because ayat al karim, “Qul ja al haqq wa zahaq al batil.” (Quran 17:81)
17:81 – “Wa qul jaa alhaqqu wa zahaqal baatil, innal batila kana zahoqa.” (Surat Al-Isra)
“And say, Truth has come, and falsehood has perished. Indeed falsehood, [by its nature], is ever perishing/bound to perish.”
(The Night Journey, 17:81)
It’s batil, your ego is batil, that shaytan is batil. All this dunya is a falsehood for you, deceiving you and fooling you. And if the haqq begins to come towards you, zahuqan, Allah (AJ) gave the power of that nur al haqq (light of truth) to destroy every falsehood.
So wherever Prophetﷺ’s light moves, it destroys falsehood. So our whole life is how to build that haqq. If Allah (AJ) gives sincerity in what you’re doing, He begins to open the ocean of your soul. So if what you’re doing is not opening your haqq, you have to be concerned. You can do it for another 50 years, if it doesn’t open, it doesn’t open. Allah (AJ) is not finding satisfaction in your amal (deed).
Allah (AJ) Loves Ashiqeen because they are the True Followers of Sayyidina Muhammad (s)
So this haqq, they are inheritors of Sayyiduna Muhammadﷺ. So we established the haqq is Prophetﷺ; so who are ‘ashiqin (lovers)? ‘Ashiqin are the ones who love Prophetﷺ, so much love that their nearness and proximity, “Qul inni kuntum tuhibbunallah, fattabi’uni.” ““Say, [O Muhammad], “If you should love Allah, then follow me…”
3:31 – “Qul in kuntum tuhibbon Allaha fattabi’oni, yuhbibkumullahu wa yaghfir lakum dhunobakum wallahu Ghaforur Raheem.” (Surat Ali-Imran)
“Say, [O Muhammad], “If you should love Allah, then follow me, [so] Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.” (Family of Imran, 3:31)
These are fattabi’uni; and Allah (AJ) granted them what- yuhibbukumullah. So fattabi’uni, their whole being is to move towards Prophetﷺ. As a result of their focus on Prophetﷺ, they gained Allah (AJ)’s Love. When Allah (AJ) grants you love, what He gives you- a degree in accounting, or He says, ‘I’m going to take your soul and drop it into My Oceans of Hayat.’ And you become from Ahl al Hayat. ‘I’m going to take your soul and all of its qayyum and I’m going to dress your body with your soul.’
Most, on this dunya, 99.999%, their body has imprisoned their soul. There’s zendan, they say, ‘We are, this is ‘zendan wa ma zindaniyaan’ ‘this is prison and we are priosners.’ This is a prison, and we are its prisoners. But awliyaullah, they’re not prisoners; Allah (AJ) freed them, that you’re not operating from your body. These people who operate from their body, the body governs their soul and holds it to be ransom, gives them to be nothing.
Awliyaullah are the People of Haq, Allah opened their senses
But awliyaullah, who are Ahl al Haqq (people of truth). Ahl al Haqq – their way is haqq, not by their tongue, but by Allah (AJ) dressed them from Bahr al Hayat. They are qayyum, they operate with their soul. They’re the understanding of the hadith, that, “When My servant approaches Me after he finished his fard, and he approached Me with sunnah, with non-mandatory, when he approached Me with his love, I became the eyes in which he sees.”
“…, wa la yazaalu ‘Abdi yataqarrabu ilayya bin nawafile hatta ahebahu, fa idha ahbabtuhu kunta Sam’ahul ladhi yasma’u behi, wa Basarahul ladhi yubsiru behi, wa Yadahul lati yabTeshu beha, wa Rejlahul lati yamshi beha, wa la in sa alani la a’Teyannahu, …”
“…My servant continues to draw near to Me with voluntary acts of worship so that I shall love him. When I love him, I am his hearing with which he hears, his seeing with which he sees, his hand with which he strikes and his foot with which he walks. Were he to ask [something] of Me, I would surely give it to him…” Hadith Qudsi (Sahih al-Bukhari, 81:38:2)
It’s a hadith Qudsi; you can’t deny this hadith. This is a description of the people of haqq. So you don’t have to yell out who’s on haqq and this one on haqq and I’m on haqq. It’s all retarded. Only haqq are Ahl al Haqq.
