Saying “Shirk” is the Biggest Shirk – Judgment is Only For Allah (AJ)

أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ ٱلْرَّجِيمِ
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
A’uzu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem
Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem
I seek refuge in Allah (AJ) from the accursed Satan
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
Alhamdulillahi Rabbil ‘aalameen, was salaatu was salaamu ‘alaa Ashrafil Mursaleen, Sayyidina wa Mawlana Muhammadul Mustafa ﷺ. Madad ya Sayyidi ya Rasulul Kareem, Ya Habibul ‘Azeem, unzur halana wa ishfa’lana, ‘abidona bi madadikum wa nazarekum.
Atiullah wa atiur Rasul wa Ulil amre minkum. Always a reminder for myself, ana abdukal ‘ajeez, wa dayeef, wa miskin, wa zhalim, wa jahl, and but for the grace of Allah (AJ) that we’re still in existence.
أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنكُم… ﴿٥٩﴾ …
4:59 – “…Atiullaha wa atiur Rasula wa Ulil amre minkum…” (Surat an-Nisa)
“…Obey Allah, obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you…” (The Women, 4:59)
Run to the Cave of Divinely Presence!
InshaAllah, the holy month of Milad un Nabi ﷺ quickly approaching and alhamdulillah, from Mawlana Shaykh’s (Q) teachings we are in the month of Safar and holy month. Every month in the way of Allah (AJ), tremendous blessings. The holy month of Safar from the way of ma’rifah (gnosticism) has to do with the power of 18 and opening up the reality of 18, Bahrul Hayat. These are the caves of safety in which the month of Muharram, the believer, is moving into the reality of A’udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem, seeking refuge in Allah (AJ) from the accursed shaitan and Allah’s (AJ) refuge is Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.

It means that if you want to be safe from shaitan, then you must find yourself running towards the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. That is the cave of safety for every believer. The 18th reality, the 18th number and the holy month of Safar, Surah Al-Kahf from Ashabul Kahf. So, we are asking, ‘Ya Rabbi, make us from Ashabul Kahf (People of the Cave) and to enter into the reality of companionship’ where Allah (AJ) is describing that, ‘Run from the evilness of shaitan. They run from all types of wickedness.’ As much as we see wickedness on this Earth, it is again a reminder: run, run towards the Divinely presence.
﴾إِذْ أَوَى الْفِتْيَةُ إِلَى الْكَهْفِ فَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا آتِنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً وَهَيِّئْ لَنَا مِنْ أَمْرِنَا رَشَدًا ﴿١٠
18:10 – “Idha aw al fityatu ilal kahfi faqalo Rabbana atina min ladunka Rahmatan wa hayyi lana min amrina rashada.” (Surat Al-Kahf)
“When the young men fled for refuge to the Cave and said: Our Lord! Give us mercy from Thy presence, and shape for us right conduct in our plight.” (The Cave, 18:10)
Keep Your Loved Ones Safe With Lots of Salawats and Durood
If at any time in your life, you are running towards the material world, they are reminding for us it’s only filled with wickedness. That turn yourself away from that and run towards the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ where we should be safe. Our families should be safe and so much of the salawat (praises upon Prophet Muhammad ﷺ) and durood (praising on Prophet Muhammad ﷺ) is all about that safety, to be dressed by that, to be blessed by that, to be fragranced by that reality. As much as you run to Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, as much as the light of Prophet ﷺ is making the believer to be beautiful, to be fragrant with the sunshine, with the light that it lights.
It is the reality of the entire created universe. When people are not understanding that reality and not understanding Holy Qur’an, that when we were talking to some people today about Miladun Nabi ﷺ (celebration of the birthday of Prophet ﷺ) and the way of the turuqs (spiritual paths), the way of the ahle tasawwuf (people of heart purification), where they call Sufi which in reality is Ahle Sunnah wal Jama’ah (People of Prophetic Tradition and of the Majority). These were all the traditional scholars following the four acceptable mazhabs (schools of Islamic law) – they say five to six mazhabs. The four well-known mazhabs means that your aqidah (belief) of Ahle Sunnah wal Jama’ah – have your mazhab.
