Understanding the Immense Station of Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as)
From the Realities of Mawlana (Q) as taught by Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi
A’uzu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem

I seek refuge in Allah (AJ) from the accursed Satan
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
Alhamdulillahi Rabbil ‘aalameen, was salaatu was salaamu ‘alaa Ashrafil Mursaleen, Sayyidina wa Mawlana Muhammadul Mustafa ﷺ.
Always a reminder for myself, ana abdukal ‘ajeez, wa dayeef, wa miskin, wa zhalim, wa jahl, and but for the grace of Allah (AJ) that we’re still in existence.

“…Obey Allah, obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you…” (The Women, 4:59)
Fi barakat Urs Mubarak of Sultanul Awliya (king of saints) Sultanul ‘Arifeen (king of gnostics), Ashab an Nabi (holy companion of Prophet ﷺ) – Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as) – Siddiq al Mutlaq.
Naqshbandiya tul ‘Aliya Holds Immense Blessings
Alhamdulillah, that Allah (AJ) granted us this life of ours in a way of realities, granted us to be from ‘ashiqeen (lovers) inshaAllah, of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, granted us this way of tariqat al Naqshbandiya tul ‘Aliya (most distinguished Naqshbandi order). Immense blessings, inshaAllah. That this is the holy month of Surah Qamar and Haji Shahid can read the last two verses of the surah (chapter) that in is the summary of the reality of this month, inshaAllah.
“A’uzu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem. Inna al muttaqeena fee jannatin wanahar. Fee maqaadi sidqin a’ainda maleekin muqtadir. SadaqAllahul ‘Aliyul ‘Azeem.”
54:54-55 – Innal muttaqeena fee jannaatinw wa nahar (54) Fee maq’adi sidqin ‘inda Maleekin Muqtadir. (55) (Surat Al-Qamar)
“Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and rivers (54) In a seat of honor in the Presence of a Sovereign Omnipotent.” (The Moon, 54:55)
SadaqAllahul ‘Azeem wa barakah Rasulul Kareem (most generous messenger).
Recognize the Urs of Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as), a Great Moon, in the Month of Qamar
That Allah (AJ) describing that from all these realities of this month and this holy surah (chapter) that Allah (AJ) at the end, He is saying, ‘And as to the righteous, they will be in the midst of the garden and in the rivers, and in the assembly of truth, the maqam of truth, the station.’ Maka’as Siddiq is like the station of truthfulness in the presence of Malik al Muqtadir, the presence and the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
That Allah (AJ) granted for us to have this love for the perfected moon of the nation of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ – Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as). That this Urs is not a coincidence that Allah (AJ) takes the life of the great moon of the nation of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ in the month of qamar because he represents the immensity and the reality of how to be a moon for Allah’s (AJ) one and only sun, one and only shining light.
Every Station of the Moon is of a Lesser Perfection Than the Full Moon
The sun of s-u-n means the sun of light, the reality of all eternity, the reality of perfection that he gives to the nation that: be like Sayyidina Abu bakr as-Siddiq (as) in which his life was an example alayhis salaam of how to follow and how to love the sun of realities, the sun of all existence, the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
So, it summarizes in the surah (chapter) that this path of following the way that awliyaullah (saints) are teaching on Shamsul ‘Arifeen (sun of knowers) is shams is the sun and ‘Arifeen is the way of gnostic, the highest level of way of gnosticism. The way of the sun and following the sun is taking the path of the moon and the full moon of the nation, the full moon of perfection which is the perfected light. Every moon is a lesser reality. Every station of the moon is of a lesser perfection until it reaches the full moon.
Follow the Way of Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as), the Siddiq al-Mutlaq
The full moon that represents the complete and perfected reflection of the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is then represented by Siddiq al–Mutlaq. That Allah (AJ) is saying that if we do this right and on this station of the sixth month in the journey toward the presence of the heart and the soul of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ that you are entering into the gardens of righteousness.
It’s Maka’as Siddiq is to be in the presence of Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq’s (as) soul. That his inheritance to the turuqs (spiritual paths) and to the tariqah, that take his way. That, ‘If you take my way…’ where Prophet ﷺ described, ‘Follow my companions. They are like a shining star on a dark night.’
“Ashabi kan Nujoom, bi ayyihim aqta daytum ahta daytum.”
