I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the rejected one
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
2:1-2 – “Alif, Laam, Meem. Dhaalikal kitaabu laa rayba feeh, hudal lil muttaqeen.” (Surat Al-Baqarah)
“Alif, Lam, Meem. This is the Book that there is no doubt in it, it’s a guidance for pious people who are conscious of Allah.” (The Cow, 2:1-2)
Always a reminder for myself that ana abduka ajiz wa daif wa miskeen wa zalim wa jahl and that by the Grace of Allah (AJ), I am in existence. That Allah’s (AJ) mercy be upon us, Allah’s (AJ) rahmah be upon us, Allah’s (AJ) maghfirat (forgiveness) be upon us, forgive us of our shortcomings and our wrongdoings. And we take a path of being nothing. That Allah’s (AJ) Greatness is everything and we are nothing.
Alhamdulillah, from Mawlana Shaykh’s teaching, “feekum” (within you), from every direction describing that ayat al Kareem, that Allah (AJ) is describing, “feekum”, ‘He is within you.’
(Surat Al-Baqarah)
“Just as We have sent among (within) you a messenger of your own, reciting to you Our Signs, and purifying you, and teaching you the Book/Scripture (Qur’an) and Wisdom, and teaching you New Knowledge, that which you did not know.” (The Cow, 2:151)
That, ‘Prophet ﷺ is with you, is amongst you. That Light, that reality of Prophet ﷺ, comes as a guidance for you, comes as zakiyun, comes as a light which purifies you, which teaches you the Kitab (book/Qur’an) and all hikmah, and wisdom and knowledge, which you didn’t know.’
Knowledge of Awliya Are Higher Than Regular Imams
It is important in the way of love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, that the knowledge of awliyaullah (saints) is different than the knowledge of imams. Imam (religious leader) at the masjid (mosque) may have a lot of things memorized. His responsibility is to convey a jumm’ah, some teachings if you ask any question, and to leave. The knowledge of awliyaullah, that Allah (AJ) gives them an authority, Sultanan Naseera. That their soul has been given an authority, and they complete the realities of Holy Qur’an: “atiullah atiur rasul wa ulil amri minkum.”
(Surat An-Nisa)
“O You who have believed, Obey Allah, Obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you…” (The Women, 4:59)
Those ulil amr, whom Allah (AJ) authorized, they are responsible for guidance, and the knowledge which they convey is a guidance for our soul first, guidance for your body second.
Your Light Reality is From Malakut (Heavens)
That the “Malakut kulli shay” (everything in Heaven, Holy Qur’an, 36:83), from Surat YaSeen Allah (AJ) describes, ‘Glory be to the Hand, that has the reality from Malakut, the World of Light.’ It’s all encompassing, “wa ilayhi turjaun” (Holy Qur’an, 36:83) ‘and to that Light, to that reality, you go back.’
36:83 – “Fasubhanal ladhee biyadihi Malakotu kulli shay in wa ilayhi turja’oon.” (Surat YaSeen)
“Therefore Glory be to Him in Whose hand is the [heavenly] dominion/ kingdom of all things, and to Him you will be returned.” (YaSeen, 36:83)
Now only they understood that Allah (AJ) is describing, only one understanding, of that description is your atomic reality. The Quantum Reality which is Malakut and Light, that your atomic reality governs everything of your physicality. Your reality is from your light; you are merely manifesting because of your reality. If you don’t have a reality in the World of Light, there is no manifestation in this world. So, Allah (AJ), Prophet ﷺ, and awliyaullah are coming and teaching us that the primary is malakut.
Nur Muhammad ﷺ is the Origin of All Lights and the First of Creation
What is your light reality? What is the reality of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in the World of Light? Hadith of Jabir (as) where Prophet ﷺ described, ‘That the first thing that Allah (AJ) created was the Light of your Nabi ﷺ (Prophet ﷺ); “Awwal Khalq Allah, Nur nabyika.”
‘An Jabir Qala: Qultu: Ya RasulAllah Sallallahu Alayhi wa sallam, “bi Abi anta wa Ummi, Akhberni ‘an awwala shayin Khalqahu Allahu qablal ashyayi?”