True Lovers of Prophet ﷺ Don’t Label Mazhabs as Shirk
From your mazhab, you have to have a way of zawq, a way of taste. They say, ‘What is your aqidah (belief)?’ This is my aqidah. What mazhab? What school of jurisprudence are you following? Are you following Imam Shafi? They say, ‘Okay, now where are you getting your taste, your sweetness and your understanding that brings the flavour and fragrance?’ These were the turuqs (spiritual paths): Naqshbandia, Qadiriyya, Suhrawardiyya – so many tariqas, all from the lovers of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
So, the newest thing as they come, oh is this shirk (polytheism). Say shirk – that is a crazy word to use and a very dangerous word to use. That when believer in this running to the cave, we have to remember that any time you deal with Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, he saves people. He is Rahmatal lil ‘alameen.
﴾وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِّلْعَالَمِينَ ﴿١٠٧
21:107 – “Wa maa arsalnaka illa Rahmatal lil’alameen.” (Surat Al-Anbiya)
“And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad (pbuh)], except as a mercy to the worlds/creation.” (The Prophets, 21:107)
Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ Feared Internal Shirk for His Nation
The only interest of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is to grab somebody from shaitan and cover them, shield them and bring them to Rahman (Most Merciful). Anytime you are involved with shaitan, he wants to burn you. He wants to put you in a situation in which Allah (AJ) ghadab, Allah’s (AJ) anger, come upon that servant. So, it means then what is the biggest danger in being shirk (polytheism) with Allah (AJ) where Prophet ﷺ clarified in Hadith Nabi ﷺ that, ‘I don’t fear from my nation external shirk. I fear for them internal shirk.’
Why external shirk? Because there is not a Muslim on Earth, somebody who has nurul Islam (light of submission), not even nurul iman (light of faith), just nurul Islam could possibly say that there is somebody else creating. Allah (AJ) is the Creator and anyone who says something that somebody else is creating, it is okay. It is clearly has no mind. He has lost his mind. Send him to the hospital. That is not a viable option for a believer to think that somebody could create.
Shaitan Leads Us to Judge Allah’s (AJ) Creation
So, it means then where can you run into shirk with Allah (AJ)? There is no way you can say there is another Creator, nor does Allah (AJ) take that comment serious. So, the mushrik (polytheist) and the one who makes partnership with Allah (AJ) in what attribute? Not in the attribute of creation. So, the only way you can make shirk (polytheism) with Allah (AJ) which Prophet ﷺ was stressing in this Hadith is in judgement. That is, when the believer enters into big difficulty with Allah (AJ).
So, there is nobody coming and saying there is two gods. Nobody worshipping their shaykh, worshipping their teacher. Nobody doing any of the external shirk from Islam because Prophet ﷺ words are true. That, ‘I don’t fear for my nation because the aql (intellect) and the level of the brain and the level of their heart, Allah (AJ) guards them from that, but what shirk they are in danger is when they judge Allah’s (AJ) creation.’
Then you are now in big trouble with Allah (AJ) and that is where shaitan leads. Shaitan doesn’t take a believer and say, ‘Come on, think of this statue as Allah (AJ).’ This is not something viable. Please be quiet. That is ridiculous. So, what shaitan whispers to the believer to get them to be burned is to begin to judge Allah (AJ) creation. That is Allah’s (AJ) job. It means the only one who can judge somebody, they are going out and giving flyers for Miladun Nabi ﷺ (celebration of the birthday of Prophet ﷺ). The people who have no understanding in their aqidah (belief), no understanding in Islam. The only thing that come from their mouth from the waswas (whispering) of shaitan is, ‘Ya Akhi, this is shirk.’
Don’t Judge Creation When You Don’t Even Know Yourself
As soon as you said that, there is now a fire heading in your direction because Allah’s (AJ) ghadab (anger) say, ‘My servant, you can’t compete in creation with me. There is nothing that you can do to bother me, but you judge My creation. Only I am the judge of this creation because I only know what is in their heart. So, even the history of Islam, they say Hazrat Umar was coming with an aggression for Prophet ﷺ. You are not allowed to judge. At the door, he turned into love for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. It means that anytime you don’t know what secret Allah (AJ) has in the heart of his believer. At any time it blossoms, you are going to ashamed. You don’t know the darajat (station) of that person, their nearness to Allah (AJ), their nearness to Prophet ﷺ.