“My companions are like stars. Whoever among them you follow, you will be rightly guided.” Prophet Muhammad (saws)
Be Like Sayyidina Abu Bakr (as) Who Gave Everything in the Way of Allah (AJ) and Prophet ﷺ
It means that you follow them, they’ll lead you to me and Allah (AJ).’ Surat Al-Qamar is the secret in the reality of Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as). That Allah (AJ) giving to us at the end of this holy surah (chapter). That all of these teachings and all this shaqqal qamar and the splitting of the moon, the reality of the moon.
54:1 – “Iqtarabatis Saa’atu wan shaqqal qamar” (Surat Al-Qamar)
“The Hour (of Judgment) is near, and the moon has split [in two].” (The Moon, 54:1)
The reality of this is that you follow and he will bring you into the presence of a paradise; a paradise of righteousness, righteous in character and in actions and in words. That what is the example and was the example of Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as) that came and gave everything in the way of Allah (AJ) and Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. [He] was the holy companion, the beloved companion, the companionship.
Sayyidina Abu Bakr (as) is the Ultimate Representative of the Moon to the Eternal Sun, Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ
It means that if we would understand the moon took a form and walk the Earth, it is Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as). If the sun took a form and appeared upon the Earth, it’s the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. As a result, Allah (AJ) give to us that this is the example of companionship. This is the example of love and ishq towards that which Allah (AJ) loves and holiness. His companionship, his love, how he accompanied the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. The first of the adults to accept in his life was that, ‘If Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ said it, I am 100% sam’ina wa ata’na.’
“…We hear, and we obey: (We seek) Thy forgiveness, our Lord, and to Thee is the end of all journeys.” (The Cow, 2:285)
That how much in their life, they spread fitna (confusion) in their community and how many times Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as) said, ‘If Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ said it, sam’ina wa ata’na. We are not a people that question our Rasul ﷺ.’ It means the immensity of the love, the immensity of the ishq, the closeness of the companionship because of the good character that Prophet ﷺ felt the comfort, the ease and the safety to have a companionship with such a character that would not one day take over or cause harm to him. This was the whole exemplar of faith that Allah (AJ) gave to us. That, ‘If you are following the way of the companions, you follow the way of Siddiq al-Mutlaq that to be truthful; not to claim your truthfulness, but your actions and your words must be truthful. If you follow that way, know that you’re in the company of paradise. He’s one of ten that Prophet ﷺ guaranteed for them paradise that, ‘I hear you. I see you in your paradise reality.’
Your Love of Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as) Brings You Into His Character
So, when we follow Naqshbandiya tul ‘Aliya and the Siddiqiya way of character, of truthfulness and everyone to themselves of how they’re going to clean themself and cleanse themself. To make their path to be real, Allah (AJ) is describing then Maka’as Siddiq because if you love him and he loves you, he brings you into his station. The station of love and proximity with Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as) is then Allah (AJ) describing in the next two words – “Fi Malik al Muqtadir.” Malik al Muqtadir means the king whom is the reflection of Allah’s (AJ) Qadir (power). Muqtadir is the one whom is the symbol and the sign of Allah’s (AJ) ‘Izzat (honour) and Might, His Sovereignty and His Power.
54:55 –“Fee maqa’adi sidqin a’ainda maleekin muqtadir.”
“In a seat of honor near a Sovereign, Perfect in Ability.” (The Moon, 54:55)
That this Maka’as Siddiq, this station of the Siddiq is not something you can achieve, but you achieve it by your ishq and your love for loving the holy companions, specifically the love of Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as) that brings you into his character.
Sayyidina Uthman (as) Compiled the Realities of the Holy Qur’an
Each of the holy companions, we taught in the levels of the heart. They have something to give to us and teach to us. The love of Sayyidina Uthman (as), Jami’ul Qur’an al-Majeed (compiler of holy Qur’an), the rich because rich in uloom and knowledges. That when you love Sayyidina Uthman (as), he brings us into the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and begin to Jami’ul Qur’an – compile the reality of the Qur’an within your soul. It’s not a job that was one time given to the holy companion, but that his soul is the one that compiles that reality of Qur’an so that the heart of the lover is a walking reality and reflection of holy Qur’an.
