I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the rejected one
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
“Ateeullah atee ar rasul wa oolul amrin minkum.”
4:59 – “…Atiullaha wa atiur Rasula wa Ulil amre minkum…” (Surat An-Nisa)
“… Obey Allah, Obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you…” (The Women, 4:59)
A reminder always for myself, ana abdukal ‘ajeez, wa dayeef, wa miskin, wa zhalim, wa jahl. And by the Grace of Allah (AJ) we are still in existence. That we took a path in which to be nothing. And we have to confirm that nothingness at all times, that to be nothing.
Reality of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is Everywhere You Look
The Rahmah (mercy) that Allah (AJ) granted to the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. That from IsmAllah, alif lam lam hey. That in the name of Allah (AJ), that hey is for hidayat and guidance; that wherever you look will be the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. There is nowhere that you can look and the reality of Prophet ﷺ is not there. This means then you would have passed Prophet ﷺ and you would be seeing directly to Allah (AJ) which impossible.
Everything is in the ocean of Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ. Nobody reached to “qaab al qawsayni wa adna” (Qur’an, 53:9). Nobody comes between La ilaha illAllah Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ. This is the two bow lengths [Shaykhs gestures with both forefingers] or nearer. Not an angel comes there, not a prophet, not a creature, not a creation – nothing comes into that vicinity and proximity that Allah (AJ) granted to the majesty and majestic beauty of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
53:9 – “Fakana qaaba qawsayni aw adna.” (Surat An-Najm)
“And was at a distance of two bow lengths or nearer [to the Divine Presence].” (The Star, 53:9)
Name of Allah (AJ) Gives Us a Direction
It means that in the IsmAllah in which Allah (AJ), ‘Wants to be known, but is always a hidden treasure.’
“Kuntu kanzan makhfiyya, fa ahbabtu an a’rafa, fa khalaqtu khalqan, fa ‘arraftahum bi fa ‘arafonee.” (Hadith Qudsi)
Allah (AJ) said, “I was a hidden Treasure then I desired to be known, so I created a creation to which I made Myself known; then they knew Me.”
So you cannot say now I know the name ‘Allah’ and I know Allah (AJ), it’s impossible! And this way of ma’rifah (gnosticism), Allah (AJ) gives us merely a direction. In this name of Allah (AJ) which Allah (AJ) has infinite names, this name ‘Allah’ all-encompassing for all the attributes and essences. And awliyaullah (saints), when Allah (AJ) want to grant them a ma’rifah that come, approach. From a distance, you see one thing.
Anything You Move Towards, It Expands
And they said many times before the example is from a distance you look at the mountain. The mountain looks dark, it’s like a black mountain but there’s no black mountain. It has one appearance at a distance but ma’rifah (gnosticism) means you are moving now towards its proximity. As you move towards – and this is creation, imagine the malakut and the heavens – anything you move towards, it expands. What was little mountain from a distance, you drive, you drive. Here we see the mountain all the way near Seattle, the Cascade mountains. You drive, you drive, you drive, you drive, this mountain becomes huge because of your proximity to that reality. That reality has infinitely expanded.
Decoding the Letters of the Name of Allah (AJ)
Alif: We Can Only Approach Alif Through the Hey
When Allah (AJ) want to bring the lovers of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, He begin to give them the understanding of what Allah (AJ) loves. Never to understand Allah (AJ), there’s no contemplation on Allah (AJ). There’s contemplation on Allah’s (AJ) Creation, the best of creation – Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
‘An Abi Ja’far (as) qala: “Iyakum wat tafakkaru fillahi wa lakin idha aradtum an tunzaro ila ‘azamatihi fanzaro ila ‘azimi khalqihi.”
Abu Ja’far (A) said, “Beware of tafakkur in God. But if you wish to view His grandeur, observe the great of His creations.”
So ma’rifah means that when Allah (AJ) draws the servant near, He begins to show them and teach them from what Allah (AJ) loves, and Allah’s (AJ) Love upon the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. So, as soon as they begin to approach the name of Allah (AJ), the Might and Magnificence, Allah (AJ) begin to show that, ‘You’re not approaching My Alif. You are only approaching the hey.’ So that alif, lam, lam, and hey. The alif is always a hidden treasure, IzzatAllah, the Might of Allah (AJ). You can’t approach the Might, you approach the hey.