As a result, the turuqs (spiritual paths) are all the schools of manners. That is why these people are bey adab (disrespectful). They are without adab (manners). When you don’t have adab, shaitan comes and gets you to be burned. So, he whispers into that person and the person says shirk. Now they are in the biggest shirk because Allah (AJ) going to ask, ‘How you said that? How you called that person outside of Islam for what? For judging My creation. You don’t know anything about that creation. You don’t know anything about yourself.’
Awliyaullah are Walking Hadith
So, the person who utters something like that from their mouth, they don’t know their names. You have seven names. You have a name in each paradise from ahle tazkiyah (people of purification) and the people of haqaiq (realities). You have to take a path because their life is holy hadith. Said the other night dress you from holy hadith. They are walking hadith of Prophet ﷺ. They don’t need to repeat the book and text. Anybody can read the book and the text. They are actually walking examples of holy hadith.
Prophet ﷺ said, ‘Who knows himself will know his lord.’ So, then they come into your life. They have been dressed from that reality because they know themselves and they know their lordship. You have a Rubbubiya (Lordship) in each paradise.
قَال رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ:” مَنْ عَرَفَ نَفْسَهْ فَقَدْ عَرَفَ رَبَّهُ”
Qala Rasulullahi ﷺ: “Man ‘arafa nafsahu faqad ‘arafa Rabbahu”
The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: “Who knows himself, knows his Lord.”
Do You Know Which Vice is Your Lord?
You have a lord that governs you in each paradise. You are to know those names. Forget about knowing those names. People don’t even know the lords that govern them. If you think your lord is from the heavens and you smoke, no, the lord of tobacco is governing you because it is an addiction. You cant get rid of it so you cant say Allah (AJ) is your lord. Tobacco is your lord. If drink is governing you, you can’t say Allah (AJ) is lord. The alcohol is your lord. If anger is governing you, you can’t say Allah (AJ) is lord. Your ghadab (anger). It means that every attribute is governing the servant.
Take Account of Yourself Through Muhasabah
So, tazkiyah (purification) and the Prophet ﷺ dressed awliyaullah (saints) is take them into this hadith, walk into my hadith. It means take them on a path in which they know themselves. So, soon as you sit in the zikr (Divine remembrance), as soon as you sit in the company of shaykh, every type of complaint is coming to you where you weren’t complaining before. Many people lose everything, everything. Everything that they had, they lost it all and they get angry and say, ‘What kind of path is this?’ We said many times. What kind of path is this? As soon as I met you people, everything was dropped from me because those maybe were blocking you from who you are.
They say take an inventory program here for people who are in difficulty: 12 steps, 12 steps towards these realities. One of the most important and is in Islam is muhasabah (accounting), is take account of yourself. Who do you think you are? I am such and such. I big, big one. As soon as you open up, say look at yourself. Is it really you or is it all just bunch of broken inventory that you think identifies you? None of that is in value to Allah (AJ). What are you going to do in the grave? Like Fir’aun (Pharoah), you want to take everything in the grave with you?
Make Your Tafakkur When Everything Agitates You
So, they are a walking hadith. They say, ‘Don’t put your importance on that.’ Many of these things have to be pruned like a tree with too many branches. No fruit is growing so they immediately come and begin to cut; just the barakah (blessing) of their presence, the barakah of their du’as (supplications). That, ‘Ya Rabbi, this one want to reach. You are sending them onto that school, no problem. I am going to cut everything that distracts them from the way.’
So, many things will drop from the sight of the believer so not to be a distraction. Again, the hadith. Once you lose all these distractions, ‘Shaykh, as soon as I am sitting, I am getting very annoyed. I get angry quick. I shouldn’t come because I get too angry.’ That was the exact thing they were talking about. This nur (light) has to begin to dress you, to dress you. The first stages of that nur (light) is excitement, is happiness because it is so different, but wait until you begin to dry. When you begin to dry from this light, it begins to burn.