Sayyidina Umar al-Farooq (as) Stood Firm Against Falsehood
When the love of Sayyidina Umar al Farooq (as) enters into the heart of the servant, his love for them begins to push that, ‘Stand for truth and come against falsehood.’
Don’t live with falsehood and then claim that there’s a truth within you. It means push down the falsehood within yourself and exemplify the truth. This is what the ayatul Qur’an – “Qul jaa alhaqqu wa zahaqal baatil.”
17:81 – “Wa qul jaa alhaqqu wa zahaqal baatil, innal batila kana zahooqa.” (Surat Al-Isra)
“And say, “Truth has come, and falsehood has perished. Indeed falsehood, [by its nature], is ever perishing/bound to perish (The Night Journey 17:81)
This was an example and a reality of Sayyidina Umar al Farooq (as) in which Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ described, ‘If there would be a prophet after me, it would be Sayyidina Umar al Farooq (as).’ Why? That he didn’t stand for a falsehood and a truth to be in the same proximity. And he represents the Qalb (heart), the Sir (secret).
‘An ‘Uqbata bin ‘Aamirin qala sami’tu Rasulullahi (saws) yaqulo:”Law kana ba’di nabiyun lakana ‘Umara bin al khattab (as).” [Jami’ at-Tirmidhi 3686]
Sayyidina ‘Uqaba son of ‘Aamir said that I heard that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “If there would be a Prophet after me, it would have been ‘Umar bin Al-Khattab.” [Jami’ at-Tirmidhi 3686]
Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as) Mastered His Death of Desires
The Sir and which is a station of struggle and fight. That fight your badness to bring the bad down and fight for the truth to stand within your being and within your reality. Then the Sirr e Sir (secret of the secret), the most hidden, the Qalb, the Sir – the secret, and the secret of secrets that Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as) is the exemplar for that. The world of light – Alam al-Mithal and the world of realities, the exemplar of the one whom is the station of mawt qablil mawt (death of desires before physical death).
‘If you want to see my companion who has died before his death, look to the reality of Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as).’ That represents that, ‘This station of my self-desire, my self-will has died and what exists within me is “La ilaha illAllah Muhammadun Rasulullah ﷺ”.’
“La ilaha illallahu Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ.”
“There is no deity but Allah, Prophet Muhammad is the messenger of Allah (pbuh).”
Be Firm on Your Spiritual Path Like the Holy Companions
It means these are immense, immense realities. That by loving this holy example, by following and saying all that the tariqah (spiritual path) has been teaching up to this month that: take your testing, have the best of character, exemplify the truth. That fight yourself against bad character. It means struggle to always be present, always be struggling, always be on the path. Istiqamu fi tariqat – that you’re always firm upon your path.
72:16 – “Wa alla wis taqaamoo ‘alat tareeqati la asqaynaahum maa’an ghadaqaa” (Surat Al-Jinn)
“And [ Allah revealed] that: “If they had only remained firm on their tariqa (straight path), We would have bestowed on them Rain/water in abundance. ” (The Jinn, 72:16)
Not “Thumma amano thumma kafaroo” – one day you’re believing tariqah, next day you’re against the tariqah, next day you’re believing tariqah, next day you’re against the tariqah.
4:137 – “Innal ladheena amano thumma kafaro thumma amano thumma kafaroo thumma izdado kufran lam yakuni Allahu liyaghfira lahum wa la liyahdiyahum sabeela.” (Surat An-Nisa)
“Indeed, those who have believed then disbelieved, then believed, then disbelieved, and then increased in disbelief – Allah won’t forgive them, nor will He guide them on a path/way.” (The Women, 4:137)
Don’t Take a Break From Tariqah – You Don’t Know If You’ll Come Back
It means that follow your path. Your tariq (path) is the ishq and love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. It’s not Naqshbandiya, Qadiriyya, Rifa’i. These are for your nafs (ego) to make a sickness within the heart and the head. The tariqah (spiritual path) is Muhammadiyah – the tariqah is the path to the heart of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. So, istiqam (firmness), Allah (AJ) is asking us, ‘Be firm on your path to the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.’
