Allah and His Angels send Blessings upon Muhammad (saws)
إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَمَلَائِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا صَلُّوا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيماً
33:56 “innAllaha wa malayikatahu yusalluna ‘alan Nabiyi yaa ayyuhal ladhina aamanu sallu ‘alayhi wa sallimu taslima. ” (Surat AlAhzab)
- “Allah and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet [Muhammad (saws)]: O you that believe! Send your blessings upon him, and salute him with all respect.” (Holy Quran, The Combined Forces, 33:56)
Prophet (saws) Is a Mercy to the Creation
وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِّلْعَالَمِينَ ١٠٧
21:107 – “Wa maa arsalnaka illa Rahmatan lil’alameen.” (Surat Al Anbiya)
“And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds.” (Holy Quran, The Prophets 21:107)
Everything Perish but the Holy Face ‘Wajha’
وَلَا تَدْعُ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا آخَرَ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ هَالِكٌ إِلَّا وَجْهَهُ لَهُ الْحُكْمُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ
28:88 “Wala tad’uo ma’Allahi ilahan aakhara la ilaha illa huwa kullu shayin halikun illa wajha hu la hul hukmu wa ilayhi turja’oon.” (Surat Al Qasas)
- “And call not, besides Allah, on another god. There is no god but He. Everything (that exists) will perish except His Face. To Him belongs the Command, and to Him will ye (all) be brought back. (Quran, The Stories 28:88)
55:26-27 – “Kullu man ‘alayha fan.(26) Wa yabqa wajhu Rabbika dhol jalali wal ikram. (27)” (Surah Rahman)
“All that is on earth will perish: (26) And there will remain (for ever) the Face of your Lord, Owner of Majesty, Bounty and Honor.” (Holy Quran, The Beneficent 55: 1-3)
Mi’raj (Ascension) to Distance of two bow lengths or Nearer to the Divine
(Surat Najm (The Star) Verses 53:1–16):
53:5-9 “‘Allamahu shadeedul quwa. (5) Dho mirratin fastawa. (6) Wa huwa bil Ufuqil a’la. (7) Thumma dana fatadalla. (8) Fakana qaba qawsayni aw adna. (9) ” (Surat an Najm)
” He was taught by one Mighty in Power. (5) One of soundness. And he rose to [his] true form. (6) While he was in the higher [part of the] horizon. (7) Then he approached and descended. (8) And was at a distance of two bow lengths or nearer. (9) (Quran, The Star 53:6-9)
فَكَانَ قَابَ قَوْسَيْنِ أَوْ أَدْنَىٰ ٩
53:9 – “Fakana qaaba qawsayni aw adna. (Surat An Najm)
“And was at a distance of two bow lengths or nearer [to the Divine Presence]. (The Star 53:9)
Prophet (saws)’ Station is of Praise – “Maqam Mahmood”
17:79 – “Wa minal layli fatahajjad bihi, nafilatal laka ‘asaa an yab’athaka Rabbuka Maqaman Mahmooda.” (Surat al Isra)
“And pray in the small watches of the morning: (it would be) an additional prayer (or spiritual profit) for thee: soon will your Lord raise you to a Station of Praise and Glory [Maqam al Mahmood]! ( The Night Journey 17:79)
Knowledge of Prophet (saws)
Prophet Muhammad (saws) was Taught by Intense Power
53:5 “‘Allamahu shadeedul quwa.” (Surat an Najm)
“He was taught by one Mighty in Power.” (Quran, The Star 53:6-9)
The Most Merciful taught the Quran
الرَّحْمَـٰنُ ﴿١﴾ عَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ ﴿٢﴾ خَلَقَ الْإِنسَانَ ﴿٣
55:1-3 – “Ar Rahmaan. ‘Allamal Qur’an. Khalaqal Insaan.” (Surat Ar Rahman)
“The Most Merciful. (1) It is He Who has taught the Qur’an. (2) He has created Man. (3)” (Holy Quran, The Beneficent 55: 1-3)
The Walking Quran
If Quran revealed on a Mountain, It’d be dust –
But Prophet (saws)’ Heart Received it
لَوْ أَنزَلْنَا هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنَ عَلَىٰ جَبَلٍ لَّرَأَيْتَهُ خَاشِعًا مُّتَصَدِّعًا مِّنْ خَشْيَةِ اللَّهِ وَتِلْكَ الْأَمْثَالُ نَضْرِبُهَا لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
59:21 – “Law anzalna hadha alQurana ‘ala jabalin laraaytahu, khashi’an mutasaddi’an min khashyatillahi….” (Surat Al Hashr)
“Had We sent down this Qur’an on a mountain, verily, you would have seen it obliterated to dust (from its power) And these examples We present to the people that perhaps they will Contemplate… ” (Quran, The Exile 59:21)
Prophet Muhammad (saws) is the Walking Quran
36:69 – “Wa ma ‘allamnahush shi’ra wa ma yambaghee lahu, in huwa illa dhikrun wa Quranun Mubeen.” (Surah YaSeen)
“We have not taught/instructed him (Prophet Muhammad) in poetry, nor it is befitting for him. He (Prophet Muhammad) is not but Zikr (Message/Remembrance) and the Quran, making things clear.” (Holy Quran, YaSin 36:69)
We Sent you Light and Kitab Mubeen
5:15 – “Ya ahlal kitabi qad jaa akum Rasoluna yubayyinu lakum katheeran mimma kuntum tukhfona minal kitabi wa ya’fo ‘an katheerin, qad jaa akum mina Allahi Noorun wa Kitabun Mubeen.” (Surah al Ma’idah)
“O People of the Scripture, there has come to you Our Messenger [Muhammad (saws)], making clear to you much of what you used to conceal in the Scripture/book and overlooking much. There has come to you from Allah a light and a clear Book.” (Holy Quran 5:15)
Everything is Recorded in Imam Mubeen
36:12 – “Inna nahnu nuhyil mawta wa naktubu ma qaddamo wa atharahum, wa kulla shayin ahsaynahu fee imamin mubeen.” (Surah Yaseen)
“Indeed it is We who bring the dead to life and We record all their footprint of the past and every step they take in the future, and of all things We have taken account in a Perfected Clear Imam (leader/Prophet (saws)).“ (Holy Quran 36:12)
No crookedness in this Kitab (Quran)
الم ﴿١﴾ ذَٰلِكَ الْكِتَابُ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ هُدًى لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ ٢
“Alif, Laam, Meem. Dhaalikal kitaabu laa rayba feeh, hudal lil muttaqeen.” (Surat al Baqara)
“Alif, Lam, Meem. This is the Book about which there is no doubt/uncertainty in it, a guidance for those conscious of Allah .” (Holy Quran 2:1-2)
When you hear Quran, Listen and Pay Attension
7:204 – “wa idhaa quria al Qur’an fastami’u lahu, wa anseetu la’alakum turhamon”
“So when the Qur’an is recited, then listen to it, remain silent and pay attention, that you may receive mercy” (Surah al A’raf 7:204).
By YaSeen and Quran – Muhammad (saws) is the Messenger
36:1-4 – Ya-seen.(1) wal Qur’anal Hakeem.(2) Innaka laminal mursaleen.(3) ‘ala siratim mustaqeem.(4) (Surat Yaseen)
“Ya-seen.(1) By the Qur’an, full of Wisdom. (2) Indeed you, [O Muhammad], are from among the messengers, (3) On a straight path.” (4) (Holy Quran)
Authority of Sayyidina Muhammad (saws)
The Heavens and Earth is under your Authority – “Sakhara lakum”
وَسَخَّرَ لَكُم مَّا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ جَمِيعاً مِّنْهُ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لَّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
45:13 – “Wa sakhkhara lakum ma fis Samawati wa ma fil Ardi jamee’an minhu, inna fee dhalika la ayatin liqawmin yatafakkaron.” (Surat al Jathiya)
“And He has subjected/(gave authority) to you [Sayyidina Mahmood (saws)], as from Him, all that is in the heavens and on earth: Behold, in that are Signs indeed for those who reflect/Contemplate [Meditate].” ( Holy Quran, The Crouching, 45:13)
In his (saws) Hands are the Kingdom of Earth and Heavens – Mulk wal Malakoot
67:1 – “Tabarakal ladhee bi Yadihil mulku wa huwa ‘ala kulli shay in qadeer.” (Surat al Mulk)
“Blessed is He in Whose hands is Dominion; and He over all things has Power.” (The Sovereignty)
فَسُبْحَانَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ مَلَكُوتُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ ﴿٨٣
36:83 “Fasubhanal ladhee biyadihi Malakotu kulli shay in wa ilayhi turja’oon.” (Surat Yaseen)
“Therefore Glory be to Him in Whose hand is the [heavenly] dominion/ kingdom of all things, and to Him you will be returned..” (Holy Quran, 36:83)
Seek Peace from Merciful Lord
سَلَامٌ قَوْلًا مِّن رَّبٍّ رَّحِيمٍ ﴿٥٨
36:58 – “Salamun qawlam mir Rabbir Raheem. (Surat Yaseen)
“Peace,” a word from a Merciful Lord. (Holy Quran 36:58)
Honour and Power given to Prophet (saws)
Honour – Izzat Allah, wa Rasul (s), Muminin
وَلِلَّهِ الْعِزَّةُ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلَكِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
63:8 – “…Wa Lillahil ‘izzatu wa li Rasooli hi wa lil Mumineena
wa lakinnal munafiqeena la y’alamoon..”.(Surat Al Munafiqoon)
“…And to Allah belongs [all] honor, and to His messenger, and to the believers, but the hypocrites do not know.” (Quran, The Hypocrites 63:8)
Ayatul Kursi (The Verse of the Throne)
(2:255) – ” Allahu la ilaha illa Huwal Hayyul Qayyum. La takhudhuhus sinatun wa la nawm. Lahu ma fis samawati wa ma fil ard. Man dhalladhi yashfa’u ‘indahu illa bi idhnihi ya’lamu ma bayna aydihim wa ma khalfahum wa la yuhituna bi shayim min ‘ilmihi illa bima shaa. Wasi’a kursiyyuhus samawati wal ard. Wa la yauduhu hifzuhuma, wa Huwal ‘Aliyyul ‘Azeem.” (Surah al Baqarah)
- “Allah, there is no God but He, the Ever Living, Self Subsisting. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep; to Him belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what lies before them, and what will be after them, and they comprehend not anything of His knowledge except for what He wills. His throne comprises the heavens and the earth, and their preservation oppresses Him not; and He is the Most High, the Almighty.” (Holy Quran 2: 255)
Allah bears Witness – so do the Angels and People of Knowledge
شَهِدَ اللهُ أَنَّهُ لاَ اِلَهَ اِلاَّ هُوَ وَالْمَلاَئِكَةُ وَاُولُوْ الْعِلْمِ قَائِمًا بِالْقِسْطِ لاَ اِلَهَ اِلاَّ هُوَ الْعَزِيْزُ الْحَكِيْمُ. إِنَّ الدِّيْنَ (عِنْدَ اللهِ الإِسْلاَمُ. (سُوْرَةْ آَلِ عِمْرَان ٣: ١٨ـ١٩
3:18-19 – “ShahidAllahu annahu la ilaha illa Hu wal mala’ikatu wa ulul ‘ilmi qaaiman bil qist. La illaha illa Huwal ‘Azizul Hakim. Innad dina ‘indAllahil Islam.
(Surat Ali ‘Imran)
- “Allah bears witness that there is no god but He, and the angels and men of knowledge, upholding justice; there is no god but He, the AlMighty, the All-Wise. The religion with God is Islam.” (Holy Quran 3:18-19)
Allah give the Kingdom & Honor to whom He wills
قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ مَالِكَ الْمُلْكِ تُؤْتِيِّ الْمُلْكَ مَنْ تَشَاءُ وَتَنْزِعُ الْمُلْكَ مِمَّنْ تَشَاءُ٬ وَتُعِزُّ مَنْ تَشَاءُ وَتُذِلَّ مَنْ تَشَاءُ بِيَدِكَ الْخَيْرُ. اِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْئٍ قَدِيْرٌ. – سُوْرَةْ آَلِ عِمْرَان ٢٦:٣
3:26 – “Qulillahumma Malikul mulki, tu’til mulka man tashaau wa tanzi’ul m0ulka mimman tasha’u, wa tu’izzu man tasha’u, wa tudhillu man tasha’u, bi yadikal khayr, innaka ‘ala kulli shay’in qadir.” (Surat Ali ‘Imran (Family of Imran)
“Say: O Allah, Master of the Kingdom, You give give the Kingdom to whom You will, and You Take away the Kingdom from whom You will, You honor whome You will and You humble whom You will; in Your hand is [all] the good, Indeed, You are over all things Powerful.” (Holy Quran, 3:26)
Prophet (saws)’s Intercession
Prophet (saws) Intercedes as he was sent to Witness –
He is an Illuminating Lamp (Sirajan Munira)
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ شَاهِدًا وَمُبَشِّرًا وَنَذِيرًا ﴿٤٥﴾ وَدَاعِيًا إِلَى اللَّـهِ بِإِذْنِهِ وَسِرَاجًا مُّنِيرًا ﴿٤٦
33:45-46 – “Ya ayyuhan Nabiyu inna arsalnaka shahidan wa mubashshiran wa nadheera. (45) Wa daiyan ila Allahi`bi-idhnihi wa Sirajan Muneera. (46)” (Surat al Ahzab)
“O Prophet, indeed We have sent you as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner. (45) And one who invites to Allah , by His permission, and an illuminating lamp.” (Holy Quran 33:45-46)
Seek a Wasila (a Means) to Approach Him
5:35 Ya ayyuhal ladheena amanoo ittaqollaha wabtagho ilayhi alWaseelata wa jahidoo fee sabeelihi, la’allakum tuflihoon. (Surat al Mayidah)
“O you who believe! Have consciousness and seek the means of approach unto Him, and strive in his cause: that you may prosper/succeed.” (Holy Quran 5:35)
Run to Prophet (s) when Oppressor to self – ‘Jaooka’
وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ إِذ ظَّلَمُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ جَاءُوكَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُوا اللَّـهَ وَاسْتَغْفَرَ لَهُمُ الرَّسُولُ لَوَجَدُوا اللَّـهَ تَوَّابًا رَّحِيمًا ٦٤
4:64 – … wa law annahum idh dhalamoo anfusahum jaooka fastaghfaro Allaha wastaghfara lahumur Rasolu lawajado Allaha tawwaban raheema. ” (Surat An Nisa)
“…And if, when they had wronged [were oppressor to] themselves, they had but come to you (saws) and asked forgiveness of Allah, and asked forgiveness of the messenger, they would have found Allah Forgiving, Merciful.” (The Women 4: 64)
Importance of Adab (Manners)/Character
Allah praises Prophet’s (saws) Character – Khuluq Azeem
وَإِنَّكَ لَعَلَىٰ خُلُقٍ عَظِيمٍ ﴿٤
68:4 – “Wa innaka la’ala khuluqin ‘azheem.” (Surat al Qalam)
“Truly, you (O Muhammad!) are of a magnificent character.” (Holy Quran, The Pen 68:4)
Don’t raise your voice
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَرْفَعُوا أَصْوَاتَكُمْ فَوْقَ صَوْتِ النَّبِيِّ وَلَا تَجْهَرُوا لَهُ بِالْقَوْلِ كَجَهْرِ بَعْضِكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ أَن تَحْبَطَ أَعْمَالُكُمْ وَأَنتُمْ لَا تَشْعُرُونَ
49:2 – “Ya ayyu hal ladheena amano la tarfa’o aswatakum fawqa sawtin Nabiyyi wa la tajharo lahu bilqawli kajahri ba’dikum liba’din an tahbata a’malukum wa antum la tash’uroon.” (Surat Al Hujurat)
“O you who have believe, do not raise your voices above the voice of the Prophet, nor speak loud to him in speech as you may speak loud to one another, lest your deeds become worthless while you perceive not.” (Holy Quran, The Rooms)
Obey and Follow Prophet (saws)
Follow prophet (s) so Allah will Love you- Fatabioni
قُلْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُحِبُّوْنَ اللَّـهَ فَاتَّبِعُوْنِيْ يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللَّـهُ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوْبَكُمْ ۗ وَاللَّـهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ ٣١
3:31 – “Qul in kuntum tuhibbon Allaha fattabi’oni, yuhbibkumUllahu wa yaghfir lakum dhunobakum wallahu Ghaforur Raheem.” (Surah Surat Al ‘Imran)
“Say, [O Muhammad], “If you should love Allah, then follow me, [so] Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.” (Holy Quran 3:31)

