I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the rejected one
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Alhamdulillahi Rabbil ‘aalameen, was salaatu was salaamu ‘alaa Ashraful Mursaleen, Sayyidina wa Mawlana Muhammadul Mustafa ﷺ.
“A’uzu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Atiullaha wa atiur Rasula wa Ulil amre minkum.”
(Surat An-Nisa)
“O You who have believed, Obey Allah, Obey the Messenger, and those in authority among you…” (The Women, 4:59)
The Muhammadan Way App is the Seeker’s Tool
And alhamdulillah, always a reminder for myself, ana abdukal ‘ajeez, dayeefu, miskinu, zhalim, wa jahl and by the grace Allah AJ) that I’m still in existence. That to be nothing and that Allah (AJ) is everything. We took a path in which to efface ourselves at every moment of our lives. Alhamdulillah, tonight a reminder always for myself, that the app we have and it’s a tool. A tool for the seeker of the way and access for those informations and tools that are necessary for the way.
That through the Google Play store or through the iTunes store that if you search ‘The Muhammadan Way’ or is it ‘NurMuhammad’ or is it ‘Muhammadan Way’? ‘Muhammadan Way’ is the app. As soon as we download that app, all the du’as (supplications), all the wazifas (spiritual practices) and awrads (daily practices), it’s a work in progress. But, mashaAllah, for the people who are active in putting that together and that tool is for us and it works offline that if you don’t have the internet connection. And there is no money involved. There is nobody making any money. It’s all been produced for free.
Dhul Qi’dah is the 11th Month in the Hijri Calendar
Tonight, when we go over the tajallis (manifestations) of the month, it means that on that app or on our websites, you go to the months and you see all the tajallis of the month and we are now in the month of Dhul Qi’dah and the realities of the 11th month. It means that it’s a Shamsul ‘Arifeen (Sun of Knowers) which means that there are 12 tajallis in which Allah (AJ) is eternally dressing the soul of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
These are from the Muhammadan realities, that these lights and these dressings upon the soul of Prophet ﷺ. Allah (AJ) has no time. So, it means that not something was dressed and then it didn’t. Allah (AJ) has no time. It means that every event for Allah (AJ) is an eternal event. So, these are like hijabs or pardeh that we are going through these veils. On the 11th month, when we come to understand on how to use these tools, you come to see that there is a secret of the 11th month – one.
99th Ismullah: As-Saboor, 99th Ismur Rasul: Mustafa ﷺ
So, then we pay attention that the numbers have a tremendous reality, from huwal awwal wal huwal akhir. And that as soon as you enter into that 11th month, you begin to understand. You say here that, ‘That 11 is from the secrets of the 9.’ It means these are from the knowledges of the 9, big Sultanul Awliya (King of Saints), and from the haqqaiq (realities) of 9 that we have described before. That 9 x 11 brings the reality of 99.
So, then when we look that the Ismullah, the 99th name of Allah (AJ) – As-Saboor (The Patient One). So, it means that this tajalli on the 11th month from the knowledge of awliyaullah (saints) who are traversing from base 9. Anybody who’s studied math or programming, our dunya (material world) – base 10. From haqqaiqs, it’s at the highest level, the highest number is 9. Because 10 is 1 and 0. 11 is 1 and 1.
So, it means from these building blocks, the 1 being the first, 9 being the most powerful. 9th month, the month of Ramadan. 10 is then the month of Shawwal, 11 – the Dhul Qi’dah and 12th – Dhul Hajj. Because this the completion just like the numbers on the face of a clock. Why they numbered it from 1 to 12? It means that our life and day is in a continuous journey, whether it’s the day, it has a beginning and it has an end. Or whether it’s the 12 months or whether it’s our life. It means that when we enter into the 12, awliyaullah (saints) and the way of ma’rifah (gnosticism) want to give these tools for us so that we’re conscious of what’s the hijab (veil) and what’s the reality of that month. We’ll go over but let me just explain what we’re seeing on the app.
Sayyidina Muhammad al Mustafa ﷺ Carries Sifat As-Saboor
You open it and says the 99th name of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is Sayyidina Mustafa ﷺ, the beatific one, the Chosen One. 99th name of Allah (AJ), we said was As-Saboor, and the way of haqqaiq Ismullah (AJ), that the name of Allah (AJ) opens for no one but Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. There is an adab (manners) and a way and a means to approach Allah (AJ).