Strive to Keep Your Heart in Divinely Presence When Chaos is Around You
Like the moth to the fire that the nur (light) begins to burn, you begin to get agitated at everything said there. You get agitated by everybody sitting around you. You get agitated by the zikr (Divine remembrance). You can’t concentrate in the zikr. You can’t concentrate in your tafakkur (contemplation). You can’t concentrate in the salah (daily prayer) and exactly that is what they want.
They want to agitate you in every possible direction and then begin to teach you: make your tafakkur, make your contemplation. Contemplating by the ocean on a nice sunny day is great and is easy. My children can do that. But contemplate when everything is screaming, everything is upside down, everything is in chaos, every type of difficulty upon you and your heart still has to be in their presence.
Establish Your Bond With Prophet ﷺ and Your Shaykh When You are Being Crushed
At that time, the heart is secure. It is solid. Its love is bond with the shaykh, bond with Prophet ﷺ. It is bonding with Allah (AJ). They pray and very little distraction. Any type of distraction in the room and still there is no distraction within their heart. There’s a tranquility within their heart. This is the training. Only when they get through the garbage of dunya (material world), then they can begin to understand who they are because all the garbage is there. If you think the garbage is you, that is completely false because you make identities. We make identities of ourselves. I am so and so. I did like this. I served here. I am like this. I am like that. None of that will be accepted in Divinely presence. Allah (AJ) make it to be khashiya, to be like dust.
When all of that is crushed at that time, then permission of Prophet ﷺ and that energy comes to awliyaullah (saints). They give permission to bring that servant up now higher that they have been trained through tafakkur and contemplation. They have been consistent in their practices. That every time you are agitated, be consistent and never show on your face any characteristics, always smiling. They beat you left, they beat you right and you are always smiling. Allah (AJ), who is better? The one who is happy on a broken path or making every type of emotion, every type, like a two year old child wanting attention?
Accompany the Walking Mobile Phones of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ
So, everything in the character will be trained. That character, when it’s so clean so pure, at that time, the khashf (spiritual state) begin to open. When their heart begin to open – just glimpses, just glimpses of light into your reality, your soul’s reality. In each paradise, you have a name and you have to be introduced to that name. That name has to support you and send you its reality. That Allah (AJ) created our reality for this and my job is to support you. That is only through tafakkur (contemplation). That is the walking hadith. Who is going to open that hadith for people? Somebody just give it on Friday and tell you that hadith and then walk away.
No, when you accompany these pious people, they are walking hadith of Prophet ﷺ. They are the walking mobile phone of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Every technology that we got was not us. This technology was not for you to watch pornography. This was for you to reach your ma’rifah (gnosticism) and to understand that if I can call India, Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ can’t hear my ears from paradise? He can’t hear what I am saying right now to you? This guy has an apple. Apple has bite of apple at the back because this was from how we got thrown out of paradise.
Awliya Guide You to Sirat al-Mustaqim ﷺ
It means that who has that power? All awliya (saints) have that power. Any of these awliya can hear through our ears. They can see through our eyes. They can speak if you in tasleem (submission). They can speak through your tongue. They can immediately support through hands. They can support your feet, that your qadam (foot) always to be on siraṭ al-mustaqim (the Straight Path). Who is Sirat al-Mustaqim? Is that a place is that supposed to be like a rope that we are walking on? Sirat al-Mustaqim is Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. In Dalailul Khayrat (book of praising on Prophet ﷺ), Sayyidina Sirat al-Mustaqim ﷺ. If you are not on the feet of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, what sirat is there? What mustaqim is there if you are not on the feet of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ?
So, there are things that little kids know and then there things that these big awliyaullah will teach us. It means that everything is based on Prophet ﷺ. When Allah (AJ) teach you external name, when He want to teach you its reality, He teaches you in reference to Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. The ma’rifah of Allah (AJ), the ma’rifah (gnosticism) of realities is when Allah (AJ) begin to open the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. So, Ar-Rahman on the external, this is the compassion of the Creator; internal, it is the secret of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. “Wa maa arsalnaka illa Rahmatal lil’alameen.”