Hey Stands For Allah’s Hadi (Guide)
And Allah (AJ) begin to teach that this hey has a waw hidden inside of it. ‘And this hadi and hidayat, all My Guidance to Me, first introduce yourself to My Guide. Come to Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ.’ And when we look at the hey this [Shaykh gestures a semi circle with forefinger and thumb], and another way we’ve said before [Shaykh gestures a wider semi circle with forefinger and thumb], it’s the cave with a waw. And even the hey, they put a waw above it, but it even has a waw within it. That hidayat and the guide of Allah (AJ) is a reflection of Hu, because hey, waw – hu. That reflection of hu is Allah’s (AJ) Guide. And all these realities and all these dresses are dressing us to reach to that understanding. That come into that ocean, come into that guidance, use all your senses, come to Allah’s (AJ) Guide.
Two Lams – One For Mulk (Earthly Realm) & One For Malakut (Heavenly Realm)
And going to take us into that lam. The first lam is the lisan, the tongue, of what makes the mulk; two lams – mulk (earthly realm) and malakut (heavenly realm). The first lam closest to us is the lam of the mulk, that all the created creation that manifesting through this reality, through this lisan (tongue) has to do with the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. That it’s manifesting through a tongue, that when Allah (AJ) wants the creation to manifest, it merely speaks the Will of Allah (AJ) and that creation manifests by the tongue of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Everything by IzzatAllah, everything by Allah’s (AJ) Will. And that Will begins to manifest upon the tongue of Prophet ﷺ. This mulk and this tongue of mulk has to do with the dunya (material world).
There is No Guide Except Hu
So, means this reality that Allah (AJ) dressing upon this lisan, this is the sultan of dunya (material world) is going to be introducing us to the next lam, which is the sultan of akhirah (hereafter). So this Sultan of dunya, Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ was described by the hey, ‘He’s My Hadi,’ “Antal Hadi, antal Haq” (You are the Guide, You are the Truth).
“Antal hadi, Antal haq,
Laisal hadi Illa hu”
You are The Divinely Guide
You are The Truth
There is no Guide, except Hu (him ﷺ)
The Hadi, Hidayat of Allah (AJ) is the only way towards this reality. All the prophets wanted that. They said, that’s, ‘I won’t stop until I meet the two rivers.’ This means whatever they were given, they understood the highest reality is to be with Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ.
18:60 – “Wa idh qala Musa lefatahu laa abrahu hatta ablugha majma’a albahrayni aw amdiya huquba.” (Surat Al-Kahf)
“Behold, Moses said to his attendant, I will not give up until I reach the junction of the two seas or (until) I spend years and years in travel.” (The Cave, 18:60)
Lam of Mulk: Allah (AJ) Made Prophet Muhammad ﷺ Owner of Heavens and Earth
So then that first lisan (tongue) closest to us is the sultan of all the mulk (earthly realm). This means what Allah (AJ) gave of a majesty and authority to Prophet ﷺ for all the created worlds. Anything created is under Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ, everything manifesting. And that’s why in this month, 13th ayah of Surah 45, “Wa sakhkhara lakum ma fis samawati wa ma fil ard.” “Sakhkhara lakum ma fis samawati wa ma fil ard.”
(Surat Al-Jathiya)
“And He has subjected/gave the authority to you [Sayyidina Mahmood (pbuh)], as from Him, all that is in the heavens and on earth: Behold, in that are Signs indeed for those who reflect/Contemplate [Meditate].” (The Crouching, 45:13)
And Allah (AJ) say, ‘I have given everything’, wa jamee’an and anything between them, I have given as a gift. I have given, minhu, from Allah (AJ) whatever is in the heaven, whatever is on earth and whatever is in between. It means you can leave nothing out. That Allah (AJ), because Qur’an is all with keys. One ayah (verse), if you open that ayat, it opens all the realities of many other ayats. So in this month, the 45th surat, 13th verse, Allah (AJ) saying, ‘I’ve given everything, everything to Prophet ﷺ, from anything you can think of.’ Allah (AJ) clarifies, “jamee’an” whatever in between them? Anything! So think of the angels, I’ve given them the authority under Prophet ﷺ, the jinn, the malaika, Budala, Nujaba, Nuqaba, Awtad, wal Akhyar. Think of the heavens, the paradises, the Baitul Mamur, the Ka’bah – anything you can think of, Allah (AJ) is saying, ‘I’ve given this as an authority under the authority of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ,’ nothing left out. All under the authority of Prophet ﷺ.