Qala (RasulAllah ﷺ):
“Ya Jabir, in Allah khalaqa qablal Ashiya e Nooru Nabiyika min Noorehi. Faj’ala dhalikan Noore yadoro bil Qudrati haithu sha Allahu, wa lam yakun fi dhalikal waqti lawhun wa la qalamun, wa la Jannatun wa la Narun, wa la Mulkun, wa la samaun wa la ardun, wa la Shamsun wa la Qamarun, wa la insun wa la jinnun. Falama arada Allahu ta’ala an yakhluqal Khalqi qasama dhalikan Nooru arba’a ajza: a: fakhalaqa minal juzil awwalu al Qalamu, wa minath thaniul Lawhu, wa minath thalithul ‘Arshu, [minal Arba’ahu kuli shayin]”
Jabir ibn ‘Abd Allah said to the Prophet ﷺ, ‘O Messenger of Allah, may my father and mother be sacrificed for you, tell me of the first thing Allah created before all things.’
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, ‘O Jabir, the first thing Allah (AJ) created was the light of your Prophet ﷺ from His (Allah’s (AJ)) light, and that light remained (lit. “turned”) in the midst of His Power for as long as He wished, and at that time, there was no Tablet and no Pen, and no Paradise and no Fire, and no angel, and no heaven and no earth, and no Sun and no Moon, and No Human being and no jinn. And when Allah (AJ) wished to create creation, He divided that Light into four parts and from the first part made the Pen, from the second the Tablet, from the third the Throne, [and from the fourth everything else]’ – [Hadith]
The first thing Allah (AJ) created was Nur Muhammad ﷺ. Before there was a Throne, before there was a Ka’bah, before there was Bayt al Ma’mur, before there were malaika (angels). Because creation has to come from somewhere. That Light can’t come from Allah (AJ), you can’t say that you are from Allah (AJ), there is no sharik (partnership). It means Allah (AJ) wants to bring this Creation into existence, that Creation known as Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ.
24:35 – “Allahu noorus samawati wal ardi. mathalu noorehi kamishkatin feeha misbahun, almisbahu fee zujajatin, azzujajatu kaannaha kawkabun durriyyun … yakadu zaytuha yudeeo wa law lam tamsashu naarun. noorun ‘ala noorin…” (Surat An-Nur)
“Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The Parable of His Light is as if there were a Niche and within it a Lamp: the Lamp enclosed in Glass: the glass as it were a brilliant star: … though fire scarce touched it: Light upon Light!…” (The Light, 24:35)
Everything is in Bahrul Muheet (ocean of existence), everything is coming from the atomic reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Then it manifests into the World of Form but its origin is the Light of Nur Muhammad ﷺ. Nur al Anwar wa Sirr al Asrar. ‘He is the Light of secrets and the secret of all Light.’ It’s the description of Prophet ﷺ.
Seek Out Knowledge of the Soul, Not the Body
It means from that reality they want us to understand that study the realities of Light. Study the realities of the soul. Those are the realities which will lift you and uplift you. Reality of the body and anyone who is teaching you from the body knowledge; how to wash, how much zakat (charity) to give. Everybody has that, you can watch many YouTube channels. How many times you want to understand about wudu (ablution)? When you wash and go to sleep the knowledge of that is not going to lift your soul. That is from your badan, from your body. You say, ‘Ya Rabbi, how much zakat (charity) do I have to give?’ And when they come and tell you 2.5%, calculate this and that, that is not a knowledge that will lift you.
When you wash and sleep with wudu, your soul goes to Arsh ar Rahman and makes sajda (prostration) under the Arsh. At that time awliyaullah (saints) are teaching us, what your soul knows, it will ask Allah (AJ), ‘Ya Rabbi I understood a knowledge of ilm, let me to swim in that ocean of realities.’ And Allah (AJ) Kareem is Generous and says, ‘You heard about it, swim, take as much as you want from that reality, that your soul to swim in that ocean.’ That is why they say, ‘Seek out the knowledge of the soul. Knowledge of the body has a very limited reality for you to achieve.’ The greatest knowledge of the soul is the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, towards that understanding. No one can understand the reality which Allah (AJ) has given to Prophet ﷺ.
There Was No Compiled Qur’an in the Time of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
In this holy month of Rabbi al Awwal (third lunar month) the guides describe for us from these Oceans of Light, from these Oceans of Reality that what people love so dearly is Holy Qur’an. The Holy Qur’an in which they adhere to the words of Allah (AJ). Then they come and remind us what is the reality of Holy Qur’an? Again, a reminder and we have said it many times before, alhamdulillah, with the blessings of Mawlana Shaykh of what they are expanding within the heart. Back in the time of Prophet ﷺ, there was no Qur’an, there was no mushaf, there was no compiled book in the time of Prophet ﷺ. It means then Allah (AJ) describes, ‘Only the people of tafakkur (contemplation) will understand these realities.’
