Be With the King of Form to Be Dressed With the King of Heavens
From the Realities of Mawlana (Q) as taught by Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi.
A’uzu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem
Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem
I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the rejected one
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Alhamdulillahi Rabbil ‘aalameen, was salaatu was salaamu ‘alaa Ashrafil Mursaleen, Sayyidina wa Mawlana Muhammadul Mustafa ﷺ.
Always a reminder for myself, ana abdukal ‘ajeez, wa dayeef, wa miskin, wa zhalim, wa jahl, and but for the grace of Allah (AJ) that we’re still in existence.
4:59 – “…Atiullaha wa atiur Rasula wa Ulil amre minkum…” (Surat an-Nisa)
“…Obey Allah, obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you…” (The Women, 4:59)
Shamsul ‘Arifeen (Sun of Knowers) Realities of Dhul Qi’dah
Alhamdulillah always a reminder for myself ana abdukal ‘ajeezu, dayeefu, miskinu, zhalim, wa jahl, and for the grace of Allah (AJ) that is keeping us in existence. Alhamdulillah that Allah (AJ) granted for us to enter into the holy month of Dhul Qi’dah – the reality of 11, the 11th lunar month. The realities of 9 and the sultanate (kingdom) brings out the reality of 99 (11×9=99).
-
- The 99th name of Allah (AJ) – Saboor (The Patient One).
- 99th name of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ which is the key to every name of Allah (AJ) and the 99th name from Dalail ul Khairat (book of praising on Prophet ﷺ) ‘Nabi Mustafa ﷺ (The Chosen One ﷺ).’
Alhamdulillah Surat Al-Zalzalah – the 99th surah (chapter) of Holy Qur’an is the dress and barakah (blessings) of this month in which Allah (AJ) opens and dresses all creation from the realities of zalzalah (earthquake), Surat Al-Zalzalah. The tajalli (manifestation) is the hijab an nur (veil of light) and “Subhana zul Mulki wal Malakut” – ‘Glory be to the owner of the world of form and the world of light,’ and the realities of 11.
“Subhana zul Mulki wal Malakut.”
“Glory be to the Owner of the earthly and the heavenly Kingdoms.”
First Reach to the King of Earthly Realm
to Reach the King of Heavenly Realm
From Nabi Muhammad ﷺ to Nabi Ahmad ﷺ
Alhamdulillah that we’ve taught many times that from that binary station in which Allah (AJ) last month was teaching, annihilating, the love of Prophet ﷺ, to annihilate and keep the station of a nuqt (dot). After the dress of Ramadan in which that nuqt can by a qudra (power) be energized and brought into the presence of the 1. So that to reach to the world of form and the king of the mulk (earthly realm). So it means we have to be with the king of the mulk to be dressed with the king of malakut (heavenly realm). That’s why the importance of La ilaha illAllah Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ (There is no deity but Allah (AJ) and Muhammad ﷺ is the Messenger of Allah (AJ)).
“La ilaha illallahu Muhammadun Rasulallah”
“There is no deity but Allah, Prophet Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.”
Malakut Reality for Prophet ﷺ is Nabi Ahmad ﷺ
That Allah’s (AJ) ancient reality for Nabi Muhammad ﷺ – Nabi Ahmad ﷺ fis samawati wa fil ard (in the heavens and on earth) is that Allah (AJ) wanted for us to reach to that reality, to reach to the kingdom of Nabi Ahmad ﷺ which is ancient. When describing to his holy companions that, ‘The first thing that Allah (AJ) created was the light of your Nabi ﷺ and your Rasul ﷺ .’
Qala Rasulullah ﷺ:“Awwalu ma khalaqAllahu nuri Nabyika, Ya Jabir.”
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: “The first thing that Allah created was your prophet’s light (referring to himself (pbuh)) O Jabir.”
Malakut is the Ultimate Tawheed (Oneness) and Singularity
It means that this reality of Prophet ﷺ is a very ancient reality in which Prophet ﷺ is the king of all malakut and the reality of risalat (prophecy) and messenger and representing Allah (AJ) is but one in the world of light. There’s one representation because the world of light represents singularity. It has the immense oceans of tawheed. There’s no two representatives of Allah (AJ), it is but one representative in malakut. That’s why Allah (AJ) can never be seen. It’s La ilaha illAllah, that qudra, that light, that power resides within the qalb (heart) of Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ and the malakut is the ultimate tawheed and singularity.
