A’udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem
Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem
I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the rejected one
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Awliya (Saints) Move Through the Power of 9
In this holy month of Rajab (7th lunar month) and to understand or towards the understanding that this is a secret of the 7th month. And the importance of 7 and the realities of 7, which are numerous. If we take that 7 by the power of awliyaullah (saints) and the power of which Allah (AJ) moving them through base 9 understanding, it gives us the number 63. So, 9 times 7 is 63.
They (saints) move through the powers of 9. After Allah (AJ) dress them from 1 to 12, then Allah (AJ) took them to a level of surah 9, being their first surah. That dress them from Baab at Tawbah (Door of Repentance) to enter into surah 9, dress them from 9. Then take them to surah 18 make them to be dressed from Ashab ul Kahf (Companions of the Cave) and the understanding of the 18th surah. Then 27th surah, Surat An-Naml (The Ant) and the importance of “Inna Huwa Sulaymana, Wa inna Huwa Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem.”
﴾إِنَّهُ مِن سُلَيْمَانَ وَإِنَّهُ بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ ﴿٣٠
27:30 – “Inna Hu min Sulaymana, Wa inna Hu Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem.” (Surat An-Naml)
“Indeed, it is from Solomon, and indeed, He/it is (as follows): ‘In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. (The Ant, 27:30)
Realities of 63 and the Month of Rajab
From 27 to 36 to 45 to 54 and into then now Rajab starts and becomes the 63rd surah: Surat Al Munafiqoon (the Hypocrites). We go to the 63rd name of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ: Al-Hafiy (The Welcoming), Sayyidina Hafiy; the welcoming. 63rd name of Ismullah: Al-Qayyum (The Self-Existing One), the Self-Existing One. So, it means for Qayyum to open for the servant is under the authority of Sayyidina Hafiy, the welcoming with that reality. So, by knowing the name of Prophet ﷺ is the key to that Ismullah. It’s like a lock, it only opens with the authority of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Then it talks about Surat Al Munafiqoon (the Hypocrites) and the summary of its understandings.
9 X 7 = 63
63rd Ismur Rasul: Hafiy (The Welcoming)
63rd Ismu Allah: Al Qayyum (The Self-Existing One)
63rd Chapter of Holy Quran: Surat Al Munafiqoon (The Hypocrites)
Then the tajalli (manifestation) that there were 12 hijabs (veils) in which Allah (AJ) was creating the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. For every hijab He was giving a tajalli and nazar (gaze), a dress upon the reality of that light of Nurul Muhammadi ﷺ (Light of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ).
Seclusion in Rajab – the Month of Light
In this month for 6,000 years Allah (AJ) was dressing the light of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ with the zikr of “Subhana man huwal Khaliq an Nur,” that glory be to the one who creates the light.
سُبْحَانَ مَنْ هُوَ الْخَالِقَ النُّورْ
Subhana man huwal Khaliq anNur
Glory to Him who is the Creator, the Light
Because of that reality they were inspired and awliya (saints) were inspired that’s the month that they go into seclusion. The 7th month they enter in, why? Because there is a zikr of “Subhana man huwal Khaliq an Nur,” where Allah (AJ) is dressing because Allah (AJ) has no time. It means that Allah (AJ), when they’re talking about these 12 hijabs, is Allah (AJ) is always dressing Prophet ﷺ from that reality.
So, that if “Subhana man huwal Khaliq an Nur,” the month in which Allah (AJ) is bringing the reality and dressing the secrets of light, then they go in into seclusion. And that is from the understandings of the power of the month of Rajab that Allah (AJ) is releasing an immense light. So, then that’s the month in which to do your zikrs, do your practices, whatever you can do more of charity, do more of being of service, more of making your ibadah and worshipness, to be dressed by those realities and blessed by those realities. Fasting in those months, fasting in the month of Rajab, Sha’ban and Ramadan.
Reality of Three Hearts
From their deeper knowledges of awliyaullah is that there are 3 hearts. There’s a ‘Divine Heart’ for us just to understand because, the kalam (words) can’t understand these realities, so it’s a very low level to bring out for people to understand through words. That there is a Divine essence, and then there’s the Muhammadan reality, and then the Adamic reality.