Sifat As-Saboor (attribute of the Patient One), when we want the reality of As-Saboor to open for us, it’s going to be opening through the name Al Mustafa ﷺ. That Nabiul Kareem (The Most Generous Prophet), Habibul ‘Azim (The Beloved of the Magnificent), Sayyidina Muhammad al Mustafa ﷺ carries that Sifat As-Saboor to dress the believers because this Izzah (Might) and this power of Allah (AJ), nothing can contain it.
Only the Heart of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ Can Contain Allah’s (AJ) Speech
Allah (AJ) says in the Qur’an, ‘If I reveal My Quran to a mountain, it will be dust.’
59:21 – “Law anzalna hadha alQurana ‘ala jabalin laraaytahu, khashi’an mutasaddi’an min khashyatillahi, wa tilkal amthalu nadribuha linnasi la’allahum yatafakkaroon.” (Surat Al-Hashr)
“Had We sent down this Qur’an on a mountain, verily, you would have seen it obliterated to dust (from its power) And these examples We present to the people that perhaps they will Contemplate…” (The Exile, 59:21)
It means that Allah’s (AJ) Divinely speech is Holy Qur’an. Allah’s (AJ) power is Holy Qur’an. Allah (AJ) said, ‘If I give that Qur’an to a mountain..’ because only thing we understand that’s big is mountains. ‘…If I put it onto the mountain, it would be dust.’ But it comes to the heart of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and firm.
Allah’s (AJ) Might and Majesty Comes to the Believers Through Prophet ﷺ
It means “Izzatullah wa izzatul Rasul wa izzatul Mumineen.”
63:8 – “…Wa Lillahil ‘izzatu wa li Rasooli hi wa lil Mumineen…” (Surat Al-Munafiqoon)
“…And to Allah belongs [all] honor, and to His messenger, and to the believers…” (The Hypocrites, 63:8)
So, that we understand that there is a chain and a way of tawheed (oneness) in which power is coming, is coming from Izzatullah (Allah’s (AJ) Might and Magnificence), is coming to Izzatul Rasul (honour of the Messenger). That Allah’s (AJ) Might and Majesty and Power, it comes to Prophet ﷺ. From Prophet ﷺ, then to Izzatul Mumineen (honour of the believers).
We Must Love Prophet ﷺ More Than We Love Ourselves
So, it means that the mumineen, why are they mumineen (believers)? Because they have faith. So what did Prophet ﷺ describe of faith? That ‘You have to love me more than you love yourself.’ So Maqamul Iman (Station of Faith) cannot be achieved without the love of Prophet ﷺ. To love Prophet ﷺ more than we love ourself so that we can receive these lights and these understandings.
‘An Anas ibn Malik (ra) qala, qala Rasulallahi ﷺ “La yuminu ahadukum hatta akona ahabba ilayhi min walidihi wa waladihi wan nasi ajma’yeen.” [Sahih Muslim, Hadith 44, wa Al Bukhari, Kitabul Iman, Hadith 15]
Narrated by Anas son of Malik (ra) that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: “None of you will have faith till he loves me more than his father, his children, and all mankind.” [Authentic by Muslim, Hadith 44 & by Al Bukhari, Book of Faith, Hadith 15]
As soon as we have that love for Prophet ﷺ, they’re teaching that this Saboor and this sabr (patience) that going to be dressing upon you is in the hand of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Then that month, many of the du’as (supplications) will be under the name of Sayyidina Muhammad al Mustafa ﷺ, ‘Ya Sayyidi ya Rasulul Kareem ya Habibul ‘Azim, bi haqq an Nabi Mustafa ﷺ, dress me from sifat As-Saboor.’ And that that light can come in a way that is appropriate for us because the Might and Majesty of Allah (AJ) moves through the heart of Prophet ﷺ.
99th Chapter of Holy Qur’an: Surah Zalzalah Contains a Powerful Secret
Then we see the 99th surah (chapter) in their way is Surah Zalzalah. So, on this 11th month, the secret of the surahs of Holy Qur’an, one of them and one big reality is Surah Zalzalah. And you’ll see many earthquakes in this month because Allah’s (AJ) Just and Allah’s (AJ) Greatness is that, ‘I’m not only sending this tajalli for you. I’m not sending it only for him. That I’m sending this tajalli upon all creation. If they’re willing to come My way and seek My guidance and seek My realities, then you’ll begin to understand what I’m sending upon this Earth.’ So, it means that the secrets of Holy Qur’an, one powerful secret of Holy Qur’an on the 11th month of Dhul Qi’dah is Surah Zalzalah. So, many earth quaking, many shakings. Why?