﴾وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِّلْعَالَمِينَ ﴿١٠٧
21:107 – “Wa maa arsalnaka illa Rahmatal lil’alameen.” (Surat Al-Anbiya)
“And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad (pbuh)], except as a mercy to the worlds/creation.” (The Prophets, 21:107)
Nabi Musa (as) Seeking Guidance From Sayyidina Khidr (as) Wasn’t Shirk
So, every reality that Allah (AJ) want to dress is in reference to Prophet ﷺ. So, when these people come and say this is shirk (polytheism) – so, what are you talking about? Shirk, one – you are in big trouble with Allah (AJ). If you could get past that understanding and say what aspect of following a shaykh and being in the schools of tarbiyah (discipline) is incorrect. When in these months, Surah al-Kahf is describing the relationship between Nabi Musa (as) and Sayyidina Khidr (as). That is our guide book. When you want to know what Allah (AJ) wants from you, you read the 18th surah in this month. The 18th surah in this month describes the relationship that Kalimullah, the prophet of Allah (AJ) that speaks to Allah (AJ) – could Allah (AJ) be ordering him for shirk? Is it possible? It is no mind people. Ask them.
He is Kalimullah, speaks to Allah (AJ). He could – any question he wants from Allah (AJ). Why then Allah (AJ) said, ‘Go to one of My servants. Go to one of them, not the servant of Allah (AJ). One of my servants whom attained a rahmah (mercy) and we taught him ‘ilm e luduni (Divinely Knowledge).
﴾فَوَجَدَا عَبْدًا مِّنْ عِبَادِنَا آتَيْنَاهُ رَحْمَةً مِّنْ عِندِنَا وَعَلَّمْنَاهُ مِن لَّدُنَّا عِلْمًا ﴿٦٥
18:65 – “Fawajada ‘abdan min ‘ibadinaa ataynahu rahmatan min ‘indina wa ‘allamnahu mil ladunna ‘ilma.” (Surat Al-Kahf)
“So they found one of Our servant from among Our servants, on whom We had bestowed Mercy from Ourselves and whom We had taught [unseen/heavenly] knowledge from Our own Presence…” (The Cave, 18:65)
Strive to Be From the People of the Cave of Safety
Kalimullah, who could ask knowledge and receive the information directed by Allah (AJ). ‘Go to one of My servants.’ Is that shirk (polytheism)? It is because they have no mind. There is no thinking. That Allah (AJ) wants humility. Even if you are talking to Me, above every knower there is another knower.
﴾نَرْفَعُ دَرَجَاتٍ مَّن نَّشَاءُ ۗ وَفَوْقَ كُلِّ ذِي عِلْمٍ عَلِيمٌ ﴿٧٦
12:76 – “…Narfa’u darajatin man nashao, Wa fawqa kulli dhee ‘ilmin ‘aleem.” (Surat Yusuf)
“… We raise in degrees whom We will, and Above every knower there is a greater knower.” (Joseph, 12:76)
To dress by that knowledge, I want to see your humility. Be humble. Go and seek one of My servants. So, accompanying a servant of Allah (AJ), seeking a servant of Allah (AJ) is not a shirk. It is from Holy Qur’an. It is a command from Allah (AJ). It is example for us. You want to be from Ashab al-Kahf (People of the Cave)? Why Allah (AJ) put the qisa (stories) in Ashab al-Kahf, in Surah Al Kahf? Because you want to be from the people of the heart, the people of the cave of safety.
Sayyidina Khidr (as) Explained the Adab to Nabi Musa (as)
Then understand the relationship and the whole dialogue. We won’t go into, mashAllah, ten years, we are going into that on this month. The whole dialogue is that he comes to Sayyidina Khidr (as), ‘I want to accompany you.’ He said that, ‘You can’t accompany me. How can you have patience with the knowledge you don’t have?’ He gives the adab (manners). He is even giving adab for these people. The guy say, ‘I want to sit with you.’ He said, ‘You can’t sit with me. You have no patience because you don’t know anything. Everything I say, you are going to object.’