1. The Divine Essence
2. The Muhamamdan Reality
3. The Adamic Reality
1. The Divine Heart – Divine Essence
So, the ‘Divine Essence’ with whatever it is that is unknown to us is a hidden secret wanting to be known. So, Allah (AJ) is a hidden secret wanting to be known.
كُنْت كَنْزاً مخفيا فَأَحْبَبْت أَنْ أُعْرَفَ؛ فَخَلَقْت خَلْقاً فَعَرَّفْتهمْ بِي فَعَرَفُونِي
“Kuntu kanzan makhfiyya, fa ahbabtu an a’rafa, fa khalaqtu khalqan, fa ‘arraftahum bi fa ‘arafonee.” Hadith Qudsi
“I was a hidden Treasure then I desired to be known, so I created a creation to which I made Myself known; then they knew Me.”
Rajab is that month, “Subhana man huwal Khaliq an Nur” (Glory to Him who is the Creator, the Light). At that moment Allah (AJ) wants to be known. It means then this might of creating light is now ‘Boom’, the spark is in Rajab. And the secret of what Allah (AJ) wanted to create, was what Allah (AJ) gave to us of an understanding of Rajab. That I was a hidden treasure, I wanted to be known; I’m going to spark this light. That all this creation will be known by this reality. So, we call the divine essence and divine light.
2. The Muhammadan ﷺ Heart in Sha’ban
As soon as the tajjalis of Rajab are dressing that reality, then Prophet ﷺ comes to teach us the next month, the 8th lunar month is Sha’ban and this is the month of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Why? Because from the 3 realities of the heart. That the Muhammadan light is the light in which Allah (AJ) opened in Rajab. Allah (AJ) wants to be known and will be known in Sha’ban or in the reality of Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ (Muhammad is his Messenger).
So, the spark, what they call the seed because they don’t understand the reality. The spark comes in Rajab and Allah (AJ) wants to be known and that’s the la ilaha illAllah. It wants to be known; as soon as Sha’ban comes it becomes Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ. So, it means that this light that wanted to be known, in Rajab was the spark of Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ and then Allah (AJ) dresses and blesses and puts a tajjali upon it. So Sha’ban becomes the lights of Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ. So, then between Rajab and Sha’ban is the secret of la ilaha illAllah Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ. This is now the Muhammadan Heart in Sha’ban; that’s why again the majesty of Sha’ban, the dressings and the blessings of Sha’ban.
3. Adamic Heart – Adamic Light in Ramadan
Then Prophet ﷺ describes that I am from Allah (AJ) and creation is from me, my light. So, then Ramadan is the Adamic light. The secret of Ramadan is the birth of the Adamic light that from the light of Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ, Allah (AJ) will bring all creation into existence. And that’s Hadith al Jabir, that what was the first thing that Allah (AJ) created? ‘The light of your Prophet.’ The light of your Rasul (Messenger) before Adam and between clay and water.
Qala Rasulullah (saw) “Awwalu ma khalaqAllahu nuri Nabyika, Ya Jabir.”
“The first thing that Allah created was your prophet’s light (referring to himself (saw)) O Jabir.” Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
&
Qala Rasulullahi (saws) “Kuntu Nabiyan wa Adama baynal Maa e wat Teen.”
“I was a Prophet and Adam was between water and clay.” Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
It means before the Adamic light, the light of Prophet ﷺ was created. That was the Rajab, it manifested in the secrets of Sha’ban, and all of creation manifests in the reality of Ramadan. From the light of Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ, this creation now begins to manifest. So, the holiness of Ramadan and the reality of Ramadan is that Allah (AJ) allowed us to manifest. It’s our coming into existence.
Fasting in Ramadan is Like a Rebirth
The only way to achieve its reality is through siyam (fast) of Ramadan. It’s not through your fard (obligatory), it’s not through your praying, it’s not through your zakat (charity). It’s not through anything that we can do to achieve its reality and its understanding. Not even the thankfulness of why Allah (AJ) brought us into existence. So, what Allah (AJ) recommended and advised or ordered Prophet ﷺ is have them to fast. Only through a state of siyam and fasting can we achieve the reward that Allah (AJ) wants to dress us; from Rajab, Sha’ban, it manifests in Ramadan and that becomes the reality and dress of our light.