Ramadan Annihilates the Ego, Shawwal Brings Out the Reality of the Nuqt
Because in the way of ma’rifah (gnosticism), we just completed Ramadan. Ramadan was to completely destroy the ego, completely annihilate all the bad characteristics in which Allah (AJ) want to dress the realities of the soul. So, fast so that I can dress from these realities.
Ten, anybody studied computers understands binary code. Ten means that we don’t have a zero in Islamic understandings, you have a nuqt (dot). The nine made you to be a nuqt. The Ramadan made you to be dot, to be nothing. Allah (AJ) completely destroyed the ego for those who fasted in the month of Ramadan. That He wiped it, washed it to be cleaned. As soon as they entered into Shawwal, then the reality of you’re a nuqt and you’re being taken because it’s a hijrah (migration). It’s our hajj (pilgrimage) is coming.
High Energies in Ramadan Can Result in Depression in Shawwal
Those who bought a ticket for $15,000 and those who didn’t buy a ticket, Allah (AJ) taking all of creation on hijrah. And those who are ‘arifeen (knowers) and those who are practicing in their spiritual practices, they understand that Allah (AJ) is bringing the soul eternally into that reality. That, ‘You fasted, I annihilated. Now in the tenth hijab that coming towards Me, I’m going to be dressing you from My Izzah. I am One and you are nothing. I am One and you are nothing’ because the Ramadan helped us to annihilate.
So, Shawwal is bringing the souls into the Divinely Presence, to be dressed from the Divinely Presence. That’s why in Shawwal – anybody who prayed in these associations and felt tremendous amounts of energy in Ramadan – they become depressed in Shawwal, will become saddened in Shawwal because there is so much energy coming in Ramadan that when Allah (AJ) bring it back to normal, you feel it’s been turned off. Because if you are operating at such a high level of energy coming for Ramadan, as soon as Allah (AJ) bring it back down, you feel as if the energy has been turned off.
Everything in Creation Makes Tawwaf
That to bring that effacing of nothingness, be nothing. Be nothing as your soul is now moving into this Divinely Presence, it’s making it’s hijrah (migration). The real hajj (pilgrimage) is in Divinely Presence. The imitated hajj is the one that we are making on this Earth and we’ve gone into the realities of hajj. Even your electrons are making hajj. They’re all making tawwaf (circumambulation) around your nucleus. The Earth is making hajj around the sun and insan (mankind) is making hajj around the Ka’bah. And your zurriya (progeny) and your seed made hajj around the womb of your mother. At every level, Allah (AJ) is bringing insan into that reality.
Dhul Qi’dah Opens the Secret of Surah Zalzalah
At this physical level, they’re teaching about the soul moving into that reality. It means then to be dressed by that reality of Surah Zalzalah, the tajalli (manifestation) in which Allah (AJ) dressed Prophet ﷺ on the 11th hijab, “Subhana zul Mulki wal Malakut. Subhana zul Mulki wal Malakut.” Glory be to the Lord, over the heavenly realm and the earthly, from the earthly to the malakut (heavenly realm).
“Subhana zul Mulki wal Malakut.”
“Glory be to the Owner of the earthly and the heavenly Kingdoms”
It means that from the door of this mulk (earthly realm) and the door of this world, what we achieve will begin to open the realities of the malakut. It means that now we go back to the understanding of 11. That the reality of 11 is such a powerful reality that Allah (AJ) combining that with the secret of 99. Why the zalzalah (earthquake) going to come?
Shaking Brings Out Hidden Realities
The zalzalah going to bring everything that’s hidden to come out. Every reality that’s within the soul, if we don’t shake it, it doesn’t come out. If the womb of the woman doesn’t contract, the child will never come out. If the earth doesn’t continuously…is contracting, the changes can’t come, the energies can’t come upon the Earth. Everything around us is showing that reality of zalzalah and Allah (AJ) describing, ‘That which is hidden in you must be brought out.’ Brought out for what? The hijrah (migration) that’s coming in Dhul Hajj, in the next month that coming out.
99:1-2 – “Izaa zul zilatil ardu zil zaalaha (1) Wa akh rajatil ardu athqaalaha (2)” (Surat Az-Zalzalah)
“When the earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake. (1) And the earth discharges its burdens (from within) (2)” (The Earthquake, 99:1-2)
11 Represents the Reflection of La Ilaha Illallah and Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ
So, then the reality of the 11 has a tremendous importance. That 11 in our life, when we begin to understand everywhere the believer looks and into their heart, they begin to understand that that 11 is an ayna, is a mirror. That that 1 and 1 is the most important aspect of our life because that’s La ilaha illallah Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ.