(Surat Al-Jathiya)
“And He has subjected/gave the authority to you [Sayyidina Mahmood ﷺ], as from Him, all that is in the heavens and on earth: Behold, in that are Signs indeed for those who reflect/Contemplate [Meditate].” (The Crouching, 45:13)
Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is the Walking Kitabullah (Book of Allah (AJ))
When awliya (saints) come and put a thought into your heart, that contemplate that during the time of Prophet ﷺ as revelation was coming and certain Sahabi (companions) were writing and putting that parchment away. They had no permission to compile it into a mushaf, into a book. So, then all the reference from Allah (AJ) of Kitab, of Kitab, of Kitab, of Kitab, is in reference to who? It is in reference to Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. The Kitabullah is Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
What people have in this dunya is a furqaan, is the Book of right and wrong. The Qur’an is with Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
21:48 – “Wa laqad aatainaa Musa wa Harunal furqaana wa diyaa’anw wa zikral lilmuttaqeen.” (Surat Al-Anbiya)
“And We had already given Moses and Aaron the (furqaan) criterion/judgement (between right and wrong), and a light and a reminder for the righteous.” (The Prophets, 21:48)
If Qur’an Was Revealed to the Mountain, It Would Be Dust
A reminder for ourselves that Allah (AJ) says, ‘If I reveal My Qur’an onto the mountain it will be dust.’
59:21 – “Law anzalna hadha alQurana ‘ala jabalin laraaytahu, khashi’an mutasaddi’an min khashyatillahi, wa tilkal amthalu nadribuha linnasi la’allahum yatafakkaroon.” (Surat Al-Hashr)
“Had We sent down this Qur’an on a mountain, verily, you would have seen it obliterated to dust (from its power) And these examples We present to the people that perhaps they will Contemplate…” (The Exile, 59:21)
But the heart of Prophet ﷺ is firm, which means with that understanding, and with that reality, Mawlid an Nabi comes into our life. Who are these people who have Mawlid and Mawlid an Nabi (celebration of birth of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ)? Who are these people that continuously have mehfil and majlis (associations), that are making continuous salawat (praisings) upon Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ? Why? Because awliyaullah (saints) know and they inspire within their followers, “in Huwa zikrun wa Quran al mubeen” (He is the Zikr and Clear Qur’an, Holy Qur’an, 36:69) which is a description of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Where Allah (AJ) says, ‘We raised your zikr’ “wa ra fana laka dhikrak” (Holy Qur’an, 94:4); in Surat Ash-Sharh we were reciting in our zikr.
36:69 – “Wa ma ‘allamnahush shi’ra wa ma yambaghee lahu, in huwa illa dhikrun wa Quranun Mubeen.” (Surat YaSeen)
“We have not taught him (Prophet Muhammad ﷺ) poetry, nor it is befitting for him. He (Prophet Muhammad ﷺ) is not but Zikr (Remembrance/Praise) and the Qur’an making things clear.” (YaSeen, 36:69)
94:4 – “Wa rafa’na laka dhikrak.” (Surat Ash-Sharh)
“And raised high for you your remembrance.” (The Relief, 94:4)
Heart of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is the House of Qur’an
That, ‘We raised your status and mentioning your name and your zikr, every praising upon you has been raised; you are My walking Qur’an.’ You are “Manzil al Qur’an” (house of Qur’an), that the heart of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, the light of Prophet ﷺ is the location of the Holy Qur’an.
Ma’batul Wahyi Manzalil Quran
Sahibal Ih’tida, Salamun ‘Alayk
You are the base of revelation, and the house of holy Qur’an, and the owner of guidance, peace be upon you O Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
Not only the papers you carry, this is furqaan. You respect more the papers you carry than the heart and soul of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. That is a big problem! That is why you have no power, because the furqaan is right and wrong. Anybody can now buy the furqaan, you can download it. It has no power for you unless you have the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Why? Because Prophet ﷺ said, ‘Mention me once, make salawat upon me one time and Allah (AJ) will send my soul to make ten salawats upon you.’