That’s why Ramadan is always a rebirth cause it’s under the authority of the 9th month. Ramadan will annihilate all the sins of the servant and all that they have put upon their reality and destroyed of their realities from where their origin was. Allah (AJ) promised if you fast in Ramadan, I will wash away everything and restore you like new. Immensity of Ramadan is that everything will be destroyed and Allah (AJ) will dress the servant as if new. They return to the origin of their light.
Allah (AJ) Shows the Greatness of Prophet ﷺ Through His Nation’s Fasting in Ramadan
SubhanAllah, a nation with two billion people they fast and they committed to Ramadan. This is the extent of Allah’s rahmah (mercy) on the nation of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. There’s not a nation on this earth that follows a Prophet that does anything of that extent. They don’t fast but two days and say we gave up Coca-Cola and we were lit…it’s not like that. Allah (AJ) wants to show the greatness of the nation of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. He says your nation, when people will be astonished that a month comes and two billion people immediately seal their mouth from food and water. This to show the ihtiram (respect) for Prophet ﷺ, because Allah’s not in need of anything; He can give you the reward without it. He want to show the greatness of Prophet ﷺ. Even on the day of judgement to the other Prophets, look your nations kept nothing but look at My Habib and My beloved his nation will to the day of judgment come to us, come to Allah’s (AJ) divinely presence, all have fasted. They kept their Ramadan and kept their way of Ramadan.
We Pray Allah (AJ) Allow Us to See Lights and Blessings of Ramadan
So, the immensity of that light and blessings of that light. We pray Allah (AJ) give us health to see that month and give us that light and love to see that month. And pray that these lights Ya Rabbi, that we are weak servants ana abdukal ‘ajeez, wa dayeef, wa miskin, wa zhalim, wa jahl. If not by Your Grace and Your Majesty, Your Rahmah. For the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, Ya Rabbi, dress us from “Subhana man huwal Khaliq an Nur.” And let that light to blossom within our hearts and to manifest all of its secrets.
And why you wanted on the 27th of that holy month for Prophet ﷺ to go back into that origin of light and take his physicality back into the ocean of that creation. What dressings and lights and blessings you gave to that reality, let us to see that night of Isra wal Mi’raj (Night Journey and Ascension) and all the barakah (blessings) and the blessings that you have bestowed upon this holy month of Rajab. And Lailatul Raghaib (Night of Desires), that our only desire is “Illahi anta maqsudi, wa ridaka matlobi,” that You grant us Your forgiveness and dress us by Your satisfaction. For if Allah (AJ) should be satisfied with us then alhamdulillah, this is the greatest accomplishment in our existence, inshaAllah.
اِلَهِى اَنْتَ مَقْصُوْدِيْ وَرِضَاكَ مَطْلُوْبِيْ
“ilahi anta maqsudi wa radhaaka matlobi.”
“My God, You are my aim, and Your Satisfaction is what I seek.”
Difficulty is a Mercy that Reminds Us to Return to Our Lord
That when we’re good and everything’s great we tend to forget that door. And Allah’s (AJ) infinite rahmah and mercy as difficulty comes to us, sickness comes, mushkilat (difficulties) comes, and before you know it we’re at that threshold begging for an entry in. And to be in the audience of Allah’s (AJ) immense rahmah, Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. “Wa maa arsalnaka illa Rahmatal lil’alameen,” I would not have sent but that he, Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, is an immense rahmah and mercy from Allah (AJ). We pray that Allah (AJ) keep us in that company, keep us in that presence. And that to take every difficulty and sickness and mushkilat away.
﴾وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِّلْعَالَمِينَ ﴿١٠٧
21:107 – “Wa maa arsalnaka illa Rahmatal lil’alameen.” (Surat Al-Anbiya)
“And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad (pbuh)], except as a mercy to the worlds/creation.” (The Prophets, 21:107)
In the Turmoil of Last Days, the One Sitting is Better Than the One Standing
And the earth is being filled with all sorts of difficulty and people running from every direction. They said, ‘A great fitna (confusion) would come, a fitna and difficulty and mushkilat would come, in which the one sitting is better than the one standing, and the one standing is better than the one moving. It means wherever you are you‘d freeze, for if you should move, you move into difficulty.’