That’s when we’ve described before that one drop, one drop, one drop equals how many drops? The world of form they say, ‘Oh it’s three because you said three times,’ but in the world of light, light is not a form. So then one drop of light, one drop of light, one drop of light is but one light. That, a reminder of this malakut and this world of light means it’s taking us back into that ocean of reality that I want you, “Wa maa arsalnaka illa Rahmatal lil’alameen.”
21:107 – “Wa maa arsalnaka illa Rahmatal lil’alameen.” (Surat Al-Anbiya)
“And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad (pbuh)], except as a mercy to the worlds/creation.” (The Prophets, 21:107)
Why Allah (AJ) gives this description? It is that without the key in the world of form there was no chance of reaching that in the world of light.
Sayyidina Isa (as) will Bring Back Christianity and Judaism to Prophet ﷺ
So means that creation has to come to the key in dunya (material world), in their world of form, in their manifestation upon this Earth. It is their emtehan (test) and their testing ground to reach to the king. If they can reach to the king of this world of form, this opens the opportunity for them to reach to the kingdom of the heavens. ‘Thy kingdom come and thy will be done on Earth as it is in heaven,’ and this is Sayyidina Isa (as) who is talking to the reality of Prophet ﷺ. He plays a role in bringing all creation back, all the creations of tawheed that they’re supposed to be from the nations of oneness.
“…Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done. On earth as it is in heaven….” – The Lord’s Prayer
That Sayyidina Isa’s (as) role is to bring back those whom follow Sayyidina Isa (as), say that they love him (as) and that those whom follow Bani Israel because he (as) is a Hakham – he (as) is a rabbi from Bani Israel. He (as) brings together the nations of Christianity and Judaism. That they, if they missed the boat, then before Judgment Day, the role to come back and why he (as) wanted to come back to be from the nation of Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ because he (as) knows that reality. That, ‘These people have to come to you ﷺ . You ﷺ are the key of this reality.’
Sayyidina Isa’s (as) Lineage is Connected to Prophet ﷺ
He (as) taught them the du’a (supplication), ‘O my father who art in heaven, holy be thy name,’ he (as) is not talking to Allah (AJ). Prophets (as) don’t make mistakes, they don’t become mushrik (polytheist), they don’t become idol worshipers. But he (as) gave to us a clue that, ‘My lineage is connected into the heavens,’ and has an immense reality.
Secrets and Realities of the Name of Nabi Ahmad ﷺ
[Hamd (Praise) Reality + Dress of Alif]
Awliyaullah (saints) come to teach people he (as) is talking to Prophet ﷺ and he (as) referred to Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ as ‘Nabi Ahmad ﷺ’ because of him (as) seeing him ﷺ in the malakut. ‘Muhammad ﷺ’ is a name for mulk. Nabi Muhammad ﷺ is a name for Prophet ﷺ based on the mulk and the world of form.
Hamd: How is the Reality of Prophet ﷺ Powered?
The world of malakut the name ‘Nabi Ahmad ﷺ’ is the superior name. Because it has the ‘Hamd’ that Allah (AJ) created from, that created him ﷺ to be the hamd. That all praise be upon him ﷺ that Allah (AJ) granted this hamd and praise. That Allah (AJ) is the source and power of that reality and the fuel and engine of that is “InnAllaha wa malayikatahu yusalluna ‘alan Nabi.” That’s Allah’s (AJ) jet fuel. If anyone wants to know how the reality of Prophet ﷺ is powered, Allah (AJ) gives us in the holy verse this is the jet fuel, ‘For verily Allah (AJ) and His angels are praying and praising upon the reality of Prophet ﷺ.’ Immense!
33:56 – “InnAllaha wa malayikatahu yusalluna ‘alan Nabiyi yaa ayyuhal ladhina aamanu sallu ‘alayhi wa sallimu taslima.” (Surat Al-Ahzab)
“Allah and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet [Muhammad ﷺ]: O you that believe! Send your blessings upon him, and salute him with all respect.” (The Combined Forces, 33:56)
Alif: Prophet’s ﷺ Power is Divinely
So it means that Allah’s (AJ) zikr (Divine remembrance) is upon that reality and that’s the secret of Nabi Ahmad ﷺ. That he carries the hamd for all creation and Allah (AJ) gave to that reality an alif.
