Meditation| See yourself in the Ocean of Light| 'Ya Rabbi, let me to enter into this light and to become non-existent.’

اَعُوْذُ بِاللہ مِنَ الشَّیْطٰنِ الرَّجِیْمِ ۞ بِسْمِ اللہ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ ۞

ان شاء اللہ ، ان ( رمضان کی ) راتوں میں ، اچھا ہو گا اگر آپ اپنا تفکر (غوروفکر/ مراقبہ)کرتے ہیں یا مشائخ کے ساتھ رابطہ بناتے ہیں اور دعا مانگیں کہ آپ اُن کے (نور ) سے ملبوس ہوں ، ان کی برکت سے نوازے جائیں۔ اور یہ کہ آپ ہمیں سیدنا محمد (ﷺ) کے قلب کے حُضور (قربِ حق) میں لے جائیں اور خود کو نور کے سمندر میں تصور کیجئے اور اس نور کے مرکز میں ایک برق (بجلی کڑکتی)ہے اور یہ قدرۃ اور طاقت کا ایک سمندر ہے۔ جس میں صرف بجلی نازل ہورہی ہے، بجلی اُتر رہی ہے ، ایک ایسے مرکز کی طرح ہے جہاں ہر چیز صرف طاقت ہے۔ اور جیسے ہی آپ تفکر میں ہوں یا غوروفکر کر رہے ہوں ، ہمیشہ خود سے کہتے رہئے کہ میں باقی نہیں رہنا چاہتا ۔'یا ربی ، مجھے اس نور میں داخل ہونے دیجئے اور فنا ہونے دیجئے۔ مجھے اس نور میں داخل ہونے دیجئے تاکہ میں فنا ہو جاؤں۔ اور مجھے اس 'قدرۃ' (طاقت کے سمند) میں جانے دیجئے ، اس طاقت میں جانے دیجئے کہ یہ مجھے غرق کر دے۔ یہ مجھے بہا لے جائے اور مجھے ختم ( نیست و نابود)کردے۔تاکہ میری'میں' باقی نہ رہے ، یا ربی۔ اور مجھے اس طاقت کے سمندر کی وحدانیت میں لے جایئے۔'

جتنا ہو سکے، یہ تفکر قائم رکھیں– اب سے لیکر مضان کے اختتام تک –جب (بھی ) آپ نماز پڑھ رہے ہوں اور آپ مراقبہ اور غور و فکر کررہے ہیں اپنی نماز پڑھنے کے بعد ، 'السلام علیکم ، السلام علیکم' (دونوں سلام پھیرنے کے بعد) اور پھر مراقبہ کریں۔ کہ 'یا ربی ، مجھے طاقت کے اس سمندر میں ڈوب جانے دیجئے اور اس برق( بجلی )میں داخل ہونے دیجئے۔ یہ کہ جب یہ آئے ہر چیز سے ٹکرائے اور اسے فنا کر دے کہ " مُحْيِي الْقُلُوْب وَ مَاحِي الذِّنُوْب" ، ہر چیز کو ختم کر دیتا ہے اور بکھیر کر چکنا چُور کر دیتا ہے اور ہر چیز اُسکے ذرے (مرکز) میں پلٹ جاتی ہے ، تاکہ ہر شکل اس حقیقت کے ذریعہ معدوم ہوجائے ۔ان شاء اللہ

In'sha Allah, for these nights, it's nice if you make your Taffakur or make a connection with the Shaykhs and ask that you be dressed by them, blessed by them, and that you take us into the presence of the heart of Sayedenna Muhammad [asws] and that see yourself in a ocean of light. And in the center of that light, is a lightning coming and this is an ocean of QUDRA and power. In which is just lightning coming down lightning coming down like a center where everything is just power. And as you're in Taffakur or contemplating, always telling yourself I don't want to exist.'Ya Rabbi, let me to enter into this light and to become non-existent. Let me to enter into this light to become non-existent. And let me to move into that Qudra, into that power, let it to obliterate me. Let it to take away and destroy me. So that my 'me' doesn't exist, Ya Rabbi. And take me into the oneness of this ocean of power. So much as you can keep that Taffakur from now until the end of Ramadan that when you are praying, and you are meditating, and contemplating. After you make your Salah, 'salaam alaikum, as'salam alikum' (at the end of prayer) and then meditate. That ‘Ya Rabbi, let me to enter into this ocean of power, and to enter into that lightning. That when it come to hit and to destroy everything that "Muhiyul Qalub Wa Maahi ud'dhanub" that it obliterate and shatter everything and return everything back to its particle, that every form to be destroyed by that reality, In’sha Allah.