Qala RasulAllah ﷺ: “Man Salla ‘alaiya Salatan wahidatan, Sallallahu ‘alayhi ‘ashra Salawatin, wa Huttat ‘anhu ‘ashru khaTeatin, wa ruf’at lahu ‘ashru darajatin.”
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: “Whoever sends blessings [Praises] upon me, God will shower His blessings upon him ten times, and will erase ten of his sins, and elevate [raise] his [spiritual] station ten times.” (Hadith, recorded by Nasa’i)
Love Prophet ﷺ, He Will Teach You the Realities of Qur’an
The salawat from Prophet ﷺ is what? Is he coming to send you the lights of accounting? The lights of a business degree? He is coming with the Holy Qur’an of Allah (AJ) and the duroods and salawats of Prophet ﷺ are the Lights and realities of Holy Qur’an.
Allah (AJ) describes “feekum” (He is within you). That, ‘He is coming as a guidance for you, he is coming as a purification for you, he is coming to teach you the Kitab and every wisdom and hikmah.’
All Realities of Qur’an are in Fatiha and Secrets of Fatiha are in Bismillah
All of Holy Qur’an is in 30 juz (parts). Now this is like a laser; to understand this Light think from the World of Light, not from the World of Form. This World of Light they describe it has 30 juz which means now it can be brought down into a power; these 30 juz and its reality and its secret can be found in Surat Al-Fatiha. It means Surat Al‑Fatiha carries the secret of the entire Holy Qur’an. Like a laser, again, it can be brought down. All of Surat Al-Fatiha, its secret is in Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem.
The Origin of Light and Reality of Nuqt (Dot)
All of the power of Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem is in the ba. And the nuqt that is holding under the ba and all the realities that Allah (AJ) is describing, what was the nasheed we just read, “Ya Gharami, ‘Nuqta tit tayeeni.”
Salatun, bis Salamil mubini
Li nuqTa tit ta’yini, Ya gharami
Blessings, and infinite peace be upon; The one who is the Point of Origin and the Source of all realities, O Beloved (Prophet Muhammad ﷺ)
This nuqt (dot), ‘You are the origin of every existence.’ When Allah (AJ) wants to bring Creation into existence it is in Nur Muhammad ﷺ; its all from the Ocean of Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ. Allah (AJ) brings one nuqt into existence and it can be infinite amounts of Universes, all in Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ. Nur al Anwar wa Sirr al Asrar. It means from Malakut and from the World of Light they are teaching, all that secret of Holy Qur’an is in that ba.
Who Are the Ulil Baab (Gate Keepers)?
Prophet ﷺ described, ‘I am the City of Knowledge and Imam Ali (as) is the Baab, the caretaker of the Door.’
“Ana madinatul ‘ilmin wa ‘Aliyyun baabuha.”
“I am the city of knowledge and ‘Ali (as) is its door/gatekeeper.” (Prophet Muhammad ﷺ)
Allah (AJ) said there are different awliyaullah who are ulil albaab (The People of the Door) and ahbab (people of love). What Door? The door of that ba, they safeguard the secret of that ba. By that ba opening up, it unfolds the whole story and realities of Holy Qur’an. When Allah (AJ) is describing in the opening of Qur’an, from Surat Al-Fatiha, that is the secret of Surat Al-Fatiha, that it contains all the power of Holy Qur’an; all of its realities is in the bismillah and all the bismillah is in the ba.
Decoding ‘Alif, Laam, Meem’ (Qur’an 2:1-2)
Then after Fatiha, the first surat that is opening from Holy Qur’an is with “Alif, Laam, Meem, dhalikal kitabu la rayba fee”.
2:1-2 – “Alif, Laam, Meem. (1) Dhaalikal kitaabu laa rayba feeh, hudal lil muttaqeen. (2)” (Surat Al-Baqarah)
“Alif, Lam, Meem. This is the Book that there is no doubt/crookedness in it, it’s a guidance for pious people who are conscious of Allah.” (The Cow, 2:1-2)
It means that Alif is Izzatullah. Allah (AJ) now in this muqatta’at is describing the whole secret is about to unfold. Because I am sending you My Holy Qur’an, “tanzilal aziz ar-Raheem” (Holy Qur’an, 36:5).