Seek Ahlul Haq and People of Hayat, they Revive the Hearts
If what you are doing is not opening this description and this reality, then you better find the people of haqq. They are the people of hayat in which Allah (AJ) gave them Sifat al Hayat. Wherever they go, you feel all the hearts are opening. A sign is that many children come around. If you remember while ago, there was no children here. There’s no ocean of hayat. It’s all the people who are leaving this dunya attending.
Bahr al Hayat, it’s the fountain of life; and you feel the energy of life emanating everywhere. They are muhyi al qulub; wherever they go, the ocean of hayat that comes from them, they are muhyi al qulub, (revivers of the hearts). The heart that is dying, the heart that losing interest, the heart that losing its faith, in their presence, a light is coming that begin to revive the heart. They’re not coming empty and they’re not relying on you.
People of Hayy wa Qayyum, Operate with their Soul and Paradise Reality
Allah (AJ) gives the nation of Sayyiduna Muhammadﷺ ‘Izzatullah, ‘izzat ar Rasulﷺ wa ‘izzat al mu’minin.
63:8 – “…Wa Lillahil ‘izzatu wa li Rasooli hi wa lil Mumineen…” (Surat Al-Munafiqoon)
“…And to Allah belongs [all] honor, and to His messenger, and to the believers…” (The Hypocrites, 63:8)
That ‘izzat is flowing. These are the Oceans of Hayat; they are the people of qayyum; they operate with their soul, they hear with their soul, they see with the soul, they breathe with their soul, they touch and feel with their soul, they walk and their qadam is on their soul. Whatever ni’mat and whatever they eat is from their paradise reality, not from this. That’s why they say eat with awliyaullah, why- because it’s from Allah (AJ)’s Ni’mat that gave to them in their paradise; drink with awliyaullah, pray with awliyaullah, do dhikr with awliyaullah; it’s not from your station but it’s from the Oceans of Hayat and Qayyum. Everything around them is hayyu al qayyum and everything comes to life.
Nabi Musa (as) wanted to Meet one of People of Hayat, Khidr (as)
When Nabi Musa (AS) wanted to meet one of them, his sign was that the hut the dried fish came to life. That’s a description of the souls of people. Pepole have all dried and they’re losing hope. When he wanted to meet Sayyiduna Khidr (AS), say, ‘Where was it?’ He says, ‘Our fish that we put for lunch, it came to life and jumped into the water.’ That was the sign: let’s go back, one of those awliya are there. That’s just one; Allah (AJ) describes, ‘That’s just one of My servants.’
18:63 – “Qala araayta idh awayna ilas sakhrati fa-innee naseetu alhoota wa ma ansaneehu illash shaytanu an adhkurahu, wat takhadha sabeela hu fee al bahri ‘ajaba.” (Surat Al-Kahf)
“He said, Did you see when we retired to the rock? Indeed, I forgot [there] the fish. And none made me forget it except Satan – that I should mention it. And it took its course into the sea amazingly.” (The Cave, 18:63)
18:65 – “Fawajada ‘abdan min ‘ibadinaa ataynahu rahmatan min ‘indina wa ‘allamnahu mil ladunna ‘ilma.” (Surat Al-Kahf)
“So they found one of Our servant from among Our servants, on whom We had bestowed Mercy from Ourselves and whom We had taught [unseen/heavenly] knowledge from Our own Presence…” (The Cave, 18:65)
So these servants, they are hayyu al qayyum; the only haqq that we have to be worried about is that haqq. Turn that hayat on in this dunya, turn that qayyum on so that it operates and the soul operates and runs the body so that we can reach to where Allah (AJ) wants us to reach, inshaAllah.
Subhana rabbika rabbal ‘izzati ‘amma yasifoon, wa salaamun ‘alal mursaleen, walhamdulillahi rabbil ‘aalameen. Bi hurmati Muhammad al Mustafa wa bi sirri Surat al Fatiha.