We Can Ask Allah’s (AJ) Forgiveness Only in the Presence of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
This means everything in the hand of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. So hadi and the guide to IzzatAllah, to the Alif of Allah (AJ). Allah (AJ) describes that, ‘This Qur’an that came to Earth for you is going to describe what I have bestowed upon My Sultan so that you understand his authority. Jaooka and immediately move to the presence of Prophet ﷺ. Only in the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ can you ask My Forgiveness. And then once you ask My Forgiveness, ask the forgiveness of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.’ This journey will begin to give an understanding to us.
4:64 – “Wa law annahum idh zhalamoo anfusahum jaooka fastaghfaro Allaha wastaghfara lahumur Rasolu lawajado Allaha tawwaban raheema.” (Surat An-Nisa)
“And if, when they had wronged themselves, they had but come to you and asked forgiveness of Allah, and asked forgiveness of the messenger, they would have found Allah Forgiving, Merciful.” (The Women, 4:64)
The Only Way to Approach Allah (AJ) is Through Prophet ﷺ
Everybody else thinks they’re approaching Allah (AJ). And they’re teaching they are going to the door of the alif and they keep pounding on a wall, a big wall, ‘Oh Allah, oh Allah, oh Allah.’ Everything for them, they’re going directly to Allah (AJ); they forgot the RasulAllah ﷺ. They’re as if they’re pounding on the door of the alif and they’re asking for their forgiveness. They’re asking for whatever they’re asking for, they’re asking for their rizq (sustenance), they’re asking for guidance, they’re asking for everything!
And awliyaullah (saints) come into our life and teach, that’s a long way, that’s a very difficult way. Allah (AJ) granted, “Wa ma arsalnaka illa Rahmatan lil’alameen.” ‘I would not have sent it except that it is a mercy to all creation.’ ‘Come to My Hadi, come to My Guide. Come to the one whom I granted hidayat and guidance. That if you reach to him, alaihis salaatus salam, love him, begin to praise upon him, love him more than you love yourself, immediately you’re flowing into that lam.‘ That this dunya (material world) will be filled with the light of Prophet ﷺ upon you.
21:107 – “Wa maa arsalnaka illa Rahmatan lil’alameen.” (Surat Al-Anbiya)
“And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad (pbuh)], except as a mercy to the worlds/creation.” (The Prophets, 21:107)
Celebration of Mawlid un Nabi is the Most Significant Event in Our Creation
So now they’re moving up. As they begin to teach that the Mawlid, Mawlid un Nabi ﷺ (celebration of the birthday of Prophet ﷺ) is most significant event in our creation. It’s the arrival of Holy Qur’an. It’s the arrival of Allah’s (AJ) ancient religion of Islam. It’s the birth of me and you. We would not be in existence if the reality of Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ was not brought into existence. Where are you born then? Where you came from? Everything was because Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ, all creation in that reality. Allah (AJ) said, ‘Because of that reality, you are in existence.’
Awliya Bring Us to the Sultan of Creation, Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ
So, means every significance of that lam begins to open, the ashiqeen (lovers), the love for Prophet ﷺ overwhelm. And then they begin to take us to the lam of the malakut. That, come with us on this journey because, this hidayat and these guides, they’ve been dressed from that hey. They are from the people of the hu. The hu dresses upon them, blesses upon them, and Allah (AJ) make them to be hadi, that they are the guides of the nation. Those guides, they bring you to the sultan of all this creation. Don’t work with anyone else, don’t worry about anyone else. Keep your focus upon the sultan, where Allah (AJ), “Sakhkhara lakum ma fis Samawati wa ma fil Ard.”
That, ‘We have given everything to this sultan, don’t bother yourself with anything else.’ So the love and the focus is very clear. Then Prophet ﷺ clarifies – this is the Maqamul Iman (Station of Faith), love me more than you love yourself, your mother, your father, your brother and your children.
“La yuminu ahadukum hatta akona ahabba ilayhi min walidihi wa waladihi wan Nasi ajma’yeen.”