-
- Allah (AJ) dressed the hamd, the most praised in all creation the entity and light that he would be known by, nurul anwar wa sirratul asrar (light of every secret and secret of every light).
- Allah (AJ) handed that reality an alif. So handed the reality alif and as a result of the alif, his power is Divinely; it may confuse you as godly because these powers are not normal people power.
Allah (AJ) Wants Us to Seek the Gifts He Gave to Prophet ﷺ
These are powers from Divinely Presence and that’s why Hadith al Qudsi (Holy Hadith) is a description of that, ‘I’m going to become the eyes in which you see.’ This is not about us. Qur’an; it’s not about us, reality is not about us. We are supposed to be nothing. This is our journey to the realities of Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ in which Allah (AJ) wants us to understand, ‘Don’t think about yourself, you’re not important in this story. This is about you seeking what type of gift I gave to Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ.‘
So Allah (AJ) dressed the reality with an alif then from that reality Hadith al Qudsi is describing to us, ‘He does his fard (obligatory), he does his voluntary,’ but now what is this dress Allah (AJ) is giving?
‘An Abi Hurairah (ra) qala, Qala Rasulullahi ﷺ : InnAllaha ta’ala qala: “ Wa maa taqarrubi ilayya ‘abdi be shayin ahubba ilayya memma iftaradhtu ‘alayhi. Wa la yazaalu ‘abdi yataqarrabu ilayya binnawafile hatta uhebbahu, fa iza ahbabtuhu kunta Sam’ahul lazi yasma’u behi, wa Basarahul lazi yubsiru behi, wa Yadahul lati yabteshu beha, wa Rejlahul lati yamshi beha. Wa la in sa alani la a’teyannahu, …” [Hadith al Qudsi, Sahih al Bukhari, Raqam: 6502)
Narrated by Abu Hurairah (ra) that: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said that: Allah the Almighty said: “… My servant does not draw near to Me with anything more loved by Me than the religious duties I have obligated upon him. My servant continues to draw near to Me with voluntary acts of worship so that I shall love him. When I love him, I am his hearing with which he hears, his seeing with which he sees, his hand with which he strikes, and his foot with which he walks. Were he to ask (something) of Me, I would surely give it to him, …” [Holy Hadith, Authentic by al-Bukhari, # 6502]
-
- ‘I become the eyes in which you see,’ this is Allah (AJ) teaching us what He’s dressing Prophet ﷺ with. It means he ﷺ has the eyes of Allah (AJ) – seeing. ‘I become the seeing’ – the attribute. So then Prophet ﷺ sees with Allah’s (AJ) seeing. It’s Hadith al Qudsi. This is not the haal (spiritual state) and talks of people.
- ‘I become the hearing in which you hear,’ so Prophet ﷺ has Allah’s (AJ) hearing.
- ‘I become the tongue in which you speak,’ means he now speaks for Allah (AJ).
- ‘I become the breath in which you breathe,’ means the nafas (breath) of Prophet ﷺ sustains all of creation. That’s not something you can understand, that we can understand.
You’re not thinking of your breath, you’re thinking about the Bahrul Muheet (All Encompassing Ocean) where everything exists in Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ. Allah (AJ) is describing what He gave His khalifa (representative). ‘You’re going to be the breath in which I breathe; it means through your qudra and through your breath you sustain all of creation.’
Sultan e Zikr is a Gift from Prophet ﷺ to Sultanul Awliya (King of Saints)
Just the drop of that was given to the Sultan (King), the nine Sultanul Awliya where they have sultan az zikr – with each nafas in and nafas out they breathe entire secrets of Holy Qur’an. Some achieved with one breath, some achieved with 90 breaths. By the time of Sultanul Awliya Mawlana Shaykh Abdullah Faiz ad-Daghestani (Q) every breath in and every breath out was with sultan az zikr; breathing in all the secrets. Why? This is for us to understand when Allah (AJ) is describing Prophet ﷺ, ‘You’ll be the breath in which I breathe,’ that’s not something small, it’s not even something that we can understand of what that breath is.