Awliya Allah (Friends of Allah)
Who are Awliya ?
أَلَا إِنَّ أَوْلِيَاءَ اللَّـهِ لَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ ٦٢
10:62 “Ala inna Awliya Allahi la khawfun ‘alayhim wa la hum yahzanona.” (Surat Yunus)
“No Doubt, Verily on the friends of Allah (saints), there is no fear, nor do they grieve”. (Holy Quran, 10:62)
Awliya are Lordly Souls – They are taught the Book (Quran) – Rabbaniyon
وَلَـٰكِن كُونُوا رَبَّانِيِّينَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تُعَلِّمُونَ الْكِتَابَ وَبِمَا كُنتُمْ تَدْرُسُونَ ٧٩…
3:79 “…wa lakin kono rabbaniyena bima kuntum tu’allimoonal kitaba wabima kuntum tadrusoon.” (Surat Al ‘Imran)
… “Be Lordly Souls/worshippers of Him, Because of what you have taught the Book and you have studied it earnestly.” (The Family of Imran 3:79)
Awliya are Not distracted by business or trade
رِجَالٌ لَّا تُلْهِيهِمْ تِجَارَةٌ وَلَا بَيْعٌ عَن ذِكْرِ اللَّـهِ وَإِقَامِ الصَّلَاةِ وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ ۙ يَخَافُونَ يَوْمًا تَتَقَلَّبُ فِيهِ الْقُلُوبُ وَالْأَبْصَارُ ﴿٣٧
24:37 – “Rijalun la tulheehim tijaratun wa la bay’un ‘an Dhikrillahi wa iqamis Salati wa eetayiz Zakati, yakhafona yawman tataqallabu feehi alqulobu wal absar.” (Surah an Nur)
“By men of God (Rijal) whom neither business/commerce nor sale distracts (them) from the remembrance of Allah and performance of prayer and giving of regular Charity. Their (only) fear is for a Day in which the hearts and eyes will be transformed/turn about (in a world wholly new).” (Holy Quran, The Light)
Awliya are Firm like Mountains holding the Earth
وَالْجِبَالَ أَوْتَادًا ٧
78:7 – “Wal jibala awtadan.” (Surat an Naba)
“And Mountains like Pegs.” (Holy Quran, The Tidings)
16:15 – “Wa alqa fil ardi rawasiya an tameeda bikum wa anharan wa subulan la’allakum tahtadoon” (Surat an Nahl)
“And He has set up on the earth mountains standing firm, lest it should shake with you; and rivers and roads; that ye may guide yourselves.” (Holy Quran, The Bee 16:15)
وَجَعَلْنَا فِي الْأَرْضِ رَوَاسِيَ أَن تَمِيدَ بِهِمْ وَجَعَلْنَا فِيهَا فِجَاجًا سُبُلًا لَّعَلَّهُمْ يَهْتَدُونَ ٣١
21:31– Wa ja’alna fil ardi rawasiya an tameeda bihim wa ja’alna feeha fijajan subulan la’allahum yahtadoon.(Surat Al Anbiya)
“And We placed within the earth firmly set mountains, lest it should shift with them, and We made therein [mountain] passes [as] roads that they might be guided.” (Holy Quran, The Prophets 21:31)
Awliya Carry your Soul
وَآيَةٌ لَّهُمْ أَنَّا حَمَلْنَا ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ فِي الْفُلْكِ الْمَشْحُونِ ٤١
36:41 “Wa ayatul lahum anna hamalna dhurriyyatahum fil fulkil mashhooni.” (Surat Yaseen)
“And a sign for them is that we have carried their atoms/forefathers in the loaded ship.” (Holy Quran, Ya Sin 36:41). SNJ
Awliya Feed your Soul
وَيُطْعِمُونَ الطَّعَامَ عَلَى حُبِّهِ مِسْكِينًا وَيَتِيمًا وَأَسِيرًا
76:8 – “Wa yu ta’imo nat Ta’ama ‘ala hubbihi miskeenan wa yateeman wa aseera.” (Surah al Insan)
“And they feed, for the love of Allah, the needy/indigent, the orphan, and the captive” (Holy Quran, The Human 76:8)
76:9 – “Innama nut’imukum liWajhillahi la nureedu minkum jazaa an wa la shukora.” (Surat al Insan)
(Saying),”We feed you for the sake of the Holy/divine Face alone: We wish not from you reward or gratitude.” (Holy Quran, the Human 76:9)
Awliya (Saints) are Alive
وَلَا تَقُولُوا لِمَن يُقْتَلُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّـهِ أَمْوَاتٌ ۚ بَلْ أَحْيَاءٌ وَلَـٰكِن لَّا تَشْعُرُونَ ١٥٤
2:154 – “Wa la taqolo liman yuqtalu fee sabilillahi amwatun, bal ahyaon wa lakin la tash’uroon.” (Surat al Baqarah)
“And do not say about those who are killed in the way of Allah , “They are dead.” Rather, they are alive, but you perceive [it] not.” (The Cow, 2:154)
وَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ قُتِلُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّـهِ أَمْوَاتًا ۚ بَلْ أَحْيَاءٌ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ يُرْزَقُونَ ١٦٩
3:169 -Wa la tahsabanna alladheena qutilo fee sabilillahi amwatun, bal ahyaon ‘inda rabbihim yurzaqoon.
“And never think of those who have been killed in the cause of Allah as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision.” (Famly of ‘Imran 3:169)

Those Whom Allah Guide – has Waliyun Murshida (Saintly Guide)
وَتَرَى الشَّمْسَ إِذَا طَلَعَت تَّزَاوَرُ عَن كَهْفِهِمْ ذَاتَ الْيَمِينِ وَإِذَا غَرَبَت تَّقْرِضُهُمْ ذَاتَ الشِّمَالِ وَهُمْ فِي فَجْوَةٍ مِّنْهُ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ مِنْ آيَاتِ اللَّـهِ ۗ مَن يَهْدِ اللَّـهُ فَهُوَ الْمُهْتَدِ ۖ وَمَن يُضْلِلْ فَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُ وَلِيًّا مُّرْشِدًا ﴿١٧﴾
18:17 – ” Wa tarash shamsa idha tala’at tazawaru an kahfihim dhata al yameeni wa idha gharabat taqriduhum dhataash shimali wa hum fee faj watin minhu, Dhalika min ayati Allahi, man yahdillahu fahuwal Muhtadi, wa man yudlil falan tajida lahu waliyyan murshida. (Surah al Kahf)
“And You would have seen the sun, when it rose, declining to the right from their Cave, and when it set, turning away from them to the left, while they lay in the open space in the midst of the Cave. That was from the Signs of Allah: He whom Allah, guides is rightly guided; but he whom Allah leaves to stray,- for him you will never find Saintly Guide to the Right Way.” (Holy Quran, the Cave)
Accompany Awliya – Sadiqeen (Truthful/Pious People)
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللّهَ وَكُونُوا مَعَ الصَّادِقِينَ ١١٩
9:119 – “Ya ayyuhal ladheena amano ittaqollaha wa kono ma’as sadiqeen.” (Surat at Tawba)
“O you who have believed, have consciousness of Allah and be with those who are truthful/pious (in words and deed).” (The Repentance 9:119)
Follow those who seek the Holy Face – ‘Wajha Hu’
18:28 – “Wasbir nafsaka ma’al ladheena yad’ona Rabbahum bilghadati wal’ashiyi yureedona WajhaHu, wa la ta’du ‘aynaka ‘anhum tureedu zeenatal hayatid dunya, …” (Surat al Kahf)
“And keep yourself patient [by being] with those who call upon their Lord in the morning and the evening, seeking His Face;. And let not your eyes pass beyond them, desiring adornments/glitter of the worldly life,…” (Holy Quran, the Cave)
Follow Awliya – They are the Rope of Allah
وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللَّـهِ جَمِيعًا وَلَا تَفَرَّقُوا ۚ
3:103 “Wa’tasimo bihab lillahi jamee’an wa la tafarraqo.”(Surat Al ‘Imran)
“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not separate.” (Holy Quran)
Obey Awliya as They Obey Prophet (saws)
Obey Awliya (saints) – They are the ‘Ulul Amr’
…ياأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُواللَّه وَأَطِيعُوٱلرَّسُولَ وَأُوْلِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ
4:59 – “Ya ayyu hal latheena amanoo Atiullaha, wa atiur Rasola, wa Ulil amre minkum…” (Surat an-Nisa)
“O You who have believed, Obey Allah, obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you… ” (Holy Quran, The Women, 4:59)
When called to Allah & Rasul – Momin says we Heard and obey – Samina wa Atana
24:51 – “Innama kana qawlal mumineena idha du’ao ilAllahi wa Rasulihi liyahkuma baynahum an yaqolo samina wa atana, wa olaika humul muflihoon.” (Surah Noor)
“The only statement of the [true] believers when they are called to Allah and His Messenger to judge between them is that they say, “We hear and we obey.” And those are the successful.”
سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَاِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيْرُ
2:285 – “…Sam’ina wa ata’na, ghufranaka Rabbana wa ilaykal masir.” (Surat al Baqarah)
“…We hear, and we obey: (We seek) Thy forgiveness, our Lord, and to Thee is the end of all journeys.” (Holy Quran, 2:285)
Be with 4 Category – Nabiyeen, Siddiqeen, Shuhada, wa Saliheen & Obey Awliya who are the “hasunur Rafeeqa”
وَمَن يُطِعِ اللّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ مَعَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمَ اللّهُ عَلَيْهِم مِّنَ النَّبِيِّينَ وَالصِّدِّيقِينَ وَالشُّهَدَاء وَالصَّالِحِينَ وَحَسُنَ أُولَـئِكَ رَفِيقًا
4:69 – “Wa man yuti’ Allaha war Rasola faolayeka ma’al ladheena an’ama Allahu ‘alayhim minan Nabiyeena, was Siddiqeena, wash Shuhadai, was Saliheena wa hasuna olayeka rafeeqan” (Surat An Nisa)
“And whoever obeys Allah and the messenger, then those are with the ones on whom Allah bestowed his softness amongst the prophets, the highly Righteous [Truthful], the Witnesses to the truth, and the Righteous. And excellent are those as companions.” (The Women 4:69)