That to die on that path; not that you took off and went off on a side vision, a side journey and you went for two weeks somewhere else. You left the tariqah one week because that may be the day in which you die. That you took an off-ramp. Mawlana (Q) used to say, ‘Don’t take an off-ramp and say I’ll take a little break from now.’ Because that off-ramp, you’ll be moving like the speed of light. You could find yourself years away from that reality. The istiqam that Allah (AJ) asking for us from Surat Al-Jinn that, ‘Hold tight to your tariqah, I will shower you from waters of paradise.’ (Holy Qur’an, 72:16)
Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as) and Imam Ali (as) are the Two Sides of the Moon
Now Allah (AJ) is saying in Surat Al-Qamar that, ‘When you follow this qamar, follow the moon.’
Who is the example of the moon? The moon of this nation is the khalil (friend) of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ – Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as). That Prophet ﷺ described that, ‘With me is my beloved, that he follows me. I took him to the cave of my realities’ because he felt safe and secure with that reality. That was the symbol of that, ‘This is my reflection upon this Earth.’ It’s the first of the khalifas (representative) because he is the reflection of the moon.
Imam Ali (as) is the hidden side of the moon which represents the family inheritance of that reality. The two make the two sides of the moon. One is the face of the moon because the moon only shows one face when it moves and watches the Earth. It doesn’t show its back to the Earth. How is that, that Allah (AJ) programmed the moon in a particular orbit in which only the face of Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as) is vigilant upon the Earth? The shaykhs and awliya (saints) who inherit from this Siddiqiya (truthful) character, they enter into Maqamul Fardani. That the highest maqam (station) of these, Allah (AJ), that they inherit the Siddiqiya character of Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as). That their face will inherit the reality of the moon to be vigilant upon all of creation upon this Earth.
Sayyidina Abu Bakr (as) Perfectly Reflects the Light and Love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ
This is not something small. That he’s the representative of that reality, the symbol of that reality because the sun is the symbol of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ just for our galaxy. Imagine the symbol for the entire universe is too big to talk about because people don’t even understand themselves. But for our little galaxy with all its billions of stars, Allah (AJ) is describing for us, ‘The sun of your galaxy is Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.’ He represents Allah (AJ). You can’t say this is Allah (AJ). This is shirk (polytheism). But the symbol of eternity in our galaxy is Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
Who is the perfected one whom follows that reality and the symbol of that reality? It’s Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as). So, the moon is the station and the reality of Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as). That to love and to follow with good character, he is the one whom is teaching in Naqshbandiya that take difficulty, take difficulty. All that we taught from Surat Al-Kahf, that let throw rocks at you, difficulties and testings upon you so that Allah (AJ) dress you and bless you with this Siddiqiya character of goodness, of loyalty, of faithfulness.
As a result, Allah (AJ) will dress you and bless you to become qamaron. Qamaron, which you are reflecting the light because who can reflect the light and the love of the sun better than Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as)? There’s no one. There’s no one, otherwise, Prophet ﷺ would have mentioned it. But the one whom reaches that perfection and is a symbol of that perfection of following and the perfection of love and ishq and good character.
Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as) is the Father of Naqshbandiya tul ‘Aliya, the Soul of All Tariqahs
So, alhamdulillah, Naqshbandiya tul ‘Aliya – why is it called Naqshbandiya tul ‘Aliya? Because it carries the secret of Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as) from Siddiqiya. From Imam Salam al-Farsi (q), Imam Qasim (q), Imam Jafar as-Sadiq (q), they bring the light of Imam Ali’s secret, alayhis salaam, into the tariqah (spiritual path) and represents now the hidden reality of the moon which is Imam Ali (as). Then the face of the moon which is Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as). That’s the reality of Imam Jafar as-Sadiq (q) being put into the shajarah (lineage), into the tariqat al Naqshbandiya tul ‘Aliya bringing these two rivers.
That’s why, but this ‘Qaddas Allahu sirruh’ has two dots. When we talk of Naqshbandi shaykhs, we say qaddas Allahu sirruh. That Allah (AJ) sanctify their secret. But the two nuqt (dots) is coming because Imam Jafar as-Sadiq (q) is in the tariqah bringing Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq’s (as) secret and bringing the secret of Imam Ali (as) into the tariqah is the complete and kamil moon of guidance for the nation of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Naqshbandiya tul ‘Aliya is the soul of every tariqah beyond imagination of any tariqah’s uloom and knowledge and its reality. Naqshbandiya tul ‘Aliya is the soul of all tariqahs and tariqah is the soul of Islam.