“La ilaha illallahu Muhammadun Rasulallah”
“There is no deity but Allah, Prophet Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.”
It means that 11 is a confirmation in our path that, ‘I’m going to dress you. I’m going to bring you into that reality. My Oneness and you became nothing. I’m going to reflect upon you from those oceans of tawheed, the oceans of reality.’ And then the ‘arifeen (knowers) begin to teach the students that there is nothing but La ilaha illallah and Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ is the reflection of that reality. Me and you, we are of no importance in this formula. This is La ilaha illallah – Allah (AJ). And Allah’s (AJ) reflection is Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ.
Allah (AJ) and Prophet ﷺ are as Close as ‘Two Bows Length’
So, it means that we want to enter into that reality. In this equation, 1 + 1 = 1 + 1 because there is no merging with Allah (AJ). La sharik (no partner). Prophet ﷺ doesn’t become one with Allah (AJ). Only the realities of Allah (AJ) are reflecting. So, when we write the kalimah (testimony), La ilaha illallah, hey – the connecting hey means it has a waw – it’s saying hu. La ilaha illallah, it’s saying hu and it’s a connected phrase. These are the 11. When you write La ilaha illallah – hey – waw, what do you write next? Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ. That opens the secret of 11.
La ilaha illallah and then it reflects to Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ but they don’t become one. We don’t have the ocean of becoming one with Allah (AJ). So, Allah (AJ) kept the adab, “Fi qaaba qawsayni aw adna,” that ‘This is now 2 bow lengths or nearer but they never touch.’ The etiquette and adab of Allah (AJ) and Prophet ﷺ is that they are so close, “aw adna,” that they come to two bow lengths or nearer. It means that out of the respect, they never come together but that La ilaha illallah is eternally reflecting upon Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ.
53:9 – “Fakana qaaba qawsayni aw adna.” (Surat An-Najm)
“And was at a distance of two bow lengths or nearer [to the Divine Presence].” (The Star, 53:9)
Zikr of “Hu” Takes Us to the Door of Imam Ali (as)
So, where they come to that meeting point of hey waw and then connecting to the meem that that meem is the city of all knowledges, where Prophet ﷺ described, “Ana madinatul ‘ilm wa ‘Ali baabahum, wa ‘Ali baabahum.”
Qala RasulAllah ﷺ, “Ana madinatul ‘ilmin wa ‘Aliyyun baabuha.”
“I am the city of knowledge and ‘Ali (as) is its door/gatekeeper.” Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
So, all the turuqs (spiritual paths), their zikr (chanting) is what? Hey waw is what? Hu. What? Allah – hu. La ilaha illallah – Allah hu. Allah hu, Allah hu [Shaykh recites]. So, what? So, they can reach to the baab (door). Who’s standing at the baab? Prophet ﷺ describing, ‘That you want to come into this reality is you meet Imam Ali (as). He’s going to take your bad character away.’ That which separates you from the reality, that which blocking you from your reality is here [Shaykh points to his head]. You’re trying to figure Allah (AJ) with here; it never will be known by here [Shaykh points to his head]. Allah (AJ) be known by here [Shaykh points this his heart].
Use Your Heart for Your Spiritual Path, Not Your Head
So, you get so confused on your path, ‘Oh, this didn’t make sense. Why this happen? Why that happen? Why’d all this happen?’ And we said many times, if you actually are very close and coming in for guidance to the shaykhs, they flip you left and right so that to turn your faculty of this off [Shaykh points to his head]. Use this faculty for school. Use this for your work, but don’t use this to find your Lord. So, Prophet ﷺ told companions, ‘Leave your head outside, your head out there. Once you enter into the masjid, come with your heart.’
Build the Greatest House for Allah (AJ) Within Your Heart
And that’s why Allah (AJ) said describing, ‘I’m not on heaven and I’m not on the earth but I’m on the heart of my believer.’