In Mariam (as)’s Niche – Zakariya’s prayer was accepted
3:37 – ” Fataqabbalaha rabbuha biqabolin hasanin wa anbataha nabatan hasanan wa kaffalaha Zakariyya, kullama dakhala ‘alayha Zakariyya almihraba wajada ‘indaha rizqan, qala ya Maryamu anna laki hadha? qalat huwa min ‘indi Allahi innAllaha yarzuqu man yashao bighayri hisab.” (Surat al ‘Imran)
“So her Lord accepted her with good acceptance and caused her to grow in a good manner and put her in the care of Zechariah. Every time Zechariah entered upon her in the prayer chamber, he found with her provision. He said, “O Mary, from where is this [coming] to you?” She said, “It is from Allah . Indeed, Allah provides for whom He wills without account.” (Holy Quran 3:37)
3:38– ‘Hunalika da’a zakariyya Rabbahu, qala rabbi hab lee min ladunka dhurriyyatan tayyibatan, innaka samee’ud du’a” (Surat al ‘Imran)
“At that, Zechariah called upon his Lord, saying, “My Lord, grant me from Yourself a good offspring. Indeed, You are the Hearer of supplication.”
3:39 – “Fanadat hu almalaikatu wa huwa qaaimun yusallee fil mihrabi annAllaha yubashshiruka bi Yahya musaddiqan bikalimatin minAllahi wa sayyidan wa hasooran wa Nabiyyan minas saliheen.” (Surat al Imran 3:39)
“While he was standing in prayer in the chamber, the angels called unto him: “Indeed, Allah gives you good tidings of Yahya ( John), witnessing the truth of a Word from Allah, and (be besides) noble, chaste, and a prophet,- of the (goodly) company of the righteous.” (Holy Quran 3:39)
Yusuf (as) – Joseph’s Shirt – Healed blindness of Yaqob (as)
12:93 – “Idhhaboo bi qameesee hadha fa alqohu ‘ala wajhi abee yati baseeran wa tonee bi ahlikum ajma’een.” (Surat Yusuf)
“Take this, my shirt, and cast it over the face of my father: he will come to see (clearly). Then come ye (here) to me together with all your family.” (Holy Quran, Joseph)
12:94-96 “Wa lamma fasalati al’eeru qala abohum innee laajidu reeha yosufa, lawla an tufannidon.”(94) “Falamma an jaa albasheeru alqahu ‘ala wajhihi, fartadda baseeran, qala alam aqul lakum innee a’lamu mina Allahi ma la ta’lamon.”(96) (Surat Yusuf)
“When the caravan left (Egypt), their father said: “I do indeed scent the presence of Joseph: if you did not think me weakened in mind. (94)
“And when the bearer of good tidings arrived, he cast it over his face, and he returned [once again] seeing. He said, “Did I not tell you that I know from Allah that which you do not know?(96)” (Holy Quran, Joseph 12:94&96)
Musa (as)’s Cane/Staff – Departed the Sea – Barakah
26:63 – “Fa awhayna ila Mosa anidrib bi’asaka albahra, fanfalaqa fakana kullu firqin kattawdil ‘aZheem. (Surat ash Shu’ara)
” Then We inspired to Moses, “Strike with your staff the sea,” and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain.” (Holy Quran 26:63)
26:64-65 – “Wa azlafna thamma al akhareen. (64) Wa anjayna Mosa wa man ma’ahu ajma’een . (65) (Surat ash Shu’ara)
” And We advanced thereto the pursuers.. (64) And We saved Moses and those with him, all together. (65) (Holy Quran 26:64-65)
Charity/ Sacrifice
My Prayer, Sacrifice, My life and dead are for Allah
6:162-3: “Qul inna salati wa nusuki wa mahyaya wa mamati lillahi Rabbil ‘Aalamin. 162. La sharika lahu wa bidhalika omirtu wa ana awalul Muslimin.163″( Surah al An’am)
Say, “Indeed, my prayer, my services of sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the worlds. No partner has He; and this I have been commanded, and I am the first of those who submit.” (Holy Quran 6:162-163)”
… إِنَّ الدِّيْنَ عِنْدَ اللهِ الإِسْلاَمُ
3:19 “Innad deena ‘indAllahil Islam” (Surat Ali ‘Imran)
“The religion with God is Islam [Submission]…” (Holy Quran, 3:18-19)
Sacrifice Yourself to achieve high station
الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَهَاجَرُوا وَجَاهَدُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّـهِ بِأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ أَعْظَمُ دَرَجَةً عِندَ اللَّـهِ ۚ وَأُولَـٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَائِزُونَ ﴿٢٠
9:20 – “Al Ladheena Amano Wa Hajaro Wa Jahado fi SabiliLlahi bi amwalihim Wa Anfusuhim a’zhamu Darajatan `IndAllahi, Wa Olaika Humul Faayizon.” (Surat at Tawbah)
“Those who believe and suffer exile and strive with might and main in Allah’s cause, with their goods/wealth and them selves, have the highest rank in the sight of Allah: they are the people who will achieve (salvation).” (The Repentance 9:20)
Why Don’t you give Charity? Everything Belongs to Allah
57:10 – ” Wa ma lakum alla tunfiqo fee sabeelillahi wa lillahi meerathu assamawati wal ardi, la yastawee minkum man anfaqa min qablil fathi wa qatala, Olayika a’zhamu darajatan minal ladheena anfaqo min ba’du wa qatalo, wa kullan wa’adAllahul husna, wallahu bima ta’malona khabeer.” (Surah al Hadid)
“And why do you not spend in the cause of Allah while to Allah belongs the heritage/inheritance of the heavens and the earth? Not equal among you are those who spent (freely) before the victory, and fought [with those who did so after it]. Those are higher/greater in stations/ranks than they who spent afterwards and fought. But to all Allah has promised the best [reward]. And Allah is well aware/acquainted with all that you do.” (Holy Quran, The Iron)
Take From Them Charity to Purify them
9:103 – “Khudh min amwalihim sadaqatan tutahhiruhum wa tuzakkeehim biha wa salli ‘alayhim, inna salawataka sakanun lahum, wallahu samee’un ‘aleem. (Surat at Tawbah)
“Take, [O, Muhammad], from their wealth a charity by which you purify them and Sanctify them, and Pray on their behalf. Indeed, your Prayers are a source of Peace/security/reassurance for them. And Allah is Hearing and Knowing.” (Holy Quran, the Repentance)
Those who Give Wealth to Purify Self Are Safe from Hellfire
وَسَيُجَنَّبُهَا الْأَتْقَى ﴿١٧﴾ الَّذِي يُؤْتِي مَالَهُ يَتَزَكَّىٰ ﴿١٨
92:17-18 – “Wa sayujannabuha al atqa. Al ladhi yutee maalahu, yatazakka.” (Surah al Layl)
“But the righteous one [who is conscious of Allah] will avoid it [hell fire]. Those who spend their wealth to Purify himself/increase in self-purification.” (Holy Quran, The Night)
Ahd – Covenant – Promise
Trust offered to Creation – Ignorant Humans took it – Jahola
إِنَّا عَرَضْنَا الْأَمَانَةَ عَلَى السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَالْجِبَالِ فَأَبَيْنَ أَن يَحْمِلْنَهَا وَأَشْفَقْنَ مِنْهَا وَحَمَلَهَا الْإِنسَانُ ۖ إِنَّهُ كَانَ ظَلُومًا جَهُولًا ٧٢
33:72 – Inna a’radnal amanata ‘alas Samawati wal ardi wal jibali, fa abayna an yahmilnaha wa ashfaqna minha wa hamalaha al Insanu, innahu kana zhaloman jahoola. (Surat Al Ahzab)
“Indeed, we offered the Trust to the heavens and the earth and the mountains, and they declined to bear it and feared it; but man [undertook to] bear it. Indeed, he was Oppressor/unjust and ignorant.” (The Combined Forces)
The Original Promise/Testify of our Soul
وَإِذْ أَخَذَ رَبُّكَ مِن بَنِي آدَمَ مِن ظُهُورِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ وَأَشْهَدَهُمْ عَلَىٰ أَنفُسِهِمْ أَلَسْتُ بِرَبِّكُمْ ۖ قَالُوا بَلَىٰ ۛ شَهِدْنَا ۛ أَن تَقُولُوا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِنَّا كُنَّا عَنْ هَـٰذَا غَافِلِينَ ﴿١٧٢﴾
7:172 – “Wa idh akhadha rabbuka min banee adama min Zhuhorihim dhurriyyatahum wa ashhadahum ‘ala anfusihim alastu biRabbikum qalo bala shahidna an taqolo yawmal qiyamati inna kunna ‘an hadha ghafileen.” (Surat Al A’raf )
“And [mention] when your Lord took from the children of Adam – from their loins – their descendants and made them testify concerning themselves, [saying to them], “Am I not your Lord?” They said, “Yes, we do testify!” [This] – lest you should say on the day of Resurrection, “Indeed, we were of this unaware.” (Holy Quran, The Heights)

إِنَّ اللَّهَ اشْتَرَىٰ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُم بِأَنَّ لَهُمُ الْجَنَّةَ … وَعْدًا عَلَيْهِ حَقًّا فِي التَّوْرَاةِ وَالْإِنجِيلِ وَالْقُرْآنِ وَمَنْ أَوْفَىٰ بِعَهْدِهِ مِنَ اللَّهِ فَاسْتَبْشِرُوا بِبَيْعِكُمُ الَّذِي بَايَعْتُم بِهِ وَذَٰلِكَ هُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ
9:111 – ‘Inna Allaha Ashtara Minal Mu’umineena ‘Anfusahum Wa ‘Amwalahum Bi anna Lahum AlJannata, …Wa’dan ‘Alayhi Haqqan fit Tawrati wal Injeeli wal Qur’ani, Wa Man Awfa Bi ‘ahdihi Mina Allahi, Fastabshiro Bi bay’ikum Al Ladhi Baaya’tum Bihi, Wa Dhalika Huwal Fawzul ‘azeem. (Surat At Tawbah)
“Indeed, Allah has purchased from the believers their lives and their properties [in exchange] for that they will have Paradise…[It is] a true promise [binding] upon Him in the Torah and the Gospel and the Qur’an. And who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah ? Then rejoice in your Bayat which you have contracted. And it is that which is the great achievement.” (The Repentance 9:111)
Bayah – Covenant/Contract
48:10 – “Innal ladheena yubayi’oonaka innama yubayi’on Allaha yadullahi fawqa aydeehim, faman nakatha fa innama yankuthu ‘ala nafsihi, wa man awfa bima ‘ahada ‘alayhu Allaha fasayu teehi ajran ‘azheema.” (Surat Al Fath)
“Indeed, those who give Baya (pledge of allegiance) to you, [O Muhammad] – they are actually giving Baya (pledge of allegiance) to Allah. The hand of Allah is over their hands. So he who breaks his pledge/oath, only breaks it to the detriment/Harm of himself. And he whoever fulfills their Covenant (Bayat) that which he has promised Allah – He will grant him a great reward. “(Holy Quran, the Victory) 48:10)
CREATION
When Allah Wills, It will Be – Kun faya Kon – Amr and Irada
إِنَّمَا أَمْرُهُ إِذَا أَرَادَ شَيْئًا أَن يَقُولَ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ ﴿٨٢
36:82 – “Innama AmruHu idha Arada shay an, an yaqoola lahu kun faya koon.” (Surat YaSeen)
“His command is only when He intends a thing that, He says to it, “Be,” and it is.” (Yasin 36:82)

24:35 – “Allahu noorus samawati wal ardi. mathalu noorehi kamishkatin feeha misbahun, almisbahu fee zujajatin, azzujajatu kaannaha kawkabun durriyyun yoqadu min shajaratim mubarakatin zaytoonatil la sharqiyyatin wa la gharbiyyatin yakadu zaytuha yudeeo wa law lam tamsashu narun. noorun ‘ala noorin. yahdellahu linoorihi man yashao. Wa yadribullah ul amthala linnasi, wallahu bikulli shayin ‘Aleem.” (Surat An Noor)
- “Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The Parable of His Light is as if there were a Niche and within it a Lamp: the Lamp enclosed in Glass: the glass as it were a brilliant star: Lit from a blessed Tree an Olive, neither of the east nor of the west, whose oil is well-nigh luminous, though fire scarce touched it: Light upon Light! Allah Guides whom He will to His Light: Allah Presents Example for people: and Allah know all things.” (Holy Quran, The Light 24:35)

… خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا
39:6 – “Khalaqakum min nafsin wahidatin thumma ja’ala minha zawjaha…” (Surat Az Zumar)
“He created you (all) from one soul: then created, of like nature, his mate;…” (The Troops 39:6)
مَّا خَلْقُكُمْ وَلَا بَعْثُكُمْ إِلَّا كَنَفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ بَصِيرٌ
31:28 – “Ma khalqukum wala ba`thukum illa kanafsin wahidatin inn Allaha Samee’un Baseer.” (Suratul Luqman)
“Your creation and your resurrection will not be but as that of a single soul. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Seeing.” (Holy Quran, 31:28)
إِنَّا لِلَّـهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ ١٥٦…
12:156 – “Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’oon.” (Surat al Baqara)
“Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return.” (Quran 2:156)
Allah Sent His Rasul within You – “Feekum Rasulan”
كَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا فِيكُمْ رَسُولًا مِّنكُمْ يَتْلُو عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِنَا وَيُزَكِّيكُمْ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمُ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَيُعَلِّمُكُم مَّا لَمْ تَكُونُوا تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿١٥١
2:151 – “‘Kama arsalna feekum Rasulam minkum yatlo ‘Alaykum ayatina wa yuzakkeekum wa yu’Allimukumul kitaba walhikmata wa yu’Allimukum ma lam takono ta’Alamon.” (Surat al Baqara)
“Just as We have sent among (within) you a messenger from your own, reciting to you Our Signs, and purifying you, and teaching you the Scripture/Book and Wisdom and teaching you New Knowledge, that which you did not know.” (Quran, The Cow 2:151)
.لَقَدْ جَاءَكُمْ رَسُولٌ مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ عَزِيزٌ عَلَيْهِ مَا عَنِتُّمْ حَرِيصٌ عَلَيْكُم بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ
“laqad jaa akum rasulum min anfusikum ‘azizun ‘alayhi maa ‘anittum harisun ‘alaykum bilmuminina raufun rahim.” (Surat at Tawbah)
“There has certainly come to you a Messenger from amongst/Within yourselves; it grieves him that you should perish; [he is] concerned over you, and to the believers he is most kind and merciful.” (Holy Quran, The Repentance 9:128)
Allah Honored Human beings by Sending His Habib within You
17:70 – “Wa laqad karramna banee adama, wa hamalna hum filbarri wal bahri wa razaqnahum minat tayyibati wa faddalnahum ‘ala katheerin mimman khalaqna tafdeela. (Surat al Isra)
“And We have certainly honored the children of Adam and carried them on the land and sea and provided good and pure sustenance and bestow upon them favours, and preferred them over much of what We have created, with [definite] preference.” (Holy Quran, The Night Journey)
وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِي آدَمَ…
17:70 – “Wa laqad karramna bani adama…” (Surat al Isra)
“And We have certainly honored the children of Adam…” (Holy Quran, The Night Journey 17:70)
Creation of Heavens
His Arsh (Throne) is upon Water
11:7 – “Wa huwal ladhee khalaqas samawati wal arda fee sittati ayyamin, wa kana ‘arshuhu ‘alal ma ye liyabluwakum ayyukum ahsanu ‘amalan, …” (Surat Hud)
“And it is He who created the heavens and the earth in six days – and His Throne had been upon water – that He might test you as to which of you is best in deed…”(Holy Quran)
Creation of 7 Heaven
الَّذِي خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ طِبَاقًا ۖ مَّا تَرَىٰ فِي خَلْقِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ مِن تَفَاوُتٍ ۖ فَارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ هَلْ تَرَىٰ مِن فُطُورٍ ﴿٣
67:3 – “Alladhee khalaqa sab’a samawatin Tibaqan, ma tara fee khalqir Rahmani min tafawutin farji`e albasara hal tara min futoor.” (Surat al Mulk)
[And] who created seven heavens in layers. You do not see in the creation of the Most Merciful any inconsistency. So return [your] vision [to the sky]; do you see any breaks? (Holy Quran, The Sovereignty 67:3)
Creation of Day/Night, Bring Life from Dead
تُوْلِجُ اللَّيْلَ فِي النَّهَارِ وَتُوْلِجُ النَهَارَ فِي اللَّيْلِ، وَتُخْرِجُ الْحَيَّ مِنَ الْمَيِّتِ وَتُخْرِجُ الْمَيِّتَ مِنَ الْحَيِّ، وَتَرْزُقُ مَنْ تَشَآءُ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ .(سُوْرَةْ آَلِ عِمْرَان ٢٧:٣
3:27 – “Tulijul layla fin nahari, wa tuliju nahara fil layl, wa tukhrijul hayya minal mayyiti, wa tukhrijul mayyita minal hayy, wa tarzuqu man tasha’u bi ghayri hisab.” (Surat Ali ‘Imran)