“None of you will have faith till he loves me more than his father, his children and all mankind.” Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
Second Lam: Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is the Sultan of Malakut
When that love is sincere, begins to open the lam closest to Allah (AJ). This is the tongue that brings all malakut (heavenly realm) into existence. All the world that not manifesting of the angels, of the heavens and all its paradises. “Subhanallathi bi yadihi malakutu kulli shay.”
36:83 – “Fasubhanal ladhee biyadihi Malakotu kulli shay in wa ilayhi turja’oon.” (Surat YaSeen)
“Therefore Glory be to Him in Whose hand is the dominion/kingdom over everything in heavens, and to Him you will be returned.” (YaSeen, 36:83)
This is Surat YaSeen, is now Allah (AJ) going to describe, ‘This sultan of My Heavens, My Glory be upon his hands, and that his hands, “kulli shay,“ everything, everything of the malakut and authority. His malakut is all power over everything.’ That what Allah (AJ), ‘Glory be to this hand, that what I gave of it of authority, he is the sultan of malakut.‘ And this malakut, later you’ll understand, “kulli shay,” is, is, is the power for everything. And ‘nobody knows except the people of tafakkur (contemplation).’
They don’t understand; if they took a little bit of a science class and you understood that this world of form, it’s manifesting from atoms and molecules. When Allah (AJ) says, “kulli shay,” says the sultan of all these atoms and all these molecules. That sultan, Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ means his power is all, kulli shay, it’s power over everything. So the one who reached to malakut (heavenly realm) and to the world of light, their authority is already over everything from the world of form.
Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ Was a Prophet Before Adam (as) Was Created
Where people are trying to go from the world of form and pound on the door. And they’re teaching us, no, no, no, come to this love, come to this way. We’re going to take you to the sultan of this dunya (material world). When that love is sincere and that love is right, we’re going to take you to the sultan of akhirah (hereafter). Where Prophet described, ‘I was a Rasul before Adam was between his clay and water.’
“Kuntu Nabiyan wa Adama baynal Maa e wat Teen.”
“I was a Prophet and Adam was between water and clay.” Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
The ancient position of RasulAllah ﷺ is in the malakut and the world of light. To reach to that world of light, to reach to that authority, that is the reality of jaooka (Qur’an, 4:64). That awliyaullah (saints), their only interest is, ‘Why you’re pounding at the door and going that way? Come with us and in an instant into the presence of the sultan. In the presence of the sultan, make your forgiveness.‘
Spiritual Associations Allow Your Soul to Enter Into the Presence of Malakut
All these nasheeds, all these salawats (praisings) are asking and begging for Allah’s (AJ) Forgiveness in the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
Rabbi faghfir li dhunubi Ya Allah
Bi barkatil Hadi Muhammad Ya Allah
O my Lord, forgive my sins, O Allah (AJ)
By the blessings of the perfected guide, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), O Allah (AJ)
As soon as you enter into their associations, these mehfils and recitations, their souls and everybody who’s coming, immediately into that presence, immediately into the presence of the malakut (heavenly realm). Where Allah (AJ), “kulli shay,” ‘He has all authority, We’ve given everything, “Sakhara lakum” (Qur’an, 45:13). We’ve given every authority, it’s all encompassing.’ Many, many different ayats of Qur’an describing this authority. If Prophet ﷺ from malakut grants the forgiveness because at that presence, Prophet’s ﷺ asking Allah (AJ). ‘In this world of light, they’ve come to my presence with their arwah and their souls.’ They’re asking Allah (AJ) for forgiveness in the presence of Prophet ﷺ, and then asking Prophet’s ﷺ forgiveness. “Inna Huwa Tawwabur-Rahim. Inna Huwa Tawwabur-Rahim”
Allah (AJ) Continuously Washes Us From Our Sins
We described who the huwa was. They’re coming into the presence of this Divinely Presence. The Hu that can never be seen is reflecting to the hu of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ which can be seen through your soul. That is the presence of sifat ar Rahim where Allah (AJ) is in the malakut (heavenly realm), which is under Rahim (beneficent). Mulk (earthly realm) is under Rahman (merciful). If you are granted a forgiveness in Rahim, that forgiveness dresses you wherever you go. As much as this mulk tries to make you dirty by sin, Allah’s (AJ) raining upon you a rain from Divinely Presence that continuously washing you.