36:5 – “Tanzilal ‘Azizir Raheem. (Surat YaSeen)
“It is a Revelation sent down by (Him), the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful.” (YaSeen, 36:5)
That when the soul of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is coming, Allah’s (AJ) Holy Qur’an is coming. It’s not something small. This is not about the World of Form that we are only focused on the physical. But with the physical came the Light of the soul; it means the soul of Prophet ﷺ is coming with the Holy Qur’an of Allah (AJ). And that story is unfolding in Alif, Laam, Meem.
Alif is ‘Izzatullah: Allah (AJ) wants us to know within that Alif is the Izzat of Allah (AJ). All My Orders, all My Amr, all My Irada is in My Alif.
Laam is ‘Lisanul Haq’ (Tongue of Truth): It is coming into this Laam that is now about to enter into your Earth, that is Lisanul Haq.
Archangel Jibreel (Gabriel) (as) Was of Service to Prophet ﷺ
Some people came and said, ‘No, the Laam is Sayyidina Jibreel (Archangel Gabriel).’ But we already said in the hadith of Jabir , Sayyidina Jibreel is a khadim, a servant of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Sayyidina Jibreel’s Light is from the Light of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. In Darood Taj what do we say? “Jibreel Khadim hu”, khadim ar Rasul. Khadim is the servant of Prophet ﷺ. Yes, he works for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
“…Allahu `asimuhu wa Jibreelu khadimuhu, wal-Buraqu markabuhu, wal mi’raju safaruhu, wa sidratul muntaha maqamuhu…”
“…Allah is Prophet Muhammad’s ﷺ Protector, The Archangel Gabriel was created to be his servant. The Buraq is his mount, the Ascent is his voyage, The Lote-Tree of the Furthermost Boundary is his station…”
Prophet ﷺ is the Lisanul Haq – Divinely Tongue of Truth
The higher darajat (level) of understanding is that the laam is for the lisan and ‘Tongue of Truth’ of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. That Allah (AJ) is describing, Alif, Laam, Meem, My Izzat is moving onto the soul that I created, Ancient Creation that speaks for Me. I created the soul of Prophet ﷺ to speak for Me. Then Allah (AJ) describes it in the next letter, the Meem, to verify it. My Izzat is on that Lisanul Haq known to you as Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ.
Alif – ‘Izzatullah – Allah (AJ)
Laam – Lisanul Haq – Tongue of Truth
Meem – Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ
Qur’an is Only Guidance for Muttaqeen (People with Consciousness)
“Dhalikal kitab la rayba fee” (Holy Qur’an, 2:2). It means this Kitab that is coming to your Earth, to your entire Creation, that has no crookedness, is from Allah (AJ), pure and purified. But it is only a “hudan lil mutaqeen” (guidance for pious people with consciousness, Holy Qur’an, 2:2)
2:2 – “Dhaalikal kitaabu laa rayba feeh, hudal lil muttaqeen.” (Surat Al-Baqarah)
“This is the Book that there is no doubt/crookedness in it, it’s a guidance for pious people who are conscious of Allah.” (The Cow, 2:2)
It is only a guidance for the mutaqeen (pious people with consciousness). Because if they are not mutaqeen they don’t understand, and they say, ‘Prophet ﷺ delivered a message and he left.’ Then they begin to praise the paper more than the one who brought you the paper, the one who brought you all the realities. That paper was a symbol, its power, its authority; its reality is always with Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Allah (AJ) is not going to give that power to people. Otherwise anybody who picked up the book would have tremendous power. It is merely furqaan, book of right and wrong.
As soon as you love and respect Prophet ﷺ it is like the charge card, “la hawla wa la quwwata illa billahil ‘Aliyil ‘Azheem.” (There is no Support and Power except in Allah (AJ), the Exalted, the Magnificent.)
“And there is no Support/strength, nor power except by Allah, The Sublimely Exalted, The Magnificent.”
It means that Allah’s (AJ) Qudra and power, with the love of Prophet ﷺ comes and charges and brings the power of Holy Qur’an. But they have to be mutaqeen; they have to be the people of tafakkur and contemplation in which their senses, and all their being, is under Allah’s (AJ) Taqwa.
Muttaqeen Have Consciousness With All Their Senses
We said before in other talks, the mutaqeen, their taqwa (consciousness) is in their ears because these are the people of the Hadith Qudsi in which Allah (AJ) describes that they come with voluntary worship. ‘When they completed their fard (obligatory worship) they approached Me with voluntary worship; I become the hearing with which they hear, I become the seeing in which they see.’ They hear with Allah’s (AJ) Power; what kind of hearing is that? In darajats (stations/levels).