Qala aba Hurayra (ra), qala Rasulullahi ﷺ: “Satakonu fitanun alqa’yido fiha khairun minal qayimi, wal qayimi khirun minal mashi, wal mashi fiha khirun minas sa’yi. Man tasharrafa laha tastashrefhu. Faman wajada malja`o aw ma’azan falya’uz behi.”
Abu Hurayra (ra) said, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “There will be commotions/turmoil during which a sitting person will be better than a standing one, and the standing person will be better than a walking one, and the walking person will be better than a running one. And whoever will expose themselves to these turmoil, they will be destroyed. So whoever can find a place of protection or haven for themselves, they should take refuge in it.” [Sahih al Bukhari 7082]
They see now the world is like that, how much they want to live for a thousand years. As soon as you talk about some sort of a sickness, everybody is on lockdown. You can’t come to our country, you can’t get in the plane, you can’t walk here, you can’t do that. Put a mask on your face, rub alcohol all over your hands.
Don’t Seek Dunya, It’s the Abode of Betrayal and Difficulty
Allah (AJ) save us from this difficulty. If death is coming for us, alhamdulillah, at least we sit at the table of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. There’s nothing here that we should be trying to live for a thousand years. This is the abode of sadness and betrayal and difficulty. And we’re asking for the abode of the presence of the divinely presence and to sit at the table of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. If you have that love and that desire, what is there then to fear from? And they’re all walking around with these masks, I got to live, I got to live, I got to live a thousand more years. If in your heart you’re like what the heck, who cares? Ya Rabbi, he’s ready to go. Then Allah (AJ) says no, maybe it’s not your time. Just sit amongst them and who cares. If it’s not your time, nothing can come to you. And if it is your time there’s not a mask on earth that’s been created to help you.
This thing goes into your skin, it trans-dermal, it’s not even from the mouth. This is ‘Jundum minas Samaa’, these are the soldiers of Allah (AJ), this virus. It just merely coming to your skin and begin to penetrate into the pore, come through the opening of your eyes, anywhere it wants; it has complete access.
The Powerful Nimrod Was Taken Out by a Mosquito
That’s why deen (religion) comes to teach us. When Nimrod who was the oppressor for a Prophet on earth and oppression became so bad, so bad. Allah (AJ) didn’t need anyone to bring an army and to fight with weapons and fight for destruction. He merely got fed up with that oppression and He sent mosquitoes. And they said the sky had become blackened by mosquitoes that so much that people were fearing, like an old time West Nile virus from 10 years ago? They said mosquitoes had filled the skies and they started to come down.
And one of them was given an honor from Allah (AJ) to go after Nimrod. He said, “You’ll be the one.” And that mosquito went right and up the nose and nostril of Nimrod. It planted himself and Allah (AJ) began to make the mosquito to grow to the size of a bee. And it was pounding onto the brain of that oppressor. And they said that he was hitting himself. Every type of medicine they gave, it didn’t work. Until to take his pain, he was hitting himself so that to alleviate the pain. How Allah (AJ) wanted this oppressor to be under the suffering until he beat himself. And Allah (AJ) made this mosquito to grow into like a bumblebee, from a bumblebee to the size of a hummingbird. Just ‘wrrhhhrrww’ pounding until he beat himself so much into the head and that was the end of his life.
We Pray for Prophet’s ﷺ Gaze and Intercessions
It means when Allah (AJ) wants to come against oppression there’s nothing, nothing that can stop. When Allah (AJ) decides it’s enough, this material world is transgressing all limits and all bounds. And it’s enough that Allah (AJ) reveal and send what He wants to send. Where is there a mountain to hide or to run to? There’s nothing. And the only place we can run is into our heart. Make sure it’s clean, make sure it’s something pure, make sure that the intention is right. Ya Rabbi, that I am the first to admit I am an oppressor to myself. You don’t have to send any mosquitoes, you don’t have to send any hummingbirds to take a clue.