Anything that needs a breath in its existence – small, large, spider, human, bear, anything, its breath comes from where? [shaykh inhales] The ability to sustain itself with oxygen and the nutrients that are required in its ability to inhale and exhale; for if Allah (AJ) stopped that inhalation, [Shaykh breaths out] it would die. The ability to sustain it with that breath, Allah (AJ) is describing in Hadith al Qudsi, ‘I’ll be the breath in which you breathe.’ So it means that Nabi Ahmad ﷺ his ruhaniyat (spirituality) and the Nafas ur Rahmah (the Breath of Mercy) [Shaykh emphasizes rahmah]. It’s Nafas ur ‘Rahmah.’
Who is the Mercy of Allah (AJ)?
Who’s the rahmah (mercy) of Allah (AJ)? “Wa maa arsalnaka illa Rahmatal lil’alameen” [21:107]. All of these are descriptions of the rahmah that Allah (AJ) wants us to achieve. But you can’t achieve the proximity with Nabi Ahmad ﷺ if you haven’t gone through the door of Nabi Muhammad ﷺ; mulki wa malakut – it’s a two-sided door. You have to open the door from mulk to pass through the door of malakut. It’s not two doors, it’s but one tawheed. Not like you go through one and then you’ll get to the other. But Yawmul Mahshar (Judgment Day) Allah (AJ) makes all His Prophets (as) bring all their people into the door of Oneness in which all nations will run to the presence of Prophet ﷺ. What? To enter into the door of Nabi Muhammad ﷺ.
Yawmul Isra wal Mi’raj (The Day of Night Journey and Ascension) all the Prophets (as) entered that door. Because they made their salah (daily prayer) on the Isra. He greeted 124,000 Prophets (as) and messengers of Allah (AJ) in which they accepted the door of Nabi Muhammad ﷺ. So that they were entitled to now enter to the presence of ‘Thy kingdom come,’ – to ‘Nabi Ahmad ﷺ.’
Naqshbandiya Silsila (Spiritual Lineage) is Based on Breath
So it means every breath, why then all the tariqah (spiritual path) shaykhs, the 40 Grand Shaykhs of the order they said, ‘This path is based on the breath.’ How can people not know what the breath is or its importance? That breath is the breath of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. That their ‘ishq and their love for Prophet ﷺ, they are being sustained. Every breath they inhale in they’re asking from the malakut reality in which Prophet ﷺ is breathing into them that force of light and existence, all of its rahmah and all of its mercy.
They’re not asking from the dirtiness of their breath. When they went through the door of Muhammad ﷺ, they entered into the realities of Nabi Ahmad ﷺ and ask for Nafas ur Rahmah. That’s why they teach their students there is nothing more important than you achieving that breath. So then meditate so that this Nabi ﷺ, this king ﷺ can dress you. If you go about life running just your life, you’re an insignificant seed, achieved nothing. But when you negate yourself and we negate ourself that we are nothing and we want to be dressed by the breath of Prophet ﷺ, that’s the Hadith al Qudsi now because that when Allah (AJ) is describing that’s for Prophet ﷺ, this is the adab (manners) of ma’rifah (Gnosticism). Allah (AJ) is describing, ‘I’ll be the breath’ – this is for Prophet ﷺ. We’re asking Allah (AJ), ‘Ya Rabbi let us to inherit from that.’ That Prophet ﷺ dress for us and describe that, ‘I’ll be the breath in which you breathe.’
The Hand of Prophet ﷺ is the Hand of Allah (AJ)
So it means they carry the nafas of Nabi Ahmad ﷺ. ‘I become the seeing in which you see, become the hearing in which you hear, I become the hands in which you touch.’ When Allah (AJ) describing, that means that YadAllah – Allah’s (AJ) Hand is upon the hand of Prophet ﷺ and means that every power and every might is under the authority of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Then Allah (AJ) is describing that in the way of ma’rifah, ‘If all the world comes to help you and if that hand is not on your hand, they can do no benefit to you. If all the world comes to kill you and that hand is on your hand, they cannot harm you.’ You can’t say that you reached to Allah’s (AJ) Hand.
So the way of ma’rifah comes and teaches – no, Allah (AJ) is defining for them and refining their understanding that you are the people of bay’at (pledge of allegiance), you took the hand of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
48:10 – “Innal ladheena yubayi’oonaka innama yubayi’on Allaha yadullahi fawqa aydeehim…” (Surat Al-Fath)
“Indeed, those who give Bayah (pledge allegiance) to you, [O Muhammad] – they are actually giving Bayah (pledge allegiance) to Allah. The hand of Allah is over their hands…” (The Victory, 48:10)
Now let us describe that hand in which the hand of Allah (AJ) is upon that, all might and majesty is in that hand. If the hand of Prophet ﷺ is upon your hand, nothing can come against it and if you didn’t reach to the hand of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, nothing can help it. Now we understand why Mawlid (celebration of the birthday of Prophet ﷺ) is important and why the majlis of salli alan Nabi ﷺ (association of praising upon Prophet Muhammad ﷺ) is important.