“…, wa la yazaalu ‘Abdi yataqarrabu ilayya bin nawafile hatta ahebahu, fa idha ahbabtuhu kunta Sam’ahul ladhi yasma’u behi, wa Basarahul ladhi yubsiru behi, wa Yadahul lati yabTeshu beha, wa Rejlahul lati yamshi beha, wa la in sa alani la a’Teyannahu, …”
“…My servant continues to draw near to Me with voluntary acts of worship so that I shall love him. When I love him, I am his hearing with which he hears, his seeing with which he sees, his hand with which he strikes and his foot with which he walks. Were he to ask [something] of Me, I would surely give it to him…”
Hadith Qudsi (Sahih Al-Bukhari, 81:38:2)
Allah (AJ) says, ‘I become the seeing in which they see.’ They see with Allah‘s (AJ) Might and Majesty. ‘I become their breath in which they breathe, I become the speech in which they speak, I become the hands with which they touch, I become the feet with which they move.’ It means all those senses have to be from the mutaqeen. That their hearing is under tremendous taqwa, they purified their hearing, and they don’t listen to people but, they listen to what? They listen to their heart and what commands are coming to their heart. Their eyes are under command, they are under taqwa and consciousness. Their hands are under cleansing, their breath is under cleaning, their tongue is under cleaning, their feet are under cleansing. All of that in extreme taqwa and consciousness of Allah (AJ) and He begins to open all those senses.
Iman is to Love Whom Allah (AJ) Loves – Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ
Only with those senses they understood the Kitabullah is Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. The book of Allah (AJ) is Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. That is what Mawlid is, that is what the mehfil is; it is not something small. As soon as you make a durood shareef and praising upon Prophet ﷺ, this light of Holy Qur’an is coming, it is coming loaded and begins to dress the heart. That is why Maqam al Iman, ‘to love Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ more than you love yourself”.
“La yuminu ahadukum hatta akona ahabba ilayhi min walidihi wa waladihi wan Nasi ajma’yeen.”
“None of you will have faith till he loves me more than his father, his children and all mankind.” (Prophet Muhammad ﷺ)
Only through Maqam al Iman, when you begin to love Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ more than your love yourself, these Lights of Holy Qur’an, these Lights of Allah (AJ) begin to dress the heart and soul of the believer. That is why Allah (AJ) said, ‘If these Lights dress your soul, “Qalb mumin baytullah”.’
“Qalb al mu’min baytur rabb.”
“The heart of the believer is the House of the Lord.” (Hadith Qudsi)
If You Want Allah’s (AJ) Love, Love Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ
So, “Qalb mumin baytullah.” Why? Because if my heart, your heart is filled with the love of whom I love. Don’t say you love Allah (AJ), Allah (AJ) doesn’t care for your love. Allah (AJ) said, ‘I want you to love whom I love; I love Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ’. So, when Allah (AJ) looks to your heart and your heart says only, ‘I love Allah (AJ) only, I love Allah (AJ),’ this is what Shaytan said. Shaytan said, ‘I love Allah (AJ), I am not bowing to Adam.’
What Allah (AJ) wants is the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Allah (AJ) looks to the heart and says, ‘What’s in that heart?’ When it’s filled with the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ then Allah’s Rida and Satisfaction, then Allah (AJ) says, “Qul in kuntum tuhibbon Allaha, fatabioonee.”
3:31 – “Qul in kuntum tuhibbon Allaha fattabi’oni, yuhbibkumullahu wa yaghfir lakum dhunobakum wallahu Ghaforur Raheem.” (Surat Al-Imran)
“Say, [O Muhammad], “If you should love Allah, then follow me, [so] Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.” (Family of Imran, 3:31)
Then Allah’s (AJ) Love enters into the heart and that heart becomes filled with of Holy Qur’an and that heart becomes “qalbun mumin baytullah”, it becomes the House of Allah (AJ).
We pray that Allah (AJ) gives us a hikmah and understanding, patience and understanding, grants us from these Lights and these blessings for the holy month of Rabbi ul Awwal and prepares us for the holy months of Rajab, Shaban, and Ramadan.
Bi hurmatil Muhammad al Mustafa wa bi sirri Surat al Fatiha.