“You make the night to enter into the day and You make the day to enter into the night, You bring the living out of the dead and You bring the dead out of the living, And You give provision to whom You will without measure [unlimited].” (Holy Quran, Family of Imran 3:27)
Creation of Adam (as) & Human Beings
Creation of Prophet Adam (as) as Khalifa
وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلاَئِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً قَالُواْ أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَن يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الدِّمَاء وَنَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَ قَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لاَ تَعْلَمُونَ
” Wa idh qala rabbuka lil Malayikati innee ja’ilun fil ardi khaleefatan, qaloo ataj’alu feeha man yufsidu feeha wa yasfikud dima a wa nahnu nusabbihu bihamdika wa nuqaddisu laka, Qala innee a’lamu ma la ta’lamon.” Surat al Baqarah 2:30)
2:30 – “And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, “Indeed, I will make upon the earth a Representative/successive authority/Representative.” They [angels] said, “Will You place upon it one who causes corruption/mischief therein and shed blood, while we praise and glorify You?” Allah said, “Indeed, I know that which you do not know.“ (Holy Quran)
Human being was created from Nutfa – Clot
خَلَقَ الْإِنسَانَ مِنْ عَلَقٍ ٢
96:2 -Khalaqal insana min ‘alaq. (Surat Al ‘Alaq)
Created Human from a clinging substance. (The Clot 96:2)
أَلَمْ نَخْلُقكُّم مِّن مَّاء مَّهِينٍ
77:20 – Alam Nakhluqukkum min maa in Maheen. (Surat al Mursalat)
“Have We not created you from a fluid (held) despicable (despised)?” [The Emissaries 77:20]
أَوَلَمْ يَرَ الْإِنسَانُ أَنَّا خَلَقْنَاهُ مِن نُّطْفَةٍ فَإِذَا هُوَ خَصِيمٌ مُّبِينٌ
36:77 -“Awalam yaral Insanu anna khalaqnahu min Nutfatin fa idha huwa khaseemun mubeen.” (Surat Yaseen)
“Does not man see that it is We Who created him from a sperm-drop? Yet behold! He (stands forth) as an open opponent/disputer/adversary!” [Yasin 36:77]
Steps of Creation of Human Being:
وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنسَانَ مِن سُلَالَةٍ مِّن طِينٍ ١٢
23:12 – “Wal laqad khalaqna al Insana min sulalatin min Teen.” (Surat al Mumineen)
“And certainly did We create man from an extract of clay.” (The Believers 23:12)
ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَاهُ نُطْفَةً فِي قَرَارٍ مَّكِينٍ ١٣
23:13 – “Thumma ja’alnahu Nutfatan fi qararin Makeen.” (Surat al Muminoon)
“Then We placed him as a sperm-drop in a firm lodging.” (The Believers 23:13)
ثُمَّ خَلَقْنَا النُّطْفَةَ عَلَقَةً فَخَلَقْنَا الْعَلَقَةَ مُضْغَةً فَخَلَقْنَا الْمُضْغَةَ عِظَامًا فَكَسَوْنَا الْعِظَامَ لَحْمًا ثُمَّ أَنشَأْنَاهُ خَلْقًا آخَرَ ۚ فَتَبَارَكَ اللَّـهُ أَحْسَنُ الْخَالِقِينَ ١٤
23:14 – “Thumma khalaqnan Nutfata ‘alaqatan fakhalaqnal ‘alaqata mudghatan fakhalaqnal mudghata ‘izaman fakasaw nal ‘izama lahman, thumma anshana hu khalqan akhara, fatabarak Allahu ahsanul Khaliqeen.” (Surat al Muminoon)
“Then We made the sperm-drop into a clinging clot, and We made the clot into a lump [of flesh], and We made [from] the lump, bones, and We covered the bones with flesh; then We developed him into another creation. So blessed is Allah, the best of creators.” (The Believers 23:14)
DOOR (Baab)
Enter house from Door
يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْأَهِلَّةِ ۖ قُلْ هِيَ مَوَاقِيتُ لِلنَّاسِ وَالْحَجِّ ۗ وَلَيْسَ الْبِرُّ بِأَن تَأْتُوا الْبُيُوتَ مِن ظُهُورِهَا وَلَـٰكِنَّ الْبِرَّ مَنِ اتَّقَىٰ ۗ وَأْتُوا الْبُيُوتَ مِنْ أَبْوَابِهَا ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّـهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ ﴿١٨٩﴾
2:189 – “… wa laysal birru bi-an tatol buyoota min zuhooriha wa lakinnal birra manit taqa, wa’ tol buyoota min abwabiha, wat taqollaha la’allakum tuflihoon.” (Surat al Baqara)
“… And it is not righteousness to enter houses from the back, but righteousness is [in] one who fears Allah. And enter houses from their doors. And be Conscious of Allah that you may succeed.” (Holy Quran 2:189)
Allah has Guided Ulul Albab (People of the Door)
الَّذِينَ يَسْتَمِعُونَ الْقَوْلَ فَيَتَّبِعُونَ أَحْسَنَهُ ۚ أُولَـٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ هَدَاهُمُ اللَّـهُ ۖ وَأُولَـٰئِكَ هُمْ أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ ١٨
39:18 – “Alladhina yastame’onal qawla fayattabe’ona aHsanahu, Olaayeka alladhina Hadahumullahu, wa Olaayeka hum Olul Albab.” (Surat Az Zumar)
“Who listen to speech and follow the best of it. Those are the ones Allah has guided, and those are people of understanding [People of the Door].” ( The Troops 39:18)
Enter and Exit by the Door of Siddiq – Sultanan Nasira
وَقُل رَّبِّ أَدْخِلْنِي مُدْخَلَ صِدْقٍ وَأَخْرِجْنِي مُخْرَجَ صِدْقٍ وَاجْعَل لِّي مِن لَّدُنكَ سُلْطَانًا نَّصِيرًا ٨٠
17:80 – “wa qul Rabbi adkhelni mudkhala Sidqin wa akhrejni mukhraja Sidqin waj’al li min ladunka Sultanan NaSeera.” (Surat al Isra)
Say: “O my Lord! Let my entry be by the Gate of Truth and Honour, and likewise my exit by the Gate of Truth and Honour; and grant me from Thy Presence an authority [a King] to aid (me).” (Holy Quran, The Night Journey 17:80)
GUIDANCE
Allah guides to His Light, whom He wills
نُّورٌ عَلَىٰ نُورٍ ۗ يَهْدِي اللَّـهُ لِنُورِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ ۚ وَيَضْرِبُ اللَّـهُ الْأَمْثَالَ لِلنَّاسِ ۗ وَاللَّـهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ ٣٥
24:35 – “… noorun ‘ala noorin. yahdellahu linoorihi man yashao. Wa yadribullah ul amthala linnasi, wallahu bikulli shayin ‘Aleem.” (Surat An Noor)
“…Light upon Light! Allah guides to His Light whom He wills: Allah presents examples for people: and Allah is Knower of all things.” (Holy Quran, The Light 24:35)
Those Whom Allah Guide – has Waliyun Murshida (Saintly Guide)
وَتَرَى الشَّمْسَ إِذَا طَلَعَت تَّزَاوَرُ عَن كَهْفِهِمْ ذَاتَ الْيَمِينِ وَإِذَا غَرَبَت تَّقْرِضُهُمْ ذَاتَ الشِّمَالِ وَهُمْ فِي فَجْوَةٍ مِّنْهُ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ مِنْ آيَاتِ اللَّـهِ ۗ مَن يَهْدِ اللَّـهُ فَهُوَ الْمُهْتَدِ ۖ وَمَن يُضْلِلْ فَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُ وَلِيًّا مُّرْشِدًا ﴿١٧
18:17 – ” Wa tarash shamsa idha tala’at tazawaru an kahfihim dhata al yameeni wa idha gharabat taqriduhum dhataash shimali wa hum fee faj watin minhu, Dhalika min ayati Allahi, man yahdillahu fahuwal Muhtadi, wa man yudlil falan tajida lahu waliyyan murshida. (Surah al Kahf)
“And You would have seen the sun, when it rose, declining to the right from their Cave, and when it set, turning away from them to the left, while they lay in the open space in the midst of the Cave. That was from the Signs of Allah: He whom Allah guides is rightly guided; but he whom Allah Leaves to stray,- for him you will never find Saintly Guide to the Right Way.” (Holy Quran, the Cave)
Allah Guides whom He Wills
عَلَيْهَا تِسْعَةَ عَشَرَ٣٠ وَمَا جَعَلْنَا أَصْحَابَ النَّارِ إِلَّا مَلَائِكَةً ۙ وَمَا جَعَلْنَا عِدَّتَهُمْ إِلَّا فِتْنَةً لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لِيَسْتَيْقِنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ وَيَزْدَادَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِيمَانًا ۙ وَلَا يَرْتَابَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ ۙ وَلِيَقُولَ الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ وَالْكَافِرُونَ مَاذَا أَرَادَ اللَّـهُ بِهَـٰذَا مَثَلًا ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يُضِلُّ اللَّـهُ مَن يَشَاءُ وَيَهْدِي مَن يَشَاءُ ۚ وَمَا يَعْلَمُ جُنُودَ رَبِّكَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۚ وَمَا هِيَ إِلَّا ذِكْرَىٰ لِلْبَشَرِ ﴿٣١
74:30-31: “‘Alayha tis’ata ‘ashar. (30) Wa ma ja’alna asHabaan nari illa Malayikatan wa ma ja’alna ‘iddatahum illa fitnatan lil ladheena kafaro liyastayqina al ladheena otol kitaba wa yazdada al ladheena Amano Imanan, wa la yartaba al ladheena otol kitaba wal muminona, wa liyaqola al ladheena fee quloobihim maradun wal kafirona maa dhaa arada Allahu bihadha mathalan,
kadhalika yudillu Allahu man yasha o wa yahdee man yasha o, wa ma ya’lamu junoda rabbika illa Huwa, wa ma hiya illa dhikra lilbashar.” (31) (Surat al Muddaththir)
- “Over it is 19. (30) And We have not made the keepers/Guardians of the Fire except angels. And We have not fixed their number except as a trial for those who disbelieve – in order that the People of the Book may arrive at certainty [Yaqeen ]/and be convinced, and the believers increase in faith [will increase the faith of the believers]. and that no doubts may be left for the People of the Book and the Believers, and that those in whose hearts is a disease and the disbelievers may say, “What does Allah intend by this as an example?”
Thus does Allah leave astray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And none knows the soldiers of your Lord except Him. And this (mention of the Fire) is not but a reminder/warning to humanity.
Blind in Dunya will be Blind in Akhirah
وَمَن كَانَ فِي هَـٰذِهِ أَعْمَىٰ فَهُوَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ أَعْمَىٰ وَأَضَلُّ سَبِيلًا ٧٢
17:72 “Wa man kana fee hadhihi a’ma fahuwa fee al akhirati a’ma wa adallu sabeela.” (Surat Al Isra)
“But those who were blind in this world, will be blind in the hereafter, and most astray from the Path.” (The Night Journey 17:72)
HAMD (PRAISE) / SOUND
Everything Praises Him in Heaven and Earth -“Yusabihu bi Hamdi”
تُسَبِّحُ لَهُ السَّمَاوَاتُ السَّبْعُ وَالْأَرْضُ وَمَن فِيهِنَّ ۚ وَإِن مِّن شَيْءٍ إِلَّا يُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِهِ وَلَـٰكِن لَّا تَفْقَهُونَ تَسْبِيحَهُمْ ۗ إِنَّهُ كَانَ حَلِيمًا غَفُورًا ٤٤
17:44 – “Tusabbihu lahus samawatus sab’u wal ardu wa man fee hinna wa in min shayin illa yusabbihu bihamdihi wa lakin la tafqahoona tasbeehahum innahu kana haleeman ghafoora.” (Surat Al Isra)
“The seven heavens and the earth and whatever is in them exalt [praises] Him. And there is not a thing except that it exalts [Allah] by His praise, but you do not understand their [way of] exalting. Indeed, He is ever Forbearing and Forgiving.” (Holy Quran, The Night Journey 17:44)
57:1 & 59:1 “Sabbaha lillahi ma fis Samawati wa ma fil ardi, wa Huwal Azizul Hakeem.” (Surat al Hadid & Surat ul Hashr)
“Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth exalts/Praises Allah, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.” (Holy Quran 57:1 &59:1)
To Him belongs the Kingdom and the Praise
يُسَبِّحُ لِلَّـهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۖ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ ۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ١
64:1 “Yusabbihu lillahi ma fis Samawati wa ma fil ardi, lahul Mulku wa lahul Hamdu, wa huwa ‘ala kulli shay in Qadeer.” (Surat al Taghabun)
“Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth is exalting Allah . To Him belongs dominion, and to Him belongs [all] praise, and He is over all things competent. (Holy Quran 64:1)
Reality of Sound
It is but One Shout “sayhatan wahidatan” 3 X in Yasin Sharif
36:29 – “In kanat illa sayhatan wahidatan fa idha hum khamidoon.”
“It was not but one shout, and immediately they were extinguished/destroyed .” (Surat Yasin 36:29)
36:49 – “Ma yanZhuroona illa sayhatan wahidatan ta akhudhuhum wa hum yakhissimoon.” (Surah Yaseen)
“They do not await except a single Blast/Shout: it will seize them while they are disputing among themselves!” (Quran 36:49)
36:53 – “In kanat illa sayhatan wahidatan fa idha hum jamee’un ladayna muhdaroon.” (Surat Yasin)
“It will be no more than a single Blast/Shout, when at once, they will all be brought up before Us!” (Holy Quran)
‘ILM (KNOWLEDGE)
الرَّحْمَـٰنُ ﴿١﴾ عَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ ﴿٢﴾ خَلَقَ الْإِنسَانَ ﴿٣
55:1-3 – “Ar Rahmaan. ‘Allamal Qur’an. Khalaqal Insaan.” (Surat Ar Rahman)
“The Most Merciful. (1) It is He Who has taught the Qur’an. (2) He has created Man. (3)” (Holy Quran, The Beneficent 55: 1-3)
Prophet Muhammad (saws) was Taught by Intense Power
53: 1-5 “Wan Najmi idha hawa. (1) Ma dalla sahibukum wa ma ghawa. (2) Wa ma yantiqu ‘anil hawa. (3) In huwa illa wahyun yooha. (4) ‘Allamahu shadeedul Quwa.(5)” (Surat an Najm)
“By the star when it descends. (1) Your companion [Muhammad] has not strayed, nor has he erred. (2) Nor does he speak from [his own] desire. (3) It is not but a revelation revealed.(4) Taught to him by one intense strength/Power. (5)” (Quran, The Star 53:1-5)
اقْرَأْ وَرَبُّكَ الْأَكْرَمُ ﴿٣﴾ الَّذِي عَلَّمَ بِالْقَلَمِ ﴿٤﴾ عَلَّمَ الْإِنسَانَ مَا لَمْ يَعْلَمْ ﴿٥
96: 3 – Iqra, wa rabbukal akram.
96:4 – Alladhee ‘allama bil Qalam
96: 5 – ‘Allamal insana ma lam ya’lam.
“Recite, and your Lord is the most Generous (3) Who taught by the pen. (4) Taught man that which he knew not.”(5)
ن ۚ وَالْقَلَمِ وَمَا يَسْطُرُونَ ١
68:1 -“Noon. wal Qalami wa ma yasTuroon.” (Surat al Qalam)
“Noon. By the pen and what they inscribe.” ( The Pen 68:1)
Be concious of Allah, He will teach You
.واتقوا الله وَيُعَلّمُكُمُ الله والله بِكُلّ شَيْء عَلِيمٌ…
2:282 – “…Wat taqollaha, wa yu’allimukumullahu, wallahu bi kulli shay-in ‘Aleem.” (Surat al Baqarah)
“…And Fear [Be concious of] Allah, And Allah teaches you. And Allah is the All Knowing.” (Holy Quran)
Taught Adam all The Names
وَعَلَّمَ آدَمَ الْأَسْمَاءَ كُلَّهَا ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَلَائِكَةِ فَقَالَ أَنبِئُونِي بِأَسْمَاءِ هَـٰؤُلَاءِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ ٣١
2:31 – “Wa ‘allama Adamal Asma a kullaha, thumma ‘aradahum ‘alal Malaikati faqala anbioonee bi asma i haola e in kuntum sadiqeen. “
“And He taught Adam the names – all of them. Then He showed them to the angels and said, “Inform Me of the names of these, if you are truthful.” (The Cow, 2:31)
Short version of 2:31 – Taught Adam
وَعَلَّمَ آدَمَ الْأَسْمَاءَ كُلَّهَا…٣١
2:31 – Wa ‘allama Adamal Asma a kullaha,… ” (Surat al Baqara)
“And He taught Adam the names of all things …” (The Cow, 2:31)
Angels Didn’t know what Adam (as) was taught
2:31-32 – “Wa ‘allama Adamal Asma a kullaha, thumma ‘aradahum ‘alal Malaikati faqala anbioonee bi asma i haola e in kuntum sadiqeen.(31) Qalo subhanaka la ‘ilma lana illa ma ‘allamtana, innaka antal ‘Aleemul Hakeem.(32)” (Surah al Baqarah)
- “And He taught Adam the names – all of them. Then He showed them to the angels and said, “Inform Me of the names of these, if you are truthful. (31) They said, “Exalted are You; we have no knowledge except what You have taught us. Indeed, it is You who is the Knowing, the Wise.” (Holy Quran, 2:31-32)
O Adam (as) – Teach the Angels
2:33 – “Qala ya Adamu anbi hum bi asmayihim, falamma anbahum bi asmayihim qala ‘alam aqul lakum inni a’lamu ghaybas samawati wal ardi wa a’lamu ma tubdoona wa ma kuntum taktumoon.” (Surah al Baqarah)
He said: “O Adam! Tell them their names.” When he had told them, Allah said: “Did I not tell you that I know the secrets of heaven and earth, and I know what you reveal and what you conceal?” (Holy Quran)
O Angels Bow Down to Adam
2:34 – ” Wa idh qulna lilmalayikati osjudo li Adama fasajado illa ibleesa aba wastakbara wa kana minal kafireen.” (Surah al Baqarah)
“And [mention] when We said to the angels, “Bow Down to Adam”; so they prostrated, except for Iblis. He refused and was arrogant and became of the disbelievers/who reject faith.” (Holy Quran)
Short form of ayaat 2:31 -2:34
2:31 – “Wa ‘allama Adamal Asma a kullaha,.. ”
2:33 – “Qala ya Adamu anbi hum bi asmayihim…” (Surah al Baqarah)
2:34 – ” Wa idh qulna lil malayikati osjudo li Adama fasajado illa ibleesa…” (Surah al Baqarah)
2:31 – “And He taught Adam the names – all of them…” (The Cow, 2:31)
2:33 – He said: “O Adam! Tell them their names …” (Holy Quran)
2:34 “And [mention] when We said to the angels, “Bow Down to Adam”; so they prostrated, except for Iblis… (Holy Quran)
Khidr (as) Attained Rahma, then taught him
18:65 – “Fawajada ‘abdan min ‘ibadinaa ataynahu rahmatan min ‘indina wa ‘allamnahu mil ladunna ‘ilma” (Surat al Kahf)
“And they found a servant from among Our servants to whom we had given mercy from us and had taught him from Us a [certain] knowledge.” (Quran, The Cave 18:65)
Yaqeen – Certainty of Knowledge, Vision and Truth of Certainty
كَلَّا لَوْ تَعْلَمُونَ عِلْمَ الْيَقِينِ
102:7 – “Kal la law t’alamoona ‘ilm al yaqeen.” (Surat At Takathur)
“No! If you only knew with knowledge of certainty.” (Holy Quran)
ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّهَا عَيْنَ الْيَقِينِ
102:7 – “Thum ma la tara wun naha ‘ayn al yaqeen.” (Surat At Takathur )
“Then you will surely see it with the eye/vision of certainty.” (Holy Quran, 102:7)
إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَهُوَ حَقُّ الْيَقِينِ
56:95 – “Inna hadha la huwa haq qul yaqeen.” (Surat Al Waqi’ah )
“Indeed, this is the true certainty.” (Holy Quran, The Inevitable)
“If they hear and see with certainty, they are now in Haq al yaqeen.” Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi
Created Heaven and earth in Haq – Truth:
39:5 – “Khalaqas samawati wal arda bil Haqqi, yukawwirul layla ‘alan nahari wa yukawwiru annahara ‘alal layli wa sakhkharash shamsa wal qamara, kullun yajree li ajalin musamman, ala huwal ‘Aazizul Ghaffar.” (Surah az Zumur)
- “He created the heavens and earth in truth. He makes the Night overlap the day and wraps the Day over the Night, and has subjected the sun and the moon (to His law): each running [its course] for a specified term/time appointed. Unquestionably, He is the Exalted in Might and Power, the Perpetual Forgiver ( who constantly forgives).” (Holy Quran)
HEART/ Love
No one is created with 2 hearts
33:4 – “Ma ja’ala Allahu lirajulin min Qalbayni fee jawfihi,…” (Surat al Ahzab)
“Allah has not made for a man two hearts in his interior…” (Holy Quran)
3:118 – “…wad doo ma ‘anittum qad badatial baghdao min afwahihim wa ma tukhfee Sudooruhum Akbaru,… ” (Surat al ‘Imran)
” …Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, and what their breasts conceal is greater… ” (Quran 3:118)
Who Belief and do Good deeds – Allah reward them with Love
19:96 – “Innal ladheena Amano wa ‘amilos salihati sayaj’alu lahumur Rahmanu Wudda.” (Surat Maryam)
“Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds – the Most Merciful will appoint/bestow for them Love.” (Holy Quran, Mary 19:96)
Hearts Locked
2:88 – “Wa qaloo qulobuna ghulfun. Bal la’anahumu Allahu bikufrihim faqaleelan ma yuminoon.” (Surat al Baqarah)
“And they said, “Our hearts are wrapped/Locked.” But, [in fact], Allah has cursed them for their disbelief, so little is it that they believe” (Holy Quran)
Levels of the Heart
وَإِن تَجْهَرْ بِالْقَوْلِ فَإِنَّهُ يَعْلَمُ السِّرَّ وَأَخْفَى ﴿٧
20:7 – “Wa in tajhar bil qawli fa innahu ya’lamus Sirra wa Akhfa” (Surat Taha)
“And if you speak aloud – then indeed, He knows the Secret and what is [even] most hidden.”
NUMBERS
Everything is Numbered
لِّيَعْلَمَ أَن قَدْ أَبْلَغُوا رِسَالَاتِ رَبِّهِمْ وَأَحَاطَ بِمَا لَدَيْهِمْ وَأَحْصَىٰ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ عَدَدًا ٢٨
72:28 – Liya’lama an qad ablaghoo risalati rabbihim wa ahata bima ladayhim wa ahsa kulla shay in ‘adada. ” (Surat al Jinn)
“That He may know that they have conveyed the messages of their Lord; and He has encompassed whatever is with them and has enumerated all things in number. ” (The Jinn 72:28)
Number 18 – Eight carries the 1’s Throne
وَالْمَلَكُ عَلَىٰ أَرْجَائِهَا ۚ وَيَحْمِلُ عَرْشَ رَبِّكَ فَوْقَهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ ثَمَانِيَةٌ ١٧
69:17 – “Wal Malaku ‘ala arjayeha, wa yahmilu ‘Arsha Rabbika fawqahum yawmaidhin thamaniyatun” (Surat Haqqah)
“And the angels/ will be on its sides, and eight will, that Day, bear the Throne of thy Lord above them.” (Holy Quran, The Reality 69:17)
Number 19 – 19 Angels are Keepers of the Fire
عَلَيْهَا تِسْعَةَ عَشَرَ٣٠
74:30 – ‘Alayha tis’ata ‘ashar.” (Surat al Muddaththir)
“Over it are nineteen [angels].” (Holy Quran, The Cloaked One)
وَمَا جَعَلْنَا أَصْحَابَ النَّارِ إِلَّا مَلَائِكَةً ۙ وَمَا جَعَلْنَا عِدَّتَهُمْ إِلَّا فِتْنَةً لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لِيَسْتَيْقِنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ وَيَزْدَادَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِيمَانًا ۙ وَلَا يَرْتَابَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ ۙ وَلِيَقُولَ الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ وَالْكَافِرُونَ مَاذَا أَرَادَ اللَّـهُ بِهَـٰذَا مَثَلًا ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يُضِلُّ اللَّـهُ مَن يَشَاءُ وَيَهْدِي مَن يَشَاءُ ۚ وَمَا يَعْلَمُ جُنُودَ رَبِّكَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۚ وَمَا هِيَ إِلَّا ذِكْرَىٰ لِلْبَشَرِ ﴿٣١
74:31: “‘Wa ma ja’alna asHabaan nari illa Malayikatan wa ma ja’alna ‘iddatahum illa fitnatan lil ladheena kafaro liyastayqina al ladheena otol kitaba wa yazdada al ladheena Amano Imanan, wa la yartaba al ladheena otol kitaba wal muminona, wa liyaqola al ladheena fee quloobihim maradun wal kafirona maa dhaa arada Allahu bihadha mathalan,
kadhalika yudillu Allahu man yasha o wa yahdee man yasha o, wa ma ya’lamu junoda rabbika illa Huwa, wa ma hiya illa dhikra lilbashar.” (31) (Surat al Muddaththir)
- “Over it is 19. (30) And We have not made the keepers/Guardians of the Fire except angels. And We have not fixed their number except as a trial for those who disbelieve – in order that the People of the Book may arrive at certainty [Yaqeen ]/be convinced, and [will increase the faith of the believers]. and that no doubts may be left for the People of the Book and the Believers, and that those in whose hearts is a disease and the disbelievers may say, “What does Allah intend by this as an example?” Thus does Allah leave astray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And none knows the soldiers of your Lord except Him. And this (mention of the Fire) is not but a reminder/warning to humanity.” (Holy Quran, The Cloaked One)