This is in the next month and the qamar (moon) when they would cry out to their Lord, ‘I’m overtaken. Shaitan has overtaken me.’ “Fa fatahna abwabas samaa bi maa e munhamira“ (So We opened the gates of heaven, with water pouring forth). That Allah (AJ), ‘Don’t worry.’
54:10-11 – “Fada Aa rabba hu annee Maghloobun Faintasir. (10) Fa fatahna abwaba al sama bi ma in munhamirin. (11) (Surat Al- Qamar)
“Then he called on his Lord: ‘I am one overpowered/overcome: Please then help (me)! (10) So We opened the gates of heaven, with water pouring forth. (11)” (The Moon, 54:10-11)
When You Are Forgiven, Allah (AJ) Will Avenge Those Who Come Against You
When we’re reciting the Burdah, my muntaqim that when you are with malakut and you’re with Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ in malakut and Prophet accepted your arwah (soul), accepted you to be in that presence, Allah (AJ), “Innahu huwa tawabu rahim.“ That from His Sifat of Rahim, He is granting anyone in that presence their forgiveness, their maghfirah. That wherever you walk onto this dunya (material world), you will be washed from this forgiveness.
That muntaqim, that when Allah (AJ) grant you that means that the Sifat al Muntaqim will avenge you. At every moment that shaitan is trying to make you dirty, Allah (AJ) will send His Muntaqim and avenge you. It means He beat them. He beat them with a fire that, ‘You’re dirtying the wrong person.’ That the love of Allah (AJ) upon them, the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ upon them. That’s why in the Burdah they were reciting that, that Allah (AJ) opened that muntaqim. Allah (AJ) opened the sifat (attribute) to protect them, to wash them.
Wa lan yadiqa RasulAllahi jahuka bi
Idhal karimu tajalla bismi muntaqimi
And O Messenger of Allah (AJ), your exalted status will not diminish,
From your intercession for me, when the Most Bountiful manifests with the Name of Avenger.
Seek Forgiveness From Allah (AJ) Through Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ
So, what we need is the forgiveness from malakut (heavenly realm). These people are trying to go through the mulk, pounding on the door, pounding on the door, pounding on the door. They didn’t reach to the hidayat (guidance). They didn’t reach to the Hadi (guide) of Allah (AJ). They’re not going through the station and the channels in which Allah (AJ) wanted. And you can spend a thousand years at that wall and see what happens.
But with awliyaullah and those who love awliyaullah (saints) and those who are in the association whom love awliyaullah, immediately they’re taking us through the hey, through the lam, through the lam, to the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. And with all the authority that Allah (AJ) dressed upon that reality, that forgiveness and the oceans of forgiveness dressing their souls. And wherever they go, that light and that blessing dressing them, blessing them. And that’s the hadith that Prophet ﷺ described that, Allah (AJ) described, ‘Your nation, it never gets tired of sinning and I’m never tired of forgiving them.’
‘An Anas ibn Malik (ra) qala Rasulluahi ﷺ: “ iza aznabal ‘abdu zanban kutiba ‘alayhi.”
Faqala ’Arabiyun: Fa in taba ‘anhu? Qala: Muhhiya ‘anhu.
Qala Fa in ‘ada? Qalan Nabi ﷺ: “Yuktabu ‘alayhi.”
Qalal ‘Arabiyun: “fin taba?” Qala: “Muhhiya min sahifatihi.”
Qala: ila mata? Qala: “ila an yastaghfira wa yatubo ila Allahi ‘Ajza wa jal, inAllaha la yamallu min al maghfirati hatta yamallal ‘abdu minal isteghfari.”
Narrated Anas Ibn Malik (ra), that the Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon Him) said:
“When a servant commits a sin, the sin will be written in his account. So a Bedouin man asked: “What if he sought forgiveness? The Prophet (pbuh) said: He will be forgiven.
The Bedouin asked: What if he did it again? The Prophet (pbuh) said: “It will be written for him.”
The Bedouin asked: What if he asked for forgiveness again? The Prophet (pbuh) said: “That will erase the sin from his book.“ The Bedouin asked: Until when?
The Prophet (pbuh) said: “Until he asks for forgiveness again, as Allah does not get tired of forgiving, until the servant lose hope/gets tired of asking forgiveness.”