﴾قَالَ لَهُ مُوسَىٰ هَلْ أَتَّبِعُكَ عَلَىٰ أَن تُعَلِّمَنِ مِمَّا عُلِّمْتَ رُشْدًا ﴿٦٦﴾ قَالَ إِنَّكَ لَن تَسْتَطِيعَ مَعِيَ صَبْرًا ﴿٦٧﴾ وَكَيْفَ تَصْبِرُ عَلَىٰ مَا لَمْ تُحِطْ بِهِ خُبْرًا ﴿٦٨
18:66-68 – “Qala lahu Musa hal attabi’uka ‘alaa an tu’allimani mimma ‘ullimta rushda. (66) Qala innaka lan tastatee’a ma’iya sabra. (67) Wa kayfa tasbiru ‘ala ma lam tuhit bihi khubra. (68)” (Surat Al-Kahf)
“Moses said to him: May I follow you, so that you teach me from that (knowledge) which you have been taught that make me grow? (66) (The Other) said, Verily you will not be able to have patience with me! (67) And how can you have patience for what you do not encompass in knowledge? (68)” (The Cave, 18:66-68)
He gave the rules. He said even if you come with me, don’t talk. You have no permission to ask a question until I give you a permission to talk. He even gave the adab so they don’t even like our adab.
﴾قَالَ فَإِنِ اتَّبَعْتَنِي فَلَا تَسْأَلْنِي عَن شَيْءٍ حَتَّىٰ أُحْدِثَ لَكَ مِنْهُ ذِكْرًا ﴿٧٠
18:70 – “Qala fa ini ittaba’tanee fala tasalnee ‘an shay-in hatta ohditha laka minhu dhikra.” (Surat Al-Kahf)
“[Khidr] He said, Then if you follow me, do not ask me questions about anything until I myself speak to you concerning it.” (The Cave, 18:70)
Shut Down Your Mind and Open Your Heart When Seeking Allah (AJ)
They say, ‘Why you can’t ask the shaykh a question?’ Because Allah (AJ) says in Qur’an for Kalimullah (the one who speaks to Allah (AJ)) to one of the servants under Ummah tul Muhammad ﷺ (nation of Muhammad ﷺ) because he wanted the highest of realities. These are from rijalullah (men of God), under the banner of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. You want from the highest of realities, Allah (AJ), for that reality, you have to have a supreme adab (manners). He came quickly and set the adab. You want to accompany, don’t talk. Don’t ask a question because question coming from your mind and from the sickness of your mind.
This is a reality that is going to be deposited into your heart with good manners and good character. You shut your mind. That is why the zikr (Divine remembrance) of every tariqa (spiritual path) is la illah illAllah. It means the first thing you are doing as soon as you come to the turuq is that you are bringing your oceans of tawhid (oneness). That, ‘Ya Rabbi, this light coming in with your Nafas ur Rahmah.’ You bring that light, the holy breath Nafas ur Rahmah (Breath of Mercy) in and move the light to your head.
Jinn Can Pirate the Head and Hack the Mind
This (Shaykh pointing to the forehead) becomes La. That head, don’t use it this power of lam alif, hit onto your head, shut your head down. Your head is not the faculty that going to find Allah (AJ). Your head is only going to be in the hands of shaitan. The way of God is not through the head. The way to the devil is through the head. He will pirate the head and begin to give them hallucinations, imaginations, like TV. You think he can do it Hollywood, he can do it into your room.
All they do is that jinn (unseen beings) come and touch your head and immediately, you have visions, you have dreams. You have everything because it is coming from here (Shaykh pointing to the head). It is the box that anybody can pirate. The box, now all the hackers from outside can pirate your television. They can watch you in your room. If they can do that, imagine what the jinn can do. They can hack your head from a distance, immediately send a signal and pirate every vision that you think you are witnessing through your head.
Trust in Nothing But Allah (AJ)
So, la illah illAllah. La illah illAllah – nothing but Allah (AJ) into the heart. At that time, an ocean of tawhid (oneness) begin to dress onto the servant. That you trust in nothing but Allah (AJ), that Allah’s (AJ) hand is in everything. You got fired – it is in Allah’s (AJ) hand. You got a job – it is in Allah’s (AJ) hand. Every zalim (oppression) that comes into this Earth, nothing can happen to you; not written by Allah (AJ), no rizq (sustenance) can come to you until written by Allah (AJ). No rizq can be taken away from you that not written by Allah (AJ).