Practice Hearing and Obeying in Tariqah
So, alhamdulillah, that Allah (AJ) gave to us this greatness and this blessing. For those whom study the lataifs (subtle energy points) and they connect with their heart, that in the understandings of the tafakkur and contemplation that you have from Qadir (Shaykh points to his heart) al-Muqtadir (Shaykh points to his forehead). That, in your heart is Sifat al–Qadir. That Allah’s (AJ) Qadir enter into the heart. Al-Muqtadir is the tajalli (manifestation) that illuminates the face to become a full moon.
So, Qadir al–Muqtadir, that the Muqtadir is on the forehead. For that lataif to open, it’s a reflection of the state of the moon. That’s why the akhlaq and the character has to be from Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq’s (as) character. That don’t question the sun, don’t question the heart. That the head has to be devoid of waswas (whispering), devoid of its own thoughts. That my head is submitting entirely to Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. You don’t think companions all their life were being tested? ‘Oh, Prophet ﷺ said this. Oh, the revelation is this. Oh, this is like this. Somebody whispered about this. Somebody backbite about this.’ The way was established by Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as), “Sam’ina wa ata’na.” ‘We heard and we obey. We’re not a nation to question. We hear and we obey.’
“…We hear, and we obey: (We seek) Thy forgiveness, our Lord, and to Thee is the end of all journeys.” (The Cow, 2:285)
You Cannot Hear From the Heavens If You’re Listening to Shaitan’s Whispers
It means it’s the symbol of the moon, of the head. Al-Muqtadir because that’s what the surah (chapter) is teaching us. That you are going to be in the presence of this king whom represents Allah’s (AJ) Might and Majesty. The only way that the head can become qamaron is if you shut it off. You shut off your thinking. You shut off your seeing. You shut off what you think you heard.
The more you listen to waswas, the more the veil of your hearing will become, ‘I can’t hear anything.’ Oh, of course not. Allah (AJ) not going to let you hear anything from the heavens if all you’re listening to is shaitan (satan). Anybody who acts on their waswas, their spiritual hearing will close because shaitan is urinating in your ear and you’re accepting it. How Allah (AJ) going to give you inspiration?
Shut Off Your Thinking and Physical Senses to Become Qamaron Like Sayyidina Abu Bakr (as)
So, it means that when they hear their waswas and they act and speak upon it, their ears have been contaminated. When they act on what they see versus what they saw in their heart. It means all of these qamaron states, if they talk recklessly from their mouth and they contaminate their mouth with reckless speech…what Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (as) taught us? Put a rock in your mouth.
For seven years, Siddiq al-Mutlaq carried a rock within his mouth. Seven years that he carried that rock because of the seven realities and seven paradises that Allah (AJ) was dressing the immensity of the Siddiqiya relation…the reality. So, he teaches the imperfection of the moon. That put a rock and take a path of silence so that when you do speak, it’s speaking from the tongue of Allah (AJ), the speech of Allah (AJ) in which, ‘I will be the speech in which you speak, not the speech of shaitan and whisperings. I will be the seeing in which you see.’
“…, wa la yazaalu ‘Abdi yataqarrabu ilayya bin nawafile hatta ahebahu, fa idha ahbabtuhu kunta Sam’ahul ladhi yasma’u behi, wa Basarahul ladhi yubsiru behi, wa Yadahul lati yabTeshu beha, wa Rejlahul lati yamshi beha, wa la in sa alani la a’Teyannahu, …”
“…My servant continues to draw near to Me with voluntary acts of worship so that I shall love him. When I love him, I am his hearing with which he hears, his seeing with which he sees, his hand with which he strikes and his foot with which he walks. Were he to ask [something] of Me, I would surely give it to him…” Hadith Qudsi (Sahih al-Bukhari, 81:38:2)
Don’t Contaminate Your Senses With Shaitan’s Influence
Then took a path in which to close your physical eyes and magnify your spiritual seeing. All of these characteristics were to…haq…to shut off your physical head and inherit from Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq’s (as) head. That, ‘Let my face dress your face so that you hear with my hearing,’ not the whisperings. Do you understand the analogy? Your heart is being filled with the light of Prophet ﷺ and the one speaking to you are the Muhammadan representatives. He’s teaching you that when that heart is speaking to you, don’t let shaitan come into your ears.