Don’t Differentiate between Prophets – Amanar Rasul
آمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِن رَّبِّهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ ۚ كُلٌّ آمَنَ بِاللَّـهِ وَمَلَائِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِّن رُّسُلِهِ ۚ وَقَالُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا ۖ غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ ﴿٢٨٥﴾
2:285 – “Amanar Rasoolu bima onzila ilayhi min rabbihi wal muminoona kullun amana billahi wa malaikatihi wa kutubihi wa rusulihi, la nufarriqu bayna ahadin min rusulihi, wa qalu samina wa a’tana ghufranaka Rabbana wailayka almaseer.” (Surat al Baqarah)
“The Messenger has believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord, and [so have] the believers. All of them have believed in Allah and His angels and His books and His messengers, [saying], ‘We make no distinction between any of His messengers…’ And they say, “We hear and we obey. [We seek] Your forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the [final] destination.” (Holy Quran, 2:285)
2:286 – “La yukallifullahu nafsan illa wus’aha…” (Surat al Baqarah)
“Allah does not place a burden on a soul, more than it can bear/beyond its capacity…” (Holy Quran)
Ismail (Ishmael) (as)
Be patient – Maqam Ihsan
37:102 – “Falamma balagha ma’ahus sa’ya qala ya bunayya inni ara fee almanami annee adhbahuka fanzhur ma dha tara, Qala ya abati if’al ma tu maru, satajidunee inshaAllahu minas Sabireen.” (Surat as Saffat)
“And when he reached with him [the age of] exertion, he said, “O my son, indeed I have seen in a dream that I [must] sacrifice you, so see what you think.” He said, “O my father, do as you are commanded. You will find me, if Allah wills, one of the Patient/steadfast.” (Holy Quran, Those who set the Ranks)
Nuh, Noah (as) – Build Ship of Iman (Faith)
11:37-38 – “Wa sna’i alfulka bi a’yunina wa wahyina wa la tukhaTibnee fil ladheena Zhalamo, innahum mughraqon. (37) Wa yasna’u alfulka wa kullama marra ‘alayhi malaon min qawmihi sakhiro minhu, qala in taskharo minna fa inna naskharu minkum kama taskharon. (38)” (Surat Hud)”
“And construct the Ark/ship under Our observation and Our inspiration, and do not address Me concerning those who have wronged; indeed, they are [to be] drowned. (37) And he constructed the Ark, and whenever an assembly of the Chiefs/eminent of his people passed by him, they ridiculed him. He said, “If you ridicule us, then we will ridicule you just as you ridicule.” (Holy Quran, 11:37-38)”
Sulaiman (Solomon) (as)
Subjected to him – Wind, Jinn, Animals…
وَلِسُلَيْمَانَ الرِّيحَ … ۖ وَأَسَلْنَا لَهُ عَيْنَ الْقِطْرِ ۖ وَمِنَ الْجِنِّ مَن يَعْمَلُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِ ۖ … ﴿١٢
34:12 – Wa li Sulaimana arreeha… wa asalna lahu ‘ayna alqitri, wa mina aljinni man ya’malu bayna yadayhi bi-idhni rabbihi …(Surat Saba)
“And to Solomon [We subjected] the wind … and We made flow for him a spring of [liquid] copper. And among the jinn were those who worked for him by the permission of his Lord…” (Holy Quran Sheba)
38:36-37 – “Fasakhkharna lahu arreeha tajree bi amrihi rukha an haythu aSab.(36) Wash shayateena kulla banna in wa ghawwas. (37)” (Surat Saad)
“Then We subjected the wind to his power, to flow gently to his order, Whithersoever he willed. (36) As also the evil ones, (including) every kind of builder and diver. (37)” (Holy Quran 38:36-37)
Yusuf (Joseph) (as)
The Sun, the Moon and Stars, made sajdah to Yusuf (as)
12:4 -“Idh qala Yosufu li abeehi ya abati innee raaytu ahada Ashara kawkaban wash Shamsa wal Qamara raaytuhum le sajideen.” (Surat Yusuf)
“[Of these stories mention] when Joseph said to his father, “O my father, indeed I have seen [in a dream] eleven stars and the sun and the moon; I saw them prostrating to me.” (Holy Quran, Joseph)
Yaqob made sajdah of Respect to Yusuf (as)
12:100 – “Wa rafa`a abawayhi `alal `arshi wa kharro lahu sujjadan, wa qala ya abati hadha taweelu ruyaya min qablu qad ja`alaha rabbi haqqan wa qad ahsana bee idh akhrajani mina assijni …innahu huwal ‘Aleemul Hakeem.” (Surat Yusuf)
“And he raised his parents high on the throne (of dignity), and they fell down in prostration, (all) before him. He said “O my father, this is the fulfillment/explanation of my vision of before. My Lord has made it reality/come true. And He was certainly good to me when He took me out of prison…Indeed, it is He who is the Knowing, the Wise.” (Holy Quran, Joseph )
Pharoah said – I am Your Lord
فَقَالَ أَنَا رَبُّكُمُ الْأَعْلَى
79:24 – “Faqala ana rabbukumu al ‘Aala.” (Surat An Nazi’at)
and Fir’aun (Pharoah) said, “I am your Lord All-Highest!” (Holy Quran)
QURAN’s Power
ق ۚ وَالْقُرْآنِ الْمَجِيدِ ١
50:1– “Qaf, wal Quranil Majeed. ” (Surat Qaf)
“Qaf. By the honored Qur’an. ” (Holy Quran 50:1)
If revealed Quran on a Mountain, It would be dust
لَوْ أَنزَلْنَا هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنَ عَلَىٰ جَبَلٍ لَّرَأَيْتَهُ خَاشِعًا مُّتَصَدِّعًا مِّنْ خَشْيَةِ اللَّهِ وَتِلْكَ الْأَمْثَالُ نَضْرِبُهَا لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
59:21 – “Law anzalna hadha alQurana ‘ala jabalin laraaytahu, khashi’an mutasaddi’an min khashyatillahi….” (Surat Al Hashr)
“Had We sent down this Qur’an on a mountain, verily, you would have seen it obliterated to dust (from its power) And these examples We present to the people that perhaps they will Contemplate… ” (Quran, The Exile 59:21)
إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ ١
97:1 – “inna anzalnaahu fee laylatil-qadr.” (Surat al Qadr)
“We have brought it down on the night of power.” (Quran, The Power 97:1)
Distiny/Everything is written
6:59 – “Wala ratbin wala yabisin illa fee kitabin mubeenin.
“Nor is there anything fresh or dry but is inscribed in a clear Record.”
SIGNS
Show them Our Signs on the Horizons and Within You
سَنُرِيهِمْ آيَاتِنَا فِي الْآفَاقِ وَفِي أَنفُسِهِمْ حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ أَنَّهُ الْحَقُّ ۗ … ٥٣
41:53 – “Sanureehim ayatina fil afaqi wa fee anfusihim hatta yatabayyana lahum annahu alhaqqu, …” (Surat Al Isra)
“We will show them Our signs in the horizons and within themselves until it becomes clear to them that it is the truth…” (The Night Journey 41:53)
51:20 – “Wa fil Ardi ayatun lilMoqineen.”(Surat Adh Dhariyat)
“And on the earth are signs for the certain [in faith] (20) (Holy Quran 51:20)
وَمَا تَأْتِيهِم مِّنْ آيَةٍ مِّنْ آيَاتِ رَبِّهِمْ إِلَّا كَانُوا عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِينَ ٤٦
36:46 – “wa ma tatehim min aayatin min Ayaati rabbihim, illa kaano ‘anha mu’redeen.”
“Not a Sign comes to them from among the Signs of their Lord, but they turn away therefrom.” (Holy Quran, Surat Yasin 36:46)
Stars/ Najm
53: 1-4 “Wan Najmi idha hawa. (1) Ma dalla sahibukum wa ma ghawa. (2) Wa ma yantiqu ‘anil hawa. (3) In huwa illa wahyun yooha. (4) ‘Allamahu shadeedul Quwa.(5)” (Surat an Najm)
“By the star when it descends. (1) Your companion [Muhammad] has not strayed, nor has he erred. (2) Nor does he speak from [his own] desire. (3) It is not but a revelation revealed.(4)” (Quran, The Star 53:1-4)
Piercing Star – Pistol Star -At Tariq
وَالسَّمَاءِ وَالطَّارِقِ. وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الطَّارِقُ. النَّجْمُ الثَّاقِبُ. إِن كُلُّ نَفْسٍ لَّمَّا عَلَيْهَا حَافِظٌ
86:1-4 “Was Sama e wat Tariq. (1) Wa ma adraka mat tariq? (2) AnNajmu ath thaqib. (3) In kullu nafsin lamma ‘alayha hafiz. (4)” (Surat at Tariq)
“By the Sky and the Night-Visitant (therein)(1) And what will explain to thee what the Night-Visitant is? (2) (It is) the Star of piercing brightness [Pistol star]. (3) There is no soul but has a protector over it.” (The Nightcommer)