‘An Wahab ibn Munabbeh, Qala Rasulallahi ﷺ, Qala Allah (AJ), “Maa wasi’anee laa samayee, wa la ardee, laakin wasi’anee qalbi ‘Abdi al Mu’min.” [Hadith al Qudsi, Al Ghazali fi al Ihyaa, wa Ibn ‘Arabi fi al Tarajim, Safha 224]
Narrated by Wahab the son of Munabbeh that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, that Allah (AJ) said, “Neither My Heavens nor My Earth can contain Me, but the heart of my Believing Servant.” [Holy Hadith, by Imam al-Ghazali in Al Ihya, and by Ibn ‘Arabi in al Tarajib, Page 224]
“Qalb al mu’min baitullah, Azza wa jal.”
Qala Rasulallahi ﷺ, Qala Allah (AJ): “Qalb al mu’min baytur rabb.” [Hadith al Qudsi]
The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, that Allah (AJ) said, “The heart of the believer is the House of the Lord.” (Holy Hadith)
It means that everybody is so busy trying to build houses for Allah (AJ), the greatest house to build for Allah (AJ) right here [Shaykh points to heart]. If you didn’t build this house for Allah (AJ), why you trying to build some other house for Allah (AJ)? It means that’s why the turuqs come and they bring all this reality, that purify yourself, perfect yourself, clean yourself? That when we begin to understand, these zikrs (Divine remembrance) and this, “Allah hu, Allah hu, Allah hu” [Shaykh recites], and all the zikrs that they’re giving us is to bring us into that reality so that we can enter into that gate.
The Zulfiqar Represents La Ilaha Illallah Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ
So, then that La ilaha illallah Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ we said many time before, that is the reality of the zulfiqar. The sword of Imam Ali (as) is not owned by Imam Ali (as), that was Sayyidina Muhammad’s ﷺ. So, when you read your history, the zulfiqar is La ilaha illallah Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ. These are two rivers, these are two oceans of reality. These are the two rivers in which Nabi Musa (as) wanted to reach, ‘Ya Rabbi, I want to meet. I want to go and reach to where the two rivers meet.’
18:60 – “Wa idh qala Mosa lefatahu laa abrahu hatta ablugha majma’a albahrayni aw amdiya huquba.” (Surat Al-Kahf)
“Behold, Moses said to his attendant, I will not give up until I reach the junction of the two seas or (until) I spend years and years in travel.” (The Cave, 18:60)
Means what? I want to reach to your rijalullah (men of God), whom Imam Ali (as) is the master of them whom keeping the door. These people of the baab, Ahbab an Nabi (as) (lovers of Prophet ﷺ). They are the lovers, but they are the keepers of the baab.
La Ilaha Illallah Can Only Be Reached By Muhammadun RasulAllah ﷺ
And Nabi Musa (as) wanted that reality, ‘Ya Rabbi, I want from one of your rijal (people of maturity), I want where the two rivers are meeting.’ Not that he wanted to see two waters because these are physical people reading Qur’an as if Nabi Musa (as) needs to go on a sightseeing adventure to see two bodies of water.
You can’t see two rivers or lakes wherever you are? No, but this teaching us these are oceans of reality. That this ocean of reality that coming from La ilaha illallah can’t be reached by anyone in creation except Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ. So, you have to reach to where they’re coming. So, you have to reach to where that point to where they are reaching.
The Dead Come to Life From the Oceans of Hayat
And we said before, when Nabi Musa (as) was going, he was accompanied with dried and dead fish. To have lunch with Yeshua, his ghulam (servant) and when they were traveling to reach that point, he said, ‘I’m getting tired. Aren’t we ever going to reach there?’ And Yeshua said, ‘There was something ajeeb (strange). When we stopped back on this rock, these dried fish that we brought, they came to life and jumped into the water.’
18:63 – “Qala araayta idh awayna ilas sakhrati fa-innee naseetu alhoota wa ma ansaneehu illash shaytanu an adhkurahu, wat takhadha sabeela hu fee al bahri ‘ajaba.” (Surat Al-Kahf)
“He said, Did you see when we retired to the rock? Indeed, I forgot [there] the fish. And none made me forget it except Satan – that I should mention it. And it took its course into the sea amazingly.” (The Cave, 18:63)
Hout (fish), the fish were actually called hout. ‘These hout came to life and jumped into the water’ [said Yeshua]. ‘Well, that’s what I was looking for’ [Nabi Musa (as) replied]. Because this ocean of Hu is the oceans of Hayat (ever-living). This is the reality of “Qaba qawsayni aw adna.” (Holy Qur’an, 53:9)
Allah (AJ) Guides Us to the Love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ
Where if you want to reach to La ilaha illallah, you from the outside. You want to reach to La ilaha illallah, you say ‘La ilaha illallah’ as an imitation to ‘There is nothing but Allah (AJ).’ But you didn’t reach that reality. You merely confirmed that there is nothing but Allah (AJ) because you cannot say there are two. Allah (AJ) won’t even open the door of that reality. But, ‘You want to come to My realities? You say La ilaha illallah.’ As soon as the servant says, “Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah…“ then what Allah (AJ) wants from them? Say, “Ashhadu anna Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ.” Why? So that as soon as you really want La ilaha illallah, Allah (AJ) guide us to the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
“I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.”