This is teaching, ‘My Siddiqiya relationship is my love for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. I never let it to be contaminated with the whispers of shaitan.’ Don’t let your hearing be contaminated from these teachings. Don’t let your eyes become contaminated. Don’t let your breath become contaminated so that you inherit a Siddiqiya character in which he places his surah on top of your surah so that you hear with the cleanliness of his hearing. That, ‘I don’t listen to the whisperings of shaitan. I listen to my heart because my heart is the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and I don’t bring the two into my wujud (existence). I don’t listen to the prophetic light and then one day listen to satanic whisperings.’ The two, they don’t come together. The prophetic light will back away and say, ‘You gave yourself to shaitan, then go with shaitan.’
Respect the Muhammadan Light and Don’t Mix It With Shaitan
Siddiqiya face is teaching this reality, this qamaron reality. That what you want to see from there? Close your eyes and look to here (heart) what he wants to show to you. My beloved wants to show to you. So, it means that the tariqah (spiritual path) – this is the madad (support) and all the teachings. The father of the tariqah, he didn’t plant a flag and took off. ‘Thank you! Here we go. Here’s Naqshbandiya, bye bye.’ His wujud and his reality, for anyone who took the tariqah, and then listens to the shaykhs’ teachings of making madad and connecting.
Why? Because he’s going to come with his soul and dress. ‘I’m going to dress your wujud, your being. I’m going to dress your face because this Muhammadan light, you must respect it.’ Don’t mix it with shaitan. You must respect the Muhammadan light through your eyes. Don’t mix it with shaitan. That, ‘See what he wants to send to you, my beloved. Hear what he wants to speak to you from my beloved.’ It means then the whole of that existence of the face is moving towards the reality of qamaron. That’s why Allah (AJ) says, ‘If he begins to dress you and he begins to bless you, know that you are in the company of paradise.’ That’s why the hadith that he was so happy for. He knows his job. He knows what Prophet ﷺ was going to dress him for all of eternity. That, ‘You’ll be with whom you love.’
‘An Anasin (ra): … Faqala (Rasulullahi) ﷺ: “Anta ma’a man ahbabta.”
Narrated Anas ibn Malik (ra) that …the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: “You will be with whom you love.” [Source: Muslim 7520]
The Holy Companions Fought, Lived and Died for Prophet’s ﷺ Love
His ecstasy was not only for himself. They are selfless servants of Allah (AJ). One time, we describe he’s happy for the love he has for Prophet ﷺ, but more happier that, ‘Anyone who loves me, I will bring them into my station, to the proximity of the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.’ This is his greatest khidmat (service). Awliya (saints), they’re not thinking, Sahabi’s (companions), not thinking, ‘Oh great, I’m going to get a paradise and that was my whole love.’ They were fighting and living and dying for the love of Prophet ﷺ. His greatest khidmat is that he knew that the guidance of this nation and what Prophet ﷺ wanted for him after in his eternal light. He said, ‘They’ll be with whom you love.’ It means he’ll put a path in which people will love him. When they love him, they’ll bring them to the door of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ with this ishq (love) and muhabbat.
We pray that Allah (AJ) dress us and bless us from the immensity of these gifts that Allah (AJ) has given to this nation, the immensity of the characters and the reality of the holy companions. By coming together for their love, recognizing, bringing a cake, bringing food, bringing anything we can of our heart and our love and our ishq, then understanding that when we make our madad (support) and our own tafakkur (contemplation), they’re dressing us.
This qadir that they teach within the heart begins to dress upon Al-Muqtadir and becomes the reflection of power. If your heart has power, imagine that when the face becomes clean, it can perfectly, like a satellite dish, reflect the power, the ‘izzah (honour) and the might that exist within the heart of the servant. They become the full moons of this nation which illuminate and propagate all these realities and these blessings.
Subhana rabbika rabbal ‘izzati ‘amma yasifoon, wa salaamun ‘alal mursaleen, walhamdulillahi rabbil ‘aalameen. Bi hurmati Muhammad al-Mustafa ﷺ wa bi siri Surat al-Fatiha.