The Moon Follows the Sun
وَالشَّمْسِ وَضُحَاهَا ﴿١﴾ وَالْقَمَرِ إِذَا تَلَاهَا ﴿٢﴾ وَالنَّهَارِ إِذَا جَلَّاهَا ﴿٣﴾ وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا يَغْشَاهَا ﴿٤
91:1-4 – ” Wash Shamsi wa duhaha. (1) Wal Qamari idha talaha. (2) Wan nahari idha jallaha. (3) Wal layli idha yaghshaha. (4)” (Surat ash Shams)
By the Sun and his (glorious) Brightness; (1) By the Moon as she follows him; (2) By the Day as it shows up (the Sun’s) glory; (3) By the Night as it conceals it. (4) (Holy Quran, The Sun 91:1-4)

10:5 – “Huwal ladhee ja’alash shamsa Diya an wal qamara Nooran wa qaddarahu manazila lita’lamo ‘adadas sineena wal hisaba, ma khalaqa Allahu dhalika illa bilhaqqi, yufassilul ayati liqawmin ya’lamoon.” (Surat Yunus)
“It is He who made the Sun a shining light and the Moon a derived light and determined for it phases – that you may know the number of years and account [of time]. Allah has not created this except in truth. He details the signs for a people who know. ” (Holy Quran, Johnah 10:5)

هُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ الشَّمْسَ ضِيَاءً وَالْقَمَرَ نُورًا وَقَدَّرَهُ مَنَازِلَ…