Allah (AJ) Mirrors His Realities Upon Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ to Give to Creation
It means then this garam al-sharif and these awliyaullah and all their way was to continuously to confirm in our life that 11 is a tremendously important number in our life. Our life is about mimicking and reflecting to that reality and then it opens up the secret of mirroring. That Allah (AJ) mirrors His reality upon Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ; continuously reflecting where they describe that he is the shadow of Allah (AJ). Whatever Allah (AJ) have, He gives to Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and then gives out to creation because nobody can contain.
Every name of Allah (AJ), He reflects upon the reality of Prophet ﷺ. ‘Al-Kareem’ (The Most Generous). How are you going to know what Allah’s (AJ) Kareem? He reflects Al-Kareem to Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. So, when they describe Prophet’s ﷺ character, alayhis salatus salaam, they say it was immensely loving, immensely fragrance, immensely generous because he’s the reflection of Allah (AJ). He’s reflecting from what we can understand in the ocean of creation. The uncreated realities of Allah (AJ) can only be known through Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ.
Wahid of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is a Reflection From the Ahad of Allah (AJ)
Then we take that reality to understand the way of ma’rifah (gnosticism). That Prophet’s ﷺ reality like a mirror, is another one. That the reality of Prophet ﷺ – hu wal Wahid, Allah’s (AJ) – wal Ahad. Ahad (The One and Only) – no sharik, nothing is like Allah (AJ). But Ahad, with His love, He makes Ahad to be Wahid (The Unique One) because He puts waw on the Ahad. That, ‘My Ahad with My waw, he becomes Wahid.’
Wahid is uniquely for Prophet ﷺ, that carries – only Prophet ﷺ carries that ocean. It means then that Wahid of Prophet ﷺ is then as you’re coming through that baab (door) and asking to enter into that city. What they’re asking from us that enter now into the Maqamul Iman (Station of Faith). Enter into the way of love. Make durood sharif (praising on Prophet Muhammad ﷺ) excessively. Carry the way of Prophet ﷺ. Carry the example and the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ so that that reality of Prophet ﷺ begins to reflect upon your entire being. That which you love, loves you back. That which you focus on in life focuses back upon you.
What You Focus On Will Focus Back On You
If you’re focused and preoccupied upon evil, evil is continuously focused upon you. If you focus upon oppression and crazy people, that craziness is continuously focusing on you. You occupy yourself with jahannam (hellfire) and fire. Have you seen those people who talk only of jahannam? Because jahannam is focusing on them. Yeah, that what you focus on, focuses on you.
We saw on Lord of the Rings, he said ‘Don’t look at the eye.’ As soon as you look at the eye, the eye look back. If you’re focusing on devils, you’re not clever. The devils are actually focusing on you. And they’re drawing you in, locking you in and that’s all that you’re wanting to focus on. So, then they’re teaching, keep your nazar (gaze) and your focus on the reality and the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Don’t be preoccupied with punishment and hell but think of love, think of muhabbat. Think of the greatness of Allah (AJ) and what He bestowed upon Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and then you should have the nazar of Prophet ﷺ upon your life.
Mirror the Best of Creation, the Beatific Reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ
How can the best of creation, the best of manners, the best of adab – if you’re focusing on that reality asking Prophet ﷺ that, ‘Be happy with me. Be rida (satisfied) with me. Dress me from your fragrance. Dress me from your love. Dress me from your good companionship. Let me to be a good companion of yours like your Sahabi (Holy companions of Prophet ﷺ) who accompanied you in physicality. Through my durood sharif, accompany me with ruhanyiat (spirituality) so that you will fragrance me and intercede for me.’
How when we ask like that Prophet ﷺ not dressing us and blessing us, fragrancing us, perfecting us and presenting us to Allah (AJ)? We pray that Allah (AJ) open that reality of Dhul Qi’dah and that we are able to understand that mirroring, that 11, the zulfiqar, many, many oceans of realities that to be dressed by them, inshaAllah.