So, the believer is just waiting for, ‘Ya Rabbi, when are you going to write it?’ It is all in Allah (AJ) hands. So, through sabr (patience) and through their zikr, through their practices, they patiently await what Allah (AJ) wants to write for them. When they understood that that sabr (patience), that reality begin to dress upon them, begin to dress upon them so they teach that for zikr la ilaha illAllah, la ilaha illAllah, la ilaha illAllah and bring the servant into the ocean of tawhid. With that reality, they are beginning to open all of these characteristics. There is no shirk (polytheism).
Dress Your Heart With the Hijabs of NurMuhammad ﷺ
All of that is the bad characteristics. Allah (AJ) describing in this holy month to accompany that reality; how to be dressed by that reality. Only the schools of good character can bring that reality because it is the heart. The heart has to be based on muhabbat (love), has to be like a flower that has a sense of love. As much as it loves, it is taking in the sun. It is taking in the rays as much as the heart closes, it becomes angered. It becomes filled with bad character. None of those rays can reach the heart to make it to blossom. We pray in this holy month that Allah (AJ) dress us, Subhanal Alim al-Hakim.
سُبْحَانَ الْعَلِيمُ الْحَكِيمُ
“Subhanal ‘Alimul Hakim”
“Glory be to the All-Knowing, the Wise”
These are from the lights that Allah (AJ) dress the soul of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Twelve hijabs (veils), that the light of NurMuhammad ﷺ was dressed by twelve hijabs. There is no time for Allah (AJ) means continuous dress. Even if you talk about this for ten years, hundred years, every day is a different tajalli (manifestation) is what Allah (AJ) dressed on Muharram. Now the second hijab, Subhana Manhua Alim al-Hakim.
Ismullah for Safar is Al-Fattah, the Opener
The sifat of Alim al-Hakim is in this month of Safar, hence Ashab al Kahf. If you run to the heart of Prophet ﷺ, what Allah (AJ) going to dress you? From the tajalli (manifestation), He is dressing upon the heart of Prophet ﷺ. Subhana Manhua Alim al-Hakim. That knowledge and hikmah (wisdom) begin to dress into the heart of the servant – Al-Fattah ur Rahmah, 18th name of Allah (AJ). Al-Fattah, I am the Opener, but the Fatah doesn’t come without the name of Prophet ﷺ.
Ismullah (name of Allah (AJ)) never opens for creation unless it is through the door of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Tanzeela (emanation from above) means the movement from Allah (AJ) is always with tawheed (oneness), is always Atiu Allaha wa atiur Rasola wa Ulil amre minkum.
﴾أَطِيعُواللَّه وَأَطِيعُوٱلرَّسُولَ وَأُوْلِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ… ﴿٥٩…
4:59 – “…Atiullaha wa atiur Rasula wa Ulil amre minkum…” (Surat An-Nisa)
“… Obey Allah, Obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you…” (The Women, 4:59)
Ismur Rasul for Safar is Nabi ur Rahmah ﷺ, the Prophet of Mercy
It means you cannot take the power, ‘Izzat of Allah (AJ). He is not going to send it upon all creation. They will be burned. He sends ‘Izzat. Every Ismullah (name of Allah (AJ)) dresses Prophet ﷺ. Then with the key of mentioning Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ name, it begins to dress the Ulul Amr (saints) and the Ulul Amr out to all of creation.
So, in this month Al Fattah, ‘Ya Rabbi, Ya Al Fattah and Asma, 18th name of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ Nabi ur Rahmah. So, Fattah Ur Rahmah, ya Rabbi, Fatah ul Rahmah. Hence, surah al-Kahf, you want the rahmah (mercy) in this month – run into that cave. You want the adab (manners) to accompany, read surah al-Kahf. It gives us the adab to accompany awliyaullah (saints) and the people of the turuqs (spiritual paths), inshaAllah.
Subhana rabbika rabbal ‘izzati ‘amma yasifoon, wa salaamun ‘alal mursaleen, walhamdulillahi rabbil ‘aalameen. Bi hurmati Muhammad al-Mustafa ﷺ wa bi siri Surat al-Fatiha.