I know that I am oppressing myself but I’m asking for the rahmah (mercy) of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. I throw myself upon his threshold and ask that his rahmah intercede for me, that correct me. What’s the benefit of the greatness that you gave if that greatness can’t be used for a slave like me? And Allah (AJ) definitely replies, ‘Come to the threshold of My most beloved, that his nazar (gaze) be upon you, that his blessing be upon you, that every gaze and every benefit to dress upon you and take away that oppression and that bad character.’ We pray that Allah (AJ) give us the strength of faith and the strength of character, good character.
We Won’t Stop Until We Reach the Divine Love
And in the end, everybody is going to return back to Allah (AJ), but in what condition is important. We want to return in a condition of love and muhabbat of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ which is the love of Allah (AJ). “Qul inni kuntum tuhibbuna Allaha fattabiouni wa yuhbibkumullah.” This is the love that we want that Allah (AJ) ordered that if you want my love follow.
﴾قُلْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُحِبُّوْنَ اللَّـهَ فَاتَّبِعُوْنِيْ يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللَّـهُ … ﴿٣١
3:31 – “Qul in kuntum tuhibbon Allaha fattabi’oni, yuhbibkumullahu…” (Surat Ali-Imran)
“Say, [O Muhammad], “If you should love Allah, then follow me, [so] Allah will love you …” (Family of Imran, 3:31)
That following is not from the mind, it’s from the heart. That to be ‘ashiqeen and lovers that nothing to stop us. Ya Rabbi, we’re coming only for that love. That we‘re not stopping until we reach this destination of love. And every obstacle of love is blocking us from inside and out. That we need your support to take us to that destination, inshaAllah.
The Faiz From the Heart of Prophet ﷺ Takes Away Awliya’s Pain
Dunya (material world) people when they hear these things they don’t understand because they’re so much having fun. And akhirah (hereafter) people that they’re just continuously in a crushing and difficult state that there’s no relief. Until Allah (AJ) begin the reality of that saqi (cup bearer) in which awliyaullah can begin to send the faiz (downpouring blessings) that’s coming from the heart of Prophet ﷺ in which intoxicates them. Like an anesthesiologist, somebody who gives you a relief from pain. So the time that they spend in remembrance and zikr, the pain is being taken away from them. An intoxication of that love is trying to empower them to continue to go, to continue to go, and to continue to move and not to give up. Not to relief or to lose hope and enter into oceans of despair.
Embrace Your Difficulties, Prophet ﷺ Will Dispense Mercy
It means these awliyaullah, Kalam e awliyaullah (words of saints) is so immense. And it’s such a beatific taste that you have to feel with your heart all these salawats (praisings). Think of all the difficulties and mushkilats that are surrounding us. And many we know because of the communication with all the difficulties they face is that to embrace that difficulty. Think, oh my gosh, the difficulty that all of this is happening, that I don’t need to know so much why, Ya Rabbi. But grant me a relief from that presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ that he dispense that rahmah, that light and that energy within my heart and my soul.
Everything is Circumambulating Around the Universal Nucleus, Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ
I don’t need to see anything. Don’t preoccupy the self with I have to see, I have to see. Oh, I don’t see anything. Because as soon as you enter into that, you become so lost in trying to see, you didn’t feel and the feeling is what’s important. It’s through your soul, open up these praisings through the soul, in which you feel the vibration of what’s being recited. That you feel your soul most definitely hundred thousand percent is in the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
That everything and every electron must be circumambulating its nucleus. And the one, the one from oceans of Wahid (the One), there’s one universal atom and that nucleus is Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and everything from creation is circumambulating that reality. So we’re all in that reality; we are all facing Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. We just have to wake up and know it. As soon as we know it, to feel it with our soul and ask that dress us from that light, bless us from that light. Take away every type of difficulty, at least temporarily let me to lose sight of that and to be lost in this ishq (love) and this love that you have granted to me, inshaAllah.
Subhana rabbika rabbal ‘izzati ‘amma yasifoon, wa salaamun ‘alal mursaleen, walhamdulillahi rabbil ‘aalameen. Bi hurmati Muhammad al-Mustafa wa bi siri Surat al-Fatiha.