“It is He who made the sun a shining glory and the moon to be a light (of beauty) and measured out stages for her…” (Holy Quran, Jonah 10:5)
O Fire be Cool and Peaceful – Ya Naaru kuni Bardan wa Salaman
21:69 – “Qulna ya Naaru, kuni Bardan wa Salaman ‘ala Ibrahim.” (Surat al Anbiya)
“We said, “O fire, be cool and Peaceful upon Abraham.” (Holy Quran, The Prophets 21:69)
Ibrahim – Star, Moon, Sun
6:76 – “Falamma janna ‘alayhil laylu raa kawkaban, qala hadha Rabbi, falamma afala qala la uhibbul afileen.” (Surat al An’am)
“So when the night covered him [with darkness], he saw a star. He said, “This is my lord.” But when it set, he said, “I like not those that disappear.”” (Holy Quran 6:76)
6:77 – “Falamma raa alQamara bazighan qala hadha Rabbi, falamma afala qala la in lam yahdinee rabbi laakonanna minal qawmid dalleen” (surat al An’am)
“And when he saw the moon rising, he said, “This is my lord.” But when it set, he said, “Unless my Lord guides me, I will surely be among the people gone astray.” (Holy Quran 6:77)
6:78 – “Falamma raa ash Shamsa bazighatan qala hadha Rabbi hadha Akbaru, falamma afalat qala ya qawmi inni baree oon mimma tushrikoon.” (Surat al A`raf)
“And when he saw the sun rising, he said,”This is my Lord; this is the greatest (of all).” But when the sun set, he said: “O my people! I am indeed free from what you partner with Allah.” (Holy Quran 6:78)
Created Night and Day
وَهُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ وَالشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ ۖ كُلٌّ فِي فَلَكٍ يَسْبَحُونَ ﴿٣
21:33 – “Wa hu wal ladhee khalaqal layla wan Nahara,wash Shamsa wal Qamara, kullun fee falakin yasbahoon. ” (Surat al Anbiya)
“And He (is) The One Who created the night and the day, and the sun and the moon, each swimming in an orbit.” (The Prophets 21:33)
قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ ١
113:1 – Qul a’odhu bi Rabbil falaq. (Surat Al Falaq)
Say, “I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak. (The Daybreak 113:1)
Bring you from Darkness to Light
2:257 – “Allahu waliyyul ladheena Amano yukhrijuhum minazh Zhulumati ilan Noori…” (Surah al Baqarah)
“Allah is the Protector of those who have Believe: bringing them out from the depth of darknesses into the light.” (Holy Quran)
Shadow – Sun is the Guide
25:45 – ” Alam tara ila rabbika kayfa maddad Dhilla wa law sha a laja’alahu, sakinan thumma ja’alnash Shamsa ‘alayhi daleela.” (Surah al Furqan)
“Have you not considered/turned your vision to your Lord – how He extends the shadow, and if He willed, He could have made it stationary? Then We made the sun for it a guide.” (The Criterion)
16:48 – “Awa lam yaraw ila ma khalaqAllahu min shay in yatafayyao zhilaluhu. ‘anil yameeni wash shamayili sujjadan lillahi wa hum dakhiron.” (Surah An Nahl)
“Do they not look at Allah’s creation, (even) among (inanimate) things,- How their (very) shadows turn round, from the right and the left, prostrating themselves to Allah, and that in the humblest manner?” (Holy Quran, The Bee)
13:15 – “Wa lillahi yasjudu man fis samawati wal ardi Taw’an wa karhan wa Zhilaluhum bil ghuduwwi wal asal.” (Surah ar Ra’d)
“And to Allah prostrates (Acknowledging subjection), whoever is within the heavens and the earth, willingly or unwillingly/ by compulsion, and so do their shadows in the mornings and the afternoons/evenings.” (The Thunder)
TAFAKKUR – Contemplation/Meditation
3:190-191 – “Inna fee khalqis Samawati wal ardi wakhtilafil layli wan nahari, la ayatin li Olel albab. (190) Alladheena yadhkurona Allaha qiyaman wa qu’odan wa ‘ala junobihim, wa yatafakkarona fee khalqis Samawati wal ardi, Rabbana ma khalaqta hadha batilan subhanaka faqina ‘adhaban nar.(191)” (Surat Ali ‘Imran)
“Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and the earth and the alternation of the night and the day are signs for those People of understanding (People of the Door of Knowledge). (190) Who remember Allah while standing or sitting or [lying] on their sides and Contemplate the creation in the heavens and the earth, [saying], “Our Lord, You did not create this aimlessly; exalted are You [above such a thing]; then protect us from the punishment of the Fire (Holy Quran 3:190-191)
الَّذِينَ يَذْكُرُونَ اللَّهَ قِيَامًا وَقُعُودًا وَعَلَى جُنُوبِهِمْ وَيَتَفَكَّرُونَ فِي خَلْقِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقْتَ هَذَا بَاطِلًا سُبْحَانَكَ فَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
3:191 – “Alladheena yadhkurona Allaha qiyaman wa qu’odan wa ‘ala junobihim, wa yatafakkarona fee khalqis Samawati wal ardi, Rabbana ma khalaqta hadha batilan subhanaka faqina ‘adhaban nar.” (Surat Ali ‘Imran)
“Who remember Allah while standing or sitting or [lying] on their sides and Contemplate the creation in the heavens and the earth, [saying], “Our Lord, You did not create this aimlessly; exalted are You [above such a thing]; then protect us from the punishment of the Fire.” (Holy Quran)
Allah won’t change Condition
13:11 ” …inna Allaha la yughayyiru ma bi qawmin hatta yughayyiro ma bi anfusihim …” (Surah Ar Ra’d)
“Indeed Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.” ( Quran, The Thunder 13:11)
TEST – Trials/Struggle
Do People think their Faith Won’t be tested?
أَحَسِبَ النَّاسُ أَن يُتْرَكُوا أَن يَقُولُوا آمَنَّا وَهُمْ لَا يُفْتَنُونَ ٢
وَلَقَدْ فَتَنَّا الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ ۖ فَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ اللَّـهُ الَّذِينَ صَدَقُوا وَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ الْكَاذِبِينَ ٣
29:2 – “Ahasiba annasu an yutrako an yaqoolo amanna wa hum la yuftanon.”
29:3 – “Wa laqad fatanna alladheena min qablihim falaya’lamanna Allahu alladheena sadaqo wa laya’lamanna alkadhibeen.” (Surat al Ankabot)
“Do the people think that they will be left to say, “We believe” and they will not be tried?” 29:2
“But We have certainly tried those before them, and Allah will surely make evident those who are truthful, and He will surely make evident the liars.” (The Spider 29:2-3)
Paradise Not Cheap:
أَمْ حَسِبْتُمْ أَن تَدْخُلُوا الْجَنَّةَ وَلَمَّا يَعْلَمِ اللَّـهُ الَّذِينَ جَاهَدُوا مِنكُمْ وَيَعْلَمَ الصَّابِرِينَ ﴿١٤٢
3:142 – “Am hasibtum an tadkhulo alJannata wa lamma ya’lami Allahu alladheena jahado minkum wa ya’lama asSabireen.” (Surat Ali ‘Imran)
“Or do you think that you will enter Paradise while Allah has not yet made evident those of you who fight in His cause and made evident those who are steadfast/Patient?” (Family of ‘Imran 3:142)
Test you with Life and Death
67:2 “Alladhee khalaqal Mawta wal Hayata liyabluwakum ayyukum ahsanu ‘amalan, wa huwal ‘Azizu ul Ghafoor.” (Surah al Mulk)
“He Who created Death and Life, to test you [as to] which of you is best in deed – and He is the Exalted in Might, the Forgiving .” (Holy Quran, The Sovereignty)
Test you with Good and evil
21:35 – “Kullu nafsin dhayiqatul Mawti, wa nablokum bish sharri wal khayri fitnatan, wa ilayna turja’oon.” (Surat al Anbiya)
“Every soul shall have a taste of death: and We test you by evil and by good by way of trial. to Us must ye return.” (Holy Quran, the Prophets)
Your Property and Children are a trial
وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا أَمْوَالُكُمْ وَأَوْلَادُكُمْ فِتْنَةٌ وَأَنَّ اللَّـهَ عِندَهُ أَجْرٌ عَظِيمٌ ٢٨
8:28 – “Wa’lamo annama amwalukum wa Awladukum fitnatun wa annAllaha ‘indahu ajrun ‘Azheem.” (Surat al Anfal)
“And know that your properties and your children are but a trial [confusion/distraction/fitna] and that Allah has with Him a great reward.” (The Spoils of War 8:28)
Worldly desire – distracts you
102:1 “Alhakumut takathur.” (Surah at Takathur)
“The mutual rivalry/competition for increase/piling up (the good things of this world) diverts you (from the more serious things)” (holy Quran)
Those Who Made their Desires their God
45:23 – ” Afara ayta manit takhadha ilaha hu hawahu wa adallahu Allahu ‘ala ‘Ilmin wa khatama ‘ala sam’ihi wa qalbihi, wa ja’ala ‘ala basarihi ghishawatan faman yahdeehi min ba’di Allahi, afala tadhakkaron.” Surat al Jathiyah
“Have you seen he who has taken as his god his [own] desire, and Allah has sent him astray due to knowledge and has set a seal upon his hearing and his heart and put over his vision a veil? So who will guide him after Allah (has withdrawn Guidance)? Then will you not be reminded?” (Holy Quran, 45:23)
Victory – Nasrullah
إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللَّـهِ وَالْفَتْحُ ١
110:1 –”Idha jaa a Nasrullahi wal Fath.” (Surat an Nasr)
“When there comes the Divine Support of Allah and the Victory.” (Holy Quran, The Divine Support)
إِنَّا فَتَحْنَا لَكَ فَتْحًا مُّبِينًا ﴿١﴾ لِّيَغْفِرَ لَكَ اللَّـهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِن ذَنبِكَ وَمَا تَأَخَّرَ وَيُتِمَّ نِعْمَتَهُ عَلَيْكَ وَيَهْدِيَكَ صِرَاطًا مُّسْتَقِيمًا ﴿٢
48:1-2 – “Innaa fatahna laka fatham mubina. (1) liyaghfira lakaallaahu maa taqaddama min dhanbika wa maa taakhkhara wa yutimma ni’matahu ‘alayka wa yahdiyaka siraathan mustaqima.(2)” (Surat Al Fath)
” Indeed, We granted you, [O Muhammad], a manifest Victory. (1) That Allah may forgive you your faults of the past and those to follow; and fulfil His favor upon you and guide you to a straight path. (2) ( The Victory 48:2)
إِنَّا فَتَحْنَا لَكَ فَتْحًا مُّبِينًا
48:1 – “Inna Fatahna laka Fathan Mubeena.” (Surat al Fath)
“Verily We have granted thee a manifest Victory.” (Quran, victory 48:1)
وَيَنصُرَكَ اللَّـهُ نَصْرًا عَزِيزًا
48:3 – “wa yansurakAllahu nasran ‘aziza.” (Surat Al Fath)
“And [that] Allah may help you with a mighty victory.” ( The Victory 48:3)
Zikr/ Dhikr (Divine Remembrance)
Hearts find satisfaction tranquility in Zikr
13:28 – “Alladheena amano wa tatma’innu Qulobu hum bidhikrillahi, ala bi dhikrillahi tatma’innul Qulob.” (Surat ar Ra’d)
“Those who believe, and whose hearts find satisfaction in the remembrance of Allah. For without doubt in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find satisfaction.” (Holy Quran, the Thundar 13:28)
Remember me, I will Remember You & Be Thankful – Don’t deny
2:152 – “Fadhkuronee adhkurkum washkuroli wa la takfuroon.” (Surah al Baqarah)
“So remember Me; I will remember you. And be grateful/Thankful to Me and do not reject faith.” (Holy Quran)
Shaytan makes them forget Zikr
58:19 – “Istahwadha ‘alayhimush shaytanu fa ansahum Dhikra Allahi, Olayika hizbush shaytani, ala inna hizbash shaytani humul khasiroon.” (Surat al Mujadila)
“The Satan/Evil One has got the better of them/Overcome them: so he has made them Forget/lose the remembrance of Allah. They are the Party of Satan. Truly, it is the Party of the Evil One that will perish!” (Holy Quran 58:19)
Allah give You Permission to Remember Him
24:36 “Fee buyotin adhina Allahu an turfa’a wa yudhkara feeha ismuhu yusabbihu lahu feeha bilghuduwwi wal asal. ” (Surat an Noor)
“(Lit is such a Light) in houses, which Allah has permitted to be raised to honour; and that His name be mentioned therein: In them He is glorified in the mornings and in the evenings, (again and again), (Holy Quran, The Light 24:36)

2:114 – “Wa man azhlamu mimman mana’a Masajida Allahi an yudhkara feeha Asmuhu, wasa’a fee kharabiha, olayika ma kana lahum an yadkhuloha illa khayifeena, lahum fid dunya khizyun wa lahum fil akhirati ‘Adhabun ‘Azheem.” (Surat al Baqarah)
“And who are more unjust than those who prevent the name of Allah from being mentioned in His mosques/(His House) and strive toward their destruction. It is not for them to enter them except in fear. For them in this world is disgrace, and they will have in the Hereafter a great punishment.” (Holy Quran)

أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ ﴿١﴾ وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ ﴿٢﴾ الَّذِي أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ ﴿٣﴾ وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ ﴿٤﴾ فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ﴿٥﴾ إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ﴿٦﴾ فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانصَبْ ﴿٧﴾ وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَارْغَب ﴿٨
“Alam nashrah laka sadrak. (1) Wa wada’na ‘anka wizrak. (2) Alladhee anqada zhahrak.(3) Wa rafa’na laka dhikrak.(4) Fainna ma’al ‘usri yusran (5) Inna ma’al ‘usri yusra.(6) Fa idha faraghta fainsab.(7) Wa ila rabbika farghab. (8)” (Surat ash Sharh)
- “Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your Chest? (1) And We removed from you your burden. (2) Which had weighed upon your back. (3) And raised high for you your repute. (4) For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. (5) Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.(6) So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. (7) And to your Lord direct [your] longing. (8) (The Relief 94: 1-8)
Surat al Qadr (The Power) – Chapter 97
إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ ١
97:1 “inna anzalnaahu fee laylatil-qadr (Surat al Qadr)
“We have brought it down on the night of power. (Holy Quran, The Power)
وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ ٢
97:2 – “Wa ma adraka ma laylatul qadr”
“And what will explain to you what the night of power is?”
لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ ٣
97:3 – “Laylatul Qadre khairum min alfe shahr.
“The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months. (Holy Quran, The Night of Power)
تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ ٤
97:4 -“Tanazzalul malaikatu warroh, fiha bidhne Rabbihim min kulle amr.
“The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter. (Holy Quran, The Night of Power)
سَلَامٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ ٥
97:5 – “Salamun, hiya hatta matla’il Fajr
“Peace it is until the emergence of dawn. (Holy Quran, The Night of Power)
Surah al ‘Asr (The Declining Day) Chapter 103
وَالْعَصْرِ ﴿١﴾ إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ لَفِي خُسْرٍ ﴿٢﴾ إِلَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ ٣
103:1-3 “Wal ’Asr.(1) Innal insaana lafee khusr.(2) Illal ladheena aamano wa ‘amilos saalihaati, wa tawasaw bil haqqi wa tawasaw bis Sabr.(3) ” (Surat al ‘Asr)
“By al ‘Asr (the time)! Verily, Mankind is in loss. Except for those who have believed and done righteous deeds and advised each other to truth and advised each other to patience. ” (The Declining Day, 103:1-3)
Surat al Kawthar (The Abundance) – Chapter 108
إِنَّا أَعْطَيْنَاكَ الْكَوْثَرَ ﴿١﴾ فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَانْحَرْ ﴿٢﴾ إِنَّ شَانِئَكَ هُوَ الْأَبْتَرُ ﴿٣
108:1-3 – Inna ‘atayna kal kawthar. (1) Fasali li rabbika wanhar.(2) Inna shani aka huwal abtar. (3) (Surat al Kawthar)
“To thee (O Muhammad) we have granted the Fount (of Abundance). (1)
So pray to your Lord and Sacrifice.(2) Indeed, your enemy is the one cut off.” (Holy Quran, The Abundance)
Surat al Ikhlas (Sincerity) Ch. 112
قُلْ هُوَ اللَّـهُ أَحَدٌ ﴿١﴾ اللَّـهُ الصَّمَدُ ﴿٢﴾ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ ﴿٣﴾ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ ﴿٤
112:1 -0″ Qul HuwAllahu Ahad. (1) Allahus Samad. (2) Lam yalid wa lam yolad. (3) wa lam yakul lahu, kufuwan Ahad.” (4) (Surat al Ikhlas)
Say, “He is Allah, [who is] One. (1) Allah , the Eternal Absolute/Refuge.(2) He neither begets nor is born. Nor there is none like unto Him.” (3) (The Sincerity 112)
Surat al Kahf – The Cave Ch.18
Ashab Kahf fled to the Cave
18:10 – “Idha aw al fityatu ilal kahfi faqalo Rabbana atina min ladunka Rahmatan wa hayyi lana min amrina rashada.” (Surat ul Kahf)
“When the young men fled for refuge to the Cave and said: Our Lord! Give us mercy from Thy presence, and shape for us right conduct in our plight.” (Holy Quran, The Cave 18:10)
وَإِذِ اعْتَزَلْتُمُوهُمْ وَمَا يَعْبُدُونَ إِلَّا اللَّـهَ فَأْوُوا إِلَى الْكَهْفِ يَنشُرْ لَكُمْ رَبُّكُم مِّن رَّحْمَتِهِ وَيُهَيِّئْ لَكُم مِّنْ أَمْرِكُم مِّرْفَقًا ﴿١٦﴾
18:16 “Wa idhi’ tazaltumo hum wa ma ya’budoona illAllaha fawoo ilal kahfi yanshur lakum rabbukum mir rahmatihi wa yuhayyi lakum min amrikum mirfaqa.” (Surat al Kahf)
“When ye turn away from them and the things they worship other than Allah, betake yourselves to the Cave: Your Lord will shower His mercies on you and disposes of your affair towards comfort and ease.” (The Cave)
No Power except in Allah
مَا شَاءَ اللَّـهُ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّـهِ ۚ إِ… ﴿٣٩…
18:39 – “…MashAllahu la quwwata illa billah…” (Surah al Kahf)
“…What Allah willed [has occurred]; there is no power except in Allah …” (Holy Quran, the Cave)
Musa (Moses) (as) in Search of Knowledge
Musa (as) : I won’t stop until Reach where the 2 Rivers meet
وَإِذْ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِفَتَاهُ لَا أَبْرَحُ حَتَّىٰ أَبْلُغَ مَجْمَعَ الْبَحْرَيْنِ أَوْ أَمْضِيَ حُقُبًا ﴿٦٠﴾
18:60 “Wa idh qala Mosa lefatahu laa abrahu hatta ablugha majma’a albahrayni aw amdiya huquba.” (Surat al Kahf)
“Behold, Moses said to his attendant, “I will not give up until I reach the junction of the two seas or (until) I spend years and years in travel.” (Holy Quran, The Cave 18:60)
Sign of Abdulllah – Where Fish came to live
قَالَ أَرَأَيْتَ إِذْ أَوَيْنَا إِلَى الصَّخْرَةِ فَإِنِّي نَسِيتُ الْحُوتَ وَمَا أَنسَانِيهُ إِلَّا الشَّيْطَانُ أَنْ أَذْكُرَهُ ۚ وَاتَّخَذَ سَبِيلَهُ فِي الْبَحْرِ عَجَبًا ٦٣
18:63 – “Qala araayta idh awayna ilas sakhrati fa-innee naseetu alhoota wa ma ansaneehu illash shaytanu an adhkurahu, wat takhadha sabeela hu fee al bahri ‘ajaba.” (Surat Al-Kahf 18:63)
He said, “Did you see when we retired to the rock? Indeed, I forgot [there] the fish. And none made me forget it except Satan – that I should mention it. And it took its course into the sea amazingly”. (The Cave 18:63)
فَوَجَدَا عَبْدًا مِّنْ عِبَادِنَا آتَيْنَاهُ رَحْمَةً مِّنْ عِندِنَا وَعَلَّمْنَاهُ مِن لَّدُنَّا عِلْمًا ﴿٦٥
18:65 – “Fawajada ‘abdan min ‘ibadinaa ataynahu rahmatan min ‘indina wa ‘allamnahu mil ladunna ‘ilma” (Surat al Kahf)
“So they found one of Our servant from among Our servants , on whom We had bestowed Mercy from Ourselves and whom We had taught [unseen/heavenly] knowledge from Our own Presence…” (Quran, The Cave 18:65)
Musa (as) and Khidr (as)
Conversation between Musa (as) and Khidr (as)
Musa (as): May I follow You?
قَالَ لَهُ مُوسَىٰ هَلْ أَتَّبِعُكَ عَلَىٰ أَن تُعَلِّمَنِ مِمَّا عُلِّمْتَ رُشْدًا ٦٦
18:66 – ”Qala lahu moosa hal attabi’uka ‘alaa an tu’allimani mimma ‘ullimta rushda. (Surat al Kahf)
“Moses said to him: “May I follow you, on the footing/condition that you teach me something of the (Higher) Truth which you have been taught?” (Quran, the Cave, 18:66)
Khidr (as): You Wont be Patient
قَالَ إِنَّكَ لَن تَسْتَطِيعَ مَعِيَ صَبْرًا ٦٧
18:67 – “Qala innaka lan tastatee’a ma’iya sabra.” (Surat Al Kahf)
“(The Other) said, “Verily you will not be able to have patience with me!” (Holy Quran, The Cave)
Khidr (as): You can’t be patient with what you Don’t know
وَكَيْفَ تَصْبِرُ عَلَىٰ مَا لَمْ تُحِطْ بِهِ خُبْرًا ﴿٦٨
18:68 – “Wa kayfa tasbiru ‘ala ma lam tuhit bihi khubra.” (Surat alKahf)
“And how can you have patience for what you do not encompass in knowledge?” (The Cave)
قَالَ سَتَجِدُنِي إِن شَاءَ اللَّـهُ صَابِرًا وَلَا أَعْصِي لَكَ أَمْرًا ﴿٦٩
18:69 – “Qala satajidunee in shaa Allahu sabiran wa la a’see laka amra.” (Surat al Kahf)
[Moses] said, “You will find me, if Allah wills, (truly) patient, and I will not disobey you in [any] order.” (The Cave)
Khidr (as): Follow but Don’t ask questions
قَالَ فَإِنِ اتَّبَعْتَنِي فَلَا تَسْأَلْنِي عَن شَيْءٍ حَتَّىٰ أُحْدِثَ لَكَ مِنْهُ ذِكْرًا ﴿٧٠
18:70 – “Qala fa ini ittaba’tanee fala tasalnee ‘an shay-in hatta ohditha laka minhu dhikra.” (Surat al Kahf)
[Khidr] He said, “Then if you follow me, do not ask me questions about anything until I myself speak to you concerning it.” (The Cave 18:70)
Sank a Boat
- فَانطَلَقَا حَتَّىٰ إِذَا رَكِبَا فِي السَّفِينَةِ خَرَقَهَا ۖ قَالَ أَخَرَقْتَهَا لِتُغْرِقَ أَهْلَهَا لَقَدْ جِئْتَ شَيْئًا إِمْرًا ﴿٧١
18:71 – “Fantalaqa hatta idha rakiba fes safeenati kharaqaha, qala akharaqtaha litughriqa ahlaha laqad jita shay-an imra.” ()
“So they set out, until when they had embarked on the ship, al Khidhr tore it open. [Moses] said, “Have you torn it open to drown its people? You have certainly done a grave thing.” (The Cave)
Built a Wall
18:77 – “Fantalaqa hatta idha ataya ahla qaryatin istat’ama ahlaha faabaw an yudayyifoo huma fawajada feeha jidaran yureedu an yanqadda faaqamahu, qala law sheta lat takhadhta ‘alayhi ajra.”(Surat al Kahf)
“So they set out, until when they came to the people of a town, they asked its people for food, but they refused to offer them hospitality. And they found therein a wall about to collapse, so alKhidhr restored it.
[Moses] said, “If you wished, you could have taken for it a payment.” (Holy Quran, 18:77)

Haq- Truth
وَ قُلْ جَآءَالْحَقُّ وَزَهَقَ الْبَطِلُ، إِنَّ الْبَطِلَ كَانَ زَهُوقًا
17:81 – “Wa qul jaa alhaqqu wa zahaqal baatil, innal batila kana zahooqa.” (Surat Al-Isra)
“And say, “Truth has come, and falsehood has perished. Indeed falsehood, [by its nature], is ever perishing/bound to perish (The Night Journey 17:81)
Iman (Faith)
We Believe, We Don’t Believe – “Thuma Amano, Thuma kafaro”
4:137 – “”Innal ladheena amano thumma kafaro thumma amano thumma kafaroo thumma izdado kufran lam yakuni Allahu liyaghfira lahum wa la liyahdiyahum sabeela.” (Surah an Nisa)
“Indeed, those who have believed then disbelieved, then believed, then disbelieved, and then increased in disbelief – Allah won’t forgive them, nor will He guide them on a path/way.” (Holy Quran, The Women)
Glory to Allah, I am Oppressor to MySelf – Allah saves Mumineen
Surah Anbiya – The Prophets 21:87-88
وَذَا النُّونِ إِذ ذَّهَبَ مُغَاضِبًا فَظَنَّ أَن لَّن نَّقْدِرَ عَلَيْهِ فَنَادَىٰ فِي الظُّلُمَاتِ أَن لَّا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ.
فَاسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُ وَنَجَّيْنَاهُ مِنَ الْغَمِّ وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُنجِي الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
21:87-88 – “Wa dhan Nooni idh dhahaba mughadiban fazhanna al lan naqdira ‘alayhi fanada fizh zhulumati an la ilaha illa anta Subhanaka, innee kuntu minazh zhalimeen.(87)
Fastajabna lahu wa najjayna hu minal ghammi, wa kadhalika nunjee almumineen.” (Surat al Anbiya 21:88)
‘And [mention] Zun-nun [Yunus (Jonah) (as)], when he went off in anger and thought that We had no power/decree over him! But he cried out through the depths of darkness, “There is no god/diety except You; Glory to you: Indeed I have been of the wrongdoers/Oppressor to Myself!” (87)
“So We responded to him and saved him from the distress. And thus do We save the believers. (88)” (Holy Quran, The Prophets)
What Allah wills, no one can change
13:11 ” … innAllaha la yughayyiru ma biqawmin hatta yughayyiro ma bi anfusihim, wa idha arada Allahu biqawmin soo an fala maradda lahu wa ma lahum min doonihi min wal.…” (Surah Ar Ra’d)
“Indeed Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves. And when Allah intends for a people ill, there is no repelling it. And there is not for them besides Him anyone to protect/patron.” ( Quran, The Thunder 13:11)
Tashrif (Honour)
Wear Best outfit for Masjid – Don’t waste
يَا بَنِي آدَمَ خُذُوا زِينَتَكُمْ عِندَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ وَكُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا وَلَا تُسْرِفُوا إِنَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُسْرِفِينَ
7:31 – “Ya bani Adama khudho zeenatakum ‘inda kulli Masjidin wa kuloo washraboo wa la tusrifo, innahu la yuhibbul musrifeen.” (Surah al A’raf)
“O Children of Adam! Wear your beautiful apparel/ adornment at every Masajid/places of worship: eat and drink: But waste not by being excessive. Indeed He, does not love those who wastes/commit excess.” ( Holy Quran)
Quiet – Silence
الْيَوْمَ نَخْتِمُ عَلَىٰ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَتُكَلِّمُنَا أَيْدِيهِمْ وَتَشْهَدُ أَرْجُلُهُم بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ ﴿٦٥
36:65 – “Al yawma nakhtimu ‘ala afwahehim wa tukallimunaa aydeehim wa tashhadu arjuluhum bima kanoo yaksiboon.” (Surat al Yaseen)
“That Day, We will seal over their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us, and their feet will testify about what they used to earn.” (Holy Quran, Yasin 36:65)
3 Locks – Hearing, Vision, Heart
2:7 – “Khatama Allahu ‘ala qulobihim, wa ‘ala sam’ihim wa ‘ala absarihim ghishawatun wa lahum ‘adhabun ‘azheem.” (Surat al Baqarah)
“Allah has set a seal upon their hearts and upon their hearing, and over their vision is a veil. And for them is a great punishment.”

إِلَّا تَنصُرُوهُ فَقَدْ نَصَرَهُ اللَّـهُ إِذْ أَخْرَجَهُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا ثَانِيَ اثْنَيْنِ إِذْ هُمَا فِي الْغَارِ إِذْ يَقُولُ لِصَاحِبِهِ لَا تَحْزَنْ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ مَعَنَا ۖ فَأَنزَلَ اللَّـهُ سَكِينَتَهُ عَلَيْهِ وَأَيَّدَهُ بِجُنُودٍ لَّمْ تَرَوْهَا وَجَعَلَ كَلِمَةَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا السُّفْلَىٰ ۗ وَكَلِمَةُ اللَّـهِ هِيَ الْعُلْيَا ۗ وَاللَّـهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ ٤٠
9:40 – `Illa tansuroohu faqad nasarahullahu idh akhrajahul ladheena kafaro thaniya ithnayni idh huma fil ghari idh yaqolu lisahibihi la tahzan inna Allaha ma’ana, fa anzalAllahu sakeenatahu, ‘alayhi wa ayyadahu, bi junodin lam tarawha wa ja’ala kalimatal ladheena kafaro assufla, wa kalimatUllahi hiya al’ulya, wAllahu ‘Azeezun Hakeem. (Surat at Tawba)
- “If you do not aid the Prophet – Allah has already aided him when those who disbelieved had driven him out [of Makkah] as one of two, when they were in the cave and he said to his companion, “Do not grieve; indeed Allah is with us.” And Allah sent down his tranquillity upon him and supported him with angels you did not see and made the word of those who disbelieved the lowest, while the word of Allah – that is the highest. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.” (The Repentance 9:40)

يَا وَهَّابُ يَا وَهَّابُ يَا وَهَّابُ، يَا مُسَبِّبَ الأَسْبَابِ، يَا مُفَتِّحُ الأَبْوَابِ، يَا مُقَلِّبُ الْقُلُوْبِ وَالأَبْصَارِ.
يَا دَلِيْلَ الْمُتَحَيِّرِيْنَ يَا غِيَاثَ الْمُسْتَغِيْثِيْنَ، يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّوْمُ، يَا ذَا الْجَلاَلِ وَالإِكْرَامِ. وَاُفَوِّضُ أَمْرِيْ اِلَى اللهِ. اِنَّ اللهَ بَصِيْرٌ بِالْعِبَادِ.
Ya Wahhab. Ya Wahhab. Ya Wahhab. Ya musabbibal asbab, ya mufattihul abwab, ya muqallibul qulubi wal absar. Ya Dalilal mutahayyirin, ya Ghiyathal mustaghithin, ya Hayyu ya Qayyum, ya dhalJalali wal Ikram. Wa ufawwidu amri illAllah, innAllaha basirun bil ‘ibad.
O Bestower! O Bestower! O Bestower!
O Originator of causes! O Opener of doors! O Tuner (Changer) of hearts and eyes!
O Guide of the perplexed! O Succour for those who seek Your aid! O Living! O Self-Subsisting One! O (You who are) possessed of Majesty and Bounty!
I entrust my affair unto Allah. Truly, Allah is aware of His servants.
وَاُفَوِّضُ أَمْرِيْ اِلَى اللهِ. اِنَّ اللهَ بَصِيْرٌ بِالْعِبَادِ.