124,000 Paths Upon This Earth That Take You to the Heart of Prophet ﷺ
Then Allah (AJ) describes, ‘I become the feet in which you move.’ Why? Because the most blessed feet are the feet of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Qaddam al Haq and our life is to follow these qaddam as–Siddiq (on the footstep of the Truthful) – the great Siddiqs and the Sahabi (Holy Companions of Prophet ﷺ), the Ahlul Bayt (Holy Family of Prophet ﷺ) that they paved a path for our feet. That, ‘Take this Siratal Mustaqim (the Straight Path), take this path.’ “Is taqaamoo fi tareeqat” – ‘Keep firm onto your path.’
72:16 – “Wa alla wis taqaamoo ‘alat tareeqati la asqaynaahum maa’an ghadaqaa” (Surat Al-Jinn)
“And [ Allah revealed] that: “If they had only remained firm on their tariqa (straight path), We would have bestowed on them Rain/water in abundance. ” (The Jinn, 72:16)
This path that takes you to the heart of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and upon this Earth 124,000 of those paths exist. Very few of them are for guidance. But those them that they allow their path to be seen then these are guided paths to the rope of Prophet ﷺ so that we can inherit from that when Allah (AJ) is describing and Prophet ﷺ inspiring, ‘I will be the feet in which you move, I’ll be the breath in which you breathe, the eyes in which you see, my hand is upon your hand, that my feet upon your feet and that you are of a lordly soul – Rabbaniyoon and you have power of “Kun faya koon” because your heart will ask me and I will ask Allah (AJ) and it will be granted, inshaAllah.’
36:82 – “Innama AmruHu idha Arada shay an, an yaqola lahu kun faya koon.” (Surat YaSeen)
“His command is when He intends a thing, He says to it, “Be,” and it is!” (YaSeen, 36:82)
Nabi Muhammad ﷺ is a Portal to Divinely Reality of Nabi Ahmad ﷺ
So it means then the reality of that reality is that this explains the immense importance of the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and that we’re going through the door Allah (AJ) wanted it so much that He describes, “Wa maa arsalnaka illa Rahmatal lil’alameen” [21:107]. If it wasn’t for the sake of opening the door on the world of form, Allah (AJ) would not have sent Nabi Ahmad ﷺ into the Earthly realm, into the world of form.
But that it’s a gift, it’s a portal to a Divinely reality that’s so high and so immense that it can’t be understood. That’s when Allah (AJ) is describing from us, ‘I would not have done that, I would not have sent that door upon the Earth but it is the most blessed, the most blessed portal, the most blessed reality. Because it takes you to the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, Nabi Ahmad ﷺ in paradise which is the rahmah and the mercy of the Divinely Presence.
All Prophets (as) Taught Their Nations About the Coming of Prophet ﷺ
It is the secret of all the Prophets (as) had asked that, ‘Thy kingdom come thy will be done on Earth as it is in heaven.’ It means the door to the heavenly kingdom must have arrived upon the Earth with the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and no other Prophet (as) has that reality. Every other Prophet (as) that came warned their nation that, ‘Will come after me a Prophet ﷺ who name is Nabi Ahmad ﷺ,’ and their duty was to prepare their nations for when that door appears upon this Earth that move to that door, move to that reality.
We pray that Allah (AJ) dress us from the immensity of that blessing, the immensity of its realities and that Allah’s (AJ) favor and ni’mat and blessings dress from the Nabiur Rahmah (The Prophet of Mercy) that the immense mercy, the immense ‘ishq and the immense love for all ‘ashiqeen (lovers) that are trying to move to that reality under the intercession and love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
Subhana rabbika rabbal ‘izzati ‘amma yasifoon, wa salaamun ‘alal mursaleen, walhamdulillahi rabbil ‘aalameen. Bi hurmati Muhammad al-Mustafa ﷺ wa bi siri Surat al-Fatiha.