It’s a description of those people, is a description of that Diwan, that, ‘They’re in your Diwan, they’re your Ahbab, they’re your lovers. No doubt, I will wash them and cleanse them and forgive them, no matter how dirty they become.’
Burdah Sharif – Allah’s (AJ) Forgiveness Distributed Accordance to Our Sins
And that’s why we said also in…is it within Burdah?, ‘Maybe I will get as much intercession as the amount of my sins.’
L’alla rahmata Rabbi hina yaqsimuha
Tati ‘ala hasabil ‘isyani fil qisami
Perhaps when the Mercy of my Lord is distributed,
It would be distributed in accordance to our sins
In the Burdah that, ‘Perchance, Prophet ﷺ will grant me an intercession big enough for the amount of my sins.’ It means if I come with lots of sins, I should get a lot of attention from Prophet ﷺ for his intercession. If not for that reality, if not for that reality, there would be no awliya (saints). There would be no pious people.
Awliyaullah Carry Our Sins and Burdens
“Wa hamalna dhuriyatum.” When Allah (AJ) described, ‘These souls of awliyaullah (saints), they carried the burdens of people.’
36:41 – “Wa ayatul lahum anna hamalna dhurriyyatahum fil fulkil mashhooni.” (Surat YaSeen)
“And a sign for them is that we have carried their atoms/forefathers in the loaded ship.” (YaSeen, 36:41)
‘Wa hamalna dhuriyatum, we have put their burdens upon them.’ If they’re not going to be granted a forgiveness by Allah (AJ), they would never take it. They busied their lives to make themselves clean, they would have isolated and hidden themselves. But Allah (AJ) said, ‘No, no, go back into these territories of shayateen, heavily influenced by shaitan (satan). Wherever you go and whoever is upon you and near you and jumps onto your boat, with all their filthiness of what they do, I’m washing you and cleansing you.’ And that’s why they come, they say at every moment they’re in the presence of Prophet ﷺ, ‘My load is heavy. The sins are influencing my entire being.’ By the amount of what they carry, they’re granted that amount of intercession from Prophet ﷺ. Like an ocean, like a waterfall, not like rain upon regular people. When they come loaded with burdens and sins from people, Prophet ﷺ opened for them like a fountain of Niagara upon their soul.
The Sun of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ Burns Everything Away
It’s not something small, we think very small. Again look to the size of the sun. Imagine you are a particle and you’re floating into the presence of the sun. This majestic sun, with all its might, burns everything that is approaching it. It means all the sins that coming with you burn away and what left is a light, and light in front of light has no burning. That the light of Prophet ﷺ will burn everything away. This sun is the smallest of suns. So imagine this sun is the size of sahabi (companions). It’s not even that because there are suns that are 10,000 times this star, 10,000 times. Imagine the size and the greatness of a sahabi. Did you know Prophet ﷺ described, ‘My Companions are stars.’ He wasn’t playing. He said, ‘My Companions, they are najm. They are stars in the heavens.’
“Ashabi kan Nujoom, bi ayyihim aqta daytum ahta daytum.”
“My companions are like stars. Follow any one of them and you will be guided.” Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
So go take your science class and look as a star. The Earth is a dot in the presence of this sun, that Allah (AJ) want us to see that you are nothing compared to the sahaba (companions) of Prophet ﷺ. And this sun is a dot compared to the bigger suns. And in the middle of all them, billions of times larger that our sun, najm thaqib. There’s a sun that it pierces the entire created universe. They called pistol star, najm thaqib. It means all these realities – unimaginable! What Prophet ﷺ can dress unimaginable!
86:1-3 – “Was Sama e wat Tariq. (1) Wa ma adraka mat tariq? (2) AnNajmu ath thaqib. (3) ” (Surat At-Tariq)
“By the Sky and the Night-Visitant (therein). (1) And what will explain to thee what the Night-Visitant is? (2) (It is) the Star of piercing brightness [Pistol star]. (3)” (The Nightcomer, 86:1-3)
We pray that Allah (AJ) grant to us more and more light, more and more love, more and more patience, and that He dress us from these oceans of forgiveness, and prepare us for the fifth, we’re in the fifth month, the sixth month, then Rajab, Shaban, Ramadan. InshaAllah, Allah (AJ) give us life to see those nights and those days, inshaAllah.
